McDonald's in Wijk 39 Binckhorst

I went to McDonald's yesterday and, frankly, I was quite disappointed. I came specifically for the Honey Mustard Chicken Salad, which was displayed prominently on the drive-thru screen. After ordering and paying, I was told this salad wasn't available at all. When something is on the menu, you expect it to be available, or at least clearly marked as "unavailable." Now, I left without the salad I wanted, feeling a bit uneasy. Hopefully, the menu will be updated more thoroughly so other customers don't experience this.

I ordered chili chicken, but it arrived cold. Very bad.

I could cry. The service was so bad. McDonald's refused to bring the food. I find this absolutely unacceptable. I had even chosen the "Eat Here" option. I also found the atmosphere terrible. The woman started a lame story about how they would only bring the food if you spent more money. She got angry that I wasn't spending more. I simply don't have the money to spend because I'm in a difficult financial situation. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unacceptable.

It's fine. It's a shame the floor sweeper is also used to "clean" the tabletop... ...(I really saw it!) Update 9-11-2025: Lots of shouting employees today. At each other throughout the store and in the kitchen...

Cozy and perfect for the family

Clean MC. The staff was a bit too busy with each other. Friendly atmosphere, but slow to respond to customers. It's really a roadside restaurant. Not exactly geared towards children, which it used to be. Now it's a small, crate-like play area. My son didn't want to play in it, which I understand. Otherwise, it's clean and fresh.

After an hour of waiting they cancel our order. Also they won't pickup the phone at all, it's 23:30 so good luck to us.

Difficult to reach due to a lack of parking spaces

Great location, but not exactly easily accessible as it is now, but oh well... takes some getting used to. Nice outdoor patio, neat and clean interior, reasonably large, MC Drive. Parking is limited to a few cars.

It's always bad, really always, always something goes wrong with the order. It's just sloppily thrown together, or you always get something wrong. Everything has to be asked afterward. This is awful.

I've been waiting an hour and twenty minutes for my order. It still hasn't arrived. Everyone who came in and ordered after me had already eaten and left. The rude man at the register told me everyone was waiting... I'm never coming back. After waiting an hour and a half and making three phone calls, my money was refunded. My children had the worst of it.

When you go through the drive-thru, double-check your order; they sometimes give you the wrong one. The food was otherwise decent. You have to be lucky if it's freshly cooked or has been ready for a while, but that's the case at every McDonald's.

I am disappointed with the service I received from your company on August 20, 2025. The problem is that I wanted to order a soft serve ice cream without a cone because my children eat gluten-free (so, without a cone). I asked the first employee if I could get it in a container so I wouldn't have to pay for a sundae, as the price difference was quite high. She understood and went to a manager. The manager came, listened to my story, and without thinking, said, "I'm the manager now, and we don't do that." (YOU MUST GET A SUNDEA!), was her response. What I completely don't understand is that I've bought ice cream for my children before, and it's no problem when I explain my gluten allergies. She was completely unprofessional, uncooperative, and only replied, "Sundea!" After this, I asked for her name or number so I could file a complaint with the head office. She immediately replied, "The complaint will come to me, we won't do anything." Because the head office doesn't do anything! I explained why I wanted her name (because it's polite if I send an email or call them to make sure they know which manager I'm talking to). After saying this, I finally got a soft serve ice cream in a bowl, but after that, she replied, no more! Your golden rule is: treat everyone with dignity, honesty, and respect. This was completely lacking, even though I explain everything clearly to children. Considering a soft serve ice cream is €1.75, a sundae €3.25. Is this a big difference for someone who doesn't want sauce or nuts? The manager also indicated the same amount of ice cream goes in a cone as in a sundae! After filing a complaint with the head office, the response you received was exactly what the restaurant manager said! Thank you for your message. We have discussed this matter internally. It is indeed true that we don't have gluten-free ice cream. In that case, it's best to choose between a McFlurry or a sundae. It's up to the person in question. The restaurant is considering whether to apply a goodwill policy. To make up for the negative experience, we'd like to offer you a coupon for a sundae. So, the same ice cream in a bowl without sauce and nuts is €3.25 instead of €1.75. Of course, kudos to the staff who did. But customer service 🤬 And the restaurant manager who spoke to me that day 🤬

Great spot, though. Clean, tidy, and organized. The restrooms are also very clean. Parking is a bit tricky, though. You have to look carefully.

