Porto Fino in Wijk 11 Zaandam Zuid

Today we ordered from portofino where we ordered a pizza hawai and only pineapple was on it. When we called about this the woman on the phone said that this is normal with them and that this is described online. After looking again this was described in the small print but for someone who always orders pizza hawai you assume that this is just with ham otherwise it is just a pizza pineapple. We also received a pasta where the sauce had curdled so it was no longer edible. I am also not happy with the pizza tonno soft base and the crust was just tough and not crispy baked. I was a huge fan of porto fino but you will not see me here anymore quality has gone down very badly

We ate a lot in the branch on Rozegracht. Ranging from pizza to meat dishes. Ordered pizza now at the new branch on the Zuiddijk

It used to feel better, I regret that I tried again tonight, but again too late and cold and not everything on the pizza, no basil and no call to say so no chance to order another pizza, I did get a new hot pizza but still paid the full amount with something in the middle of my pizza, that was the last time for us without

Ordered over Lieferando for delivery to my place. In the end, I waited 2 ½ hours and had to drive there myself, only to find out that in my salad was a whole napkin and the salad tasted dry + the pineapple pizza tasted awful (all 3 pizzas were kinda burned). Definitely don't recommend

What a pity that the carbonara was almost impossible to taste due to the mega amount of spaghetti. We were used to that differently!

Great pizza, but if there is something wrong with your order you can investigate further. Received a smaller pizza than ordered. Emailed and called. Would be called back and no response to emails. No compensation, nothing

I was helped over the phone by a very sweet woman, and the delivery driver was also very friendly. And the food is delicious. Creamy pasta, pizza with plenty of tuna, the soup was delicious, as was the bread with herb butter. I even got a bottle of wine on the house!

One star is still too many. Does not correspond to the pictures.

I always order calzone Gorgonzola, with chili pepper. This one is FANTASTIC. Delicious crust rubbed with garlic and oil. Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong with the order, but this is always handled properly.

Ordered pizza, the pollo volcano.. little extra; fresh garlic and anchovies....wow, what a flavor explosion! Beautiful fresh ingredients and impeccably good Italian soil... It may cost a bit more, but as far as I'm concerned it's totally fine!... Oh yes, not unimportant either; nice smooth delivery.

1 compliment, 1 complaint. A very tasty pizza. Tastes really good. A real favorite, though! Recently the pizza has become smaller and so has the box and the price has not decreased.

As always delicious, ordered again today to pick up. We just couldn't get there because of Dam to Dam. I called and the employee was kind enough to meet us at the Zaan Theater where we were standing. So the service was great again. definitely see you next time.

Dat de bezorging op een door-de-weekse-dag meer dan twee uur duurt is tot daar aan toe, maar de pizza-bodems zijn tegenwoordig zo dik dat je het toch echt beter een Amerikaanse pizza kan gaan noemen.

Eenvoudig om een bestelling te plaatsen

Besteld bij thuisbezorgd om half 6 (medio 2022). De bestelling zou na 45 minuten bezorgd worden. Om 7 uur is er nog geen eten. Gebeld. Over een kwartier verwachten ze dat de bestelling de deur uit gaat. Annuleren kan natuurlijk niet dus dan is het afwachten of ze er binnen een half uur zijn. De pizza's waren er uiteindelijk na bijna 2 uur, en waren echt het wachten niet waard. Bestellen: nooit meer! In het restaurant hebben we in de afgelopen jaren een paar keer goed gegeten. Laatste keer was vorige week (start 2023). De prijzen zijn inmiddels gestegen (waar niet?) maar de pizza's waren prima. Restjes zelfs meegenomen voor een familielid.

We gaan hier regelmatig heen als gezin; Porto Fino is onze eerste keuze voor verjaardagen en bijzondere gelegenheden. We voelen ons hier thuis, het eten is authentisch en lekker, de bediening vriendelijk.

Super leuk zaakje in Zaandam! Vriendelijke bediening en prima service. Lekker eten bovendien. Voor mijn vrouw, die een gluten allergie heeft was voldoende keuze in vlees en vis en bijna alle pasta's konden gemaakt worden met glutenvrije penne. Voor mij (onlangs maagoperatie gehad) werd zonder problemen en met liefde een kinder pizza gemaakt. Aanrader!
