Domino's in Wijk 21 Oude Haven

Got my own pizza. Tasty pizzas and they were warmer than when you have them delivered. Strange because the road to our house is longer by car than by bicycle/scooter. From what we saw, we had the impression that pizzas that were ready were not immediately sent to a delivery person.

Ordered two pizzas with chicken (chicken supreme) and both received incorrectly. I don't eat pork and both have pork in them. Domino's Zaandam could not be reached by telephone because the store was closed. Bullying the last customer and covering yourself by being unreachable is not entrepreneurship and customer-friendly. It's nice that I have to go without food for an evening because of you. I will never order anything from Dominos Zaandam again.

Quality of their pizza is very poor. Definitely not worth the price. Real scam

Absolutely shocking portion sizes compared to before. Paid full price for sides and given the mini small version get with box meals that are more than half the price with a box meal. Would complain to the store but history has taught me to not bother as the staff are rude, unhelpful and very disrespectful. Had stopped using for years after previous issues with this branch. Had one recently (box meal) was good and thought try again. Will go back to new York pizza again. Not worth it for just the Mac n cheese

Always forgetting items and extra toppings when delivering. Even after getting in touch directly with the shop they do nothing to rectify their mistakes. Terrible customer service

Three very kind young guys helped us at all times and were the best. From here we would like to thank you for your hospitality, something that was in short supply during our visit to the Netherlands.

The employees both hands pizza didn't look good Came to get a pizza last week, employees (who were not employed at the time) came storming in screaming and decided that the 2 of them wanted to deliver a pizza for a free pizza for themselves. doors thrown I have heard more complaints about the business from acquaintances that they are not hygienic so upon arrival they go over the pizzas with dirty gloves (wiping near the ceiling) poor service DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

A young girl without a brain wants to take the order but acts like a robot and almost screams. She doesn't understand anything that is said to her, she just repeats everything using rules. While trying to explain something to her, I heard that she was repeating the price for the fourth time, but she didn't understand what was being said to her.

Order placed via Uber Eats. I had to wait an hour for the order. The delivery person had forgotten to deliver 1 pizza. This was delivered later. It's just that I got a big discount through Uber Eats. Otherwise these pizzas are really impossible. There was little cheese on it. I actually only tasted tomato paste.

What service from these guys, top branch and top owner! Food is delivered here super fast and hot compared to other dominoes.

I am disappointed with the staff's response when I requested a second cup for my milkshake around 8:30 am on 2/26/22. I expected them to help me kindly, but instead I received an unpleasant response. When I asked for an extra cup, the staff seemed annoyed and seemed like I was bothering them. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking for an extra cup. I don't understand why asking for an extra cup should be a problem It is a shame that the staff do not understand that their customers are the main driver of their business and that customer satisfaction is essential to maintaining a good reputation. I would expect the staff to be more professional and focus more on helping the customers rather than putting them off. In general, I think it is essential for any company to ensure high quality customer service and customer focus. This incident definitely got me thinking about whether I would like to go to this particular restaurant again in the future

Just had a pizza there. Was a nice girl and they accepted cash. After 10-15 minutes I got my pizza. Pizza was also tasty.

Ordered pizza 🍕 today, Taste was good, but arrived 20 minutes late and almost cold, and the delivery person showed up at the door wearing a helmet with a closed visor (not very customer friendly in our opinion)🤔

A bit poor if you pay about 16 euros for a bowl of chicken. Of course it will never look like the photos on the site, but it will make a world of difference. Everything is soft, almost nothing crunchy or crunchy. Taste is okay, but it is very expensive for what you get. Shame.

It's Domino's BUT ZAADAM STYLE! Being a Brit, we don't get half of what is on this menu, but the lady on till talked me through it all and even had a chat about what we get in the UK. Was expecting the normal UK stuff but definitely worth trying!!

Order was delivered to the wrong address, then I called to say they were coming. After waiting for a while, I called and it turned out that they don't even deliver to this zip code.

You better not eat here. The staff doesn't care about the expiration dates, and the management is too busy with other things.

If you are passing through or coming from work, you can pick up a good pizza there, 8 minutes from the station. And fast. The environment is not festive, but very suitable because of a large dining bench in front of the door and waste bins.