Extremely slow service, the food was prepared and kept waiting, so it was all cold. If you want cold food, you can come.

I never complain, but after several times getting wrong orders from this branch, I ordered regular chicken nuggets and got spicy ones. My only option was to use extra gas to get more because of their mistake. I was suddenly hung up on with the "just figure it out for yourself" attitude. Maybe they should invest more time in better employees.

Ooooh, I forgot the fries in my order, and after asking again, they still didn't work... The third time I finally got them... 😳 10:44, I was able to order breakfast and then didn't receive a croissant, but I was able to order...

Quieter and tidier than other Mac locations

I went to the drive-thru on Sunday, June 13th, around 10:45 am. I was helped by a sweet guy with facial hair and shoulder-length curly black hair, neatly pulled back with a headband. He's so friendly, and it seems like this place couldn't run without him. From the cash register to the kitchen to taking people to the parking lot, he does absolutely everything himself! And that smile never fades. He deserves a promotion and a raise!!!! If he hadn't been there, I would have been much more irritated while waiting at the last window. But his kindness and apologies (which weren't necessary in this case) kept the experience very positive.

We had gotten a sundae and it was not clearly stated that the nuts were gone, when we asked about it the employee was very rude and did not want to come up with a solution, very antisocial.

Good place if you want to eat a burger or salad. Also have nice desserts mostly different types of ice cream. and a wide selection of beverages

Extremely slow and disorganized at the drive-in. Payment is still quick but the rest is really a first class mess… sometimes no napkins, sometimes a 15 minute wait in a designated parking space to receive a cold burger. Only advantage is the location.

Really bad service. Ordered at mac deive. Walked back the first time because they forgot half the order. Walked back the 2nd time because they gave bbq sauce instead of fries sauce. The reaction I get is "oh that can happen" Something always goes wrong here. They are not friendly. A meager 1 star

Really never been to such a slow mac. There were only 2 people waiting and the drive was empty. We only had a Flurry and a coffee and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. They were more busy chatting than staring into space than helping customers

I ordered 3 sandwiches on drive thru, but only paid for 2 and got 2, one of them was what i ordered, the other one not... Staff was nice tho. I wouldn't describe the waiting time as "fast food"

Best mc donald in the area, the personnel is always friendly and the food is made with fresh vegetable and always warm.

26-04 (evening) nice team made a mistake with my order. Immediately corrected by the employee. Had to wait longer for an order, but when reported it was immediately picked up and resolved. Good team this evening.

What a sad display at the drive, the only positive being the cash register employee window 1. Had to drive through the drive twice because I always got someone else's order, not even a decent excuse or sorry and no, I don't want free McDonalds, I just drove away because it's too sad with these kind of guys. Binckhorst don't spend your money there, there are people working there for wages that don't deserve it!

Great tent, what you expect from the Mac

The Beren is no longer the Beren, the food is tough and does not taste good, they are having a hard time with the service and the atmosphere is gone, no unfortunately, it is over for the Beren

The coffee does not taste like they use the amount for a jug for a 30 ml cup, it is so strong that you think you eat the beans like that instead of drinking it as a brewed cup, the piglet does not make properly either

Seriously though I just ask for a replacement for the pistachio mcflurry m&m's cookies I get a response with "NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE" instead of just saying sir it is not possible this that so and so I am not a 15 year old child, then I get 1 spoon with pistachio sauce and ask for a little more since you pay 8 euros for 2 ice creams, then the lady says it is not possible and after asking again it was suddenly possible again, I do not force you to work we pay for it just do your job like a normal person I am not the most difficult but this branch is really scandalous!!!

Great Mac, as expected, but getting there was a huge logistical challenge, and there were no clear signs indicating where to park for pickup. Poor signage. I noticed several people experiencing this when I was there. In hindsight, I would have preferred to drive to a different Mac.

The people who used to sweep the trash from the parking lot now work behind the drive-through windows. Also, 3/5 of the sauces weren't included in my order, but that's what we've come to expect from this McDonald's.

