Today was the first and last time. I understand when the store is busy and that the staff can become stressed, but telling a customer to "get out of the store" is an excuse? Are you right? I was standing at the ice cream parlor with my family. We were first helped nicely by a young lady. Suddenly another lady comes and asks me in a rude manner if I can continue walking. I was like, it's my turn and I want to see what flavor I want. She started repeating while shouting in between all those people. At first I looked at her very surprised and she looked very aggressively at me. What are you getting involved with and how can I continue if I haven't chosen the flavor yet??? Then she said I can go out. Girl, I don't know your name, but my advice to you: if you can't handle the hustle and bustle, quit your job. You are certainly not customer friendly. Thanks to the customers, you earn your money. Don't forget that and change your behavior. You almost wanted to hit me. What idiotic behavior!! Just embarrassing a customer in front of all those people. Are you right??

Terribly dirty. Since the salon was taken over they have been unsanitary. We just found hairs in the ice. I ordered home delivery and something went wrong. 2 tubs of ice cream with the wrong flavor. They just took this back!!! How dirty is that. We were not allowed to keep the wrong order and were only asked if we wanted a new one. We weren't even compensated!!! Terrible as a regular customer I have to puke 24 scoops of ice cream that they took back will just sell them to someone else 🤢🤮 You didn't discuss anything with me on the phone! There was definitely a hair in there. In any case, you should be ashamed that you sold the ice cream and that they weren't even allowed to keep the other container after opening it...

Delicious ice cream and reasonably priced

Almost all of their products are halal and delicious. I got the hazelnut flavor and really liked it. I have no complaints about the taste, but unfortunately, I do have an issue with the portion sizes. It was the smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever seen. While one scoop is usually enough at other places, even two scoops here felt insufficient. There is outdoor seating, but it's a bit messy and neglected. Inside, the space is very cramped, so it's more suitable for takeaways. There's a park in front, and sitting on the grass seems like the best option. It's self-service, and there is usually a long line. I waited as well. We were greeted with a smile, and I didn't want to overlook that. My experience wasn't great, but if they increase the portion size of the ice cream, it could be a place I would visit again.

Love the taste of strawberry cheesecake. Just wish if the scoop size was little bigger. 1 scoop costs 2 euros.

I bought an ice cream cone for my little daughter, which cost 1.95 euros. I said I would pay by card. The lady asked if it was Visa or MasterCard. I said Visa. Then she asked if I had any cash. I said I didn't. She said fine, then entered 2.95 into the card terminal without saying anything and just held it out to me. The cash register showed 1.95. I asked why she entered 2.95, to which she replied, "Because it's Visa." I didn't know what to say, so I just let it go. I don't think this is fair.

My experience at IJs Koude Beste was disappointing. the staff didn't seem interested. Hygiene left much to be desired, with sticky tables and dirt on the floor. In short, not recommended for me

Delicious ice cream! Lots of different flavors and very friendly employees. There is plenty of seating outside. The ice cream parlor is also located next to the Noorderpark, so you can also enjoy your ice cream while walking!

Went for ice-cream after a nice day in the park. The ice-cream itself was fine, however the cashier said they did not take any type of card (not indicated anywhere), didn't let us the option to get cash nearby and then went ahead and took the card charging us 2 euros extra (without asking). Do not recommend.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. The staff was disrespectful, paid 8 euros for 2 people, 1 ice cream pp. Furthermore, the taste was not special. I'd rather drive a bit further and go to Waterlandplein, their ice cream is tasty and affordable. and the employees are sweet and helpful (ice practice).

Update 2024 - bulbs are a bit larger, taste less. Do what you want with it. Would still like to take the ferry and get a good ice cream in the city for the same price. ‐----- Good ice cream but no more than that. Balls on the small side. Quite expensive, 3.80 for 2 scoops. Unfortunately, North does not yet have a good ice cream parlor.

Ice Cold the WORST!!! Paid €17.25 for a container with 8 balls. I can't help but cry, what a VERY pathetic little bulb for these high prices. I used to love coming here, but NEVER again. Be warned you will be 100% disappointed. I see that the owner responded to these types of reviews (months ago) that something is being done about it, but today March 10, 2024 I received the most pathetic bowl of ice cream ever. I can't get over how overpriced this is. In Oud Zuid they are less stingy. Go shame yourself….. (In response to the owner: the fact that you even send this out for €17.25 is reason enough not to contact us, what a rip-off)

Always pleasantly busy on hot days, but you can quickly get your turn in this nice and tasty ice cream parlour! Lots of flavors to try.

