McDonald's in Wijk 38 Laakkwartier en Spoorwijk

Hygiene is hard to find here, Online it says they close at 11pm but they already block the doors from 10pm and they only accept uber eats after 10pm!!! Staff laugh at their own colleagues, I don't think this is acceptable. I hope they are checked about the hygiene…

we came on sunday at 9am and it was still closed. My friend shit his pants because of it and we went to home very angry and hungry.

5 stars, because my daughter has already had ice cream made twice by your staff. She absolutely loved it and was super happy. Thank you for this super fun experience that my 3.5-year-old daughter was able to experience!

Compared to other McDonalds in the region, this is one of the better ones and the location where I receive my food the fastest on average. The employees are friendly and there is a kind of terrace where you can sit (inside the mega stores). There are always more than enough seats.

The most horrible manager you can imagine right now. I can share different experiences here, but I will spare you that. Not friendly at all, staff sends you a message and refuses to speak to me as a manager. In addition, very unfriendly and unreasonable. Claims the burgers are hot while I get cold sandwiches. New containers were not possible. Ultimately, after persevering, I would get the burgers new, but he wouldn't put any extra sauce in them now because, no idea. As if you were talking to a toddler. With an intermediary because of course he doesn't come himself. The previous manager was a very nice, friendly and accommodating man. This new guy really has a lot to learn... A really nasty guy!

Ordered 2 Fishburgers..yesterday with cheese and got them again today but no cheese in them. It's a shame because without cheese it tastes a lot less. Chicken wings definitely a letdown....dry, lukewarm, bland and expensive. For that price of 14 pieces I can get a bucket of chicken at KFC.

Nice little McDonalds. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think it's too busy here. The seating area is also small and I prefer the more spacious restaurants where you often have creative corners with more privacy Here you are a bit on top of each other. If they would address the seating area it would make such a huge difference

Ordered menu via UBER eats. Delivery person arrived within 10 minutes of departure. However, full delivery ice cold! Called 15 times to the specific MC restaurant Laakhaven. No answer! I want my money back!

I found gluten free mc donalds for the first time in the 7 years im gluten free. athe happines factor added way more to the taste that i am willing to accept.

If you are a foreigner who doesn't have an EU bank card, prepare cash :( The terminals in this place do not accept cards from countries that are not part of the European Union, it's very strange, it was my first time when I encountered this, and it happened in this very place.

If I could give 0 stars I would, wow. We ordered food that should be there within 40 minutes, but 1.5 hours later it was still not there and we received an email that the order had been CANCELLED, without any reason. We sat there, waited a long time, had nothing to eat and almost everything was closed, we were very hungry and the location could not be reached by telephone (they had not let us know anything by the way). What a shame

Pay to go to the toilet or wash hands before eating. Very sorry. But I understand somewhat where it is located. And I don't think they want any crappy activities in the toilet room in terms of drugs. Then eat with dirty hands after working outside in the city. 🌴😎🌴

The food was extremely cold cold & When i called to file a complaint, i got no response . I spent 30,00 on food I ended up throwing in the garbage. Very ridiculous.

I got my order in less then a minute, I was glad I didn’t have to wait all too long, I don’t have any complaints about the service, the service was OK. I ended up ordering a big tasty menu and a vanilla milkshake Once I got my order I wasn’t pleased, fries were okay, no complaints. The milkshake was too sour and didn’t taste like vanilla at all. the burger was the worst part, the meat looked soggy and uncooked, it has no taste whatsoever, and the quality of the food is terrible. Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve went to I’ve never seen anything this terrible. They didn’t wanna replace my burger because it looked “fine” I don’t recommend going here at ALL.

The only McDonald's where the fish fillet burger is always on sale. 2 for 6 euros! Great for fish fillet lovers!!!

Don't recommend go there in the evenings!! I wasted my time to go there and when restaurant is sill open (was 21:54 and they are open untill 22:00) I cannot order my food. Stuff reacted angry when they saw me and they told they are close. No, they weren't and other customers were eating food next to tables

What a crappy restaurant. Yet another bad experience. Ordered via uber. There was more coke in the bag than there was in the cup and the mcplant was completely crooked in the box, there was more sauce in the box than there was on the burger. The phone is not answered or is immediately thrown up. I will contact the head office on Monday so that you will be dealt with severely.

Sinds de laatste verbouwing is het eten weer op nivo, straalt een gezellige sfeer uit. Helaas is de locatie soms te klein voor het aanbod van klanten in het restaurant en de Drive.

Friendly staff. Quick service. They also have a clean toilet for the guests.

The food was fine but don’t trust the delivery time. We were told it’d take 43 minutes for our order to arrive. On the site it says it can take anytime from 40-63 minutes. We got our order after 85 minutes!! Nearly double the original time! Make sure to order in advance.

Het is nu al de 6e keer dat ik geen complete bestelling krijg ik bestel 4 chili chickens en ik krijg er 3 en nog is 4 frietsauzen erbij besteld maar geen 1 gekregen

The staff is friendly but make mistakes like i ask for take-out but i get dine-in. Fries are hit or miss too, i get often unsalted fries but for the rest its ok

Na sluitingstijd van de Megastores is er een aparte ingang voor Mac Donalds.

De Mac op de Laakhaven is ook en van onze favorieten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en altijd vers bereid eten van hoge kwaliteit. Ook de koffie en het ontbijt is daar erg lekker. Lunchen en dineren doen we daar heel vaak en we genieten keer op keer weer van deze Mac Donalds in Laakhaven Den Haag. Bedankt voor jullie super lekkere eten en graag tot de volgende keer! Ga zo door toppers!
