McDonald's Scheveningen Kurhausweg in Wijk 02 Belgisch Park

Things went well for a short time after the major renovation, lately when we come, dirty tables, ground sticks under your feet. Last time I used a cloth to wipe the table clean. Because it really wasn't possible. This McDonald's is the closest for us, but there are better locations. Such as: Zichtenburg, Ypenburg along the highway and Sassenheim. Perhaps they can learn something about hygiene at this location.

Went here for dinner with my mother. Wasn't busy but took a very long time to get our order. Employees left the burgers on the trays instead of the OAT and our burger was very dry and lukewarm. We had ordered fries and the employee took a fries (which were already there when we arrived) and the quality timer was no longer on and you could taste that. Went back with the fries, this was resolved well and we received fresh fries. Furthermore, the restaurant was not clean and the trash cans were overflowing. I would not recommend this McDonalds.

Lots of dirty empty tables, floor littered with rubbish, is there no one from the staff who can keep up with this?

Waited 3 hours for my order, food ice cold!! What bad service. If you can't handle it then you shouldn't offer it.

Been here 2 years ago. We had to wait at least 45 minutes before we got our food. We thought we would quickly go to the Mac for a performance in the circus theater. Unfortunately I didn't have time to eat everything. Had to throw away more than half. Filed a complaint, but never received a response. I will NEVER go here again!

Great restaurant, it remains a MacDonalds. People below the reviews should not pretend it is a 5 star restaurant. Especially when it is busy after a theater performance. Of course you have to wait a long time for your food. Friendly employees and good food.

The Mac next to Pathé Scheveningen is a lot quieter than the one on the boulevard. If you want to eat quickly, it is better to order your food here via the vending machines. Highly recommended. You have to pay to go to the toilet, but if you go through the sliding door next to the toilet, you are in the Pathé and you can use the toilets for free.

Aside from the fact that you have to pay for the toilets while you eat there, it's not very professional...especially if it's just for washing your hands...

Just picked up an order 3 smart menus all cheeseburger, got all cheeseburgers without cheese and the burgers the same no cheese so they put everything in a bag so all drinks also leaked

We had our food quickly and hot. The restaurant is clean. Personal hygiene in terms of hairstyle could be improved.

McDonalds is becoming increasingly sparse. €4.05 for a McFlurry in a container that is only half full. Always tasty, but very expensive for what you get.

Two things were missing from our order (patty for the salad, fries sauce). When i went back to get them, i was met with distrust rather than an apology. They also gave the wrong happy meal toys. On top of that, the atmosphere was unpleasant with negative people all around us. There's lots of tourist traps in Scheveningen, but next time I'd pick those over this place. We had fun despite the setting, not thanks to it.

What a bad thing this is! Tables are not cleared or cleaned, rubbish bins are overflowing, toilets are locked. The food is placed on the counter and you have to figure out which one is yours, the staff doesn't say anything. This was the last time.

When we were there, the staff was very friendly. It was about 4 or 5 years ago, unfortunately the names of at least 2 employees have been forgotten. Still a big compliment 👍🏻👍🏻

I recently ate here, ordered from the plates, which was prepared quickly, but your number was hardly called. The burgers were very poor, they had given the wrong drink, we also ordered Mac flurry, which was 1/3 full.

There is no way to return a plastic cup for a euro... Although it is written on the poppy website. Why do different poppies suddenly have different rules? They are one network! Oh my God! Moreover, the toilet is paid, despite the purchased food!

Despite 3 menus we had to pay for the toilet. I didn't have any money, my granddaughter really needed it. Luckily someone else gave me 50 cents. I think that's really bad! Sending away a small child. While we did order food here.🤔

Some years (about 2) back, the atmosphere in the restaurant was great and lively. The quality of the food is perfect and the service is simply excellent. On our last visit there was an atmosphere that you thought you were at a funeral. The service (?) was completely non-existent. The staff was busy with their "own" thing and no longer paid attention to the guests present. At the cash register people looked at you, where are you from and what are you doing here and the tables and floor were barely cleaned. Finally, the food, even though the food was prepared while waiting, the temperature was lukewarm and I had the feeling that it had not been cooked. My partner and I felt like we were in some third-rate diner that had barely heard of the Food and Drug Act. Finally, I would like to say that the price of the food offered is so high that you could almost say that the restaurant has a Michelin star. Really: a complete letdown and NOT recommended

It's unbelievable how you can't even prepare fries and a simple hamburger properly, what a bad, dirty place this is.

Half of the order was not delivered when picked up and there is no way they can be reached to have it delivered.

I ate vegan wrap and vegan nuggets for the first time. It was delicious. I'm sure I'll eat it again. I found the lemonade a little sweet, but it balanced with the food. Thank you. There were no license plates available at the ordering kiosks. So everyone had to choose what to take with them so that it could be picked up at the cash register. This was very chaotic. Food was also good and delivered quickly by friendly staff.

The McDonalds is fine, but you have to pay 50 cents per person for the toilet, even if you have just ordered for 40 euros, which is a bit of a shame. So that is 2 euros for a family when you enter and 2 euros when you leave.

The food was delicious, good enough for fast food, so 4 stars. The rest was a crying shame. First of all, you have to pay €0.50 for each visit. If you have a toddler who has to move around every now and then, you can easily spend 2 euros as a visitor to McDonalds. In addition, kudos for using fewer one-use products and plastic. You then order a small chocolate milkshake with your happy meal for a toddler, a re-usable cup that is filled to the brim with milkshake. Half the milkshake spills over my child. This has not been carefully thought through. Even though you choose “eat here” and there are table numbers at the self-service checkouts, you are not given the option to enter the number and you are expected to pick up the order at the counter. Very inconvenient if you are a mother with a toddler. And finally, the playgrounds have been removed and 10 seats have been added in their place. Nice for the branch but not really customer friendly to families with small children. All in all, it's a shame that the service has deteriorated so much and that this McDonalds branch is not really more child-friendly.

Great location for a quick bite. Order was not completely complete/in order, but was replenished without complaint. It is remarkable that you have to pay for toilet visits if you eat there. Really a downside. On the other hand, the toilets/urinals were clean. That is often different with the Mac.

Deze is dan iets beter dan die andere Mac Donalds in Scheveningen. Het is ook best handig dat deze bij de bioscoop ligt. Als de film klaar is, dan maar even naar de Mac. Het eten was wel veel beter vroeger.

Most of the vegetarian options on the menu were not available to order on the machine. Would be nice if it said “out of stock” or something rather than me just frustratedly trying to find the meal options. Also inconsistent with other restaurants as I couldn’t order a double patty. I actually like McDonald’s, I think the Scheveningen restaurants are disappointing to the brand (and to Scheveningen)

Burgers were warm and tasted nice but they barely had any sauce. The mcflurry i ordered wasn’t stirred at all, it looked horrible. Also for the mcflurry got a cup i can return for 1 euro. Something simple like that took very long. Also ordered a reusable cup, i didnt get that one, instead i got the plastic one. I believe they do this to charge extra and profit of the customers because of this new plastic law