Placed an order for €35 last night at our regular home address, which we always use to order from. Nothing delivered at half past twelve. The next day I called Dominos pizza and was treated very antisocially. They claim to have called us while we waited until half past twelve at night, they have a bell with a camera and no one was with us. The food has already been paid for with Ideal. But no food received! Then they suddenly say that they have been to another address where we don't even live! Very antisocial thing! May still work on their service! Never order from them again! Read a lot of bad reviews about this location. But I think they make good pizzas, I have ordered twice so far (1x 2 pizzas and 1x 1). The pizzas look good and the staff is professional and friendly and you never have to wait longer than 15 minutes (pickup). No further comments or comments.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. We have now been waiting for our pizzas for more than 2 hours even though it was indicated that it would take 45 minutes. This does not appear to be an incident, as evidenced by the 1.7 (out of 5) rating on Facebook. It's currently 10:34 PM so I don't want to know what it's like during peak hours...

Worthless dirty pizzas. First of all, I waited more than 15 minutes. When we got home, it turned out that the toppings were missing, there was only tomato and cheese on it and the puree was very sour. In addition, the guys behind the counter are customer unfriendly, it looks like a canteen. They talk big things to each other, but they are snarky towards the customer and a hello is already too much. I definitely won't order from them again. Had to make spaghetti because the pizzas were nasty.

At the time of writing, I have been waiting longer than an hour for my pizzas for the third time in a row. The pizzas are infinitely tastier than at New York Pizza, but the long wait is a huge barrier to ordering here.

In Zaandam I met the kids who work there, 16 years old, very friendly professionals and delicious pizza.

The coke I ordered and paid for did not come. The delivery took forever to arrive even though the tracker said that the food was ready, it took more than 30 minutes from that moment for the food to arrive. The delivery person was really confused and when he opened his bag, one of the items fell on the floor, before he put it back in the bag and gave it to me as if nothing happened. Then he forgot to give me one of the items (other than the coke), which he gave me only after I showed him the receipt. Too bad, I am a regular customer of domino's in the UK and I really like your products, but it was such a bad experience :( I hope that you will proceed with at least the refund of my coke. Thanks!

I like their pizza's, but the service....Last two times I was there I walked out really angry. Two stars only because of the pizza, otherwise it would have been 1. First time I just wanted a really light salad like bite before the cinema. I ordered a salad and after 10mins of waiting and finally getting up and asking about my order I was told they are out of salad. I got so confused and said that I have already paid and have been waiting for over 10mins, so what should I do now? Someone then just walked to the fridge and took out prepackaged salad and handed it over to me. I don't understand why this could not be done earlier? Also wen I asked if they had any cutlery I could use to eat my salad with, they said no. I ended going to the cinema hungry. The second time we walked in to grab pizzas to take away beore our bus. The screen showed 7mins, we had 14 until the bus. After 10mins wait our name disappeared from the board, we could see our pizza's sitting on the counter and when I got up to ask for them I was bluntly ignored by staff. They could see I was standing and waiting for someone to come up to me, but they just turned around half way and walked different direction. As a result we missed our bus and had to wait for another 30mins to get a next one. From a general observation, the kitchen is very busy. Everyone is trying to do everything and it ends up being disorganized. I'm sure not all drivers need to be in the kitchen, including some family members. The place could really use some organization.

decent place for a takeaway pizza. There's a 5 Euro deal on medium pizzas on funghi, salami and 2 others. You can see the status of your order on the TV screen. Good value for money. I would award this place 3.5 stars if I could

This pizza shop needs a real manager. I had to wait 2 hours for 2 pizzas. The manager literally hung up the phone in my ear when I called to ask why it was taking so long. SO I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! They don't know customer service! They treat you as if they are doing you a favor. The manager is so rude and arrogant, I have no words for it.

For the third time they don't have the thick shakes, as soon as they open you get a call saying they can't make it, not even that they are sold out, but they just don't want to make it. In addition, you indicate when you want it and they will be at your door almost an hour early! Something goes wrong every time, so be done with it!

The manager was not very customer friendly, his name was Axel, according to something. To start with, after I asked if I could change an ingredient on the pizza, he responded with "that's gross". I don't like hearing this about the pizza I'm going to eat next. He was not friendly to his employees and, after a question from one of the employees, I perceived the responses "what do you think" and "no, of course not" with a snarky undertone. I hope that this manager will be spoken to about this and will adopt an improved attitude towards the pizza, customers and his employees. In addition, the pizza had little toppings, which was very disappointing to me. Next time back to New York Pizza.

Very poorly filled pizzas, but you only see that when you open the box... Pulled pork sandwich because it looked so tasty in the advertising and in the photo, but when you got home it turned out to be a sandwich with a lick of sauce and exactly 6 meat fibers, what a bad thing!! It's the only pizza joint in the Netherlands that offers a true pepperoni pizza. For the money and the deals they run daily, it's a good value for your ever increasing waist line.
