Ugh, that was bad. Not a pleasant atmosphere...I can't describe it any better. It felt uncomfortable, also because of the troublemaking guests and loitering youths.

i make an online order and after 30 minutes arrived there but order wasn't ready yet. finally after 55 minutes i picked it up. bad experience.

I placed an order days ago, and the charge has been made, but my order still hasn't arrived. They haven't even responded to my emails or complaints. This company is a complete scam; don't buy from them. I'm going to buy gel medi. I'm going to buy it. Size is different.

I've tried BK in many countries, and I must say this is one of the best. I've been a vegetarian for years, and the vegetarian option at this BK is tremendous. 💯 Highly recommended.

It says it's open until 2:00 (I was there between 1:15 and 1:30), but it was closed. Adjust the hours; I came for nothing.

What an attitude from the lady at the checkout today! I went to return my deposit cups, saw other cups on the way, and thought, "Take those." I didn't get a refund, and the response I got was, "Yeah, but you didn't buy those." Firstly, if this could have been said politely, I would have understood. Secondly, with such a person at the counter, the service is nonexistent. She drives customers away.

The meat had an old weird taste. Better not to go

It's kept very clean, and the view from the upstairs windows is nice. Unfortunately, we didn't get a 5-euro refund for the 5 cups we returned.

Maybe the staff is in training but is very clueless, giving you an incomplete order and the wrong drink.

The order was supposed to take 25 to 45 minutes, but it took 105 minutes. Everything was cold except the dessert. I had to pay a 15-cent deposit, but the bottle went straight into the recycling bin. If you call to ask about it, you get a rude mouth from the man hiding behind the phone (hero). They're a bunch of scammers, pathetic little pieces of trash.

2 hours for a burger and fries with a warm coca cola .. Chaotic atmosphere with people running around , yelling, fighting , blasting music . And the food was pretty bad unfortunately.. also the prices increased twice in the last 6 months..

Well, I assume I'll pay a deposit if I eat at the restaurant. Now they're charging a surcharge, and I have to pay for something I didn't ask for.

I found hairs in the food. The chair is full of ants and dirty. The staff is dirty too. I will never step foot here again.

Went in the middle of the night for a snack with friends, it was busy and staff were under pressure of course but the guy that took our order was quite snappy and on the verge of rude. Luckily service was fast and food freshly made!

0/5. pay for extra bacon, and you can count the pieces on your hand. no napkins. toilet costs 50 cents for just washing your hands, after you paid €15 for a menu. staff doesn't speak Dutch, toilets downright filthy, and the order kiosks are completely broken the screens. I have never seen such dissatisfied Burger King staff in the whole of the Netherlands. The place was dirty and full of bad-tempered staff.

Ordered via home delivery at 17:15 and it was delivered at 18:20 completely cold, we had to call the branch to report this but that line was busy for an hour and a half, probably all complaints. So I will not order here anymore!

Service was not normal bad. I was eating upstairs after which I went to the toilet and my food was apparently thrown away. I came back and told this story to them after which they did not give my money back and did not give me a new order. What a bad burger king. What a bad service. Never again. A man in not even official burger king clothes decided all this please speak to him a bit wider man with a bun and white skin color. This is not normal!!!!

I tried to help a friend in need by getting her comfort meal that she has been craving for 2 months, yet the order was completely wrong and missing half of the items. They ruined her day and in fact made her feel even worse. Double check your orders bc it wasn’t even busy for them to mix it up so much??!

The sauce was so little that the burger was extremely dry that I couldn't swallow it.

Was very busy inside and Unfortunately some junkies inside who didn't come to get anything but wanted to beg. Didn't bother me otherwise but other children who wanted to order Wasn't really clean upstairs and there was a lot of shouting and it was noisy You can return a deposit cup at the cash register and not in a machine When returning it takes a long time before you are helped. But that would be the crowd Upstairs by the garbage bin it was completely full of cups and dirt The food was just good and fast

I went there and when i came in they were already screaming to costumers and it wasnt only employees that screamed but also managers. I got one milkshake but even that was the most gross milkshake i had. I recommend an other place and dont go to this place unless you want to have a bad experience.

