Johnny's Burger en O'Tacos in Wijk 17 Loosduinen

I ordered a burger to take home, and when I tried to eat it, there was a nail stuck in it. I tried calling them, but no one answered. This is absolutely outrageous!

Food delivered cold. Much of what I paid for wasn't delivered. In short, just bad.

Ordered Monster Energy, never received it. If you try to call them, you're always the first one waiting... In other words, you're unreachable.

If you like long waits and cold food, order here! We placed an order for chick'n crisps at 8:00 PM. It was supposed to be delivered at 8:47 PM, but by that time it still hadn't arrived (okay, it happens). We waited a bit longer. At 9:10 PM, still nothing. We called, "Yes, ma'am, it's on its way." Okay, we'll wait a bit longer then... At 9:30 PM, still nothing. We called again. I was quite grumpy and angry. "Yes, ma'am, we're busy, it's Friday night," I said, "Yes, ma'am, that's probably true, but it was supposed to be delivered at 9:47 PM, and I still haven't ordered anything since almost two hours ago. "Yes, ma'am, it's busy." I said, "That's fine, but I want my money back. Do you want me to cancel?" I said, "Yes, ma'am, I will." Ultimately, it wasn't canceled. At 9:55 PM (almost two hours later), we received our food, nice and soggy and cold! Filed a complaint with the delivery company and contacted them! Still expecting a refund, ridiculous service!

I very rarely give a negative review, because I believe mistakes can be made and it usually isn’t that deep. I try to highlight the places that I love to go, give them my support and forget the rest. I recognise some of the complaints here, we also had issues of the food not arriving and having to call the restaurant or being delivered very late. But like I said, mistakes can be made. That didn’t stop me from ordering again. However, I ordered last night and the delivery went wrong. We had a missed phone call and a cryptic spam like message that we did not see until ten minutes later. When I called the number I got the restaurant and I have to say that I have never been talked to in this way. The man on the phone was just plain rude. I tried to find solutions, I still payed for my food you see. He wouldn’t let me speak only shouted at me that I have to pay. This man was anything but helpful. Not understanding the situation and trying to fix it with me, so it doesn’t happed again. I felt like a dog and not customer. I work at a counter myself, so I now people can be difficult. I promise that wasn’t the case here. I gladly pay more money if the delivery guy has to come back. But I don’t appreciate the unprofessional way I was spoken to. I never had that before, not even with this restaurant when I had to call to report that the food wasn’t here yet. I regret to say that after many orders I won’t be ordering again. Which is a shame, because their burgers are actually quite tasty.

We did wait a little longer for the burgers, but they were fresh and hot! And very tasty. The fries were really crispy. The only thing that bothered me was that they only offered zero drinks (Coke, Sprite, Fanta, etc.). No regular ones.

I ordered a taco and paid extra for a large. I received it and it had almost nothing in it, especially no sauce. I normally order it in Naaldwijk, and the regular taco there has more sauce than the large I got. Very dissatisfied. That's not how you win customers.

Today, after a few months, I craved a taco bowl again, so of course I ordered it. It usually includes fries, chicken, bacon, and cheese sauce. It came with just fries and chicken, so I called to ask if that was correct. It turned out they'd made a mistake (which can happen), and they sent a new one. Whether they were offended by the complaint or because they make it this way often, I received a new one with at least two identical fries and four pieces of chicken. It's a shame, because it was always delicious.

Tried the Smash burger, a bit too much sauce, but it was very tasty. The time indicated on the website, it was delivered right on time. Delicious food.

Well, what can I say… I'd treated myself to a burger night and thought: let's try Johnny's Burger. Apparently, my expectations were too high—or maybe I was just hungry, that's also possible. The burger I thought I'd ordered was nowhere to be seen. What I did get? A soggy piece of bread with something in between that might once, in better times, have served as meat. The whole thing had the texture of a wet sponge, and the taste… well, let's just say water has more character. Maybe I should have been lucky to get anything at all. Even if it wasn't what I ordered, but oh well—it's obviously difficult to order four things correctly. I get that. We do ask for a lot these days. If you like surprises (the wrong kind), a soft burger you can eat with a straw, and a faint aftertaste of disappointment, then this is absolutely the place for you. I'm glad I tried it, because now I know for sure where not to order from anymore.

Very bad delivery, sitting waiting for over an hour for cold food and then not even everything we ordered was delivered. Called the company and it would be taken care of immediately. Then another hour waiting for the chicken nuggets for my children.

