The employees seem to be working in their own world; one works very slowly, taking her time and making the customers wait, while the others don't listen to you.

Chicken burgers taste better than in Germany. Sugary drinks are really expensive.

Waited an hour for our food. Went to ask staff about it multiple times and still nothing. Saw multiple people order, receive their food and leave in the time it took for us to get our food.

took more than 20 mins to get my order. The screen is wrong and orders dissappear from it. Ridiculous. It wasn't even that busy. I've been here quite a few times while I lived very close to here and almost each time I have issues with waiting times or orders such as no pickles in a Cheese Burger.

They forgot 5 items in our order, and when we received it, they forgot another one. You have to wait a long time, and the toilets cost 50 cents.

Is it normal for someone not employed by the establishment to charge me to use the restroom after I've already spent €45 there? They rudely demanded payment. There was even a sign posted that I saw on my way out. Why does McDonald's allow this? This is unacceptable.

It's a shame that so much goes wrong. You buy a Mc menu like that, back when it was still from a film set, and you don't get half of what you paid for. Just half thrown onto your tray and not in a little box, mind you, and you have to explain that 100 times... but what are you paying €25/€15 for then? When you buy the McSauce and it only keeps for a few days, what a waste!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed a takeaway order via the ordering kiosk. My order had been sitting on a tray for fifteen minutes without a drink, even though it was for takeaway. Spoke to the employee. He said he would have it made again. Fifteen minutes later, still nothing, and it was pure chaos there. I spoke to the same employee again; he said: "Yes, it's on its way," and took my receipt. I saw him with my order and looked at the receipt for 5 minutes. He asked the woman in front of him if she wanted sauce with MY order... The end result: I received my order more than half an hour later and without the sauce I paid for... Advice: I would have all your employees take a drug test, including the supervisor. They all walk around looking like they are completely high. P.S. My order was placed at 4:30 PM. Not even around dinnertime...

They make you wait in a very stuffy place, I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't think it's right to charge guests 50 cents for using the toilet, and even for each child. What bothered me even more, however, was the state of the toilets. They were unfortunately very dirty. The woman in front of the toilets seemed mainly occupied with collecting money and doing crossword puzzles, instead of taking care of the cleanliness.

Large macca's in the centre of Den Haag with plenty of ordering kiosks and tables across two levels. Service is pretty quick and brought to your table when dining in. I came in to try some of the specials and Dutch items that were available at the time. The Big Arch was well sized and decent - thick double quarter patty with lettuce, cheese and sauce. Quite filling on its own. Fries with frite sauce - fries were pretty standard and the sauce was nice. It's zesty and tangy, maybe like a pickle-flavoured sauce. Chicken nuggets with jalapeno ranch sauce and curry sauce - the jalapeno one was a nice blend, like big Mac sauce with a hint of spice, whereas curry sauce wasn't really my thing as it was a bit too sweet. McKroket is the Dutch specialty - pretty much a croquette with mystery filling in a bun. Very basic but tastes like what you expect if you've had a Dutch croquette elsewhere.

McDonald's is nice, unfortunately there is no air conditioning and the toilets cost money, which I cannot understand since I bought something there.

Order via Thuisbezorgd. Half of it was missing and the food was cold. After calling 100 times, someone finally answered. I only received an excuse and a promise that it wouldn't happen again. No redelivery whatsoever. Cold food and half of the order missing. I would have been better off eating a sandwich.

Horrible experience. Besides they charge you to go to the toilet even though we spent more than 20€ per person, they system is not really clear. There is a woman with a pin machine, she charges you 1,03€ and put a 50 cents on a plate. If you don’t pay attention, you pay more than the double. They say it’s because the pin machine has a minimum of 1€. But the other 3 cents are because of the pin service. I don’t think this is legal. And of course it’s not about the 3 cents or the 50 cents to go to the toilet, it’s the horrible system what gives you a horrible experience.

I order very simple food but wait for almost 30 minutes and it seems the young man at counter has racial discrimination and purposely handle my order. Other guests who ordered later than mine got their orders earlier than mine. Its the worst McDonald's I met ever and don't come to this one, sucks

Today I opted for a McChickenburger menu. My order arrived quickly. The burger and fries were delicious, fresh, and well-flavored. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. The only downside was that the floor was sticky. Easy to get to.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd. Then I called McDonald's Vlamingstraat several times, but they claimed they hadn't received the order. After waiting 50 minutes, they supposedly still hadn't received the order. They then repeatedly asked me if I could place the order somewhere else, like McDonald's Buitenhof. Around closing time, I called them again, and during that call, my order was mysteriously canceled. They also didn't answer the phone. Only after numerous calls and repeated attempts did I get someone on the phone. Never order from these people through Thuisbezorgd, because you'll wait an hour for nothing, and then your order will be canceled around closing time.

