First time I experienced such a rude attitude

I was here on a Saturday afternoon, the food was ready quickly and everything was still nice and warm! I don't experience that often. They first gave me the wrong fries but this was resolved within 5 seconds.

what a sensation the chicken burger ............ we finished the food and had to go straight to the toilet the chicken was undercooked messy food and the fries were cold unkempt never again!!

very rude manager who is grumpy and doesn't want to help you. I had to go to the counter 3 times for a new burger because it was wrong. they gave me meat instead of veggie!!!!! don't come here

A quick bite in the heart of The Hague. You can quickly place your order through the order stations and the processing also runs smoothly.

This McDonalds is in the center. That's probably the reason you have to pay for the toilet and there is no table service. That was a shame. Furthermore, it is what you expect from an MC

I am a delivery person for Ubereats and they package the drinks for the customer here so poorly that it often falls over in the bag and the entire order can be thrown away. It has been around for as long as they have been participating in delivery there. It's terrible that they don't take it seriously.

Paying customers must pay extra to use the toilet. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES.

Paid toilet for every entrance even for customers is too much. The food was ok, but the fries coupd have been warmer and fresher. I think it's a bit more expensive than in other restaurants of this type. Anyway, good if you don't find any alternative in Haag.

Delicious freshly baked fries, very nice view of the Buitenhof, the new viewing tower and courtyard pond. The ordering column malfunctioned, did not provide proof of payment with a number, lack of clarity on delivery of, among other things, the really cold hamburger...

What a crap tent. We wanted to use the toilet first before ordering anything. A lady arrives and indicates that we have to pay 50 cents, even if we eat or drink something. Very sad MC Donalds. Ordered croissants at the display. Apparently it was too late and couldn't be delivered. Only: There was no money back because it was “technically not possible”. Yo whoever made order E9F4F for Uber, Monday night around 11:30PM you're a g. Food was bussin and really felt the attention to detail in the burgers.

We ordered 2 McFlurry for 4€ each. At the counter they told us that the ice machine is not working atm. We asked to get our money back. They refused and told us that we can come back later in the evening to get the McFlurry. We are tourists and didn’t even had 30 min left in den haag. So they gave us 2 cups mit some soda and 75% crushed ice. That was some expensive crushed ice with 8€ for 2 cups full of crushed ice. 5 min later we witnessed a identical happening. They ordered croissants and this McDonalds don’t have them atm. And they also refused to give back the money. Can’t recommend

Tables weren't wiped down, the fries were only half full and half of them were spread out in the bag. Ordered to eat on site and given out to take away. Can happen. The staff seems completely overwhelmed and is running around hectically. The number is called but the food isn't ready yet because the drink is still waiting, while various other drinks appear to be sitting on the shelf unclaimed. There are more customers milling about at the counter whose orders are “ready for pickup,” which is causing increasing confusion. At the toilet entrance, an employee whirls around frantically and forbids paying for toilet use with a card by frantically rubbing the NFC scanner and turning the turnstile at the same time. She wants the cash, waves it excitedly around and around at the turnstile, snatches the 50 cent pieces from the customers to pocket them and then lets the confused toilet visitor pass. Amusing observation that you are forced to see if you were able to get one of the few free seats nearby.

It was really bad because of the lack of staff. They put unwanted sauces and lettuce in the hamburger we ordered and they were really working irresponsibly.

By far the most beautiful Mac I have ever seen, okay... there is no Drive, but you won't miss it because you automatically go to the eating Drive!

Bad McDonalds, there was no speed in busy numbers that still had to be prepared with 2 people at the counter, bad hours of waiting for medium cola and 2 coffees, so the coffee also arrived cold

This is possibly one of the worse branches in the whole of the Netherlands. Too bad, in such a top location! Missed opportunity.

Ordered McKroket and Cheeseburger. The McKroket was mealy and lumpy. The cheeseburger had almost no sauce on it, there were no onions or pickles on it. When I went to say that at the counter, I was more or less laughed at and the ingredients were "splattered". The place looked dingy. Very unpleasant. Never going to this Mc again.

I am a customer, I go to the bathroom and there is a person charging 50 cents to enter. I tell him I'm a client. I show him the ticket. He answers: “I DO NOT WORK FOR MCDONALDS.” And he again demands that I pay to enter. The cutlet in the Big Mac is overfried. As a customer, I have to pay 50 cents to go to the bathroom and wash my hands. Service is very slow. Friends came to one of the employees and she had a pleasant conversation with them instead of helping to prepare the order.

Disgusting. As per regulations around the world, staff at Mak ensure the cleanliness of the toilets. Here they turned it into the business of some private individual - they made the toilet payable. They put some unscrupulous lady at the entrance who claims that this is her business. At the same time, the toilet remains dirty. McDonald's is McDonald's, but I think the atmosphere at the Buitenhof has deteriorated considerably. Ordering via the posts is super tight, you stand back to back. The table was dirty and the disinterested lady walking with a cloth had no regard for anyone. We just moved. Fries were limp and not fresh. Having to pay 1 euro for the toilet after you have just ordered 10 euros worth of food is really ridiculous to me!

Decent experience. Not much can be said about fast food and I usually judge it by the facilities and service. The food is mediocre at best but it's across the board, not location based.

Just a Mac, spacious, always room to sit

I am in a wheelchair and was helped very nicely, for example by taking the tray to a table and after I had finished an employee came to help me take away the waste. For the rest, "just" a McDonald's, otherwise fine. Very clean!

every time I order something there is always an item missing. I have never received a complete, non-incorrect order. if I ask for a big Mac without onion they will put it anyway, if I order 4 products 3 will arrive. a truly terrible service not up to the level of the international company they represent

I had no particular problems and thought the 3.5 average rating was a little harsh but possibly skewed by the toilet debacles reported elsewhere. I had a McSmart 2x cheeseburgers meal and it did the job, if taking a while to come along, a little light on fries, and with an order number monitor that didn’t appear to bear much resemblance to what was actually happening! On the great toilet scandal you’ll have read about below, I didn’t have need for use of the WC facilities but if as other reviews indicate it is true that paying customers have to pay again for access then that would be rather unreasonable!

The receipt did not come from the order column, I received the wrong order after an unfriendly interaction, I was then blamed, and the way too greasy wet burger had crashed into the container, it seemed. I would go somewhere else!

I am a tourist/customer visiting from the UK, after finishing my food i was shocked when they asked me for money (fee) to use the toilet to wash hands. How can you ask for a FEE to wash your hands at a restaurant

First negative experience in McDonalds :) The woman gave me mcflurry that was half empty, I asked her if its normal and she yelled at me saying “ITS NOT HALF EMPTY!”

Ate inside, it was thrown on the table without saying anything and it smelled very much like dirty diapers
