Domino's Pizza Wormerveer in Wijk 51 Wormerveer

Never received my pizza, even though I paid for it. The pizza wasn't delivered due to circumstances beyond my control. After eight days, I still hadn't heard anything from the store itself. I contacted Domino's myself. Terribly terrible customer service. You'll never see me again.

Placed an order, very dissatisfied and very poor quality. When I came back to solve it I was shown the door smartly. After a phone conversation about this in the past they looked at the order. They could not find it in the system because it was deliberately removed from the system.

On Sunday evening at 2300 I knocked on the door. After an intensive journey due to problems with the Dutch Railways I discovered that my husband had my car key and my mobile was also empty. After closing time I was helped to charge my phone and I also got a piece of pizza that was left over!!! After waiting for 15 minutes and a delicious pizza my husband came to pick me up. Now that's what I call service!

Paid 15 euros for a small, unsliced ​​black pizza. And this isn't the first time. Poor service too.

Delivery is always on time and pizzas are good. I had once a problem, I received a wrong pizza. I called them and they offered to send the good one. Unfortunately they called back because they didn't have the ingredients in stock. BUT great customer service they offered an alternative solution.

For the umpteenth time no toppings in stock and then still lying that they had called with an alternative. Not so!

Domino's Wormerveer. Nothing wrong with that. Food and staff excellent. Given that there has been a lot of competition that serves better pizza, the rating drops to 3 stars on one point. But...I'm still glad they're here.

Pizza, always good... but very expensive, that's why I don't eat here anymore... It stinks like fire in here...

Food was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately a complaint about a product. This was immediately resolved with a refund, compensation and the product was promptly returned for complaint handling. Very neat and more than I expected.

The so-called manager has no experience at all in properly speaking to customers. Big mouth and so disrespectful. Not knowing how to solve customers in a decent manner is sloppy in the business, bad example for the young people who work there.👎🏽 Food is so bad these days! Not exactly hygienic, I have seen the sink always dirty, bare hands and everywhere in it.bah Manager Under some experience. If something is wrong, they will not fix it and you will lose your money, so better not to order! It also turns out to be a lot of junk from the freezer. Now I understand why. What is social hygiene for and legal rules if this is allowed. It's time to surprise them with the taste police. So you have even more of them in Wormerveer.

Super tevreden over Domino's Wormerveer. Ze bakken heerlijke Pizza's, vaak leuke acties en echt overheerlijke vegan Pizza's! Ook prettig personeel en zeer schone keuken.

Altijd snel bezorgd, eten goed warm en smakelijk

Heerlijke pizza die we van dominos gewend zijn. Vriendelijk personeel. Wacht nooit lang. Genoeg parkeerplek kom graag afhalen en af en toe bezorgen. Prijzen zijn goed en vaak ook nog leuke aanbiedingen.. ben blij dat we er één in Wormerveer hebben..

Een simpele Domino's Pizza waar je heerlijk pizza's kunt krijgen. Terwijl je zit te wachten op je bestelling kun je op het grote beeldscherm de status van je bestelling zien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en ze zijn ook super snel met je bestelling.

Snelle vriendelijke service en de pizza's zijn erg lekker

I like pizzas from this restaurant but today's order was a the worst one. I ordered a dominator but they called me and said there's no dough for this so they offered to me normal 40cm pizza. I said ok and i was waiting, waiting and waiting a little bit more than 1:30 hours and i got cold pizza. Good luck :/

Domino's always good! No complaints

Erg slecht broodje wordt geleverd in een zak met de ingrediënten er los onder in. Vind dat echt geen stijl.

De kip was erg lekker. Precies goed gebakken.

De pizza werd te laat bezorgd, en de kaas was niet gesmolten. Erg jammer want normaal zijn de pizza’s erg lekker.

Pizza's waren echt veel te zout! Was echt niet lekker.

Dominos begon echt goeddd! Pizza's zijn nu soms wat minder.. Bezorging altijd snel personeel is aardig. Veel zit ruimte en wc aanwezig.

Leuk restaurant met een prachtig terras, soms last van wespen, maar men doet er alles aan om die weg te jagen met rook en vallen. De pizza's zijn heerlijk en het personeel is aardig en correct.... Ik kom hier graag terug !

Mijn favoriete pizzaketen..... Heerlijke pizza's

Dan vraag je aan dat jonge mannetje achter de balie wat de aanbieding is. "Geen idee" zegt hij. Gaat het ook niet uitzoeken. Beetje jammer dat ik daardoor veel duurder uit ben dan nodig. 4 alhaal pizza's voor 42 euro vind ik veel te duur. Pizza's waren oke maar voor dat geld ga ik voortaan naar happy italy. Veel goedkoper, pizza's zijn veel beter en betere service.

Meestal via thuisbezorg.nl besteld totdat de lavacake er niet meer opstond maar wel kon je hem daar bestellen en doorgegeven dat hij er niet meer op staat hebben dat gelijk geregeld dikke duim voor de rest nette zaak aardige bediening

Zo heerlijk echt veel beter dan New York ik ging kijken welke lekkere was

Pizzeria molto buona la parte migliore sono le vignette divertenti sulle confezioni, rispettano l `ambiente usando scooter elettrici ,la pizza e` molto buona ma essendo italiano non posso dire che la pizza sia come la nostra ,molto bella l idea delle pizze customizzabili ,la pizza *medium* e` un po` piccola ma si puo` sceglire la pizza xxl di 40 cm! ,il prezzo e` molto basso quindi per esempio con 20 euro prendi 6 pizze medium e un dolce,non servono alcolici di qualsiasi tipo,il per il dolce vi consiglio la *lava cake fatta da taylor* e come pizza la doppio formaggio ,che dire e`fantastico!

Essendo italiano la pizza non era così male, il posto per mangiare era molto carino e il costo per le pizze era giusto. I dolci molto buoni la pizza un po' piccola però D'altronde ci stava per il costo. Peccato che non c'erano le birre soltanto le bibite.
