€15 for two hot chocolates (chocolate milk) with whipped cream was a bit of a disappointment. I kept the receipt as a souvenir of a lovely walk on the beach.

The ice cream is delicious but expensive

Very disappointed yesterday, the new owner normally wouldn't have a problem with the quality of the other one. €2.95 for a scoop of ice cream, and I say scoop because that's what it was. I was thinking of a slightly larger scoop, like the ones we used to use for butter or melon balls. Absolutely scandalous, and very disappointing. We drove to Scheveningen for this years, which is a real shame.

We were there yesterday and suddenly there are other people there. They don't have any more sundaes, just scoops. It's a shame there are different owners now. We always enjoyed going there. It's a real shame. Best, Carina.

Delicious Italian ice cream and great coffee. Chill out spot.

Bad. I have no other word for it. Yesterday we ate 3 toasted sandwiches on the terrace of this establishment, with 2 cappuccinos and a fresh mint tea. Only the fresh mint tea was good, probably because nothing can be done with water and mint. Strange service, they don't speak Dutch. The cappuccino was watery and tasted chemical, rancid. We didn't drink it either. The toasted sandwiches were 2 pale casino slices with a slice of young cheese. Nothing more. No idea if the ice cream is good at this catering establishment, but I wouldn't order anything other than ice cream here. It looked clean and tidy inside. There is also no toilet for guests. People, please walk 100 meters further for better food, drinks and service.

Today I bought two scoops of ice cream and a milkshake. The strawberry ice cream didn't taste like strawberry at all, but the lemon was fine. Not to mention the milkshake... they call it a "premium milkshake," and you pay 8 euros for it. Of course, you expect a really tasty milkshake with fresh fruit. What I got was utterly awful. It was 75% milk, and it tasted like they'd added some kind of Nesquik powder and whipped cream on top, lol. Way too expensive. I never leave reviews, but this was beyond words.

Patient and friendly despite almost 30 degrees and a long queue in front of the door.

24 flavors but no banana. A few laughs ensue. The ice cream man then asks if I want banana. "Yes, please. I'll get it for you," he replies. A minute later, I received my banana ice cream. With a big grin and a joking remark, "That's service." Really. Absolutely fantastic. A banana ice cream and a smile on my face.

Apparently, the shop has been taken over. The menu with ice cream sundaes is gone, and you can't order anything anymore, which is precisely why we came here (because we won't be coming back from now on). Ask a question, but they don't speak Dutch and therefore don't understand what you're asking. It's now just another shop like many others, so there's no reason to go specifically to this one anymore. There was no one inside, which speaks volumes. We're going to look for a shop that does have ice cream sundaes and where they can understand you and help you with questions.

Unfriendly, and the scoops are way too small for the price! The ice cream taste isn't great!

Nice Caffè by seaside Scheveningen. As a customer, always you get nice welcome. Very tasty tea, coffee and deserts.

The children ate a bee and liked it. I didn't think it looked that good inside.

Al jaren prima ijs op een vertrouwde plek op Scheveningen

Het Ijs is ok maar niet bijzonder. Vriendelijke bediening maar later op de avond op een drukke dag is er 1 meneer achter de counter die niet meer zo vriendelijk richting klanten is, dat is jammer. Het gaf ons een ongemakkelijk gevoel terwijl de uitvall richting klant niet tegen ons was. De klant had overigens gelijk.

Ottima gelateria a conduzione familiare, ottimi prodotti italiani e personale gentilissimo a partire dal titolare. Se siete a Scheveningen provatela.

Je kan er een heerlijk ijsje eten en koffie drinken en een gezellige service.

Lekker en leuke ijsjes op de kaart. Vandaag, 20 augustus, weer geweest. Weer een lekker ijsje op!

Prijs-kwaliteit can het ijs is in orde. Wel jammer dat je met een normaal ijsje in een hoorntje niet op het terras of binnen mag zitten.

Overheerlijke Italiaanse ijs en niet duur

Gelato e crepes veramente buone,amplia scelta e varietà di gusti, simpatici,professionali e sanno pure parlare italiano "un ragazzo Tunisino tra l'altro". Buon ricordo,ci tornerò.

