One of the best italian restaurants in town.

Place has gone downhill in the past 2 years. Plates were dirty underneath, ravioli was swimming in butter and food came quite quickly which doesn’t suite the atmosphere. It’s decent enough, but nothing special.

Had a delicious meal at Infinito. I had the luxurious 5 course fish menu and my wife the luxurious 5 course truffle menu. Both were excellent. Really worth eating at Infinito. The photos show most dishes on the menus.

Érg teleurstellend! Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding absoluut niet OK. Vergeet de culinaire foto's op hun website. De Gorgonzola-saus was een witte-"water"-saus met nauwelijks smaak. De escalope werd gepresenteerd zonder enige vorm van garnituur. Een kaal ogend gerecht zonder smaak en dat voor de prijs van € 39,00. Opgelet! Website maakt belofte niet waar. Dit is brasserie niveau.

A weekend away with the family to the Van der Valk Hotel, we didn't feel like eating there for 2 evenings, so we came across this restaurant. What a great choice, the food was delicious, everyone had something different and all dishes were top and above expectations And I go to quite a few good restaurants And will definitely come back here on my next visit to Maastricht

Nice little Italian restaurant, good food, good service. We were looking for a place to eat in the older side of Maastricht and came across Infinito. I would definitely recommend it. The food was a good selection of Italian, appetizers, pastas, and entrees. Also had some vegetarian options. Good wine list to offer. Good small selection of deserts. We had a couple of Aperol Spritz to start along with a shared prosciutto with burrata. We each had pasta, tortellini with a chefs sauce, ravioli with spinach. We had three glasses of wine. For desert, chocolate mousse and tiramisu. All told €125.

Me and my friends came to the restaurant to discuss some important business. I must say the place is perfect for these kind of occasion, the food is absolutely great . Finally a spot in Maastricht that makes real good Italian food with an artistic touch in it. I would have to say that the desserts were absolutely unique, that cannolo Siciliano was something out of this world! Staff is super cute and friendly and if you manage to exchange a couple of words with the manager, except at your table a couple of glasses of home made limoncello!

We ate very well, the food and the service were up to our expectations. The restaurant as well looks really nice. We will come back for sure!

We had a really nice evening at Infinito, where the ambiance and service were both good. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. For appetizers, we ordered oysters and bruschetta, both of which were delicious. The oysters were super fresh, and so were the tomatoes on the bruschetta. The olive oil on the table was super tasty and complemented the basket of bread well. We treated ourselves to a whole bottle of Barolo Tenute Neirano, which cost €65. For the main course, we ordered fish and ribeye steak with pepper sauce. However, we were a bit disappointed as the fish came out lukewarm and the steak was super chewy. It’s probably not the cooking, but the type of meat that was chosen. In summary, the food and ambiance were okay, with a great location, but the entire menu is highly priced.

Friendly service. Beautiful restaurant and nice atmosphere. Starter salmon carpaccio was tasty as well as the intermediate course (ravioli and pasta pomodoro) Main course slightly less, the stuffed eggplant and sea bass. We also expected something like a side dish. Dessert was also tasty

A disaster, prawns were bad and the carrots were sandy, not washed before frying. We should pay half for the bad dish. The waiter unprofessional and insulting. Because we refused to pay the court, he said it was outrageous on our part. Old products are only offered here to regular guests. I can't recommend the restaurant for tourists... A table next to us had to wait a long time for their food and ended up getting the wrong food.

Although I love Italian cuisine, this was very substandard. Not a good meal. The carpaccio had so much tartar sauce on it that it was unedible. For me, a good Italian is pure cuisine and not a deep fryer with so much sauce! A real shame. The cod was floating in the butter sauce. It's also a shame that fries are served with cod. Bad experience ! Not recommended

Never before have we experienced something like last night... In the beginning we could laugh about almost everything that went wrong and was not well organized, including waiting for hours for the food and the bad music. That's all part of it sometimes. Until the third dish came: The kitchen was clearly not prepared for the dietary requirements communicated in advance (once vegetarian and no cheese). My third dish was 1 fried egg with some truffle on it (the truffle was also the main ingredient of the previous course). When I asked the manager if he had received what I was served, after insisting he stated that it was a "special dish". Not only was it shameless, it showed little respect to me as a guest and was an extremely uncomfortable experience. A subsequent dish was fried frozen vegetables... not something you expect at fine dining. Then we asked for the bill. We were allowed to pay 200 euros for food (excl. drinks) for 2 people. I just left it at that, it wasn't worth getting into a fuss about this on New Year's Day. Taking care of such a bad evening and also wanting to make money from it. Shameless.

