The ice cream is okay, not great but not bad either.

Just because you are in a more expensive area does not mean that you can just withdraw random amounts and assume that the customer will pay. Perhaps most people accept that, but that does not make it okay. We ordered two ice creams: one cone with pistachio and one bowl with two scoops (pistachio and yoghurt). According to our calculations, we should have paid €5.80, but the ATM showed €8.80. We indicated that this was incorrect. The saleswoman responded laconically: “You have whipped cream, that costs extra, and pistachio has a surcharge.” Those surcharges were not mentioned anywhere on the menu — strange in itself. In addition: we had not ordered whipped cream. She went to “check” it — while she had literally scooped the ice cream for us a second before. Then you know whether or not there is whipped cream on it, right? In the end, we were charged €7.10. Still a different amount than would be logical, but it seemed pointless to go into it further. The saleswoman was already busy with something else. This is not about those few euros, but about the principle. And no, even in a luxury neighborhood you can't just pretend that prices don't have to be right or that customer friendliness doesn't matter.

The ice cream doesn’t take like anything. It’s bland and tasteless and expensive (€5 per person). I had the salted caramel, and it tasted like plain vanilla but not good vanilla. My partner had sorbet and also said it was not good. The scoop sizes are very small. Massimo Gelato and ice cream from Albert Heijn is much better. We used to sit in the square across the street, but it’s now full of cigarette butts.

Wow, I didn't expect this. What a very tasty ice cream! I had Key West Lemon Pie, dark chocolate and coconut. It was literally those three things, but in ice cream form!

Love all the variety of flavors of ice cream

We entered an almost empty ice cream shop with 3 employees and had to wait 15 minutes for 2 ice coffees, unfortunately we had to ask again and got an ice coffee without coffee. Because the coffee machine had been cleaned…

Average icecream, nothing special. The size of the scoop, was very little.

The ice cream is good but the flavors could be a little less average. Strawberries, chocolate, lemon and pistachio are simply not surprising flavors.

Try litchi flavor ice-cream here! It is fantastic. A bit more affordable prices would be nice, but for all tourists out here - have you looked at the houses and parked cars in the neighborhood? It is the district of the richest inhabitants of probably entire NL 😅

Heerlijke friet en ijs maar wat ijs betreft lijkt het wel Madurodam, wat een kleine bollen.

Variatie is fijn, maar te veel variatie ook weer niet.Standaard smaken zijn vaak niet beschikbaar.En het ijs is de ene keer zoeter dan de ander. Lekker ijs, maar niet geweldig

Yummy & fresh, tried the snickers flavor (the favorite of the staff member working at the time), and LOVED it! The lemon pie flavor was good. The hazelnut flavor was suuuper yummy. Lovely, and reasonably priced.

Ottimo gelato (buonissima la cialda e il gusto al mars) in un bel quartiere. Particolarmente adatto ai bimbi per la piazzetta vicina. Staff gentile.

Lekkere patat en heerlijke ijsjes

Very sweet little place, located in a beautiful Amsterdam neighborhood. All ice cream flavors are very yummy. So far Malaga + banana is the winner combination for me ;). I recommend having a seat outside to enjoy not just the ice cream, but the quiet square and local life as well

Worth every star and more!!! Beautiful, fresh and wide selection for every taste preference. The first time you come here you will know it’s amazing just because of the line that could be waiting outside. Don’t worry about that, the service is super quick and so you won’t be waiting too long. But trust me, it is totally worth the wait!! The staff are also super nice and helpful to describe all the flavours and also recommend some great combinations to try. It’s closeness to Vondel park is also great because you can pick it up and head on in there for a walk. I highly recommend this place, certainly in the top two gelato places I have tried in Amsterdam. I’m craving it as I’m writing this review, clearly need to head over this evening. :)

Anhelando gelato después de un largo día de turismo, el único lugar que pudimos encontrar todavía abierto fue Ijsboutique, y como estaba un poco lejos de nuestro hotel, partimos a paso ligero para llegar antes de que cerrara. Lo hicimos con cinco minutos de sobra, y encontramos varios grupos de personas felices afuera, charlando y disfrutando de sus dulces congelados. En el interior encontramos una buena selección de gelato, y rápidamente encontramos sabores para atraernos. El helado fue excelente y la manera perfecta de terminar un gran día en esta increíble ciudad.

The ice cream was super delicious. My wife had been craving mint chocolate chip, and was able to have just that. I had passionfruit and yoghurt - two flavours that work well together without cancelling the other out. The passionfruit was quite possibly one of the most delicious ice creams I have had in a while. If we didn't live so far away, it would definitely be a weekly visit.

Tijdens onze tocht langs de sculpturen van Artzuid kwamen bij deze ijssalon terecht. Heerlijk ijs. Echt een aanrader, Wel stevig geprijsd. Op het terrasje hadden we een leuk uitzicht op het plein met The Big Leg, een reusachtig vrouwenbeen.