Very bad customer experience. Had a drink with family and I went to return the cups. After waiting 10 minutes, no it wasn't very busy but the only person at the cash register was also the one who had to tap all the drinks ordered at the columns and that apparently had priority, I give our cups to him but he doesn't want to give the deposit back because I don't have a receipt with me. No, we cleaned that up neatly together with the other waste of course. There is no mention on the screen when ordering that you have to keep your receipt because otherwise you won't get your paid deposit back. We call that theft Burger King!

Me and my friends went for dinner but my friends gave me all the cups and I went to hand them in but I didn't get my money back because I didn't have a receipt and then I lost €5 and I think something should be done about this

Ok burger king, How difficult is it. To go through a list. Check that all items are included. I waited 1h34min. For an incomplete order. And the food that was there. Is stone cold and soft. Let's not talk about how you pack the order. Bottles of drinks thrown on the food. Everything was out. And if you give the order to Uber/home delivery. You should seal the bag closed with tape and/or stickers. Never again this branch.

I must honestly say that I only get something there with a coupon. It's nearby and I can quickly go up and down by bike. It is still nice and warm and I then spend €10.10 for 4 cheeseburgers, 2 cokes, 2 fries. Yeah...

unhappy experience. Burgers are warm-mix-cold. Service is rude if you want your cup-deposit back. I repeated my words several times but the girl was just staring at me with unhappy face and didn’t say a word. I thought she couldn’t understand English, so I said “ cups, cup”. She eventually talked to me “where’s your cups ? where is it? I need to see the cups, OK? Not the receipt “ Then she turned around and went back to the kitchen.

Good food, only the orders are almost never right, especially not when you order at the counter. Recently had a woman who hardly seemed to understand Dutch, asked if I wanted 2 burgers while I had already said 3 several times. In the end I got 1. Strange place, this bk.

I am beyond furious. I came to Burger King expecting a good meal with my friend who was visiting, and instead, I witnessed absolute chaos. One of the staff members punched a customer, the cops had to be called, and to top it off, they spilled an entire drink on me—soaking my bag, my clothes, everything. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. This place is a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t come back if it was the last restaurant on Earth. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

If I'm going to give less than 1 star, I did. The man on the phone was very unfriendly, literally said that we would not get our food anyway because it is Ramadan and he has no delivery people, but was not going to cancel the order because then he would have to start the refund. Then laugh and say figure it out. Very customer friendly

Worst Burger King I went to... I got the Whopper and chicken nuggets 2 minutes or so after ordering at the cash register and I thought: “Wow, that's really fast! Could they have fried the nuggets so quickly?!” But once I received it and opened it to taste it was all COLD!!😭 The Whopper was another disappointment…it was soggy and the taste was off. And like I said everything was cold so I think they had it all prepared and it was just there and they gave it to me right away :((

So you spend like 40 bucks in the place and You need to use the bathroom but you have to pay extra for that, I don't like places like that.

Normally very good experiences here. Now it's Christmas and I have to eat outside like a hobo. You could clearly still choose to eat the computer here. Employee who handed out food could see the order and said nothing about eating outside. I asked another employee, I can't sit upstairs, but I can sit downstairs. Didn't say anything about eating outside. Afterwards, the employee, yes, we're closing, can't eat here. It's Christmas after all. I was already inside!!! This is really bad service, and that on Christmas Day. Having to eat outside like a bum. Other people were already inside and were allowed to remain seated. Really ridiculous. This is not hospitality.

