Not the best McDonald in Den Haag. The waiting time is always super long. Employees are not really helpful. They messed up my order multiple times. I either came home with no fries or different meals. When I was eating in I ordered cola with no ice. However I got cola with ice so I asked employee to change it. She answered in a pretty rude tone that if I want cola with no ice I have to order it like that (implying that I’m just dumb I guess). It literally said COLA NO ICE on the receipt… after checking that she change it but what is that attitude. The tables are often dirty, you have to pay for the toilet even as a paying customer and sometimes there are pigeons inside… better go to a different McDonald

Super service, and even the kitchen manager Robert came to bring the food to the table. This man is and remains the face of the McDonald's Grote Marktstraat. Always so friendly.

It's expensive now, hunger makes you eat the burger... tastes pretty bland, and then you have to pay another 50 cents to use the restroom. The restrooms aren't very clean. I wouldn't go back.

There is always something wrong with the order. Either something is missing, or they deliver something different from what I ordered. Today, when I ordered takeout, part of the order was missing. A joke not a 'fast food restaurant'. I didn't even get my food. I ordered at self checkout and didn't even get a receipt. I waited for my order for 30 min and then went up to ask about it. A lady with an afro said 'go sit and wait'. Her actual words. Eventually I went to speak to the manager, she was nice about it and gave me a refund. Also the place is full of beggers and homeless people constantly asking for money as you eat. Would not recommend.

I don't expect luxury; for a McDonald's, that isn't realistic. But after waiting 25 minutes for just one Coke, I simply asked for my money back, since my break was over and I had to leave. The supervisor didn't have a shred of empathy; he couldn't even apologize for the fact that I wasted my break and started working still thirsty. I find that very reprehensible... I understand that it's busy. The fact that I have to wait longer and eventually can't make it isn't a disaster in itself, but the least you can do, especially as a branch manager, is apologize or explain in some other way that you find it annoying that things are going this way.

You should avoid this McDonald's if you're ordering an ice cream. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry with strawberry sauce. Normally, as a customer, you wait a maximum of 5 minutes, but today I had to wait 15 minutes for an ice cream that could be made within 15 seconds. The only excuse was that they were out of cups and that they were going to get them from the back for 10 minutes. If this is customer service, I don't think it's normal. I work at McDonald's myself and I know what it's like to process a lot of orders. Moreover, there was hardly any strawberry sauce on the McFlurry. It was filled quite well, which is why I'm still giving 2 stars, but this really needs to be much better. A crew trainer who doesn't prepare orders properly... Anyway, I strongly advise against this McDonald's. The staff doesn't speak Dutch...

It is very busy and the staff often forget your food. If you want to eat here, check if they have given you everything. You cannot eat in peace there.

I paid €3.50 for a small portion of fries. There were only 12 fries in the bag. A lot for sooooo little. Also, the employees were eating other people's fries orders, which were then simply served. Very nice when you do that in full view of a lot of customers. I have never had such a bad experience at McDonald's.

Noisy always since it is in center, and slow service. Wash your hands after your touch screens, might have germs.

The food (breakfast) was fine for McDonald's. But as a customer, having to pay for the toilet is already customer-unfriendly in my opinion. Especially when you have to pay €1 to get a 50-cent discount, while you've just eaten. So after eating, the toilet costs you a euro. I indicated that I would go somewhere else then, and the woman at the toilet was anything but friendly.

1,02 € for a toilet for e baby 🤬visit even if you ordered food here, with a very rude lady near the toilet collecting money. Managers pretend they have nothing to do with it. Unacceptable bad experience. I understand this is done to avoid tourists overusing it for free. But treat your customers with decency. Other McDonald’s locations solve it by allowing customers who ordered food to visit toilet for free via for example scanning a bar code on the receipt.

This isn't a restaurant... you often get your food in a brown bag. And you have to pick it up yourself... The bouncers in uniform are also very annoying to see.

As a Belgian resident, I couldn't pay contactless for the toilet. So, no peeing.

Nice branch in a good location. Reasonably spacious with an outdoor patio. It's actually a McCafé. Glad it's here.

This table and floor is wet before and after I finish my meal there, within 20-30min, staff walking pass, 2 staffs even chit chat with friends and both staffs offer friends free food and no one stop by to clean these 4 seats.

The restaurant isn't clean. I had to wait 14 minutes for 3 hamburgers. That's what I expect. My hamburgers should be piping hot. The burgers were cold. There were no onions on them. The staff wasn't friendly. Oh, and this and that coming from a smoker. The manager has braids in his hair. He's literally standing in front of the entrance smoking. Not exactly a calling card. At the very least, wear a jacket over your work clothes. And my question is about HACCP. Aren't the employees supposed to wear a hat and/or hairnet? That waving of long, loose hair can't be safe or hygienic.

The worst Mac I've ever had. It took 15 minutes to get my tea. I paid for my second Big Mac order online in the app and specified a table number. After 15 minutes, nothing had arrived. I went to the counter myself and showed the receipt. They said it had been given out long ago, but they eventually gave me my order, but without napkins. I wanted to wash my hands in the restroom, but you have to pay for that...

This is the first time I've ever seen a McDonald's try to charge a customer extra for using the restroom. An elderly woman who could barely move (who would clean the restrooms?) and an overweight man on a walker wanted to charge 50 cents for using the restroom. After asking to speak to a supervisor, I was absolutely furious at everyone's attitude. A TOTAL DISGRACE!

You need to pay 0.5€ for toilet use even if you’re a customer. Impossible to pay with a non-Dutch bank account.

The order was delivered very quickly, fresh and well-baked. We received everything warm. At every other MC, they were cold. The chocolate shake was very good and had a very noticeable flavor. Bravo!

I only received my order after I asked for it. The food had been sitting next to the warming tray for 10 minutes, so the sandwiches were cold. The screen showed 15 numbers waiting, but no one seemed to be taking orders. Employees were mostly arguing with each other instead of helping customers. The manager stood passively by, offering no direction. In short: terrible and embarrassing.

I ordered a McFlurry, and they didn't even get it right. It was disgusting. The ice cream also started leaking from the bottom. I won't be coming here again.

McDonald's is just like any other. However, you have to pay €0.50 to use the bathroom. Even if you buy something and they put a code on your receipt, you have to pay. The restrooms are terrible, and the people who charge are unpleasant and rude.

Terrible, the food was very fast but the lady who charges for the bathroom was very rude, disrespectful, she kicked a man out of the bathroom because he didn't know he had to pay, which I don't understand. I've consumed something and I have to pay anyway? I don't find it reasonable and neither does the woman's manner.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s branch. The food tasted bland and lacked flavor — honestly, it felt like I was just eating bites of nothing. The portion size was small, and they even forgot to include the salad that was part of my order. Worse still, they didn’t give me any cutlery (no knife or fork), even after I reminded them. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the visit. On top of that, the tables were very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall environment was loud and chaotic, making it an uncomfortable place to sit and eat. Would not recommend.

Very dirty inside, they made extremely small portion of ice cream. Didn’t want to change or even help. Their portion is to small. While they bringing food to your table all the drinks and food is falling!

Really never had such a bad experience at a store. There was complete chaos behind the counter and in the restaurant. Definitely not recommended to go here.
