Pizza half cold, sauce forgotten (2 kapsalons with 1 garlic sauce) ordered at 5 o'clock (delivery at home at 6 o'clock) arrives at a quarter to 7.... Too bad 1st and last time

I ordered 2 pizzas here at 9:10 PM. The delivery time indicated between 30-50 minutes. We waited and waited, and were told nothing further. At some point I called them. He indicated that the delivery person is on his way. I was starving. I finally got them delivered at 10:30 PM. 80 minutes after ordering. And I ordered a pepperoni with extra salami for which I paid extra! But there was no salami on my pizza! They were also very cold. I won't order from here again...
