A cup with strawberry and chocolate and a small portion of churros costs €18.50. That’s quite expensive. They also charge €2 for a topping, which feels a bit unreasonable.

We went in thinking the coffee was cheaper than elsewhere so give it a go. 2 waffles with strawberries and 2 coffees came to 25 Euros, 3.50 x 2 =7 and 6 x 2 =12 so how did it come to 25? During making the coffee the owner sneezed into the coffees, he proceeded to do this three times without catching it with a tissue which was disgusting , I didn’t even drink my drink because of this! The waffle is just a stale £1 waffle warmed up which was disappointing! Tourist trap if I ever saw one!

Great cannolis. Man behind the counter was super friendly. Some guy outside berated me for sitting there with trash from his store while I was finishing my coffee. It was from another store but I didn’t know they had coffee at this place and had gotten some prior and just wanted to try the cannolis. Felt like I should not have bought from him because of the way he acted. I didn’t know.

We went in hoping to find good products. The few prices displayed were in line; for example, you could choose a waffle and some toppings, although the final price wasn't exactly clear since it wasn't listed on the toppings. So we opted for a ready-made waffle, thinking it would be in line with the price we were making. Instead, once heated up, they told us the price: €12 for a waffle as big as a hand and topped with Nutella (?). Crumbled Lotus biscuits, but soft, like Kinder Buenos, probably because they'd been made for a while. The same goes for the waffle. We were convinced we'd paid one more, but when they told us there was still one left to pay, we were shocked. Definitely a tourist trap to stay away from. It's a shame because it looked inviting.

They can make hot Dutch waffles on the spot in addition to the display samples for warming up. Be careful with toppings. If you add too much, it will be too sweet.

Highly recommended! The crepe with Nutella and strawberries is incredibly delicious – a generous portion (easily shared). The staff are super nice and friendly. You can sit inside or outside (on a bench). We'll definitely stop by again when we're in Amsterdam again.

Definitely one of the places selling sweets in Amsterdam - but they make the waffels fresh in front of your eyes. They are expensive but transparent with prices (unlike many places nearby) - but it's okay considering the location and everything. I liked this place.

I liked their stroopwaffels. It was delicious and had a good texture. Only that it was too sweet (maybe only for me)

Edit 9/8/25: Clearly the shop owner lacks basic knowledge of desserts and cannot take criticism. In the video the cookie doesnt even break when being hit on the bench. He has no business owning a dessert shop. He should get into the concrete business the way he makes his cookies. ————————————————— Cookies were hard as a rock. Extremely disappointed. Gorgeous gelato and fabulous staff!! It was so good I went back for a cheeky second scoop. We visited with 4 adults and 6 kids and the staff were so accomodating and friendly. As you can imagine 6 kids choosing flavours was chaos but they were so patient and understanding. Definitely recommend for families with kids!

A stroopwafel costs €8.50 with topping, but it's not indicated that the topping costs €2. The sign only says €6.50. I was also charged for a topping that I received even though I never ordered it. So I ended up paying €10.50 for one waffle. But I then complained about the topping, which I didn't want. My waffle was remade without the extra topping. But €8.50 for a waffle with two small Kit Kats is a lot, even for Amsterdam.

Quite a good ice cream here, great taste but expensive (3 Euro per scoop). The coffee ist strong enough to wake the dead, so enjoy with caution.

There are different types of waffles, juices, and ice cream. The taste is more than wonderful, but the prices are a little high. I think it's because of the location. The service is excellent. It was a unique experience.

The pastries were delicious, but the atmosphere wasn't welcoming. Everything was served on plastic or cardboard plates, along with plastic cutlery, etc. For the price, you shouldn't go there: €65.00 for 4 teas and 4 filled croissants. It could be a bit less.

How this is rated 4.6 is beyond us. The poffertjes were okay, although fresh, but were not buttery. Overall, the vibe is super touristy and inauthentic - too sugary. There is definitely better stroopwafels (which looked very bland and overly topped and sugary with nutella etc.) and poffertjes nearby. We only came here because no other places were open. A genuine tourist trap and nothing but another overly sugary, instagrammable place. Disappointing. The grammar on the menu isn't even correct.

Waffles not made freshly but delivered in boxes (when we were there). Then sold for 12€ per piece after putting it into a microwave oven. Way too expensive for what you get.

Loved the churros! So fresh, crunchy and absolutely yummy! Even the little pancakes with dubai chocolate kind of toping were mouthwatering! Visited two weeks ago and just remembered that i should write about how good the churros were! The shopkeeper was so friendlyy, made our little visit even more delightful.

If heaven had a dessert bar, this would be it. Stumbled into Choco Delight on a sugar-fueled mission and oh boy—mission accomplished. Their Dubai chocolate pancake is straight-up luxury on a plate: gooey, rich, and unapologetically decadent.
