McDonald's in Wijk 28 Centrum

This is the least of the McDonald's in the center. If it's busy or not, you have to wait a long time for your food. And even if you eat the food right away, it may still be lukewarm or cold. If you pick up food here, always check your order, because they have always forgotten something. That is why I advise against having your order delivered to your home at this location. The only thing they have going for them is that they are open late.

There are always employees who are so unfriendly, just look at how citizens are prepared here. Shame on McDonald's

What very bad service here. Really very unfriendly help. I understand that it is difficult to find good staff. But you can expect your staff to speak to their customers normally. I was really surprised and speechless that I and another person were helped in such a way and were simply ridiculed by an employee and laughing at his colleagues too. I have honestly never experienced anything as bad as the treatment I received in this case. I don't go to a McDonald's every week, but this was really the last time.

We paid for food input. Still got charged for the output. Shameful policy to charge customers 0.5 eur for toilet usage. This is the shaming. *clinking sounds*

Employees are not customer friendly at all and use slang. Toilet is paying even for customers which is ridiculous! Waste bins are not emptied on time and the floor is also dirty. First and last time with this MC!

Even though it was very busy, my order was delivered quickly. But actually... I prefer to wait until my fries are golden brown. I didn't like those pale potato strips...

I placed an order for takeout, but the McChicken simply wasn't delivered. In addition, the rest of the food (chicken nuggets, Big Mac and fries) was cold when I got it home. After contacting me by telephone, I was told that they cannot deliver the McChicken and that I have to collect it myself, at my own expense (public transport and time), while this is simply their fault. This is absolutely unacceptable and a huge disappointment! Already the 2nd time that an order is not correct in 2 weeks!

On 8.12 2024 it is the best MacDonald’s restaurant i visited in The Netherlands. Very clear here and very friendly staff!

I waited over 30 minutes for my order and I still had to remind myself. A regular set, nothing complicated, it took OVER 30 MINUTES to prepare. And at that time, people were getting full sets for entire families. Tragedy. The mess is indescribable. Everything is cold and always waiting.

A okay McDonald's, they were not superclear with the numbers. They were not very clear when it was my turn. The number/sign was behind what was being said making me wait longer for the order then needed.

Power sockets were not working, 1 euro is charged for toilet usage, even for paying customers.

Was in Schipol airport, and have to say it was the nicest McDonald's we've had in a long time, the food was fresh and hot (most important for me) and the service was so efficient, but this review is for McDonald Den Haag, which was also very nice, and lovely mayonnaise 👍

Pretty crappy, McDonald's in general is too expensive now with the low quality food you get. But this one is always a bit dirty, crowded and just not fun to sit in.

Well, standard McDonalds food, it tasted pretty good. But the service was bad. Order via the screen did not arrive and they offered no solution. Finally they decided to give us another customer's order.

You would say that if you come in the morning it is indeed clean. Well this was anything but a lot of places were just dirty and sticky. And if you ordered a breakfast menu with a croissant, you would receive butter, which was not there. And they are too lazy to bring your food to your table or gather your things.

Staff don't know what they are doing, have to wait 15 minutes for a menu. This is happening for the 3rd time now :)

McFlurry consists of 6 bites of ice cream. And that for 4 euros? A bit bizarre.

Staff is really unprofessional. We asked a simple question and they said they cannot help and laughed at our face for no reason. We heard them talking about us when we walked away too.

Poor service with enormous waiting times. The McFlurrys are getting more and more expensive but getting smaller. Even a children's ice cream contains more ice, this makes no sense at all. I was there on Thursday September 12th. The toilet attendant is not nice and I wouldn't say mean... this way she gives the place a bad reputation... A pregnant diabetic woman is not allowed to go to the toilet because she pays with a debit card and doesn't have 50 cents in cash.

I went to the store to use the bathroom, and as I don't speak Dutch, there was a very rude lady at the door, who pulled me by the arm, and with her big nails she ended up hurting me, she even tried to take advantage of me, charging me the more on credit cards, it's absurd to have employees like her. I just turned and walked away when I saw what she was trying to do to me. Avoid this place!!!

My favourites are cheeseburger and french fries.

I had a very unpleasant experience at McDonald's. Despite having three cashiers present, none of them bothered to assist me for a full five minutes. I felt completely ignored, and their looks of embarrassment made the atmosphere exceptionally uncomfortable. There was a total lack of professionalism and engagement from their side. I was shocked by the apparent lack of responsibility from the manager, who clearly does not supervise their staff as they should. This approach to customer service is absolutely unacceptable and leaves much to be desired. Additionally, I hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the staff's attitude and the overall customer experience.

Un trained staff. Slow service. The tables are uncleaned!! In addition to all, you have to pay to use the toilet as a customer (even if you eat in). A nightmare !! and we still couldn’t understand how this could happen in a civilized country!???