Despite inflationary prices, going here is always a treat for the children, parents and others. The ice cream is delicious (dairy-free and gluten-free also available) and the sisters are hardworking ladies! Quite a long line of stampede in the summer. But for children there is a lovely little play corner and they receive a coloring page that, when handed in, will result in a free ice cream for the next visit! For those who can afford it every week or just as a treat every now and then. Strawberry Sorbets, coffee etc also available!

We ate super tasty ice creams; the kids were happy. The location is truly brilliant: a terrace next to a lawn with a playground a few meters away. The service was fast and attentive. Also toys for the little ones inside; recommended!

Ik had beter eerst de reviews kunnen lezen dan had ik dit van te voren al geweten, al leest de eigenaar schijnbaar ook de meeste reviews maar doet hij er nog niks aan... Als de meeste mensen klagen over dat je bollen ijs echt te klein zijn geworden voor het geld , dan moet je dat misschien toch aannemen en daar iets aan doen. En excuus alles is duurder geworden,ja je bent ook al duurder geworden dus dan hoef je niet ook nog is de helft te geven van wat je vroeger kreeg. Smaak is verder prima

Uitstekende ijssalon met erg leuke meiden achter de toonbank. Niet voor niks druk op warme dagen. Veel keus en ook met lekkere koffie. Niet heel veel zitruimte, dus daarom geen 5 sterren.

Location is very good and ice cream is tasty. Has places to seat with shade if needed. Price is quite high for the amount of ice cream you get. Wish the employees would use gloves when handling the ice cream cones (or at least a napkin).

Very good ice cream, but frankly unacceptable prices, even for Amsterdam standards. I got 1 coke and two cups and spent 17 euros, I thought there was a mistake. I was also told that my card was not accepted because it was not economically viable for the shop (in the end I was able to pay with it anyway, since I didn't have cash with me). Again, the ice cream is good but such a price is insane and it's almost a theft.

Prima lekker ijs op een fijne locatie naast het park.

Ik kom hier jaren, maar de laatste keer dat ik hier was kreeg ik een mini bolletje, zo klein, daarnaast mocht je maar 1 smaak proeven en dat was letterlijk een likje. Ijs overigens proefde nog wel prima, maar dat kleine bolletje is het dan niet waard.

Ik kom bij IJskoud de beste al jaren. Het enige wat ik kan zeggen is dat ze top zijn. Ik kom hier gemiddeld 3 keer per week en reis hiervoor 20 min met heel veel plezier. De ijsmaker zijn en blijven geweldige en de service is uitermate goed. Ik zou heel Noord- Holland aanraden om hier je bolletje te halen. Ik heb een spaarkaart waarbij ik ook nog omgerekend mijzelf kan trakteren op gratis ijs. Keep on doing the good job. IJskoude de beste Noord. Jullie zijn de beste !!!

Is al paar dagen dicht? Wat is er san de hand?

Voorheen was het een geweldige plek om heerlijk een ijsje te eten. Sinds enige tijd vind ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding echter flink achteruit gegaan. Je krijgt belachelijk kleine bollen voor een forse prijs. Elke keer een teleurstelling als ik er weer eens heen ga. Jammer dat het niet meer zoals vroeger is.

Al jaren lang een goede ijs salon + Veel diversiteit aan ijs. + Locatie en teras aan het park. + Terras beschutting tegen de zon. + Vriendelijk personeel. + Goede kwaliteit ijs. + Goede service dat verdergaat als alleen bediening. - €1.90 voor een bolletje is echt te duur. als vaste klant kom ik hierdoor veel minder vaak.

Sehr leckeres Eis hier bekommen und nett bedient worden.

Het ijs is superlekker, heel Amsterdam Noord staat hier in de rij. Maar ook de koffie is heerlijk, met een lekkere tosti erbij. En de service is heel lief, hier voel je je thuis.

We hebben nu al zoveel verschillende smaken ijs hier gekocht, altijd even goed en even lekker. Bezorging aan huis is ook tip top in orde.

Mijn kinderen gaan hier graag een ijsje halen. Vandaag zelf eens geprobeerd. Ben niet zo’n ijs fan. Een bolletje pistache met een knapperig hoorntje. Was heerlijk! Mijn partner had bloedsinaasappel. Die vond hij ook erg lekker. Ik ga zeker nog meer smaken proberen.

Это как раз тот случай, где ради "того самого вкуса" можно и в очереди постоять, а для этого кафе, особенно в хорошую теплую погоду, очередь на минут 20 - в порядке вещей. Мороженое здесь делают сами на месте, вкусов - миллион. А еще у них очень вкусные горячие бельгийские вафли! Эх, пишу отзыв - и жалею, что кафе сейчас закрылось на зиму, а до весны еще так далеко :))

Zeggen het beste ijs te verkopen. Smaken zijn goed en goed gevuld. Alleen qua smaak zijn er betere salons. Overigens een prima ijsje.
