Restaurant located inside the PSV stadium. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, with views of the stadium. The food is very well done. They are fusion dishes with a Japanese base and influence from other Asian countries. I have tried 7-8 dishes and they are all very well done.

What a great place - good food, great stuff. We as a family love the food and go back there on special occasions, such as birthdays. Last time, they have made the birthday of my daughter very special. So much that my younger one wants to go back for her birthday too!

It was such a unique place, the atmosphere is very good with a nice view. The prices are high but definitely deserves to explore. I forget to take a photo of the main dish (salmon teriyaki and fried noodles) but we wanted to explore their sushi rolls as well. We were really satisfied with the food at the end!

We got the four course menu and only one of the dishes was worth anything. Two of our dishes had the same sauce (black bean sauce with vegetables), just with a different meat in the sauce. We did the math on the value of the menu, it’s not a good deal. Very disappointing. I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and it was just not worth it. I would advise you to look elsewhere Service was nice, and they offer you free parking in the stadium garage. Atmosphere is cute

We had a four course menu. Tasty dishes, good wines. Good view of the field from the window. There are also seating areas where you can sit together. Parking is easy. Operation proactively. All in all fine.

Yesterday I had another great evening at Ikigai restaurant in Eindhoven, this time with my son Max. We come there often, but it remains a special experience every time. The combination of the excellent food and the unique location in the Philips Stadium, home of PSV, makes it a place we always look forward to. From our table we had a fantastic view of the stadium. Remains magical. The menu never disappoints. This time we chose a mix of our favorites and a few new dishes to try. The sushi remains unsurpassed. Max defaults to the A5 Wagyu beef roll, which he calls "the tastiest ever", while I enjoyed the perfectly prepared fried tenderloin with truffle oil and oyster sauce. The black angus ribeye with a black garlic sauce is also recommended. Everything has such a refined taste and is beautifully served. The shared dishes make it extra fun to discover new flavors together. We were given caramelized prawns to try, bizarrely delicious! The service is always attentive and friendly, and that completes the picture. For those looking for a unique culinary experience with a touch of the magic of the Philips Stadium: this is the place to be!

It's one of the best Japanese food places in the city. We recently returned from Japan, craving takoyaki, and it was good. The sashimi was pretty fresh, and the service was the best!

We did not eat here, there was a party during our visit. This location is a great party location! Delicious snacks were also served in between. Because the restaurant is located in the PSV stadium, you have a view of the field from the window seats. There are also bleacher seats available.

Located on the fourth floor of the Philips Stadium and easily accessible by elevator, you will find the new Ikigai (formerly Oriental Greenhouse). Had a fantastic meal here on Boxing Day and was very well received. Not only is it a top location, the food is also highly recommended. It was not extremely busy and the food was served quickly after ordering. Very friendly staff! The only disappointment I found was the main course, what should have been half a lobster (without sides) was only half a lobster tail divided into 5 pieces with some wok, in my opinion this was not worth the money as a stand-alone main course. Nevertheless, all the other dishes we've had (wagyu, sushi, oysters, beef etc) were all fantastic. Definitely worth repeating!

Visiting Ikigai was really wonderful to experience. Firstly, the reception was very well organized and then we had a delicious meal, ending with a great cocktail. This is really a recommendation to go to Ikigai.

My wife and I used to love the food here. We went to the restaurant for our birthday(s) and were left sorely disappointed. The Food and Drink: The hand roll was tasty, but it was a bad idea to have that first as it set us up for disappointment. The steak was bland and cold as ice, but cooked and presented well. Although, the garnished vegetables tasted like they were a bit old. The sushi was passable and mediocre, but we used to love IKIGAI for the "different" sushi because it stood out in Eindhoven. Now it just tastes like everywhere else! The fried rice was salty as hell, but it was the only truly flavorful thing on the table. Kind of a shock to the system, honestly. The cocktails were really tasty and well-prepared. Excluding the cocktails, the price was outrageous for what we received. The Staff: Nice barman/waiter. We were one of 3 total groups (2 of 4, 1 of 2) and waited a good 30 mins for the check and for refills. I dunno, we expected more for our birthdays. It seemed the staff was bored in general and we felt underserved. Other Notes: I think it was obvious we didn't like the food and it was awkward we didn't get asked if we were done much sooner. Normally, we always keep leftovers, but this is the first time we decided it wasn't worth it. In summary: Did we go on an off night or something? Totally disappointing, we won't go back... we won't even order takeout. What happened to this place?