I would give less than one star if this is possible. The coffee tastes like water and they charge 50cents per person to use the toilet. Never seen this anywhere in all the countries I have been to! lol i ordered a mcplant with no lettuce and large fries, my burger had only the patty and sauces everything else was missing 💀 my fries were also half empty. quality of food as in any other mcdonald’s. front of house disorganized and why even have a screen for order numbers if you never actually use it as intended and yell all the numbers instead? kudos to all the workers though i’m sure it’s not easy working there.

I am deeply disappointed in my recent visit to McDonald's on Grote Markt Street in The Hague. I tried to place an order via the app, but the computer froze. Instead of offering help and understanding, I was treated extremely rudely by the manager. She refused to help any further and literally left me to my fate. This kind of customer unfriendliness is unacceptable. I expect much better service from a large chain like McDonald's. This visit completely wiped out my confidence in this location. I will never come back here and recommend others to do the same. --- Something like this can be effective to share your experience.

McDonalds is the second dirtiest in the Netherlands, only the one in Nijmegen center is dirtier. What a mess the customers leave behind here. Then it is not cleaned up either. Service is fast, despite being busy. It's better to skip this one.

Go elsewhere as this location is extremely disorganised, so you will end up waiting for your food nearly as much time as for a regular restaurant.

There is no free toilet for customers. You have to go to the library. Not recommended for families with children

We were going to have brunch at the McDonald's as we always do. Before we intended to use the toilet facilities for a child. In front of the door there was a lady who looked like she came from the Middle Ages with a little bucket with coins. As usual in this country she asked me for 50 cent to use the toilet. I said, i would like to pay for it with my card please. No card, just money in the bucket ya. I didn't have coins so I politely asked her to let the child use the toilet so that we could finally eat. The scary and unhygienic looking lady said we will not use the toilet for free. You go to the Hema to the toilet. You can't use this toilet even if you eat here. So let me tell you straight. The toilet lady sent us away to another restaurant, literally. Because of not wanting to give in 50 cents she made McDonald's lose 40 euros. We are not beggars. We go to a restaurant, eat, and expect to be able to use the toilet facilities paid or not. We are not coming back to this disgusting place.

What a ball tent. When you are paying at the cash register, a woman in a blouse (manager position?) arrives, while I am taking my money to pay, to 'repay' the boy I am paying with. sent elsewhere by her, and then the woman just walks away! So I'm saying something about that, because I'm suddenly waiting during my transaction! Get that woman angry! Excuse me? Why do I get a big mouth instead of an apology? Why if I give feedback (yes speaking loudly, because it was loud) this behavior? She immediately started complaining about me to a friend who was standing there. How unprofessional do you want to be! Luckily there was another person in a blouse who could talk to me normally. He neatly packed our order, so that we could leave with our food and all. Unfortunately, the milkshakes had already melted when we grabbed them for a sip a step outside the door. All in all, just another bad experience with this mac... We will move on to the other one next time!

Order placed and paid, no receipt, the order number disappears from the collection screen. No food and no staff to speak to you, SHAME!

A horror ! To flee ! Me and my friend had two Big Mac menus and we had indigestion for three days!! I vomited and my friend had diarrhea!

Long wait for the food and it wasn't even that busy. There was also a woman who went to change her child in the middle of the restaurant, but nothing was said about it. Nice and fresh when you are eating.

Bad service, very slow, the stuff are confused and lost. We were waiting our order for more than 25mins. The leader came and tried to help to the Team but he was even more confused. Desks are dirty, trash bins full. To have restaurant in the city of Den Haag with this level of service is ashamed. Lof of improvement needed.

There are ppl keeping the door open and smokink in the doorway. The manager just looked at them and walked the other way. When we told them to do something about it, they went up to the people, and they told them not to keep the door open and walked away they kept the door open for another ten minutes after that nothing they would do about it cus they are scared of a lil fight

This is a big mcdonalds and Its always very busy. The waiting time can be a bit long and ive often had my order be forgotten/messed up but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just dirty. We visit McDonald's all over Europe, but we have never experienced anything so dirty🤮🤮🤮☹️☹️☹️😩😩 It gets even worse, you have to pay 50 cents for the toilet, even if you are a guest and have eaten for €50. That amounts to €2 for our family. A real impudence and not in the interests of the customers, especially since it doesn't even have soap and the toilets aren't clean.

I just went and I was waiting for my order. I looked inside and saw an employee who was preparing the sandwiches suddenly putting his finger up his nose and continuing to work while the manager was behind him. I hate seeing a thin white boy with glasses and long hair. I hope he is called to account about this

Was here on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy. Had to walk several laps before we got a seat. The table was very dirty, I cleaned it myself with some tissues and disinfection and there was also a lot of stuff under the table... Furthermore, the food was good. There is also a toilet available. Many shops in the area.

Nice restaurant but one point. If you eat there and spend more than 45 euros, you still have to pay separately for the toilet.

Nowadays you are addressed in English, if you just want to speak Dutch because this is the Netherlands, you will get a big mouth from the Pole who works there. If you are now having a bit of trouble learning the language, I fully understand it, but I am in The Netherlands speaks Dutch to me as an association of people, what works, you cannot force a customer to speak English because they do not want to learn the language, this is not the Netherlands, a swoelie bappie country