I ordered a hamburger for €9.50, but got a tasteless, ready-made burger like you find in the supermarket. The meat had hardly any taste and felt more like plastic than real meat. For this price you can eat better at McDonald's - the quality is even better there. Absolutely no value for money. Disappointing experience.

Ordered 2.5 hours in advance, still 20 min late. Burgers were tough, onion rings were tough, fries were tough and cold. Phone was only answered after 5 minutes. Too bad.

Order not received in full, then 45 minutes waiting for the rest of the order and when calling no service at all, unfortunately not a repeat for us. Good luck with your customers

This tasted like eating a tub of frying oil. Really inedible, never had such a disgusting French taco.

We had a very bad experience with johnny's last time. The burgers was not well made, was just bread and a lot of ketchup. The bread was even wet and the fries were cold and soft. I will never order food there anymore. very disappointed.

Update: It's already really bad that the company isn't contacting customers after all these bad reviews below. If you like SPOILED MEAT, I definitely recommend eating here! 🤢🤢 I'm really not the pickiest person. If my food is late, no problem. If my food is cold, no problem. If they forgot something, no problem. But last night I got so incredibly sick from your food (again) that I'll spare you the details, but it felt like food poisoning! Normally, I wouldn't post comments like this, but I honestly got really sick from this!! Be warned if you order from OTaco. I'll definitely never order from them again!

I ordered the plant-based classic menu with onion rings. For €17 I only got one slice of tomato and five onion rings. It's not worth the price.

This was the worst delivery experience I ever had. I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours, then called the store and asked why it takes so long and they said the delivery guy was calling me multiple times, knocked on my door and ringed the doorbell. None of this happened. At the end he said there’s nothing he can do and I had to pick it up MYSELF IN THE RAIN. At the end my food was cold. Never gonna order there again if I could I would give 0 stars

Nice meal, as indicated, no tomato on the hamburger. It's a shame that they forgot the bacon, even though it was a bacon burger. Furthermore, the food was delicious. However, it is a bit inconvenient that you just get a Ben & Jerry's ice cream tub delivered without anything around it. Of course, it all becomes liquid during delivery and eating. Maybe it would be useful to put some aluminum foil around it so that it heats up a little more slowly? Friendly delivery person and had no problems with anything else. Worth repeating if those two things are worked on 👍🏻

First time ordering and never again! This is incredibly bad... Macdonalds is already better and making a burger at home also affects this. (ordered 2 burgers that were said to be the most popular) I advise you to spend your money elsewhere, you will really regret it

27 euro for a burger and a cherry coke plus french fries..

Ordered and ate the tender and bacon bowl last night and this morning I suffered from severe stomach pain. I normally never leave bad reviews, but this is the last time I get food from you. This is very unacceptable!

Ordered food and it was delivered to the door without clearly letting us know that it was there. Ice cold food as a result. Called the Loosduinen branch. And they couldn't do anything, they knocked on the door, they say... unbelievable.

Top service. First order was cold. But after a phone call to the branch, a new warm order was received within half an hour. See you next time!

My son wanted to eat the crook burger during iftar. See photo, says enough I think. It doesn't look appetizing and it really wasn't. We both felt nauseous.

Thinking I had ordered a beef burger, I still got chicken. Too bad, because I really don't like that. I thought the restaurant might have made a mistake so I called to ask. No mistake, the spicy burger turns out to be a chicken burger. I had misunderstood. They found it so annoying for me that they made a beef burger and delivered it anyway. What a great service!! Thanks guys! Fries were very tasty anyway.

Echt de lekkerste hamburgers! En zoveel keus hmmmm

Voor de eerste keer bij Johnny’s burger afgehaald. Heb de American classic met twister fries gekozen. De porties zijn groot daar kun je niks van zeggen, jammer genoeg zaten er tussen mijn twister fries veel zwarte wedgies, en was het eten koud ondanks dat we op 1 minuut lopen hier vandaan wonen. Verder zijn de twister fries prima en wat je er van verwacht qua smaak,de burger daarentegen zag er niet heel smakelijk uit enorm veel saus zat erop waar ik zelf wat vanaf had geschraapt, het vlees zag er enorm goedkoop uit en was helaas aan de binnenkant nog rood. Dus al met al een slechte ervaring gehad en zou hier niet nogmaals bestellen, ik weet niet of dit filiaal afhankelijk is maar vind het wel teleurstellend had er meer van verwacht.

De burgers zijn goed van smaak. Alleen jammer dat het broodje heel erg sompig word.

Heerlijke taco’s ik bestel ze altijd. Super groot en heerlijke smaak!!

The food is nice but I had to pay more than one euro for a sauce... just to not even get it.

