Ikigai in Oud-Strijp

Exceptional view of the PSV Eindhoven football stadium. Very professional and friendly waiters. Crispy dessert.

Had a great meal after a business meeting. Highly recommended in Eindhoven at a unique location in the Philips Stadium.

Had a delicious meal, excellent service, and a great atmosphere in the PSV stadium. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant experience. The food is top-notch, the service is relaxed but very professional. Highly recommended.

Delicious dishes that are all worth trying. The staff is top-notch, both in the kitchen and in service. In one word: AMAZING! (and the view is top-notch, of course)

We had a super delicious meal. We always really enjoy ordering the surprise menu. It's also nice that you can sit outside in the stadium.

We ate really well, but what made the evening even more special was Chef James, a Londoner who was friendly and truly engaging. You immediately sense that he doesn't do this job simply for a living, but for a genuine passion that he manages to convey to his guests. Excellent cuisine and, above all, a genuine and delightful person. A five-star experience!

SUPER BEAUTIFUL view, delicious food and very friendly service.

This restaurant was on our list for a very long time but tonight was finally the night. In the corner of the psv stadium you find on the 4th floor a beautiful Asian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we quickly had our starters. Some oysters and soft shell crab. Both delicious next was some crispy duck. But what I liked the mist was the black pepper lamb. So soft and tasteful I was happy. We washed it all down with a beautiful chardonnay. If you want a beautiful view of the psv pitch and have some great food, this is the place.

A very nice, beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view of the Philips Stadium. The food was fantastic and there is a huge selection. With friendly staff.

Great view and food is nice enough

We come here regularly and every time it is great! The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! Definitely recommended!

The best food I have ever had. Beautiful decor, friendly staff, and a beautiful view too! 10/10

Very nice atmosphere, beautiful view, and friendly staff!

We had a delicious meal. The seven courses were surprising and incredibly good. We had a wonderful evening, and I received excellent help the next day when I thought I had left my keys in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

What a cozy atmosphere and service; in short, had a great time there.

What a fantastic experience on Frederiklaan. Everything we were served not only looked beautiful but also tasted delicious. The dessert with the scoops of ice cream on the slate board was an absolute highlight, in particular. The presentation is truly meticulously taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the refined flavors and the lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back here soon.

Visited for a colleagues’ dinner and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and impressively prompt throughout the evening. We opted for the four-course surprise menu and informed the team about our dietary requirements. Every request was accommodated with great care and professionalism, allowing us to enjoy each course without any concerns. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and a delightful surprise. A special thank you to Miguel, who looked after us throughout the evening. His professionalism, friendly attitude, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, the ambience was stylish and cozy, and the view overlooking the stadium made the evening even more memorable. An outstanding combination of exceptional food, excellent service, and a unique setting. Highly recommended!

I loved the experience, the location is excellent, the food quality is very good, I highly recommend it

Had a delicious meal, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. 7-course dinner

Enjoyable, great service. Definitely recommended.

Very good experience. I loved the place and the staff treated us very well during our activity.

Very tasty sushi, and prompt service. We had a pregnant guest with us, and the sushi was adapted accordingly. It's great that they are so considerate. As a tip, I would reserve a table by the windows close to the field, so you have a beautiful view while you eat.

Only thing that can be improved is the description on how/which entrance to take to get to Ikigai. As someone that isn't familiar with PSV stadium we first ended up in a different entrance.

Nice restaurant with very good quality food!!

Had a fantastic meal! Lots of variety and many different flavors. Highly recommended! Good service and friendly staff.

Next level sushi. Good service. Only accessible by elevator to the fourth floor. There are no accessible stairs.

We visited Ikigai in Eindhoven with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The prices are very high compared to what is offered. Most of the dishes felt like different cuts of meat served with essentially the same sauce, without much creativity or distinction between them. The service was also not at the level we expected. One waiter made a joking comment about not using too much soy sauce, saying he would take the bottle away from our table otherwise. While it may have been intended as humor, it felt inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, we ordered a different coffee after sending one back, but the same coffee was brought again. When we pointed this out, the replacement was not accepted and we were effectively expected to keep it. Finally, being charged €47 for seven bottles of water felt excessive. Overall, the restaurant is expensive, the food did not stand out, and the service experience did not justify the price point.

We started with cocktails and ordered a Yuzu Collins, but it was very disappointing. It tasted like a watered-down lemonade—extremely simple and almost non-alcoholic, definitely not worth €14. Since we were a large group, we chose the fixed menu. Apart from the sushi, none of the courses felt special or memorable. The food was generally tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend the fixed menu. After the sushi arrived, we asked for soy sauce. The waiter brought only one bottle for a table of 10 people. When I asked for another to avoid waiting, he responded in a very condescending way, saying we shouldn’t be using that much soy sauce and was reluctant to bring more. Unfortunately, this same attitude continued throughout the meal and made us feel quite uncomfortable. At the end, we ordered cortado coffee but were served espresso macchiato instead. When we sent them back, the same waiter returned with the same drinks. When we clarified that we had ordered cortado, he insisted that it was the same thing, as if we didn’t know the difference. To avoid further confrontation, we didn’t argue, but it left us very disappointed. Overall, the experience ended on a very negative note.

