McDrive was fast and food was still warm. It was prepared per order. It is also possible to park and go inside, order there and sit quietly inside to eat.

Had the wrong food 3 times for 1 order after going back 2 times. And keep doing other work so that my food is cold in the meantime. When I ask at the end if it is xx sandwich, they give a big mouth.

I visited this place with the aim of grabbing a quick coffee to-go, and my experience was overall very positive. The first thing I noticed was how neat and clean the interior was. It's nice to know that even a simple coffee to-go is made here with love. One small drawback I noticed was parking nearby. It can be quite difficult to find a parking spot, especially during busier times. This might be something to take into account if you plan to come by car. However, if you live nearby or come by public transport, this is of course not a problem. All in all my experience was very pleasant. The combination of a clean and tidy environment, friendly and fast service, and good quality coffee makes this an excellent place to stop by. Despite the parking challenge, it is definitely worth it, and I would love to come back here again!

I was a student in the Haag and there was one waitress with black hair I think she was dutch she had an amazing smile everytime I was traveling 6 km to get food from Thier just to see her beautiful smile I couldn't tell her that I like her smile and her beautiful eyes ❤️

After ordering in an almost empty restaurant, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my food. Then I went to see where it was. Shouldn't they have let it get cold on the counter? We had selected table service. The boy announced to us in a fairly brutal/rude manner that he had called us and we had to make do with it. I'll never come here again.

While eating, I felt quite dizzy from the tray on which our food was placed. Apparently the trays have become quite bent in the dishwasher.

At 1:57 an employee who only speaks English was picking up the order. Her behavior was not polite at all because due to her language limitation she could not help us properly and she behaved arrogantly. We don't find this acceptable and we certainly won't come again.

Bought food for €17 in the mac drive tonight. Well I have the pictures here My food is simply given to an unknown person. And that person brings it to me, he said McDonald's staff gave it to him. Then I couldn't eat anything. Due to unhygienic packaging + my fries were wet on my cheese cake. And the coffee was ordered as cappuccino and I got water with brown drippings. I complain outside the window. Staff says it's not true. This was really done consciously... Can't be accidental.

I came in here for an order and in front of me were only 5-6 other orders, the store is full of workers and is not busy but there is only one person serving and she is lost, serving others in front of me and when I ask why she couldn’t say no reason and I got my order almost 30 minutes later, so you think is this order still good after half an hour???? NO NO NO

One of the better McDonald's in The Hague. The food here is always delicious, there is no complaining about the food being too cold or the sandwich being a mess. There is more than enough space and there is a relaxing atmosphere, although it used to be much nicer (read: busier) at this location. Since McDonald's has a drive-thru, I think the number of customers who came to sit inside has decreased significantly. For a tasty snack, this McDonald's is ideal. recommended!

Been in drive for a very long time.

We came here for lunch at my 9 year old daughter's children's party and were completely pampered. From welcome and service, to beautifully decorated room and food with ice cream. It was short (we had little time) but powerful! Thank you team McD Binckhorst!

Total shit... We waited for 3 burgers for half an hour, ordered 3 Chili chicken, gave 2 Chili chicken and 1 hamburger, went to complain and change, they gave us a cheese burger, NEVER GO THERE

Food similar to other McDonald's. Staff are not sble to deal with rush hour crowds and a broken machine. There was no manager in sight.

I have had really good McDonald's here. My last visit was less than good.

Among the better MacDonalds that I have been to. The restaurant was clean, open and uniquely decorated. At the time of our visit (late Sunday evening), the restaurant was very quiet. The order arrived quickly and miraculously contained all the items we purchased. The quality of the food was also in the upper echelons of my MacDonalds tastings.

The restaurant is open until 2 a.m., but after 12 p.m. you can no longer enter for orders. The restaurant is only open to cars until 2 a.m., but not to passers-by from 12 p.m. I've cycled past here a few times even though the restaurant was already closed at 12 o'clock. This should be better indicated on Google.

Neat McDonalds service was fast and staff friendly

The manager has no regard for the customer, I asked for bacon on the beef egg McMuffin. He simply says that it is not allowed, Hello, I am the customer and am asking for it, find a way to fulfill the request. Of course I didn't order it again.

We go to this McDonald's every day. Yesterday and the day before yesterday the staff and administrator were wonderful, everyone was smiling and friendly. Today is 30.07. 23.00 for a very long time everything is done by the whole team without a smile, one woman who is older than everyone, short in stature, is friendly and smiling. The administrator is terrible. We don't like to go to this group.

The food is like all McDonald’s, delicious fast food, but there are a few BUTs: 1. food is placed with hands 2. Sometimes some accessories for drinking drinks (straw) are not included and the ordered sauce is often missing. 3.do not add enough drinks to cups 4. when ordering a milkshake, the drink itself is not topped up, and the lid is soaked in the drink so that it seems like a full glass has been poured☹️☹️

This evening I ordered food from Mac for 50 euros to pick it up, which took longer than expected and then I came home and missed half the order. Very unfortunate so we call them and we could only get it if we came back which is not an option. We do not live close to the mac and I was told if I filed a complaint that I would receive compensation

Ik kreeg een Mac Flurry met een haar er in, ranzig. Ik ging naar de vrouw achter de balie en ze zei ‘dat kan niet hé mevrouw, is niet van mij’. Ik kreeg geen nieuwe en ze heeft hem weggegooid. Raar personeel en onvriendelijk. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug. Ook lag er kots op de grond. Ik raad een communicatie en klantvriendelijkheid cursus aan voor iedereen die hier werkzaam is.

This is simply the worst MC in the Netherlands, every time I come here they bring the food to the tables and they show it at the cash registers well before my order is ready that the order is ready, so the burger is always cold. If you say anything about this you will get a big mouth. They also ignore you when you call to the kitchen because there is rarely anyone behind the cash register. When I asked about it the 3rd time in 2 weeks the manager came. Who looks like a meth-smoked cousin and talks like one, who answers that they are just people.

When on display it is showed that our order is ready, we came to pick up but it appears that nobody starts to make our order.it happens 3 times in a row when we visited this McD location. When we came to pick up order, they start looking for a person who will assemble our order.

Really great place. We have an annual tradition with my group of friends to go to Maccie Binckhorst and eat our asses off. Awesome! Here they even cleaned my thermos while filling it with water. Top service, clean building, vegetarian just as tasty as real chicken 10/10
