The worker (didn’t catch his name but he had a beard) took advantage of the fact I was alone and would not stop inappropriately flirting with me—it was so uncomfortable. Didn’t even get to enjoy the gelato because it tasted a bit dated.

First time visiting, and definitely not the last! I came across this place thanks to other visitors’ reviews, and now it’s my turn to write mine. I loved everything I tried—and so did my wife! The churros with Nutella topping, the crepe with Bano, and the drinks were all absolutely perfect. Highly recommended if you’re looking to treat yourself and lift your mood!

This is a wonderful shop! Amazing people but most importantly great food (if you have a sweet tooth ;) if your in Amsterdam you have to go here and get a stroopwafel you will never forget!

The crepes are very tasty and also very large - as is the price. The price is unclear because you don't receive an invoice and it differs massively from the price on the display board. The quality is great, but I still don't think a crepe is worth 13 euros, no matter how good it tastes. I'm more generous when I'm on vacation, which is why the rating is so positive, but normally I would give it a maximum of three stars.

€15 Euros for Two small Canollis and a simple waffle with chocolate. After consulting with the staff, they begin to explain the prices, contradicting themselves. They don't make it clear, and they make you look like a fool. I don't recommend it at all.

Just had a plain waffle 6€ with Nutella 2€ and it came to 8.5€ so unsure about this. Yes its only .50€ but it adds up . The waffle was good and a decent amount of Nutella. Seemed to wait a while after another customer came in well after me and was served first and I assume they were talking the same language cause they got along well and seemed to chat for some time .

The waffles with bueno sauce are stunning! Just take note the prices are only for the main product, then you pay an extra for the sauce and another for toppings.

So delicious! Must try….The crepes and coffee were one of the best in town.

It's okay but it's nothing special, maybe the ice creams could be creamier, something like a goyurt but they're okay 😊

honestly feels too high- dropped 30€ on 2 drinks and 2 small churros and had to leave after one bite- the churros tasted like straight up macdonalds hamburger oil and the coffee tasted like dish soap. thank you so much for your response choco delight! i have had many churros in the past and i am aware of what they are supposed to taste like, and macdonalds patty is not that! you make all your money from tourists who do not know their area well- you have poor business strategy, customer service, and your food is the worst i have ever tasted.

Found this small place thanks to Google maps and didn't regret to walk that extra 10 minutes to give it a shot. Friendly staff and incredible fresh,hot churros. If you are nearby, try them with Pistacchio (if you have a sweet tooth) or simply with cinnamon and sugar

One ⭐ for the nice service, one ⭐ for the consistency of the ice cream (it didn't melt quickly and our kids were able to eat it themselves without dripping everywhere) and one ⭐ for the taste of the ice cream and the croissant (it was both really, really yummy). I have to deduct two stars, one because the prices of the menu items are not very obviously placed if they are shown at all, and one, because it's atrociously priced. The owner tries to justify the pricing in comments to other reviews, but no, the prices are not justifiable. I expected my croissant to be around 7-9 Euro, which would have been already on the more expensive side, but well, when in Amsterdam... it was 12 Euro. No. Just no. Yes, I should have asked about the price beforehand, but also the shop should put prices on the items as any shop normally does. It was really good, but the price-performance ratio was absolutely ridiculous. The service was really polite and nice, but we would absolutely not order here again with the prices being as high as they are.

Be careful with the 4.7 stars, these are fake reviews... It's a tourist trap, pancakes for 11 euros. Prices are indicated but hidden. You can find the same thing for 3/4 euros elsewhere. The staff is still friendly and welcoming but the scam does not deserve more than one star.

I don't recommend it at all. Poorly displayed price which gives ultra excessive prices: €38 for 1 pancake, 1 waffle and 2 drinks. We therefore said that following this extremely excessive price we were canceling the order. The manager became ultra aggressive with us, bordering on violent. We therefore put down the drinks to reduce the remaining bill to 28€, or 14€ per pancake... this is very excessive, especially for the quality of the product. The waffle remained in the window for a while, even the whole day…. We had paid extra whipped cream which had obviously been forgotten despite €2 per topping… although the boss was sorry once the payment was made I ignored him, you don't have to behave like that with a customer. Especially since the price is displayed once the product is prepared so there is no going back. When the client does not master the language it is even easier. To flee!!!! Tourist trap