Delicious food in a beautiful setting. A light and attractive restaurant with an open kitchen where people work quietly and neatly. Friendly and neat service. Also a nostalgic dish on the menu for me; the characterized shrimps. I think it is familiar to many Eindhoven residents. Great that they brought these back. The location and view are great. It's just a shame that the lighting in the stadium was off on Saturday 17 August, but this is beyond their control and should not spoil the fun.

In a beautiful restaurant that offers an impressive view of the legendary Philips Stadium, it is the star players of Ikigai who steal the show. Nice view of the playing field and free parking. The food was 'okay' in taste and the prices were a lot higher than other good sushi restaurants in the city. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is disproportionate. The restaurant was nicely decorated and staff are friendly.

I ordered the Bento beef nasi from you for E.19.50. What was the chef thinking when he flambéed the tenderloin: it is her first order with us. Can I be nice and add extra salt? After four glasses of water I thought about it for a while, but I would rather go back to my old, trusted restaurant that gives almost triple the amount of tenderloin in sauce and nasi for E.16.50. With paprika and without a lot of salt.

What a wonderful dining experience at Ikigai! We chose the 4-course menu so that we would get something of everything. All dishes were super tasty and well-seasoned. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the view of the stadium is great. This is highly recommended and I will definitely come back!

Ordered several times, delicious food.

Had dinner here with the family for my 50th birthday. Reception was very friendly and the explanation of the map was clear. We started with the sushi boat and the snack board. Looked great and tasted delicious. Everyone then their main course. Once again everyone had a great meal.

Expats are already starting to discover this great business that they are very pleased with. The businesses in the stadium must advertise at the entrance with a better and clearer nameplate.

We had dinner here on January 20, 2024. It is an attractively decorated restaurant with a view of the PSV stadium field. Friendly staff (who sometimes only speak English) and delicious dishes. Sometimes the wait for food is a little longer than we are used to, but it was worth it. Everything tastes delicious and is presented in a very elegant way. The prices are a bit on the high side, but this is offset by fresh and good ingredients (for example real wasabi and not horseradish paste). Highly recommended for a good and chic dinner, even though there was a small error with the bill (one dish was billed twice).

As soon as we arrived we felt exceptionally welcomed. The service employees are very friendly and helpfully escorted us through the fabulous menu’s . Als restaurant zeker een aanrader, maar eten met uitzicht op het veld van het PSV, maakt het nog specialer. Verschillende Aziatische gerechten, dus niet alleen Japanse. Allemaal erg goed. Omdat het restaurant in het PSV stadion ligt (4e verdieping), loop je er niet toevallig langs. Dat is zonde, want het is echt de moeite.

In een gezelschap van 4 personen hebben we hier heerlijk gegeten met uitzicht op de grasmat van het PSV stadion. Vooraf een lekkere cocktail gedronken (zie foto). Het eten was heerlijk (het 5-gangen diner) en werd op tijd geserveerd. Enkel minpuntje was een extra gefactureerde fles wijn die niet door onze tafel was besteld, maar welke keurig werd geschrapt. Ik ga hier graag nog eens naar terug.

Gute Location, fantastisches Essen

Again had a wonderful diner, the taste is unbelievable. The Unagi roll is my absolute favorite, best sushi I ever had, highly recommended.

Went here for birthday dinner, knowing it is a expensive restaurant; the food and drinks are so good. I usually ordered take out delivery. I have 0 complaints about Ikigai, maybe the price but its a good service with delicious and good food. Food&Drinks; Little side dishes to share with the table ++ Bigger main courses individually + Desert for those who wanted + Drinks ++ (recommend the Ikigai Sour Cocktail)

Smaakvol ingericht restaurant op een erg bijzondere locatie. Bovenin het Philips stadion, met uitzicht over 't stadion. Het 5 gangen verrassings diner was erg goed en met name de sushi en de beef waren heerlijk!! Kom zeker nog een keer terug voor de sushi en bites.

Gisteren met een gezelschap voor een eerste keer gedineerd bij Ikigai. Fraai gelegen in het Philips Stadion met zicht op het veld. We werden super bediend door een Engelstalige dame en ook de rest van het personeel geeft je een welkom gevoel. We waren allen bijzonder verrast door de smaakvolle Aziatische gerechten welke we als shared-dining op tafel hebben laten zetten. Heerlijk gegeten en absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!
