The sushi was delicious, but all the side dishes were practically cold upon delivery. I also found the side dishes on the set menu to be very expensive for what you get. Why pay €1.50 for 3 pieces of chicken?

I've been eating at Itoshi for 10 years. I started at Hoofddorp Itoshi. Since that closed, I've been going to Lisse Itoshi. I've noticed that the quality of the food has declined over the past year, especially the last time, which was on Boxing Day. Everything that came in seemed very bland, and the crispiness of the food was lacking. It was as if it had been re-fried or microwaved to meet demand. Perhaps the chef was on holiday for Christmas. I'm not sure if I should try it again because I really feel the quality of the food has declined. I used to go to Itoshi just for the Itoshi roll, but that's lost its crispiness a long time ago. It's like I can't taste the love in the food anymore.

On Christmas Day 2025, the three of us dined here. The food was delicious, and the service was perfect. Friendly young ladies really went above and beyond.

Delicious Itoshii! On Father's Day this year, I also took my then-four-year-old son with me. He didn't eat a single bite, but Linda was very accommodating. We're happy regular customers :)

Good sushi and meat dishes at a reasonable price, a great atmosphere with beautiful (fake) sakura trees, and very friendly staff. The two of us spent €109 for one evening, which, with cocktails, is perfectly reasonable!

One of the best and tastiest all-you-can-eat sushi places I've ever had!

This is the third time I've had a very bad experience with home delivery. The food in the restaurant is fine, in my experience. Ordered today between 6:30 and 7:00 PM, and at 6:45 PM, I received a message that the order had been delivered, but nothing here yet. I called, sorry, it's busy, but the delivery driver will be here in 5 minutes... After half an hour, I called again and again, sorry, it's busy, the delivery driver is on his way. As compensation, they gave us a free drink (which we drank, but with good intentions), and next time we'll add a little extra. This well-intentioned drink doesn't make up for the hour lateness, especially not after the third time! I'll tell you something... there won't be any extras. After three times so many things went wrong, and even once with people in Noordwijkerhout where we were visiting, where it also went so terribly wrong, I'm completely done with Itoshi!

There are many all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants, and experiences often vary. Itoshi has been at this spot for years and has been fairly consistently good. A nice all-you-can-eat alternative in the Bulb Region (and beyond).

Delicious sushi, good and fast service, especially thanks to the long ponytail. I would recommend making a reservation, as they're often completely full, and your stomach is full when you leave. It's very clear that they're not Japanese, but Dutch. Just like that, a Dutchman opens a stamppot restaurant in Tokyo and has Japanese servers wear clogs. That's just not right.

Delicious food!!! The service was good. Everything went quickly, and the food was delicious. It's an all-you-can-eat concept where you can order five dishes per person in each 15-minute service. You can also opt for unlimited drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, and tea) for €11 per person.

Nice and atmospheric restaurant. Good value for money. Friendly staff, and food arrived very quickly. We will definitely be back!

It calls itself all-you-can-eat, but it isn't. You can order a maximum of 5 dishes and 5 rounds, so a maximum of 25 dishes.

We were shocked by the quality of the food and how many points they scored. We saw 4.2 stars and thought that must be good. Wrong. The dust was dangling from the ceiling. That was warning number one. The food was bland. It didn't taste good. Everything was tough. Even the sushi. We will never come back here.

I don't know what I find more annoying. The fact that the food simply isn't great, or the countless spelling mistakes on the menu. It's like you made up "Japanese" words on the spot. And then you just stuck together letters that could never be a combination in Japanese. And then you pretend you're using the correct Japanese words.

I never actually write something if I think something is bad. But this beat everything. Rarely been to a restaurant where nothing tasted good. The wasabi had no 'wasabi' taste and was not even remotely spicy. The sushi rice was still warm. The panko was old. The salmon had no taste and was dry. The chicken, the meat was dry but totally topped with Teriyaki sauce. The bean sprouts were bordering on old. When this was all over, we asked for the bill in the middle of round two. Express our dissatisfaction but unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it 🤷🏻‍♀️. I would think twice if you want to spend your money on this.

