Yummy 'the ice cream is a bit watery' it is not creamy!

The place where this ice is produced is unbelievably loud. Their machines make constant noise, especially during the weekends and at night. It’s absolutely unbearable, people need to sleep. It’s completely antisocial to make this kind of noise in the middle of a residential area.

Gods almighty. This is easily the best ice cream I had in my entire life. The banana flavor tastes like I was eating a beautifully ripe banana somewhere in Philippines. Hazelnut tastes like the best hazelnut that exists. I bought a litre of ice cream for take away, thinking we will have dessert for a few times, but I don’t think we can stop eating it. Wow. Can I give six stars?

The pistachio gelato is five stars. The other options were four stars. It is a very good gelato.

I was passing by with my friends by chance and we discovered that the guys working there were Italian, or maybe they were the owners of the kiosk. They were really kind, and the ice cream was delicious 😋, and the coffee was really good. If you're passing by, I really recommend going and trying it. It's located in the square near the Europaplein Amsterdam metro stop.

An ice cream in Pisa is a must on a hot summer day. The service is very friendly, the people in line are relaxed, and afterward, you can relax on the stone bench and enjoy your ice cream together, enjoying the view. This time we had the pistachio milkshake with three scoops. For €4.50, a delicious cold drink on a hot day.

The ice production facility causes serious disturbance to multiple residents on both sides of the building. I live on Cornelis Trooststraat, on the opposite side of the street, and I still experience significant noise. During the day, there is constant loud noise: doors are slammed shut, loud music is frequently played, and noisy machines cause sound throughout the inner garden. At night, operations continue with the stacking of aluminum trays and more machine noise. This level of disruption is not normal in a residential area.

Absurdly delicious ice cream, in my opinion the best. Definitely noticeably better than Venice on Scheldestraat.

Fantastic ice cream. I always get two when I go there. Hazelnut, pistachio, and coffee are my favorites, but hazelnut is definitely my favorite! It's great that they don't use cardboard spoons, as I think they detract from the flavor. Keep it up, Pisa! ☺️

They have definitely really good ice cream and super good vibes ♥️ I tried cookie and I liked that it was not as expected American cookie but I guess it was more of an Italian cookie and then I had an innovative flavour which I absolutely loved, it was bread with butter and jam and it was such a joy to have some special flavours and overall ice cream quality was super good 🥰🥰🥰 this made my day!! I will come again and also bring friends!

If you're passing through Amsterdam, this is THE ICE CREAM SHOP to visit. Facu's service was excellent. The flavors he recommended exceeded our expectations, one better than the other. Excellent place.

Come here once a year whenever I am in Amsterdam as their ice cream is so good! Love the pitaschio & after 8. This time, I forgot that they didn’t take foreign cards and I didn’t have any cash on me. The lady was so nice and told me to take the ice cream first and go opposite for the ATM. When I reached the machine, it was sadly out of order and I went back to apologise and mentioned that I will definitely be back by end of the week to pay for it or to see what else can be done. She was so nice and asked “Did you enjoy the ice cream? “ to which I nodded and she said that’s all that is important. That really touched me and I always remember that. End of the week, I finally had some cash on me and we went back to pay and get more ice cream but sadly she wasn’t there but her colleagues were equally nice and knew the story, so writing this here in hopes of letting her know that she totally made an impact from her kind gestures and such a wonderful story for me to share always. Thank you!!

Both the ice cream and the staff are excellent. You absolutely have to try the hazelnut, banana, liquorice, yogurt and all the other flavors!

We tried different flavors, both fruit and cream, all delicious! The ice cream shop is known and loved by locals and also by those who are passing by since it is known throughout Amsterdam ... you might find a queue but the guys are fast and nice and in any case it is worth the wait! Excellent yogurt, pistachio, whipped cream, banana and all the others ...

Pisa serves really delicious Italian ice cream. Creamy, full of flavor and clearly freshly prepared. In my opinion, it tastes better than the competitors in the area. A regular stop if you are in Amsterdam South and fancy some top ice cream!

Very good ice cream but they don’t accept Visa Debit or any credit cards so you may want to stay away. There is an ATM across the street but it charges €5 in fees. As a tourist using debit cards incurs a lot of extra fees that travel credit cards don’t charge so it would be great if they accepted credit cards.

The ice cream here is a delight

They are open again! You had to be here today because it was even better than usual. They are also always super friendly. We have been coming here for years with great pleasure! 3 ice creams in total (2 scoops per person) €9.60

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming that that is the reason for me to go to Pisa, instead of Massimo Ice cream which is just around the corner from me. I eat ice cream because eating something tasty gives me pleasure, and being greeted kindly and having a short chat makes that pleasure even greater!

Best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands

One of the tastiest Italian ice cream shops in the Netherlands for more than 50 years. Please note, they are now (12/14/2024) closed for the winter season! They will open again on March 1, 2025. (I will try to adjust the opening hours on Google Maps).

Super tasty ice cream, we have become regular customers since a few weeks. They did recommend me a (new) ice cream flavor and it ended up being very nasty. Staff is also super nice. Edit: it's a pity that Pisa ice cream only recently opens from 1:00 PM as my break is over right then..

Visited this one today after not having tried it in 10 years. It is still great and a bang for your buck. 3 flavours in a cup for 4.20! I got the pistachio(8/10), cookies(8/10) and hazelnut(9/10). The hazelnut flavour was recommended by them. It was my first time trying hazelnut and I was blown away by the creaminess of the ice cream and the round flavour of it. Definitely a great ice cream place in the 'Rivierenbuurt'.

Very tasty milk and sorbet ice cream! Very affordable, especially compared to other Italian ice cream parlors in the area. We often come here in the evening for an ice cream.

Simply the best. Authentic Italian ice cream with incredible creaminess. I've tried many flavors since I started coming here, and the Pistachio and Hazelnut combo is my favorite. But honestly, every flavor is perfect. No matter what you choose, you can't go wrong. If you can't make it to Italy, just visit Pisa Ice Cream.

Delicious ice cream, lots of variation in taste, but no disco dip or bubbles for the little ones, just whipped cream.

My favorite flavour so far is yogurt. Creamy rich yogurt.

It’s always very busy during the summertime. They close at midnight, which is great if you enjoy late-night ice cream in nice weather! Despite the high volume of customers, the service is always friendly. The pistachio flavor is creamy and smooth—very nice! 👍🏽 I definitely recommend it.
