I came here to pick up my order. It wasn't busy. There was a huge amount of staff in the kitchen working at a snail's pace, more occupied with each other than with the orders. Once I received my order... I live around the corner. Upon arriving home, my food was cold and the fries were soggy. So in other words: 'really didn't have a good meal'! And frustration during pickup.

Ordered two burgers, both wrong.. Ordered 1 burger without cheese and tomato, but it did have cheese on it. Ordered 1 McChicken and got the spicy version. Difficult, huh 😕

What a bunch of losers... You get that? Not even fifteen minutes before closing time, and they're already keeping the doors shut... Pay the staff for fifteen minutes or until they're done, and serve your customers until the closing time you post on the internet!!!! That you're right behind me

I ordered and paid 1 euro for sauce even though it was included in my menu and they didn't put sauce on the menu. I didn't get any fries, no napkins, and the staff stank. The music was also too loud, and my friend ordered drinks, and because the table was crooked, those were his last euros.

They just didn't give me any food, but they did take money.

If I had to find a fault, it would be the lack of beer. Being Spanish, at lunchtime, and near the beach, that's saying something.

It's just that the little chickens wanted some and my husband and I were thirsty, we've been waiting 20 minutes for our drinks, and it's not that busy here, so no excuses.

By far the worst McDonald's in the Netherlands. Orders that never arrive, wrong orders. Lots of people in the kitchen but no output.

Good fast service in the morning. Next to pathe so you can have quick bite before or after the movie.

Had a nice meal of cold hamburgers with the family. The order was incomplete. Never received the reorders.

5 stars because it's 100 times better than the McDonald's on the beach. Here you can actually sit comfortably and use the restroom. The only downsides are the Dutch terminals and the fact that the points aren't credited.

Went here after the play for a snack and to use the toilet. The staff locked the toilet well over an hour before closing time because it had already been cleaned. They were extremely unfriendly, had quite an attitude, and refused to let us use the toilet. Absolutely not recommended to go here.

The service took 1 hour and 45 minutes, and my order was thrown away twice. We ordered three meals, and all of them are missing. The worst experience we've ever had.

You make mistakes easily with the automatic ordering system. I missed my fries with my menu. The salad with my meal was a very small portion. Too small. But the order could no longer be corrected. All in all, I ended up spending 16.80. Not worth the money.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at the McDonald’s branch in the city. Even though it was not yet closing time, I felt extremely pressured while eating. The staff made it clear that we had to leave quickly, which made us feel completely unwelcome. Additionally, the food arrived at the table in a very chaotic and incomplete state. Orders were incorrect, some items arrived much later, and everything was very disorganized. Instead of remaining customer-friendly, the staff kept putting pressure on the customers. I do not consider this a professional way of treating customers at all. People come to McDonald’s to eat in peace and have a pleasant experience, not to feel rushed. The service, organization, and attitude of the staff were very disappointing. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and hope that serious attention is paid to this so that other customers do not have to go through this again.

It seems to me that McDonald's no longer feels the need to provide a decent atmosphere for its customers. I was there just to get two ice creams. The ordering kiosks were so filthy with greasy fingerprints that you almost felt like wearing gloves to serve them. The floor was so dirty and sticky it nearly pulled my shoes off. Even though it wasn't busy and there were five people working behind the counter, I had to wait ten minutes for two ice creams. Ugh – the whole thing was awful. I have no idea why anyone still goes there…

Normally, I have never had problems at this McDonald’s, but this time the service was truly terrible. We had an order of about €20 and had to wait almost half an hour because our order had been forgotten. When we finally received our food, we discovered that two burgers were also missing. When we calmly pointed this out at the counter, we were immediately accused of lying and “trying to scam,” even though the items simply weren't in the bag. The employee who helped us was very unfriendly, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. Instead of thinking along with us or looking for a solution, we only received a bad attitude in return. We felt completely disregarded as customers. It is a real shame, because I have been here before without problems, but because of this experience, I won't be coming back anytime soon.

We were there late at night, when the food service was already closed, but we still bought a great bagel.