Infinito I have never had such a bad restaurant experience as at Infinito in Maastricht. The staff argue with each other, the wait for the food takes far too long and the food and drinks have nothing to do with Italy, I can do this myself. I was really looking forward to a nice New Year's Eve dinner with my partner, unfortunately I chose to do this at Infinito, don't go here! As icing on the cake, the owner also wanted to charge us the full menu price of €125 per person, after we had only eaten 2 of the 7 courses after 2.5 hours. This man should never have anything to do with a restaurant again, I regret my choice to eat here. My evening was ruined by Infinito!

It's incredible how, as a tourist in Maastricht, you can rave about one of the few top Italian restaurants in Maastricht. And especially the review below. Our group of 4 people are extremely satisfied with the elegant and representative service of Infinito Maastricht every time. If you book a 7-course Menu on New Year's Eve and you are welcomed at 7:00 PM by a fantastic host, you cannot write in your review that you have already been waiting for 3 hours while you leave the restaurant at 8:00 PM. We as a company have fully experienced this situation and are amazed by this nonsense behavior. We are now ready for our main course, which is quite normal with 7 courses, atmospheric music and staff who present themselves as they should. As regular returning guests, we would like to describe this restaurant as authentic and very hospitable, the food is fresh and the atmosphere excels in the style and choice of music. Are you going for good Italian or fresh dishes? Then Infinito is recommended +10 from truffle to Panamera white wine. No shortage. Keep it up and see you next time. We went here for a 7 row menu but left after 3 hours. We pushed our second course. If we knew it was taking this long we would have went to Burger King on forehand. Don’t come here if you want a special night. They want to charge us 250 for 2 slices of bread and 2 slices of meat.

Super nice staff and really good food. Quite original dishes. But for the price I expected much more. Pasta with cheese was delicious and so was the tiramisu. Meat was not special, starters 50/50 and the fries not special either. All in all, highly recommended, but stick with pasta. Unless you go for the experience, the staff was really great!

Really liked it here. We visited for dinner on a weekend when André Rieu was in town Service was good overall, but could have been better. We appreciate the place was very busy, but as we were tucked away in the corner slightly out of sight, we would have expected the staff to remember to check on us now and again. That said, the food was lovely, the staff friendly, all reasonably priced and we had an enjoyable experience. We would definitely go back and 100% recommend a visit. 😎👍

Alas, the service is basically non-existent. We had to clear the table ourselves and beg for the menu. The food is somewhat overpriced, the wine definitely is. The chef‘s favorite herb seems to be salt. So… yeah: We‘ll go somewhere else next time.

I had a nice evening. We didnot choose this restaurant . We just bumped into . Nice ambiance the service is also ok fancy decor. The bread starter we had was served with nice quality olive oil. My friends had pasta and ravioli . It is too bad that wehad to ask for the parmesan and according to my friens ravioli were good but not exceptional. Ihad the risotto excellent a bit too much on platebutfor my wasexcellent was excellent. We also had started scampis the sauce abit spicy was.excellent. to conclude goorestaurants but not a michelin fork yet or a star. .butthe prices are michelin restaurant prices

A hidden gem located in a gorgeous shopping street in Maastricht centrum. Cozy atmosphere, perfect for friends and family. We had mussel for appetiser, the tomato-based sauce is delicious, really appreciated the staff kindly offered more bread to enjoy. I personally recommend the risotto del mare, savoury soup base and generous amount of seafood. Such a pity I didn’t have space for dessert, or else would love for a tiramisu or dame blanche, both looks enticing. Recommended!

This is a hidden gem in the center of Maastricht. My husband and I love the atmosphere and the excellent wines. And the divine greek water too!

First time and satisfied, fresh ingredients, large portions, friendly staff, reasonable prices, just a shame about the limoncello that was served with ice, the averna was also not really cold, glasses and everything in the freezer then it's great, do it! We are curious next time, no terrace and no air conditioning inside

Super! good italian food. Nice menu. Good prices, real Italian cuisine. Very friendly staff, the head waiter from Romania is a professional. Nice limoncello offered by the house afterwards. There is air conditioning. Highly recommended. We will definitely go there again next time we are in Maastricht.

By a hot evening, Maastricht was full of people. Trying to avoid crowded restaurants and tourists traps, we were refused by many places claiming to be full. We then came across Infinito. Although also full, the started enquiring the possibility to free us a space and they managed to install us. Later in the evening, they even proposed us to switch table so that we could be more at ease. Beside this warm welcome, we were served by several friendly staff members, each smiling and prone to give excellent advises. Dishes ans wines were sumptuous. We did spend a very nice evening. Don't hesitate.

The half lobster and coquilles where terrific, but the portioning of fried squid & shrimp was not to our satisfaction all with all nice concept!

Top restaurant that has not been open for very long. You have to discover this. Small dishes, tasty wines, a casual atmosphere with trendy music. Food is of top quality, pure class, honest and simplicity with a twist.