Nice Mac eats well and compared to almost all other Macs, taking a pee is still included in the service at the hamburger price of 13.20 guilders (6 euros).

McDrive was fast and food was still warm. It was prepared per order. It is also possible to park and go inside, order there and sit quietly inside to eat.

I visited this place with the aim of grabbing a quick coffee to-go, and my experience was overall very positive. The first thing I noticed was how neat and clean the interior was. They greeted me kindly and made sure my order was processed quickly, without me feeling rushed. This kind of customer service really makes a difference, especially when you're on the road and want to grab something quickly. The coffee itself was of excellent quality. It was clear that care and attention went into preparing it. It had a rich flavor, with just the right balance of bitterness and aroma. It's nice to know that even a simple coffee to-go is made here with love. One small drawback I noticed was parking nearby. It can be quite difficult to find a parking spot, especially during busier times. This might be something to take into account if you plan to come by car. However, if you live nearby or come by public transport, this is of course not a problem. All in all my experience was very pleasant. The combination of a clean and tidy environment, friendly and fast service, and good quality coffee makes this an excellent place to stop by. Despite the parking challenge, it is definitely worth it, and I would love to come back here again!

I was a student in the Haag and there was one waitress with black hair I think she was dutch she had an amazing smile everytime I was traveling 6 km to get food from Thier just to see her beautiful smile I couldn't tell her that I like her smile and her beautiful eyes ❤️

After ordering in an almost empty restaurant, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my food. Then I went to see where it was. Shouldn't they have let it get cold on the counter? We had selected table service. The boy announced to us in a fairly brutal/rude manner that he had called us and we had to make do with it. I'll never come here again.

While eating, I felt quite dizzy from the tray on which our food was placed. Apparently the trays have become quite bent in the dishwasher.

At 1:57 an employee who only speaks English was picking up the order. Her behavior was not polite at all because due to her language limitation she could not help us properly and she behaved arrogantly. We don't find this acceptable and we certainly won't come again.

Bought food for €17 in the mac drive tonight. Well I have the pictures here My food is simply given to an unknown person. And that person brings it to me, he said McDonald's staff gave it to him. Then I couldn't eat anything. Due to unhygienic packaging + my fries were wet on my cheese cake. And the coffee was ordered as cappuccino and I got water with brown drippings. I complain outside the window. Staff says it's not true. This was really done consciously... Can't be accidental.

I came in here for an order and in front of me were only 5-6 other orders, the store is full of workers and is not busy but there is only one person serving and she is lost, serving others in front of me and when I ask why she couldn’t say no reason and I got my order almost 30 minutes later, so you think is this order still good after half an hour???? One of the better McDonald's in The Hague. The food here is always delicious, there is no complaining about the food being too cold or the sandwich being a mess. There is more than enough space and there is a relaxing atmosphere, although it used to be much nicer (read: busier) at this location. Since McDonald's has a drive-thru, I think the number of customers who came to sit inside has decreased significantly. For a tasty snack, this McDonald's is ideal. recommended!

We came here for lunch at my 9 year old daughter's children's party and were completely pampered. From welcome and service, to beautifully decorated room and food with ice cream. It was short (we had little time) but powerful! Thank you team McD Binckhorst!

Food similar to other McDonald's. Staff are not sble to deal with rush hour crowds and a broken machine. There was no manager in sight.

I have had really good McDonald's here. My last visit was less than good.

Among the better MacDonalds that I have been to. The restaurant was clean, open and uniquely decorated. At the time of our visit (late Sunday evening), the restaurant was very quiet. The order arrived quickly and miraculously contained all the items we purchased. The quality of the food was also in the upper echelons of my MacDonalds tastings.

The restaurant is open until 2 a.m., but after 12 p.m. you can no longer enter for orders. The restaurant is only open to cars until 2 a.m., but not to passers-by from 12 p.m. I've cycled past here a few times even though the restaurant was already closed at 12 o'clock. This should be better indicated on Google.

They didn't understand, I didn't have a receipt because they were gone. the ordering column... And then someone said oh maybe it is this one... Yes, that receipt, yes... And another 10 minutes later we finally had food. Service walks around like a zombie, quite a bit fell on the floor, people behind the counter actively ignore you... I'll skip this next time
