The atmosphere in the restaurant isn't really great; it's more of a takeout place. But the food (and that's what matters) is great.

Picked up some yummy food for a takeaway and it did not disappoint! Nice family establishment, will be back soon 😊

Being from Indonesian descent, I am quite critical when it comes to food. Isaku Iki has been my favorite place to eat for a long time. It is a bit out of the way when you are in the center of the Hague, but is 100% worth it. Es Teler, Es Cincau, Bami Goreng, Sate Ayam and Sate Babi Manis. All wonderful flavors that I haven't tasted anywhere else. The owner Maria is a wonderful kind, warm person who you can get to know if you come a bit more often. Must-visit in The Hague!

Arrived early and the pleasant lady owner opened the shop at 3pm sharp. Was initially slightly worried about the food because there it looked to be only only one staff manning the shop but the trays of precooked dishes looked very inviting so went ahead and got a combination set with white rice.. At first bite felt it was authentic and very home style cooking..the owner kindly provided me with a dish of sambal for my meal which was outstanding! Enjoyed my meal thoroughly!

Isaku-iki, Indonesian foods owned by an aunt from Semarang, Indonesia. The owner is very warm & welcoming, the price is decent, and the foods are great! I recommend you to try the Jajanan Pasar (Lemper Ayam & Pastel Isi) and also Nasi Campur Kenanga & Sate (all sate menus are delicious!) Don't forget to make your reservation beforehand if you are planning to dine in.

They have the best squid in the whole Netherlands! Other than that, their menu is really taste, i also recommend the ayam sukabumi.

Vorige week heel erg lekker gegeten bij dit restaurant. Lekkerste sate kambing die ik in jaren gegeten heb! Ook erg goede en lekkere vegetarische opties. Ze zitten helaas niet in mijn stad, maar ik weet nu al zeker dat ik daar terug ga komen.