The food is deliciously good and shockingly fast prepared (until 7pm). Anywhere from opening time to 7pm it's very calm, nice atmosphere and very clean. After 7pm it's the polar opposite: they attempt to give great service but it's so insanely crowded, the atmosphere is also suboptimal and feels hostile. The people who come after 7pm also just leave all their packaging behind on tables and the floor. And of course the waiting time is a little longer but it still comes surprisingly fast. So my recommendation: eat lunch here or eat dinner early because you want to try those burgers but not after 7pm!

Never had to wait 40 minutes for a cheeseburger. And every time I hear it's being made for you ;) toilet affordable 50 cents per visit ;) Hilarious not a single MC blackmailing 50 cents per visit in the toilet well this one does. There were 6 of us everyone got food except one daughter with an unfortunate cheeseburger had to wait so long remind them about it 3 times because they just forget you. Never again will I visit this place here. Spent 80 euros for simple burgers and not a pleasant memory.

It is a McDonald's. It is busy, it is loud, and the food is exactly the same as at any other McDonald's. But suddenly you are required to pay 50 cents for the toilet, even if you are a customer, and you cannot pay by card.

The food arrived very quickly, I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. The food itself was quite alright, but the service was truly excellent! The people were friendly, helpful, and understanding. It was rather noisy, but that probably varies depending on the time of day and the other guests.

It’s flabbergasting that after buying a set, you still have to pay extra for ketchup. In my country, it’s always included in the price. To make matters worse, I wanted to wash my hands after eating, but it turned out you have to pay 50 cents even for that. I highly recommend the owner visits a Polish McDonald’s to see what standard service looks like.

We were on our way to the AFAS Theater, so we thought we'd grab a quick bite at McDonald's (after a 2.5-hour drive). The food was just fine, but I needed to use the restroom. Apparently, you have to pay for that, which I'm not used to at McDonald's. A bit of a shame!

We ordered hamburgers, cheeseburgers, nuggets, and a McChicken at 11 pm. The ordering kiosk was broken, but still worked. The food arrived quickly. The prices for the cheeseburgers, hamburgers, and nuggets were very reasonable, but everything else was far too expensive. The food tasted good!

Typical McDonalds.... Doesn't open until late. Additionally they charge for the bathroom even if you are a paying customer. The term inhumane comes to mind.

Check your food in the store if you're buying takeaway! The cheeseburger meat and bread were burnt, with soot stuck to two of the burgers and even the cheese. The lemonade was very sweet, with too much syrup, but the chicken nuggets and fries were super hot and perfect, just as they should be.

Really disgusting by McDonald's standards. Cold and tough. And what disgusting people work there. 🤮🤮🤮

Cold food and then strange looks when you give it back and ask for a new one. Once I went back because something was missing from a Happy Meal. Unfortunately, you won't be happy here.

The food was decent. Ordering for 10 people and not getting everything you ordered. So you have to chase it up yourself. There was no atmosphere, and you even have to pay for the restroom. Disgraceful.

If you just want a badly assembled burger, go here. Bad place.

Ridiculous! I went to pick up my order from the counter. When I left, I was told, "Can I have your receipts?" I thought, "Okay, okay?" until I saw every table with their receipts. So, I was the only one whose receipt was taken. When I walked back and asked for my receipts, she grabbed them from the trash and tried to hand them over. Such a discriminatory act; apparently, we're not welcome here.

Didn't get any food! I still had to pay money, what a waste! My order was on the plate, and I didn't get any food!

Why oh why did I go in here. I was seriously disappointed last time. Ordered a McFlurry biscoff. They obviously dont care and squirt softserve in the bottom then sauce on top on one side and biscoff on the other side. It looked disgusting. Sat down and there was a commotion as a dog had defecated on the floor a few tables over. Owner wasnt stressed. People were moving away.

The McDonald's on Kurhausweg in Scheveningen offers a rather limited menu selection. The double cheeseburger was simply prepared and didn't quite match the visual image on the menu. A Fanta with sugar was not available. The lemonade, for €3.95, consisted mostly of special ice cubes with only a small amount of lemonade; even after about 90 minutes, the ice cubes were still largely intact. Overall, a rather average experience.