Gisteren een ijsje gehaald met zoontje. Het ijs was lekker, maar de medewerkers erg onvriendelijk. Ik en mijn zoontje werden weggeduwd door meneer omdat we een beetje in de weg stonden. We stonden in de rij en konden niet echt ergens anders staan. Je kan ook vragen of je er langs mag. Verder vroeg ik of er pinda in het chocolade ijs zat i.vm. pinda allergie. Kreeg ik van de dame achter de balie een geagiteerd antwoord dat er natuurlijk geen pinda zat in chocolade ijs. Ik denk dat de dame niet helemaal snapt hoe serieus een pinda allergie is!

Lekkerste schepijs van den haag en omgeving. bediening is ook altijd heel vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Een ruime assortiment van ijssmaken. Ik heb ijs milkshake gekocht maar die was meer als melk dan milkshake - te vloeibaar en je proeft geen ijs. Jammer dat ik heb andere ijssalon (er zijn veel ijssalons) niet gekozen...

Lieblings Eisdiele! Besonders der Crêpe ist soo lecker, und auch sehr freundliches Personal!

Kleiner Laden an der Promenade miz großer Auswahl. Eis und Kaffee sind sehr lecker, Preise fair.

Ik heb echt een tip voor de oude en verzuurde mensen (eigenaren?) achter de ijsverkoop: stop met wat je doet en volg je passie, overduidelijk heb je geen plezier in wat je doet en het leven is echt veel te kort om tegen je zin in dingen te doen. Het is zeer onduidelijk hoe de huisregels hier zijn. We wilden op een leeg (!!!) terras even 5 minuten een ijsje eten met onze kinderen. Toen er driftig aangegeven werd dat we daar met de bestelling niet konden zitten vroeg ik nog wat we in vredesnaam moesten bestellen, doen of betalen om daar wel even te zitten. Maar verder dan wat binnensmonds gekanker kwam ‘ie niet. Uiteindelijk mochten we blijven zitten. Echt een krankzinnige ervaring! Ik heb zelf wel een goed gevoel voor humor, vandaar toch nog een paar sterren, leek hier verdorie wel Fawlty Towers. Het ijs was trouwens wel goor, heb nu een paar uur later nog een droge bek.

The Capriccio Italiaanse Ijssalon is near the pier. Here you can choose between the classical tastes like chocolat, vanilla etc but also tropica, hazelnut are very good. My personal favourit is almonde with pistache sauce. Prices are acceptable for the location.

Perfetto per un gelato con tanta frutta fresca o un wafel con la nutella ! Soprattutto pulito in un bellissimo posto di mare

Het ijs is super lekker! Maar de eigenaren zijn echt niet klantvriendelijk. Wij wilde lekker binnen zitten met een ijsje en een kopje koffie. Was niet mogelijk, want wij hadden volgens hun to go. En dat werd op een onvriendelijke manier duidelijk gemaakt. Wij wisten ook niet dat we niet binnen mochten zitten, want het bord staat 3 meter verderop. Het is dat het ijs lekker is.

Sono stato l'atro giorno con un pó di amici , lo abbiamo scoperto chiedendo in zona. Posto molto turistico con vista mare, camerieri sempre in ordine con il servizio, per di piu capiscono molte lingue con la clientela, la divisa da lavoro sempre in ordine. wafel sempre perfetti e gustosi, crepes cotti sempre alla perfezione,prima,mentre e dopo il corona virus ho trovato sempre tutto ordinato e pulito. Tutto perfetto,curato nei minimi dettagli. Da tornarci!!! I was the other day with a few friends, we found out by asking in the area. A beautiful place between view and very nice and clean products, the employees behind the counter and the ice cream showcase are very polite and helpful and above all professional, the terrace overlooking the sea and the bridge with the Ferris wheel is beautiful, very comfortable and also the very clean. Only had coffee and sat inside on a quiet Monday morning. Nice coffee but not the cheapest. Older woman not the most friendly as others have said. Was allowed to use the toilet without charge as a customer.

Today we had the Crispy coupe, the Strawberry coupe, and the chocolate coupe which were really nice & tasty!! Very friendly people too.

On the Scheveningen promenade right opposite the pier entrance. Casual place serving amazing coffee. Tried the waffle with Nutella and it was lovely soft and with just the right amount of sweet. Reasonably priced with a lovely staff.

Vreselijke tent, ongemanierd personeel en zeer onvriendelijk, traag en ongeletterd, uit beleefdheid toch maar een ijsje gehaald dat nergens naar smaakte. Jammer dat we van alle ijstenten daar naar deze zijn geweest. Om te huilen.
