I love sushi in IJsselmonde

We have always ordered and picked up here. Once, we made the mistake of ordering via Thuisbezorgd; after 2 hours, we still hadn't received our food. A manager who is too cowardly to speak to you, letting a young lady handle everything. An order of €100, and when you ask for a solution, the response is "I don't know" and "I can't do anything about it." Previously a regular customer, but after this time, we will never order here again!

Nice place, but I really didn't like the food. The sushi looked like it had been reheated. It didn't taste fresh. The sushi rice was dry, tough, and very sour (too much vinegar). I've had a similar experience here before; I wanted to give it another chance after a long time, but unfortunately, it didn't work out.

What a rotten place. My elderly parents ordered sushi for Ramadan. They received the wrong order. Since it was already time to relieve themselves, they went to eat. The delivery driver came back with the story that they had received too much sushi and that they had to pay extra. On top of that, they had to return the leftover sushi. A bunch of scammers.

What a huge disappointment. I placed a large order (approximately €130) with order number T86 and had to wait over an hour for my food. The order was placed directly through you (not through Thuisbezorgd). This used to be my regular spot, but it's really gone downhill. The crispy chicken roll didn't have crispy chicken, but regular chicken with a nasty aftertaste—and the chicken was so dark it was almost black. The sushi rolls were ridiculously thick because of the rice, so you practically only ate rice. Some rolls literally fell apart. And then the sauce: with such a large order, you only get two containers, while you used to get much more. Really stingy. That so-called "nice gift" doesn't change anything. When your quality is this poor, it even feels out of place. Since you've become more well-known, the service and quality have clearly deteriorated dramatically. If this continues, regular customers will leave en masse—at least I will. Do something about this, because this is absolutely not worth the price.

I ordered dinner last night. Had to wait almost two hours, everything was cold and tough. I strongly advise against this place! I might as well have thrown my money down the drain, because the food goes straight in the trash. Not even worth one star.

It was such a bad two-hour wait!! After calling, a woman said, "Yes, I'll be right there," and then hung up. Terrible!!!!!

It's a good thing you can't downgrade stars, otherwise I would have definitely done that. I waited 1.45 hours. I called, and they answered the phone; "Yes, delivery guy on his way," and then immediately hung up... Ordered once, never again... Shit.

Order arrived two hours late, couldn't reach by phone. Don't order from here!

Our order took almost two hours! This is absolutely unacceptable! I had to call to find out what was happening, as it was already indicated online that it was closed. After I spoke to the man, he offered no apologies whatsoever and showed no interest in the fact that people were waiting almost two hours for their orders! The location is only a 10-minute scooter ride from our place! The sushi didn't taste like it used to when we ordered there often. And the fish tasted really strange! Like it looked out of date. Unfortunately, I couldn't give it a star! SORRY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Sushi ordered crispy chicken with soy sauce is in the description. What do I get Mayonnaise. Normally no problem. But if you don't like it and can throw it away Problem filed with I love sushi itself, nothing is done about it. They say that's how it is always done according to the kitchen. Not at all! ordered here often and was always good. From now on I will never order here again what a terribly bad service, lost 1 customer!

Ordered at 2:30, delivered at 5:30 and was not fresh My opinion, don't do it!

I was just about to order. But I quickly looked at the reviews. I didn't order after all.

The food arrived much too late and was therefore less tasty.

Extremely mediocre and expensive food. Unfriendly staff and long waits. Not recommended. The food didn't taste fresh.

Dry stuff, don't order from them anymore

Unfortunately I have to say that we think delivery is bad. Wait a long time before unpacking and then discover that the order is not complete. Then after calling for a repeat order, still no delivery after an hour. Furthermore, the sushi falls apart and makes eating with chopsticks very difficult.

We regularly get sushi at I Love Sushi. This was the first time at this location and also the last time. After eating the sushi we all got sick because the sushi was not good. Perhaps poor hygiene or spoiled fish. Of the 6 people who ate, 5 became ill. I have also filed a report with NVWA.

Very nice people, with well-priced food. Downsides occur in the opening hours, which are not very wide due to a shortage of staff.

Recently ordered online here. Order took longer than expected. Sushi was OK, not very special. Nigiri salmon was ok, Nigiri tuna was older because it had already started to change color. Maki's were decent, carving was on the sloppy side and could be better. If you order online you will receive a "gift" if you order more than 25 euros and that is.... a bowl of pickled cucumber, with a sweet handwritten note with a smiley. I have eaten better sushi I must say

Very bad, I called at 2:45 PM to ask if they could deliver yet, but they would do so as an exception. After an hour it was still not there and when I called they said no, the walk-in is too busy so it is not possible. So no food that you expected would be really bad.

top sushi and poke bowl waiting times are just not consistent and can be very long

Ordered here but canceled my order after an hour and fifteen minutes. you are constantly told we are working on it but nothing is happening. So never order here again.

Ordered sushi around noon, it was supposed to arrive at 6 p.m., but I'm still waiting at half past eight. Called several times and they said it was on its way... well, thanks for the lies. I will never order from here again and will advise others to do the same. Then just be honest!

We made a big online order with mega boxes for my birthday. Price is good. The sushi's were very good, fresh and well prepared. Everything we asked to be added to the order was there + extra food as present. Everything was delicious and the service very good. I am very happy and will surely order there again

Snel klaar, vriendelijk en goede prijs

Op een vrijdag rond 18:30 besteld, het was snel bezorgd, en heeeel lekker! Heel vers en goed gevuld. Het was onze eerste x hier, Maar de volgende week sushi bestellen we weer hier!

Is alleen voor afhalen of je kunt je bestelling laten bezorgen. De sushi is echt vers bereid en heerlijk van smaak. Laatste keer alleen geen wasabi en gember bij bestelling gekregen, toch iets wat erbij hoort. Verder echt een aanrader om eten te halen/bestellen wanneer je in Rotterdam Zuid woont

Zojuist echt de een mini poké bowl gehad voor 15 euro. Bizar zo klein nog nooit gezien. Ik voel me belazerd !!!

Lekkere sushi voor een degelijke prijs

Voor het eerst net sushi gehaald. Ik was €17.50 kwijt en ik vind de kwaliteit erg onder de maat zeker gezien hij niet de voordeligste is. Alleen de crisbi ebi is oke,maar begrijp de lading gedroogde uitjes er niet bij. Heb ook een rol met zalm en na 1 stuk wel klaar mee. Ongeloofelijke taai afval zalm in stukjes. Nee 1x niet meer. Sushi wordt ook niet vers gemaakt heb ik het idee want daar is hij al te koud voor. Nee geen volgende keer jammer want ik keek er naar uit maar eet nu het met tegenzin op.

Lekkere sushi. Goed gevuld en altijd lekker vers. Zijn wel moeilijk te bereiken en de bezorgtijd komt vaak niet overeen met wat er wordt afgesproken

Eten was lekker! We misten wel een gerechtje. Maar na een belletje prima opgelost en snel nabezorgd! Hartstikke top.

Sushi was lekker maar bij sommige stukjes ( van de aanbieding 24 voor 6,95) was de nori taai. Niet al te veel vulling in de rollen. Bakje lag klaar in de koeling Maar wat verwacht je voor die prijs? De andere sushi welke we erbij bestelde was vers gemaakt en smaakte beter. Of we hier nog een keer terug komen??? Geen idee.... voorlopig niet.
