No restrooms for paying customers and no napkins with orders. Pretty mediocre.

This is the first time I've ever seen a McDonald's try to charge a customer extra for using the restroom. An elderly woman who could barely move (who would clean the restrooms?) and an overweight man on a walker wanted to charge 50 cents for using the restroom. After asking to speak to a supervisor, I was absolutely furious at everyone's attitude. A TOTAL DISGRACE!

You need to pay 0.5€ for toilet use even if you’re a customer. Impossible to pay with a non-Dutch bank account.

Today my order was missing a burger. I checked the bag right after receiving it and the item wasn’t there. Please improve order accuracy.

The order was delivered very quickly, fresh and well-baked. We received everything warm. At every other MC, they were cold. The chocolate shake was very good and had a very noticeable flavor. Bravo!

Waiting 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Fast food? Absolutely not. Cheap? Also not. You might as well go to a real restaurant; at least you'll get service there. I only received my order after I asked for it. The food had been sitting next to the warming tray for 10 minutes, so the sandwiches were cold. The screen showed 15 numbers waiting, but no one seemed to be taking orders. Employees were mostly arguing with each other instead of helping customers. The manager stood passively by, offering no direction. In short: terrible and embarrassing.

I ordered a McFlurry, and they didn't even get it right. It was disgusting. The ice cream also started leaking from the bottom. I won't be coming here again.

It wasn't very busy yet, but it was quite slow. The staff had a grumpy look on their faces (well, we all have bad days sometimes, not just collectively 😅).

Terrible, the food was very fast but the lady who charges for the bathroom was very rude, disrespectful, she kicked a man out of the bathroom because he didn't know he had to pay, which I don't understand. I've consumed something and I have to pay anyway? I don't find it reasonable and neither does the woman's manner.

McDonald's is just like any other. However, you have to pay €0.50 to use the bathroom. Even if you buy something and they put a code on your receipt, you have to pay. The restrooms are terrible, and the people who charge are unpleasant and rude.

This is now the third time something has been missing from my order. This is getting very frustrating. Why isn't this being addressed more closely?

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s branch. The food tasted bland and lacked flavor — honestly, it felt like I was just eating bites of nothing. The portion size was small, and they even forgot to include the salad that was part of my order. Worse still, they didn’t give me any cutlery (no knife or fork), even after I reminded them. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the visit. On top of that, the tables were very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall environment was loud and chaotic, making it an uncomfortable place to sit and eat. Would not recommend.

The restaurant is very dirty. You eat there and still have to pay for the restroom. The staff should wipe down the tables every now and then.

Very dirty inside, they made extremely small portion of ice cream. Didn’t want to change or even help. Their portion is to small. While they bringing food to your table all the drinks and food is falling!

Placed a (small) order in the branch for which we had to wait more than 40 minutes. And then the order was also wrong.. which we only found out at the hotel. Really never had such a bad experience at a store. There was complete chaos behind the counter and in the restaurant. Definitely not recommended to go here.

Very crowded restaurant. Using the bathroom cost 50 cent, even if you eat in the restaurant. No air conditioner! (it was 30° outside and inside) It also took ages to get your food. So, not great....

You have to pay to go to the toilet at the place you eat. I have never seen such a ridiculous place. They also want cash, if you don't have cash you can't go to the toilet. Even McDonald's in Türkiye with a population of 90 million doesn't have such a ridiculous system.

I had been waiting for a while after the order machine malfunctioned today. So the machine printed a receipt and then it said “Take this receipt to the cash register to complete your order.” An employee already let me pay at the cash register for my pistachio McFlurry, then I waited at the queue. To be honest it was actually quite busy, so I had to be patient for my order to come. The wait was quite long, I think something like 20 minutes or even more. Then I thought about asking if my order was still there, but another employee came to me and said that I had to pay (while I had already paid). She ignored me when I tried to say that I had already paid. I waited at the cash register again and told her that I had already paid, so there was a third employee and she asked what I wanted to ask. I politely told her that I had already paid for my order a long time ago, and then she gave that to the employee who had ignored me. She came back, took my receipt and yelled at me to pay, while everyone was watching me from behind. I felt like I was looking like an idiot at the cash register. I told the woman that I had already paid, but she didn't believe me. The employee who saw me pay didn't say anything about it and just look at us and then continued with his orders. I had wasted €4.10 and waited 20 minutes for nothing, how special. :)

Restaurant is not clean. 3 burgers had to wait 14 minutes. Worked for McDonald's for 10 years. Ricky and Ruud Mitchell ??? Where are the service times? Correct way to dress the burgers. This is the least of the McDonald's in the center. If it's busy or not, you have to wait a long time for your food. And even if you eat the food right away, it may still be lukewarm or cold. If you pick up food here, always check your order, because they have always forgotten something. That is why I advise against having your order delivered to your home at this location. The only thing they have going for them is that they are open late.

What very bad service here. Really very unfriendly help. I understand that it is difficult to find good staff. But you can expect your staff to speak to their customers normally. I was really surprised and speechless that I and another person were helped in such a way and were simply ridiculed by an employee and laughing at his colleagues too. Even though it was very busy, my order was delivered quickly. But actually... I prefer to wait until my fries are golden brown. I didn't like those pale potato strips...

I placed an order for takeout, but the McChicken simply wasn't delivered. In addition, the rest of the food (chicken nuggets, Big Mac and fries) was cold when I got it home. After contacting me by telephone, I was told that they cannot deliver the McChicken and that I have to collect it myself, at my own expense (public transport and time), while this is simply their fault. This is absolutely unacceptable and a huge disappointment! Already the 2nd time that an order is not correct in 2 weeks!

On 8.12 2024 it is the best MacDonald’s restaurant i visited in The Netherlands. Very clear here and very friendly staff!

I waited over 30 minutes for my order and I still had to remind myself. A regular set, nothing complicated, it took OVER 30 MINUTES to prepare. And at that time, people were getting full sets for entire families. Tragedy. The mess is indescribable. Everything is cold and always waiting.

A okay McDonald's, they were not superclear with the numbers. They were not very clear when it was my turn. The number/sign was behind what was being said making me wait longer for the order then needed.

Was in Schipol airport, and have to say it was the nicest McDonald's we've had in a long time, the food was fresh and hot (most important for me) and the service was so efficient, but this review is for McDonald Den Haag, which was also very nice, and lovely mayonnaise 👍

You would say that if you come in the morning it is indeed clean. Well this was anything but a lot of places were just dirty and sticky. And if you ordered a breakfast menu with a croissant, you would receive butter, which was not there. And they are too lazy to bring your food to your table or gather your things.

McFlurry consists of 6 bites of ice cream. And that for 4 euros? A bit bizarre.

Food is as you expect from other McDonald's locations. Spacious enough seats. Negatives: - Of all 4 McDonald's locations, this is unfortunately the worst. - It is often busy and chaotic, even with the many seats. - Waiting times are often long for a fast food restaurant.
