IJssalon Marco Polo in Wijk 01 Almere Haven

Unfortunately, every time I order from New York, this location is automatically selected. I have posted photos of almost every time I have ordered here. There is something every time: 9 out of 10 times, almost the entire bottle of garlic sauce is dumped on my pizza. "Garlic swirl"... I don't understand how anyone is expected to eat a pizza that is completely covered in sauce. Either there is no sauce, or half of my pizza is untopped, and so on. After the umpteenth time and having sent multiple emails with this complaint, I am really done with it now. It ultimately feels like it is being done on purpose, because I always order East Side shawarma; when I order other pizzas with it, they are delivered normally. Very disappointing, and I would actually like a refund for my last order, since this is already the umpteenth time and I am now certain I will never order here again. Not recommended at all.

Ordered food today. Looked good, but the taste was very bland. My partner and I have had stomach problems since we ate. We definitely won't be coming back. I came because the shawarma place (which I frequent) next door was closed.

Got a nice fish fillet and 4 herring today. I asked for extra onions and pickles. Yes, yes, she said... but I only got one bag of onions and one bag of pickles. I've been getting fish here for years... I don't know why 😡

Would the employees please only clean up the terrace after closing time?
