40 square meters of Italy in the middle of Zaandam! Delicious! And unique!

The lady spoke a nice mix of Italian and English. Which gives a good vibe when you go for a pizza. And the damn pizza was really an 8.5 out of 10. Beautiful thin crispy base. And the top exactly in balance. Highly recommended and I will definitely go again. Had a drink there and ate the pizza at the Zaan. With good company ✌🏼

The quality is absolutely divine, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is incredibly kind. Special shoutout to the focaccias and the affogato, they're exceptional!

A small homemade style restaurant run by a young passionate couple, simple but with love and care homemade style dishes that will please anyone with a love for food, good wine and a great evening.

It's not very noticeable from the outside, but inside they serve delicious Italian food of good quality, enjoy! I was there for my birthday and my wine-loving family enjoyed it a lot too. The owner and the rest of the employees were also extremely nice.

A really nice place for Italian food. The pizza is the best in the area and the owner is kind and takes good care of the clients. You can tell he take pride in the food he serves. The pizza is really delicious and my wife (who is Italian) has said many times the pizza dough is some of the best she's tasted outside of Italy and serves excellent coffee as well.

The chef himself runs the place. He seemed passionate about Italian food. We were very happy with the food and service.

This place was a very nice surprise! I went there to have dinner by myself and found a very cozy place in which not only the food is amazing (very authentic Italian pizza, very good starters and the best tiramisu I ever had) but there was a cat walking around! They even have a picture of him on the wall. That was very heart warming! 😊 Thanks for the experience!

The best place in Zaandam to eat an authentic Romanesque pizza. Top ingredients from Italy that really make you feel like you're in Italy. Lucio and Giorgio are super hospitable and do everything they can to give you a fantastic evening. Definitely worth trying once. Ci vediamo presto ragazzi! Continue così! Un abbraccio.

Starting restaurant that you should definitely give a chance! Two enthusiastic Italians are brimming with love for food. Everything is freshly made. The pasta is a small amount, but sufficient in combination with a starter. Real Italian lemonata. Original twists on classic dishes. Try it out yourself!

The dough is so good! The coffee and desert served with top quality. I definitely recommend the Calzone from the menu, for the experience I call it Grand!

The food was amazing. We had a few appetizers of cheese and sausage, finished with a pizza. Service is outstanding. The chefs goes out of his way to provide a memorable experience both in atmosphere and food. We will be going back next time in Zaandam.

You need to try this place! We came here by chance: it was raining and we were looking for a shelter. We ended up having some nice Italian coffees and a delicious pizza (the taste comes right from Italy). The owner did not hesitate to share his tips for the pizza dough and the focaccia! The restaurant is really cute and honestly the prices are very fair compared to the big grands cafes on the main square. I will come back and try more food since everything is homemade

We ordered a pizza Margherita and the parmigiana. Although a pizza straight from the box can never be as tasty as fresh from the oven, this classic pizza was really, really good! According to a traditional recipe and also very tasty, because of good dough and a good tomato sauce/mozzarella ratio. Good to know: the pizza is not cut in advance. The parmigiana was so delicious that we scraped the entire bowl clean. Super soft, but tasty eggplant, enough tomato sauce and cheese, which balances the dish. Highly recommended! We then topped off the food ourselves with an espresso, with which we ate the almond cookies. We got this from the house, how nice is that! I'm very curious about what the pizza will taste like when it just comes out of the oven. We will definitely test this! 10/10 would recommend!

Delicious! Me and my partner came here to eat dinner. We were welcomed by the owner who told us about his move to Amsterdam/Zaandam and why he opened the restaurant. The food was authentic and tasted delicious. Fresh ingredients and made with love. I will come back here again!

We found this place by chance through a recommendation in a groupchat and we are really happy we did. The owner Lucio is also the cook and he is really passionate about Italy, it's culture and food. The place is really comfortable and make you feel like home. I highly recommend the lasagna but the pizza also looked delicious and will be tried really soon. Thank you Lucio, we had a great time tonight and will be back.

Lucio is extremely passionate about food and drinks, everything he serves is made with a lot of passion. Super tasty coffee, super bread and a great pizza (the dough for both the pizza and the bread are made in house. All ingredients are fresh. Everything is just great. In addition, a very nice atmosphere!

Nice Italian food and drink establishment where everything is made with fresh products and ingredients; tasty pizzas with a great base; coffee like you only get in Italy, and of course home made limoncello! DEFINITELY go there and imagine yourself in authentic Italy again!
