Delicious! Best Yoghurt Amarena I have had in a while

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've found myself standing in front of a closed door when picking up my package. The website says they open at 12:00. We arrived at the door at 12:30, only to find a note saying they don't open until 14:00. Because I really needed the package, I went again at 14:40, but it was still closed and they were unreachable by phone! Truly bad!

Very tasty ice cream and milkshakes that come in all the ice cream flavors. I am a very critical ice cream eater and normally not such a fan of ice cream in the Netherlands, but the flavors here are truly fantastic and the ice cream is nice and soft (not too soft). Milkshake recommendations: 2 scoops of lemon and 1 scoop of mango, or just pure mango (3 scoops). You won't regret it if you like these flavors. It's bad news that my girlfriend always sends and receives packages from Vinted via this shop. So I predict I will be getting an ice cream here regularly.

What a fantastic place! The ice cream is absolutely incredible and there is a wide range of flavours. The best thing is that every flavour really tastes exactly as it should, the lemon ice cream is a real favourite, fresh and full of flavour, but all the flavours I have tried have been fantastic. The milkshake is something out of the ordinary because it is made with their own ice cream. It gives a creamy, rich and incredibly good flavour that is really noticeable. I also took the opportunity to drink a cappuccino, and it was just as high quality, really good! The service is also top class. The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming and make you feel appreciated from the first moment. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who loves really good ice cream and good service. If you are passing by, don't miss the chance to stop by, you won't be disappointed!

Great freshly made scoop ice cream!

Great ice cream, no long lines like in Old Sloten. Fresh ingredients and good variety, also milkshakes, afigato, and ice cream cakes.

Super friendly staff. It is truly sublime. The taste and texture are delicious. The milkshakes are, in a word, WOW. It is highly recommended for anyone who loves good ice cream.

The bald man behind the counter is grumpy when I come to pick up or drop off a package. If he has trouble with QR codes, he shoves a sign with instructions in your face for you to figure out. If you ask if they work with a specific carrier, you get no answer. Then I told him I was looking at the package's location incorrectly, and without giving him a single glance, he turned his head and went back to work without saying a word. Hopefully the ice cream is good, so at least there's a reason for others to stop by.

I always have my packages delivered here and it always goes well and smoothly. I often grab an ice cream right away and recommend everyone do the same, because the ice cream they make and sell here is truly top-notch. The owner (I think his name is Kees) is also friendly and cooperative. Absolutely worth 5 stars for me!!

Super milkshakes and friendly staff

Don’t know about the icecream but would not recommend if you need to pick up a package. Despite there only being 15 packages he will refuse to try to find yours even if you show the QR code and tell him the first and last name, unless you also find the carrier for him. Beyond that, he will happily begin responding to you in English if you try practicing your Dutch, but even if you come in speaking English, he will respond consistently in Dutch to every English sentence. He seems very annoyed and impatient but still finds time to waste if it’s an international.

The selection of flavors is fantastic, from classics like vanilla and strawberry to surprising specials that change regularly. Every time I go, I receive friendly service with a smile. What I especially appreciate is that I don't just come here for a delicious ice cream, but also because I can easily drop off and pick up my packages. That makes it so convenient: run an errand or pick something up, and immediately enjoy a fresh cone of ice cream as a reward. The ice cream is quite delicious. I come here almost three times a week, and it's always delicious. Sometimes the ice cream melts a bit and is soft, but that's not a problem for me. The staff is friendly. They also have a pickup point. I'm very happy with this ice cream parlor; I highly recommend it. Thank you.

None answered when you call them

I had gotten ice cream here before and I thought I had written a review of it. But apparently not. The first time when the store had just opened, the ice cream was delicious. But after about six months the taste faded. At some point I stopped visiting this store, even when Verona was gone. Now I took the plunge and tried a milkshake. The store itself looks semi attractive. The Remco-like employee was nice and tried to help quickly. The milkshake (pistachio, nutella, kinderbueno) was watery. Either the ice cream was too weak in texture or too much whole milk was used. There were also large pieces of bueno that had not been mixed and I was allowed to eat them. Considering the quality, not a store I would visit anytime soon. Perhaps in the future it will be like this again. For the effort and for my experience at the time, now 2 stars. May still change in the future. I think it's a shame that there are no more shops (except those Italians at Scheldeplein, Scheldestraat and Jan den Haanstraat) that use pure and fresh ingredients to prepare the ice cream.

Bad service and employees are slow to understand and smart. Ice cream parlor probably doesn't do that because of the quality, that's why they are now also a parcel point for a few extra cents.

Delicious ice cream and tasty milkshakes!!!

For the UPS parcel collection this place is not great. Despite having the parcel in the shop physically, they do not even try to look it up physically. The name was not matching their little software, so they did not try checking with their own eyes, based on the label/ address on the actual parcel. Just refused to help further. How bizzare. UPS told me the parcel is there, cannot help. So now it is being sent back to the sender. Thanks Ijs shop employee 👍👍

I didn’t order ice yet, but I’m here often to to collect some packages - best staff ever, if in my life I will met people like in this shop I will smile more! Recommend so much for everyone.

Delicious artisanal Italian ice cream (Pisa ice cream worthy) in the heart of Osdorp, a bit on the expensive side

Jammer dat er bij de winkel niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd wordt over openingstijden. Had dit adres als UPS afhaalpunt doorgegeven en nu blijkt dit punt de gehele maand januari gesloten. UPS is blijkbaar ook niet op de hoogte want krijg steeds berichten dat ze het hebben proberen af te leveren.

One of the nicer ice cream parlors I've been to. Very warm staff who welcome you with a smile and friendliness. The ice cream is very tasty and for Christmas I buy the beautiful ice cream cakes that they make here every year. Real ice art! Almost too beautiful to eat, but much more delicious not to eat. Recommended!

Heerlijk ijs, was gisteren langs geweest.

Spent a few days with a friend near this place and went a few times. Coffee was fantastic and the little details around the ice cream were lovely! I loved Bailey's flavored ice cream too.

Finally a nice, cute and clean place for ice cream and coffee in our buurt. I especially liked guava flavor, pretty unique !!!

Ijsje wezen eten met mijn dochter. Ze vond het heerlijk. Zelf ben ik erg te spreken over de blackstock koffie, zelden zulke goeie koffie gedronken in een ijssalon! Verder was de zaak schoon en het personeel vriendelijk. Fijne en mooie zaak. Aanwinst voor de buurt.
