Iki Sushi in Wijk 29 Vathorst-centrum

We ordered sushi and a pokebowl for our housewarming. We received excellent advice on what would be best for 30 people. It was a great success. We had a delicious meal. Upon delivery, we were kindly congratulated on our new home. Very thoughtful of the young delivery driver. Conclusion: Highly recommended; we will be ordering from them more often.

The service was very slow. I ordered boba milk with tapioca, but the tapioca balls were hard and stale. You could barely chew them, which I find very disappointing. I have ordered boba from this place before, but I have never had such a bad experience there.

Always very pleasant experiences at this restaurant! I regularly pick up my sushi and poke bowls here (currently without fish due to pregnancy). Tonight, I made a mistake when assembling my poke bowl and added an ingredient that I apparently am not allowed to have right now. I only found out about this when picking it up. The friendly gentleman didn't hesitate for a second and made a new poke bowl for me. It was my own fault, so I said I would take it off at home, but he insisted. Incredibly kind!! The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh and tasty.

I don't know what the sushi tastes like, because unfortunately we didn't get that far. Upon entering, we were completely ignored. No one greeted us or even looked up, even though there was plenty of staff present. We eventually sat down at an empty table ourselves, but even after that, no one came to ask if we wanted anything to drink or to order. After some time, we decided to inquire ourselves if we could order. We were then told in a rather unpleasant tone that they were no longer taking orders and that we therefore had to leave. I fully understand that it can be busy, but a friendly explanation and clear communication make a big difference. A simple greeting or brief explanation would have made the experience much more pleasant.

The food is very good and very fresh, but sometimes you have to wait a really really long time..

The best poke bowls! We've been forced to order from elsewhere a few times, but we definitely won't be doing that again. These are by far the tastiest. And a small bowl is more than enough for a meal. Always order takeout, and it's always ready on time. Top-notch!

Such behavior spoils the whole impression right from the entrance. As for the sushi - it does not offend, but it does not amaze either. The rice was perfectly cooked, but for my taste it was not seasoned enough, and overall the dishes lacked a more pronounced taste or idea. It is not a bad place if you want to eat quickly, but the experience or atmosphere that would make me want to return is unfortunately missing.

Just picked up a poke bowl. While I was eating I saw a dead ant in my rice. Then I looked further and there were more ants in it. Had to throw my poke bowl away.

Very tasty sushi and good vegetarian options! I ate in the restaurant and didn't pick up takeout like most people do. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is somewhat less. There is little attractive decoration and delivery people are constantly passing by. The service was very good and we were served by a friendly man, nothing to complain about.

I stumbled upon this place on Friday to pick up some takeout. It was delicious and fresh! From now on, I'll happily drive 20 minutes for some truly good sushi to go!

I like to come here for the delicious boba 🧋 But the sushi is also delicious. The only thing that could be better is the interior. Could use a little more heat

Wow, our poke bowls were so delicious! Everything tasted fresh; the vegetables were nice and crispy, as were the fried chicken and ebi and they were also nice and lukewarm. The sushi rice had a lot of flavor. Really recommended.

So happy! You are an asset to Vathorst, Amersfoort in general. We always traveled a bit for a good poke bowl. Now that is no longer necessary. The poke bowls were delicious, as were the sushi, boba and my favorite snack, seaweed spring roll! We will definitely come back more often 🫶🏽

Today we decided ad hoc to get sushi at IKISushi. I had to wait a while for my order, so I sat outside. Weerde was brought to me with extra info about which one was vegetarian and which one contained meat, so I could tell them apart for the vegetarian in my family. My daughter and I were very positively surprised, what delicious sushi! We will definitely pick up or order from IKI more often!

Have ordered and eaten here several times. Staff is very friendly and helps if you have questions. There is an open kitchen and you can basically watch what happens to your food. So they are honest and open about your food and have nothing to hide. There is plenty of room to eat inside and it is tidy. The service is friendly and correct. The sushi is made with good, fresh quality ingredients and you can taste it! The boba also tastes good. Ordering has never gone wrong and the food has always been delivered in good, neat and complete condition. Recommended!

Ordered sushi from Iki Sushi and had it delivered to your home. The delivery person was on time and the sushi was fresh and of good quality. In short; a good experience and worth repeating!

I had put together a medium vegan poke bowl. The price/quality ratio is good: you get a lot (I say as a big eater) and the food is fresh. Some comments: cold light and it was on the cold side inside.