Burned burger. Burger king is usually delicious but this is just lower than mediocrity. The burger was burned. Never going to eat here again. Go to the burger king at Centraal Station, much better. Edit: Had to change to 1 star, I forgot I even wrote a review on here. But now I am reminded again why I should stop ordering burger king, mc donnalds, KFC and so on. The quality has declined sharply within the last years.

I order bacon cheese Fries here, but without bacon because I don't eat meat. I paid for it at the counter on purpose so that everything would go well because it didn't go well the last time. I said that I didn't want bacon on it because I'm allergic. I asked at the counter if there was bacon on it and the lady said no, the final score was that it had bacon on it, I'm going back. They get angry with me because they made a mistake. After that they didn't even want to give me any money back and that lady started lying to me. DO NOT COME HERE. The service is so bad and the people are so mean you wouldn't be surprised if they spit in your food. Almost died because of their mistake!

The workers are very rude, I received extra slices of cheese on my chicken burger after I had taken it away from my order because I am allergic to milk. When I asked if I could get a new one they told me I had to buy a new one. The burger was cold, cheese was hard and again very brutal. When I didn't know how handing in the cups worked, I was called Chinese and they said things like "are you Chinese or something, you can read Dutch after all" and this is the least bad thing they said. The old ladies have to learn to get along with other people, especially young people. Me and my friends are very dissatisfied with this. Worst thing ever, I'll never go there again.

Fast food restaurants, what can you say about them? Everyone has an idea what the food is like and what the atmosphere is like. However, this Burger King in The Hague is somewhat gloomy, boring and jaded due to its layout and locations. Well, you are right opposite the House of Representatives, but that is the only advantage of this location. If the staff does not pay attention to which products are on the order and prepares your order on autopilot and gives you things other than what you ordered, the picture is complete.

Cleanliness could be at a higher level

I don't think it's fair for the toilets to be paid. Additionally, as a tourist, getting the deposit back for plastic cups was quite cumbersome and time-consuming. However, the service was fast, and our order arrived complete. Thank you.

I honestly don’t think I have ever seen such RUDE staff at any Burger King, the attitude they give you is crazy Burger King should hire better staff. At least the food was great, and the building is beautiful.

The staff at this Burger King is simply bad and extremely unfriendly. This is putting it very mildly. My family had a day out in The Hague and we wanted to have something to eat at Burger King, Spuistraat 73 in The Hague. We wanted to hand in our reusable cups, but the older employee shouted at us that we were not allowed to do this. When she saw us going to the cup machine with our cups, we were treated as if we were criminals and she became aggressive and shouted at us not to hand in the cups. As if we had stolen the cups and were doing something illegal. She said that we had to give the cups to her because we were not allowed to return them to the cup machine. We were so shocked that we didn't know what was happening and we thought we had to hand the cups in at the cash register. This did not happen and she took the cups and put them in a large collection bin. I asked her why we did not receive the deposit paid, even though it was paid for, but she said that we cannot just hand in the cups. In response to this I said that this is pure theft, not to refund the deposit paid in this way, which has been paid. This whole situation felt almost discriminatory to us, because we have an Asian background, while in the meantime we see other white people putting their cups in the cup machine. Because we were out with young children and did not want them to see how this could possibly get out of hand and so that it remained a fun day for them, we left the restaurant with a very bad, unpleasant after-feeling. They should call it surcharge cups instead of deposit cups, as they refuse to give the deposit back to the customer. The customer friendliness is very lacking at this establishment and the restaurant was certainly not clean. The staff didn't care. Unbelievable that this branch has such a low standard/quality of customer friendliness. This establishment is not worth a single star!

We ordered a veggie bacon whopper, a great burger, but what is really unacceptable is that there was real bacon on the burger.

Very disappointing experience at Burger King! I paid 1 euro for each cola cup, and after finishing, I returned the cups to the machine as instructed to get my refund, but the machine didn’t work, and I didn’t receive any refund. This causes a lot of frustration for customers and makes us feel like we’re paying without fair return. I hope this issue is resolved soon to improve the customer experience.

