Pasta was okay but the 2 paninis were inedible. First of all, they are not panini sandwiches which I am used to everywhere. Secondly, they taste like nothing. I paid 40 euros for 2 paninis and threw half of them away. Better to take the paninis off the menu and only sell pasta, which was good.

Just had a delicious pepperoni pizza, delivered quickly!

We had salad and pasta delivered. The portions are relatively large. However, the salad had almost no sauce. Lots of green salad, but also lots of chicken - but in cubes. The Bolognese was ok. Plus point: there were small rolls and herb butter with it. However, 17 euros for pasta with Bolognese is also quite expensive

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY IF ORDER IS NOT CORRECT. NO SOLUTION IS SEARCHED. Long time customer of theirs. Same pizza order every time. Orders were always placed by telephone or on site and never had any problems with ordering. This time things were really different. When we got home, 3 of the 4 pizzas turned out to be incorrect. Ok, that can happen... when I called, the manager answered the phone and I said that the orders were incorrect. I immediately received an answer like 'no, that's what you ordered etc etc' I tried to explain what I had ordered but the person's voice kept getting higher and higher. That's where things went wrong. He tried to be right instead of being customer friendly and finding a solution. And he didn't, it's a real shame that you don't know how to deal with customers when they have complaints or problems. This is also what I get from the experiences of a number of customers. Even if your food is very tasty or you give free food, you won't see me there anymore.

On October 29 in the evening, I ordered a Frutti di Mare pizza (large) from Tramonto Pizzeria in Zaandam via Thuisbezorgd.nl. This order cost €28.15. Unfortunately, my experience surrounding this order was unacceptable, both with the restaurant and with your previous handling of my complaint. After delivery I had to leave the house briefly. When I returned, I was astonished to find a piece of my pizza on the stairs, with a bite out of it. This is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I immediately contacted the pizzeria, but was not taken seriously. The owner became defensive and suggested that it was a complaint about toppings, which is absolutely not the case. The problem is that my food has clearly been touched, which is against all safety and hygiene rules. Thuisbezorgd.nl subsequently informed me by email that you could not help me further and that I had to resolve the matter immediately with the restaurant. This is completely inadequate as I ordered through your platform. I even contacted the pizzeria personally, where I was forced to express my dissatisfaction on the spot due to the rudeness and lies of the staff. Despite my efforts, my complaint has still not been taken seriously, and I feel completely ignored by all parties involved. I want Thuisbezorgd.nl to take responsibility as a mediator and resolve this complaint. If there is no clear and appropriate solution, I will be forced to take legal action. I have carefully read your legal policy and am aware of my rights as a consumer.

Very fast, nice delivery person. Pizza tasted good, well baked, not half cooked dough as you often see, but nice and crispy. A bit modestly invested. Artichoke? Where then?? Paid extra for salami, there is half a slice on the entire pizza, a bit of a shame, and extremely salty (way too much cheese, is that possible? Yes, that is possible). Nevertheless, I enjoyed the pizza, taste was good.

Unprofessional!!! Pick up done via home delivery. I pick it up myself so it won't be delivered! Once there I see a completely different price for the pizza. I asked him to keep that price and they are obliged to do so via home delivery, the gentleman did not want to cooperate and said it is not possible! I called home delivery, of course they are not allowed to do that! And they were able to cancel it and indicated home delivery. They charge different prices in the store and a different price via home delivery! It will save you 5 euros more if you order, they want you to order by telephone to take advantage of their promotion! I was a regular customer via home delivery, I also have a business myself, the way they handle it is simply not possible!

Soooo they are fast. Ordered 5 pizzas to Amsterdam North, delivered in half an hour. And the pizzas were tasty and well filled.

We ordered home delivery. The food was hot! You also get really big portions. Normally you would expect small portions, but here you get value for money. The fries are delicious and the tiramisu really perfect! I will definitely order here more often!

Eten was niet zoals verwacht, heb besteld via thuisbezorgd. Eten kwam wel snel, maar was niet helemaal warm meer. De spareribs waren veel te zoet en taai. De pasta was droog en hard De nachos proefde alsof de zak al 3 dagen openstond. Erg teleurgesteld

Ik schrijf eigenlijk nooit een review. Maar deze tent is het waard. Het eten smaakt als hoe pasta en pizza bedoeld is. Het eten is meer geld waard dan dat het kost. Een echte aanrader.

Door tijdsgebrek zelf eten afgehaald om daar een ploeg hardwerkende mensen te treffen. Wat afstraalt is dat deze mensen hun zaak willen doen slagen. Eten is prima, mooi verpakt...echt een zaak om een kans te geven met als risico dat je er vaker gaat bestellen

Pasta kwam binnen redelijke termijn op goede temperatuur (heet) aan. De pasta zelf was een smaakloze vette hap.

Pasta carbonara was erg lekker! Enige wat jammer is, is dat ik geen spek erin kon ontdekken. Beetje een lege pasta carbonara voor 14.95€. Ik heb uiteindelijk zelf maar wat ingredienten toegevoegd. Parmezaanse kaas zat er ook niet bij. Al met al... smaakte het wel goed

This is our first restaurant in Zaandam. The calzone was scrumptious. Well-baked dough, vegetables and meat - nothing to add, nothing less, and the delivery - also flawless. We will definitely come back to them. I recommend. Thanks for a delicious dinner 😉😁