Great location, delicious food, friendly staff.

The price-quality ratio of the food and wine is excellent! We had a delicious meal and received good service!

We had a super delicious meal here! The sushi is super fresh, the service is very friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is amazing. With a beautiful view of the Philips Stadium, you have a unique dining experience.

Had a delicious meal, everything was equally tasty. Beautiful location and friendly service.

Good and tasty food. Wide selection.

Very nice food and cool environment! Having the stadium on the back is a game changer. Miguel Angel the weiter was super gentle! Thank you!

Very nice atmosphere with friendly service. The food was also very delicious, I didn’t expect to get such a good food in the Stadium.

Good food and very nice atmosphere!

I went there for dinner with my wife and we had a great evening, delicious food, everything fresh, nice open kitchen, friendly staff, we will definitely be back!

We had a delicious meal! A very special place to eat. The food is really very good, and the staff is very professional! What lovely people, friendly, very customer-oriented, and very helpful. We had a wonderful evening.

Terrible place! Service is extremely bad; had to ask multiple times to order, and waiting times after that were very long. We were spoken to rudely by (I guess) the manager, and the food is bland, poor quality, and overpriced. Had high expectations after all those good reviews, but turns out it's a marketing trick…. Discount for a 5-star review. Pathetic!!!

Super delicious food & great ambience. Super nice staff.

Very beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location with super delicious food and very friendly staff.

Had the most delicious food, where the restaurant put together the menu for us. Really worth a visit 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent experience, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable.

Truly a top-notch spot, nice atmosphere. Not forced, fitting the location perfectly. And very tasty food, though I do miss some nice soft drinks and some less obvious desserts.

Great experience at Ikigai Eindhoven! The staff is very friendly, service is quick, and the food is absolutely delicious. The PSV stadium atmosphere adds a unique and lively vibe to the whole visit. Free parking is a big bonus too. Definitely worth visiting!

We had a wonderful evening! The location is top-notch. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

I had expected a bit more; we chose the 4-course dinner so we wouldn't have to choose from the main menu. The first course, sushi, was tasty, but the second and third intermediate courses were very disappointing (satay stick & very thin sea bass). The main course looked too much like a takeaway meal rather than the luxurious Asian cuisine we had expected. Additionally, unfortunately, I was sick for 2 days from the food :(. The location and decor are beautiful, though!

We had a wonderful evening with our kids. Fantastic location, friendly staff, and incredibly delicious sushi!!!

Delicious Asian food in a cozy restaurant with free parking!

The meals were good, but we had to wait a long time—40 minutes exactly after the soup for the main course to arrive. Your staff member Miguel, who came from Venezuela, was very friendly and positive; he took care of us and even remembered that we visited three months ago, which surprised us a bit :) and made us feel special.

March 28 We had a fantastic evening with four people, and the food was delicious. We had excellent sushi and caramelized shrimp. A super tasty satay was also included. And to top it all off, we had duck in pancakes. The welcome was excellent, an extremely friendly host showed us to our seats and explained everything. Everything was carefully monitored during the meal, so you didn't miss a thing. The entire staff was very friendly. It was also nice that you could look into the stadium; I'd never been to a stadium at that height before. In short, a great place. We will definitely be back when we're in Eindhoven again. And they get a solid 10. I promised a 9, but it was definitely worth it. Thanks for the fantastic evening.

We received a very warm welcome and had a delicious meal, with an extensive menu and excellent explanations of the dishes. Highly recommended. See you next time🥰

I've been to Ikigai in Eindhoven four times now, and every time it's been fantastic! The food is truly high quality, and you can taste that everything is prepared with care. The sushi is absolutely top-notch: super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. But what truly surprises me every time are the tacos – they are simply indescribably delicious. I highly recommend eating here! The service is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. You immediately feel welcome and they're very helpful. The service is fast and professional without feeling rushed. In short: a fantastic experience every time. For me, this is without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Eindhoven. I will definitely be back often! 🍣✨

Wonderful diner at Ikigai in the beautiful Philips stadium. We had a business diner for 20 people. We received a warm welcome and the food was absolutely delicious and had a huge variety in great quantity. Really great quality/price. All our international guests loved it. I will return with my family again. Great experience!