Place was not really clean. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not really on the ball. Fries were all soggy and dumped in the bag (takeaway) with 1/3 of the fries already out of their containers. Drinks had 80% ice!!! And no napkins placed in the bag. 😢

There's a woman behind the counter who's also making the food. She's either Ukrainian or Russian and doesn't speak Dutch. She started talking to me and the other customers in a very smart way. Is this normal? She really needs to be fired, or this McDonald's is only going to get worse. Do something about this!

Always ok when things have to be done quickly

A 100-meter walk from the boulevard, which is always crowded and has no space. This one is definitely one of the better ones.

We ordered on the screen and I had 900 points for a free Mcrispy and ordered a vanilla milkshake. Turns out the order didn’t go through after waiting 20 minutes for the good. So we asked for it and she said they didn’t have the order. The person behind the cashier was very nice but she went to ask the manager about the free Mcrispy but she just said they couldn’t give me a free one even though I had proof of the 900 points were used. Very disappointed.

I don't even know where to start. 1. This is the first time I've seen a paid toilet at McDonald's, even for customers. Although if you look to the left of the place where they collect money, you can see the free toilets of the neighboring movie theater right behind the door. 2. A very strange ordering system. You type in your order in the machine and before paying, you have to enter the number of the table where you'll eat. How am I supposed to know what the number of that table I like is? As a result, in the middle of the ordering process, you go to the table, look at its number, go back to the terminal, enter the number, pay for the order. You sit down at the table, and only then realize that the air conditioner is blowing here, it's cold. 3. Okay, the waiter brings the order here, but I ordered tea among other things, and only got boiling water. I went and asked at the counter what to do - and it turns out that I can get any tea right here at the cash register. The question is - why then distribute orders around the room if I still have to go and get tea? 4. All plastic cups. Come on! They've been cardboard everywhere for a long time! How much garbage is generated here? 5. The sauce is served in plastic bags (I probably look like an astronaut), which you have to tear open and, apparently, pour the contents directly into your mouth, because there are simply no basic tubs here, in which the sauce is always served. In my opinion, there are obvious points that need to be corrected here.

We arrived 40 minutes before closing time / 11:40 / and they already indicated that they were closed. I stood in front of the door and the staff was laughing at me…… I understand that you want to go home early but I think you are open until 12 if you are open until 12….

Dear people please beware of this McDonald's establishment! I placed an order here at an order terminal without the product being available. After a heated exchange of words the manager insulted and discriminated against me. A report has been filed for this. Their service is not only bad, they are also racist. A report is being processed. Unacceptable behavior. Hooligan behavior from McDonald's... Never expected. But unfortunately it happened. I demand my money and an apology because this is unacceptable. It's sad that you have to pay for the toilet here. Although you can get overpriced fast food here for expensive money, a 4 1/2 year old is not allowed to go to the toilet because he has to pay money. I don't give a shit about €0.50 (competition KFC with €1 is no better) but it's about the principle. As the owner of a global chain, you should ask yourself where service begins and ends. Soon you will be charged €1 to get the forgotten napkins, which is sad. I would prefer to let my child go to the corner. I didn't expect you to be really angry. Even the menus are offered cheaply so you then have to pay extra for the sauce. From a psychological point of view that's just stupid, offer it with a choice of sauce and offer it ready for that price and not that you don't have to order it extra.

Simply the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have been here before, but after several bad experiences this was the last time. You often wait a very long time here even though it is not very busy. My order has been taken off the screen twice and forgotten. After asking the non-Dutch speaking staff 3 times, I received my order after 40 minutes. And 3 guesses! There was a dirty black hair in my burger and the fries were cold. I went back with my burger and was told that the hair couldn't have come from them because they were said to be wearing 'hair nets'. Yet I saw several employees walking around without them. Besides, my hair is black and I'm blonde... After a lot of discussion I got a new hamburger and it was not a double but a single big tasty. So I went back again and then I got yelled at when none of the above is my fault. Finally got the right burger and it was fine. It's just a shame that it had to turn out this way.

It was a quiet evening and I only ordered a latte macchiato and ice cream. People who came much later after me had already received their orders. After waiting 25 minutes (!!!) I grabbed my own coffee, I didn't have time for ice cream anymore, drama!