Het vlees zelf is niet lekker. Het zijn dezelfde nare diepvrieshamburgers die je in de supermarkt koopt of bij een snackbar krijgt. Zo'n soort platte frikandel. Ik verwachtte geen culinair hoogtepunt maar dit is wel het andere uiterste. En dan te bedenken dat die burgers in de supermarkt maar een paar cent kosten. Ook expliciet gevraagd om bacon maar thuis bleek dat er geen bacon opzat. Het was maar een bestelling van 1 burger en 1 portie wedges. Je zou denken dat dat wel te onthouden is. Absoluut geen aanrader. Edit: ik heb er besteld omdat ik vrij laat alleen was en ze bezorgen voor een laag minimum bestelbedrag. De kwaliteit is niet meer zo extreem slecht. Het komt nu meer bij een mcdonalds burger in de buurt dan zo'n platte frikandel van de snackbar.

Ben altijd vast klant geweest en liet het altijd thuisbezorgen het eten was altijd goed optijd en lekker maar nu wordt er opeens niet meer bezorgt in mijn woonplaats heel erg apart

Kan beter. Het team doet zeker hun best, maar om een simpele burger met wat patat af te halen, ben je zo 25 minuten verder.

Was echt niet best en zeker niet voor het geld wat ik betaald heb. Voor ons geen Johnny's burger meer.

2x hier besteld. Het eten was nog warm na het bezorgen en smaakte prima! De honing mosterd kip wrap was lekker, maar je kon moeilijk de honing mosterd saus proeven. Ik had aardappelpartjes besteld maar kreeg een mix met krulfriet. Verder chicken strippers en chicken wings besteld deze waren lekker en smaakte prima! Ik vind het wel een aanrader om te bestellen! Ook voor een prima prijs.

Food was ok, 2 out of 5 times they messed up the order and put something in by mistake but I like burgers and the twister fries were good.

Oprecht goeie burgers. Als je opzoek bent naar een heerlijke malse burger raadt ik je deze restaurant aan. Burgers zijn altijd goed belegd en het vlees is lekker mals👌

Long wait for the food. Employees had no uniforms. Employees were wearing no masks or gloves. Employees were eating food (touching their mouth) and handling food preparation! Without washing theirs hands in between. This is unacceptable. Onion rings were terrible and a high price. Only rings of dough no real onions inside of them. Yuck! Twister fries were great. Chicken burger was ok, but have had better at a different Johnny's across town. They were out of shakes. Will i go back to this Johnny's burgers? 👎 no

Besteld via Uber Eats. Bestelling was op tijd en warm, netjes verpakt ook. De burger zelf zat zoveel mayo op dat de onderkant van het broodje te zompig was om vast te pakken en ook niet meer lekker. Één enkel schijfje tomaat en wat verdwaalde ijsbergsla op de burger. De kip en sesambun waren wel erg lekker.

Hier gekomen via Social Deal. Er staat bij "Ook geldig in het weekend!" Behalve dat ze de beschikbaarheid in het weekend gewoon uitzetten (dit geven ze zelf toe). De kwaliteit is niet slecht, maar niks bijzonders. Voor het normale bedrag zou ik hier nooit kopen. - De burgers zijn voorgeperste patties zonder smaak. De dressing wordt er zonder nadenken opgegooid en superslordig verpakt, wat resulteert in een halve burger zonder saus en de rest. Broodje was aangebrand én superklef 🤔 - De potato wedges en curlfries zijn prima. - De milkshake is kant en klaar, verspil je geld hier niet aan.

Een prima restaurant voor een snelle vette hap

Moest de maaltijd reserveren. Tijd afspreken om het op te halen..., maar op de afgesproken tijd stond er niets klaar. Moest toch nog bereid worden... Dan hoef je ook niets te reserveren denk ik dan. De hamburger zelf vond ik ook niet bijzonder. Voor mij was het eenmalig.

We waren in de buurt, dus besloten binnen te eten. Vloer plakt aan alle kanten, tafels zijn vies en worden ook niet schoongemaakt. Je vraagt je af hoe schoon de keuken dan is. Personeel spreekt amper Nederlands, slecht te verstaan. Ze hebben het wel naar hun zin, want vanuit de keuken komt veel geluid en gelach. Even rustig binnen eten zou ik dus zeker niet aanraden. Eten is verder wel goed. Maar door de hygiëne en het personeel zou ik deze plek niet aanraden.

Burgers were pretty good. Maybe not full gourmet burgers, but for fast food burgers they were 1st class for sure.