Excellent food, nice environment, however one of the waiter tried to flirt with my partner absolutely disgusting and intolerable. We have been a couple of times and is the first time that happened I believe this is a new waiter.

The food and cocktails were delicious! Nothing to complain about. The service could have been better, which we found a real shame. We ordered smaller appetizers and sushi, so we ordered multiple times. Occasionally, it took a bit too long for them to come take our order. They also accidentally gave us an alcoholic cocktail when we'd ordered a non-alcoholic one. They also forgot our dessert.

Great location, amazing food, and delicious cocktails. We had a four-course menu, and it was perfectly balanced in terms of variety, portions, and flavors. The sushi is also fantastic!

Delicious food! The atmosphere, taste, and service were top-notch. Highly recommended.

Simply an experience to eat there, we will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at Ikigai! We had another delicious meal. From delicious sushi to tasty meat dishes and lovely desserts. The service was super friendly. And all this with a view of the beautifully lit PSV stadium. We had a wonderful time again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, fantastic ambiance inside, and, importantly, delicious food and attentive service. Christmas Eve '25 at Ikigai was fantastic.

Delicious food, beautiful restaurant, and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at Ikigai. Cozy and warm atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic staff. Always cheerful and enthusiastic. See you again soon. Thanks from all the colleagues at De Financiële Wooncoach. And of course, a ❤️🤍 view!

What a good restaurant this is, we like to come here often.

I regularly go to Ikigai, always top quality and great service!

We had a wonderful meal. I found the shrimp curry a bit bland (but I like it spicy), but the beef with truffle oil was delicious.

Pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, enthusiastic, and especially friendly service, with a view of the beautiful pitch and PSV stadium. A bit pricier than average in the city center, but it's more than worth it. Free parking right outside is also a bonus. See you soon 💯👍🏼

Nice place with good service and food we enjoyed the evening

Surprisingly delicious and tasty food! Warm welcome and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine!

Fantastic restaurant. Delicious food with plenty of choices. Great atmosphere. Fantastic staff who are very attentive and considerate. Highly recommended for a wonderful, fully catered evening out.

Nice place to eat once with excellent service. The food was okay—especially the sushi rolls, but it's best to skip the mains.

My mom and sisters visited yesterday for my sisters birthday, and i am truly amazed by this restaurant. The food was 10/10, service 10/10 en the whole ambiance and the view of the stadium was immaculate. Wow, we will definitely visit again. Amazing people! My compliments

Very passionate catering staff who work together to ensure that something delicious is served!

The food was delicious! The drinks were also really good. The 7-course menu is definitely recommended. Plenty of choices 😋

Great service! The food was delicious, highly recommended.

go here ! great service, surprising food with great people and service ! a relaxing evening ! i come in many places but they need to get a higher rating

Delicious food for a great price. Beautiful location. Friendly staff.

The reception, with 'instructions, what was not possible' and the duck breast were a bit less; otherwise the food was delicious.

Nice restaurant, cozy atmosphere and very tasty food.

One of the best Japanese food restaurant I visited in NL, and for sure the one with best service! The service here is simply fantastic. Ah, and the view of the football field during dinner was also an experience worth mentioning.

Everything was amazing. The service, the food, the atmosphere. We will definitely come back 😀

Really nice tasting menu, definitely worth a try.

Very good and delicious!! In my opinion, one of the best, if not the best, catering establishments in Eindhoven.

The food was absolutely delicious, everything we tried was amazing. Their signature drinks were really great as well. All the food was plated really beautifully. They have a super friendly and helpful staff, which makes the atmosphere even better. The view of the football stadium is also an added bonus. 😁

It was truly delicious. And the service was also truly perfect. They were very considerate of allergies and explained everything in detail, and it was also delicious!

It was fantastic again! Compliments for the food and service.

The price/quality ratio is excellent! Delicious sushi, bites, and main courses in a beautiful location!

Excellent restaurant, beautiful and delicious dishes. Highly recommended!

The dishes are really great and the staff is super enthusiastic

A top restaurant with delicious food

The food was delicious, the sushi was truly excellent, and the main courses were also superb. We love coming here.

The food was REALLY delicious. Every dish was packed with flavor, which was truly amazing!! This is how sushi should be. It was our first time, but we'll definitely be back!

What a lovely and delicious evening we had. Truly exquisite! And very friendly service. A special compliment to Robin from our son!

What a lovely place in the PSV stadium and what a lovely dinner we had. You can really see it's made and served with the hart. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience

I would highly recommend eating here.

Had a delicious meal in a unique location.

Service level of another level. Keep it up!

Delicious food, highly recommended! Well worth the money!

Food was great. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The atmosphere was nice in the stadium and the interior was beautiful. The service was on and off. A few people were very nice, but there was also someone walking around who was rude and who seemed like he didn't feel like it. That's a shame.