Ate in the restaurant for the first time with my daughter (normal ordering) but it is worth repeating.

It's ok. Food tastes good. Service and ambience could be better. I would like to come another mall. I hope the service gets better.

I generally found the food a bit too salty for me, bacon was overcooked (too hard) and wasabi sauce felt hard (left on too long). Service could be a bit better, empty plates were on the table for a long time. Atmosphere was good

With the enormous choice of restaurants that offer this concept, we will not return here. The sushi was really mediocre and we had the feeling that some had been prepared before and had therefore been sitting for a while. This also applies to the bowls with wasabi, if it has been standing for a while it dries out quickly and starts to turn a bit brownish, I think these were also prepared earlier and opened to the air. My girlfriend and I also really like Karage (fried chicken), but these were just chicken nuggets. What was really worth it were the udon dishes, which were delicious. Furthermore, the champions were also very tasty! Furthermore, as far as the staff is concerned, I don't think the ladies at the table were fully fluent in the language and therefore did not do anything to interact. However, a big plus about this restaurant was the hostess who was super polite!

Had lunch here twice. Very tasty sushi and friendly and fast service. Ordering is very easy. I'm still curious about dinner sometime. There are a number of tasty options! The only pity I think is that the sushi shrimp is not included in the lunch, which is always a winner. But I understand that not everything is included at lunch. Highly recommended to go!

Faded glory! The food is no longer what it used to be. Mayonnaise on everything, gyoza dry, edamame soft and cooked too long, miso soup too salty and so on. You have a 15 minute break between orders. And if you want tap water you pay €1 per glass (150ml). The four of us ordered 6 drinks + a large bottle of water (€6.40) but the manager felt it necessary to make a whole story about paying for 1 glass of tap water. This is absolutely not hospitable and we will not be back.

The food was not tasty and a day after eating it seems as if your tongue is paralyzed and you have a very bad taste in your mouth due to the herbs used.

I recently had dinner at Itoshii in Lisse, and it was a wonderful experience. The menu was quite large and varied, without sacrificing quality. The food was delicious; both the hot dishes and the sushi were very tasty and fresh. The staff were also very friendly and happy to answer all our questions. With the beautifully decorated decor, Itoshii really had an eye for detail. It was a great experience, and I definitely recommend it if you are in Lisse.

Relatively small but cozy restaurant. Large choice of different dishes.

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience at Itoshii in Lisse. The sushi itself is reasonable to excellent, but many hot dishes are overcooked/fried for too long or have a strange structure (as if some things have been reheated twice or are old). The service does its best, but is very inexperienced and it shows. The restaurant also has a Top 40 band playing music that starts again every half hour, which does get boring after a while. The fact that the decor is somewhat peeling and the prices on the worn-out menu have been removed with typex completes the picture. The ordering system on the tablet works well. Too bad, because I used to have a very good meal at Itoshii... curious to see what has changed.

Most of the dishes we ordered were not quite great, often quite over-fried, somewhat on the overcooked side. Such as the duck breast, the steak cubes, the yakitori skewer, the potato cakes and the spring rolls. There were some really good and tasty choices, such as the cheese sticks, the flambéed sushi and the miso soup. The sushi we ordered was good. But unfortunately that didn't improve the overall impression for me. Service was friendly, but not special. Very special to hear 3 x Beyonce with This ain't Texas in 2 hours. Very special music for this type of restaurant. I also think it's a bit of a shame that the extra 0.50 cents you have to pay for a dollop of (aerosol) whipped cream.

The food was tasty and fast service.

If you want people to order from your website instead of home delivery, then at least make sure that your website works properly. It starts with entering your zip code. As soon as you enter this faster than an average elderly person, things go wrong and you can start over. The same applies to checkout. Did you accidentally click on 'collection' instead of delivery? And do you think you can change this quickly? Too bad. As soon as you click 'deliver' you will get a black screen from which there is no way to get out. Unless you clear your browser cache and start from scratch. Great experience! (fortunately the food itself is a lot better)

Het eten is lekker, en de concept van all-you-can-eat laat mij met een volle buik naar huis gegaan. We hadden geen reservering, maar gelukkig hadden zei nog een tafeltje vrij.