What a bad thing. Ordered food from here several times via home delivery. Constantly blame home deliveries, but refuse to bring the food themselves. If you call them up, they still dare to be smart and look at you. If you then speak to them firmly, they offer to call home delivery and call you back afterwards, and then casually cancel your order and not call back. We will never order anything there again, and if I had home delivery/uber eats, I would immediately stop the collaboration. Because really no one has a good word to say about this Burger King branch. As you can see for yourself in other reviews. A complete disappointment.

The food tastes better than most Burger Kings I’ve been to, but there often is a person begging for money on the ground floor and the top floor is almost never completely clean. In short, great for takeout (don’t forget to ask for a cup holder) and mediocre at best for dine in.

Paid 30 euros for a cold burger, had to pay money for the toilet which was extremely dirty and had no paper left. Outright scandalous!

Unfortunately very dissatisfied with this Burger King. The location is often not clean (cluttered dining tables and sticky floor), not enough opportunity to place an order at the terminals, no idea whether it is possible to order at the cash register as I never see anyone there. Orders are delivered incorrectly or incompletely even though you pay the full price, while I think Burger King is one of the expensive fast food chains for what you get in return. Disappointed to say I have no interest in coming back here anymore, while Burger King has been one of my favorites in the past. A wasted opportunity as it is a perfect location and it is reasonably furnished.

Unfortunately, my experience with Burger King staff was very disappointing. They were very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to help at all. The lack of customer service made my visit to Burger King a negative experience.

Worst Burger King ever! I was taking my niece there for her first whopper. I had always told her it was one of the better fast food burgers. Firstly it took 30 mins in an empty burger king and they got 2 of the 3 whoppers wrong, 2 where supposed to have no sauce. When I went to the counter to get the whoppers remade they took them to the back and I could see the worker take out the meat and scrape the sauce off everything and then put it back in the box. I asked if they were new and the worker lied and said yes. I then tld them i saw them and they refused to help me any further. Needless to say my niece didn't want to eat a burger that somene had been handling and scraping so we went to leave. On the way out I went to use the toilet and was digusted. The smell of faeces was very strong the toilet floor was covered in urine. One of the cubicles had faeces all over the walls. I left without using the toilet as I was going to be physically sick. I have since never been back to a burger king and ny niece refuses to even try one. If i could give negative stars i would.

Staff is very busy with each other,disinterested attitude. The place was empty upstairs and dirty downstairs. Up the stairs, once upstairs, there was no music or anything, but trash cans that were all bulging open, and my appetite immediately spoiled. I also missed 2 x chicken mugs. No, I will skip this Burger King from now on

When you give them a coupon in the burger king app they cancel it and put a new one. That's why you didn't receive your points. I have spent €30+ and they still didn't give me the points in app.

It couldn't be more unfriendly, they are really outraged🙄 Extremely unfriendly staff, as soon as you come in they look at you in a totally derogatory way. As expected, the food felt twice as expensive compared to Germany. Afterwards stomach ache as usual. We ordered the Coke in the wrong cup and were therefore sent outside and had to eat on the floor. The unfriendly, black-haired, bespectacled, relatively short, tooth gap on the right (who drank a Coke INSIDE in the normal Becjer) shouted at us and ordered us to hand over the cup and get it again when we went out, otherwise we wouldn't have been allowed to eat inside 😡 Then we went out and had to eat on the street. The black-haired, little cashier was really the last thing.😡🙄

What a worthless tent this has become. For the second time in a row, my order is incorrect and as a paying customer you have to pay extra to go to the toilet. The burgers are tasty, but the service sucks.

I previously enquired about the sizes of their oreo milkshake and was told by an employee that it would be served in a large cup however to my chagrin it was served in a medium cup and I ended up paying €4,55 for it. I wouldn't recommend coming here as this will also be the last time that I frequent this establishment.