My order has never been delivered on time. Please assume at least a half hour delay. Even when you order at 5 p.m., with delivery time at 7 p.m. Does it come after 7:30 PM.

Delicious poke bowls, the sushi is a bit mediocre

Delicious poke bowls, for only €13 each! We felt like poké and decided to eat here for the first time, since we came from Vathorst station. Kindly received and ordered on a large screen. Here you can put together your own bowl. Both of us enjoyed the large generous poke bowls. The flavor of the wasabi mayo was strong at times, but we like that. Ingredients taste super fresh and the sushi rice is wonderfully sticky! My only comment: The interior is a bit cold with cold white light and there is a lot of going in and out by Thuisbezorgd deliverers. This makes the room feel relatively cold, so we sat with our coat on. Nevertheless, we highly recommend the food! They get a 10/10 from us for the poke bowls. We will come here more often.

Best Pokebowls out there. All ingredients are fresh and even just the rice is delicious.

I arrived here on a deserted Friday. The first thing I noticed was that there is very little difference between the guest area and the staff area; the kitchen was very open and the orders were visible. That's not a bad thing, by the way; it created a special atmosphere. I took a poke bowl with boiled shrimp, mango and wakame (seaweed). There is a screen with which you can conveniently put together everything for your bowl yourself. Because of the peace and quiet I only had to wait 10 minutes for it. In terms of layout, it is the best bowl I have seen. Everything was nicely sorted, and the sauce had a nice diamond pattern. That did have a disadvantage, namely that it was very difficult to mix. Furthermore, there was less rice than I am used to, which for me takes away from the taste. But then I'm also fussing, because there was a lot good about this bowl. The mango, despite it being the middle of September and the mango season being long over, the mango was delicious. It gave me the feeling I had at the beginning of the holiday, when on nice days you go for a picnic with friends and bring mango. Furthermore, the pieces of surimi (whitefish) gave a very nice finishing touch. A little bit that really made it complete. Afterwards I also had bubble tea and spring rolls. There is not much special to say about the bubble tea. It was well flavored and well sweetened. It was very excessively chilled for a day like this, but that didn't affect the taste. To summarize, here you get excellent quality food for a very good price.

Overduidelijk de beste sushi die ze hebben in Amersfoort. Zeer vers en lekker, ze denken mee naar de mogelijkheden mocht je met een grotere groep willen eten.

Unfortunately it is already the second time that my order got screwed. The first time I ordered Edamame and they missed it the second time I order one type of sushi which is similar to another one and they put all the same type and for the one missing I paid 50 cents more. Very good quality sushi but they should be more careful and double check the orders. So if you order I suggested you check at the spot.

Kwaliteit is echt geweldig! De bubble tea is heerlijk en ook de special vegan roll met witvis en mangosaus was ontzettend lekker. De pokebowls zijn erg goed gevuld met verse ingrediënten.

Sushi van Iki is toch echt Next Level! Er is zoveel keuze als het aankomt op sushi, pokebowl, etc. bestellen, maar iedere keer als ik bij Iki bestel merk ik wat een verschil in smaakbeleving hun sushi geeft. Heerlijk vers en op smaak. GA zo door.

Pokebowls worden echt vers en goed gemaakt. Tot de rand vol en gewoon super goed van smaak. Elke keer weer blij mee!

Das Essen war sehr lecker und ich empfehle es jeder Person, die Sushi, Pokebowls etc. mal probieren möchte. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Insgesamt hat es sich gelohnt hier hin zu fahren und die 5 Sterne hat das Restaurant auf jedenfall verdient 👍

Sushi smaakt écht goed en vers. Vaak proef je bij anderen de kou en droogte omdat ze vooraf bereid zijn en uit de koelkast komen. Bij Iki Sushi is dit zeker niet het geval. Sushi set 48st is lekker gevarieerd, misschien volgende keer de 80st set proberen. Hot sides Gyoza en Tori Karaage smaakten ook goed. Restaurant voelt beetje koud aan met felle witte wandlichten. Tip: 3000k warm witte lampen 😉 Goede aanvulling voor Vathorst winkelcentrum, komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Voor acht personen sushi besteld om af te halen. Was goed geslaagd. Sushi was heel goed en mooi gepresenteerd op schalen. Mochi als dessert is een aanrader.

Erg lekker! Zowel de pokébowl als sushi, ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hebben originele smaken!

2x poke bowl besteld. Mooie verse ingrediënten, maar veel te veel wasabi mayonaise die de smaak teveel overheerste. Zelfs m'n neusholte deed zeer...