We sometimes went to Itoshii Hoofddorp. Today we went to Lisse for the first time. They don't have a lot of dishes that they had in Hoofddorp. The food was super salty. Even my partner wanted another drink while she normally has difficulty finishing 1 glass. Certain meat dishes seemed reheated. When they got colder, they became hard. Certain dishes did not look like they were on your plate in the photos. And the spelling/spelling errors for the Japanese names were a real letdown. "Look, we are a Japanese restaurant but we don't actually know what everything is called." Embarrassing. Service was ok. Just friendly but you noticed that this was their side job. They seemed a bit insecure and reserved. While this used to be our favorite restaurant, we will don't go anytime soon.

Delicious sushi here with fast, friendly service. The concept with tablets is very nice and works perfectly. The only downside I think is that the food is very salty. We were very thirsty at the end. But I would definitely go back again

'Bent u bekend met het concept' is een prima manier om mij weg te jagen. 'All you can eat' in een aantal rondes binnen 2 uur zorgt ervoor dat je eigenlijk altijd teveel eet. Maar wat ze op tafel zetten is wel helemaal prima

Heerlijk eten, snelle bediening. Persoonlijk vinden we inclusief drank niet de extra kosten waard daar je meer betaald (uiteraard) maar de zitting met een half uur ingekort wordt.

Waanzinnig lekker weer zitten eten

Voor het eerst sushi gegeten van Itoshii en waren blij verrast. Goede sushi en de kwaliteit van de vis was top. Bezorger was vriendelijk en attent. Op 16-02-23 in het restaurant gegeten en zullen niet gauw nog een keertje gaan. Bediening was chaotisch en er kwamen steeds de verkeerde sushi's, maar lieten ze wel staan. Sushi was wel lekker,maar niet de kwaliteitvan de bezorgde sushi. Flesje olie op tafel was van 2020 en de wasabi verkleurt. Over het fles werd verteld dat deze bijgevuld was, maar dan toch.

Eten is goed, we bestelde weleens en nu ook maar een keer naar het restaurant. In verhouding tot de bezorging vind ik het aan de prijs wat niet weg neemt dat het eten net zo lekker is. Wel heeft alles ergens een beetje dezelfde smaak. Een eigen kleurtje zeg maar. Ik hou er wel van, m'n vriendin vind het lekker maar niet zo bijzonder Stoelen zitten niet zo lekker.

All you can eat in 2 hours. Select your food on a tablet and pay 31 euro per person. Children ask 12 euro pp. food is oke not special.

We just came by and luckily got a table without a reservation. All you can eat. It’s pretty good value as what you are getting. The food tastes nice and they have been served pretty quickly in small portions. It’s good to try different varieties of food selection. After all, it’s not a boring place. Quite interesting.

Lekker gegeten. Bestellingen worden snel geleverd. Prijs van een fles witte wijn lager als gemiddeld.

Een goed restaurant om met vrienden heen te gaan. Kwaliteit van het eten was zeer goed. Vooral de gerechten van de grill. Verder hebben ze 2 soorten arrangementen, eentje inclusief drankjes en eentje zonder. Exclusief drankjes: 31,80 inclusief 42,80. In ons geval natuurlijk de menu genomen inclusief drankjes

Wij zijn hier vorige keer met ze tweeën gaan eten. Het eten was kwalitatief erg slecht. Sushi was absoluut niet vers. De gerechten met kip waren erg doorbakken waardoor kip erg taai en smaakloos was. Bij de curry en noedels maaltijden was de verhouding met vlees niet in proportie. Daarnaast was het eten erg vet en waren veel gerechten gefrituurd zonder dat dit op de kaart stond aangegeven. Over de gerechten heen werd ook veel mayo gedeporteerd. Wij betaalde bijna €42 euro pp inclusief drinken voor slechts 2 uurtjes. Normaal gesproken hebben wij hier niet genoeg aan maar omdat het eten zo tegenviel waren wij snel klaar met eten. Na afloop kregen we helaas maar 1 bolletje ijs. De bediening was wel vriendelijk en het eten werd snel geserveerd. Het all-in concept was ook prettig. Helaas werd ons bij het afreken niet gevraagd of het had gesmaakt. Voor ons de laatste keer Itoshii helaas!

A very pleasant place to eat. Clean, good food, and calm atmosphere.

Vergeleken de laatste keer dat ik er heb gegeten (ongeveer jaartje geleden) is de prijs ineens 10 euro omhoog gegaan p.p. en is op internet bij de prijzen niet aangepast maar ze hebben het handmatig met pen op de menu kaart gezet en vergeleken de laatste keer dat ik er gegeten hebben ze minder keuze op het menu. Qua prijsverhouding en keuze vond ik het tegen vallen.

Bediening nog altijd goed, de drankjes en bestellingen worden vlot afgeleverd aan de tafel maar de kwaliteit van het eten is stukken achteruit gegaan. Sushi niet goed gevuld, meerdere eindstukjes gekregen waar nauwelijks vulling in zat, de crispy roll had enkel vet gebakken uitjes als inhoud, de itoshii rol was koud en taai, biefstukjes minder mals. Zo ontzettend zonde!

Eten was echt lekker en het sfeer was ook top. De service was snel en aardig. Ik zou wel aparte borden gebruiken voor de ijsjes maar voor de rest was het goed.

Het sushi en de andere gerechten zijn super lekker, personeel vriendelijk en de service snel. Maar helaas zijn de prijzen de laatste tijd dusdanig gestegen dat we dat met het aantal hapjes die we op hebben op zo'n avond niet meer binnen halen. Voor ons dus helaas niet meer zo vaak naar de Itoshii met de nieuwe prijzen...

Heerlijk eten ,. Vriendelijke medewerkers , snelle service, gastvrij en behulpzaam . Kortom ,😃 fantastische avond gehad . Dat gaan we snel weer een keer doen .

Update Oct 2022: In the past had great experience in this restaurant but last time we went they changed the ordering system. There is now 15 minutes wait time after each order. I guess this is not a problem for people who enjoy taking long breaks between bites but for us it was just frustrating to sit there with empty plates for 5-10 minutes until we were able to order the next round. This is NOT an "all-you-can-eat" concept as they try to advertise. Unfortunately we will not be going back unless they change this system. There are plenty of other REAL all you can eat sushi places to go to instead

Op aanraden van lokale kennissen naar iToshi gegaan. Het zou een erg goede zaak zijn. Helaas was dit niet mijn ervaring, qua eten. Plus: Goede service Snelle levering van eten Niks vergeten (dat is elders wel anders!) Normaal geprijsd Min: Het eten... De maki's en andere rolls bevatten allereerst teveel rijst, waardoor de inhoud niet altijd even goed tot zijn recht komt. Daarnaast krijg je vaak niet wat er beloofd wordt. Zo zou de Spicy Tuna volgens het plaatje een vers stukje tonijn bevatten, en dit bleek tonijnsalade te zijn. Zo waren er meer die niet tot de verbeelding sprake . Teriyaki saus waterig en weinig smaak. Nee, liever naar Yuniku.

Aardige bediening, maar de sushi stukjes( stukken) waren veel te groot en kwaliteit is niet zoals het begin. Heel jammer had hier sinds de corona niet meer gegeten maar is er niet op vooruit gegaan. Wel mooie nieuwe inrichting

Wat een fijne plek om te eten. Ik kom hier af en toe. De lunch die ze aanbieden is goedkoper, maar ik mis dan echt de dingen van het avondeten. De bediening en het eten komen snel en het eten proeft/is vers. De kaart is redelijk uitgebreid en voorziet in alle keuzes. Al hebben vegatariers, die geen vis eten, wel echt minder keuze. Maar dat valt te verwachten als je iets gaat eten, dat gemaakt wordt met voornamelijk vis. 😏 Sindskort is het verbouwd en hierdoor voet de ruimte groter en zit er meer afstand tussen jou en de andere mensen. Dat voelt beter aan.

Samen met mijn familie heb ik zeer genoten van de geweldige voedsel en service die zei aanbieden.

Lekker eten. Kom hier regelmatig. Bediening is oké.