Ordered food through Thuiszorgd yesterday. Simply awful. The food was cold. The fries weren't cooked properly. And to top it all off, the Big Mac only had one hamburger on it and was inedible! I rarely give bad reviews, but this was just awful, especially after waiting an hour and a half and paying 20 euros. I'll never order from here again.

The day before yesterday, I unfortunately received two hamburgers, even though I'd ordered a chili chicken burger and a chicken cheese burger. As a Hindu, I had to throw the buns away when I got home. Yesterday I went back to this McDonald's, and the manager gave me two new buns. Thanks for that!!! We always enjoy going to this McDonald's as a family.

Bad experience, no one answers!! You can turn off the phone. Cold food, veggies were cold too. The caramel frappie is either too much ice cream or not enough caramel. I don't understand what you're doing. It's easy: I give you money and you give me good food.

Got breakfast at the MC for the first time. It was good, but they gave me the wrong thing. I usually understand that, but it was super quiet. I usually check my order, but I had to walk to work this time, so it was a bit disappointing. The burgers are getting thinner and smaller, and more expensive too. Not really happy.

Totally outrageous that they charge for toilet even to the customers. And one employee had the nerve to tell me: "it's the Netherlands". It's NOT. Many McDonald's restaurants in the Netherlands charge for outside people, but provide a code to access the toilet to customers. I wonder if the employee would find acceptable not to receive a salary (as the lady that takes care of the toilet facilities), and get a tiny amount for each tray that she brings to the table! But I don't blame the employee, I blame the management of this restaurant!

It's a McDonald's, so the food is just like any other McDonald's. But charging for the restroom when you're already eating there is a bit much for me.

Cozy place right in the city center with two entrances and exits. Small but nice, clean, and tidy. It can get very busy at certain times.

It's just mc my children were not allowed to eat wick on the toilet because they wanted 50 cents from each person and my children 5 and 6 I find that very rude because you eat wick so it's an absolute cheek

The location itself is fine. But please stop delivering. I always have to wait an unusually long time. And they always forget something in my order. The last three times, I've always come home disappointed because something was missing. Do something about it. 😅

Just picked up a takeaway order. They forgot the drinks and fries. And the fries sauce. A real disappointment when you get home.

They felt the trash can needed cleaning more than the tables and chairs where the food remains still clung. And if he cleans the table, he does so with the same cloth he used to clean the trash can inside and out.

You either love McDonald's or hate it to enjoy the food. We got there quite early, so everything was still deliciously hot and fresh. That makes the taste even better, of course.

There was an employee who wouldn't help me with my table number. The upstairs seating area was also closed off, while downstairs was overcrowded, so crowded there were barely any seats available. The staff was very young, and it was a mess. My food was cold, and I had to wait 35 minutes. It was a disgrace. I'm definitely not coming back!

The staff are incredibly unfriendly. The food is burnt and inedible. It was also a complete mess, and the manager was completely stressed, which I can understand. It's a messy place and not well-organized. Better make sure you have friendly staff before you even open. I'll never go back to this restaurant! Not recommended.

Disrespectful staff, I've been coming here as a delivery person for years and it literally never ceases to amaze me how you simply don't exist as a delivery person. The food I pick up is literally ready to be packed for more than 15 minutes, but no one wants to spare 20 seconds for you to pack your order. They look you in the eye and then ignore you. If you ask someone to pack, you can hope that you are not immediately attacked.

Toilet costs 50 cent and the woman refused to give a proof of receipt when I paid her. You can only pay with tikkie by the way, they don't accept cards.

wonderful, kind and helpful staff!! really enjoyed my veggie nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. interior was very tidy and clean with a relaxed atmosphere. calm and tranquil energy accompanied by delicious food. can be a bit slow when busy but definitely worth it because of the high quality of food. great place to meet with friends and family. satisfied customer.

Not even worth a star, the chicken nuggets are pink on the inside, with mold sticking to the inside of the burger. And the fries are wet and soggy. Nothing was clean and there was food all over the floor. Not recommended and it is even better to eat straight from the sewer!

And let's start with the fact that this is about pickup and not ordering, etc Now you don't expect Michelin treatment and certainly not that quality, but tonight all expectations were exceeded again. Let me start by saying I feel sorry for the manager, what unmotivated staff you have around you when I saw you going back and forth during the 20 minutes I was in. In the time I was there you went from the telephone, to complaints, to packing orders and then to making burgers. Everywhere you looked there was a mess, the burger aisle was full of, probably, cold burgers, customers were queuing with their orders to submit complaints. It sets the tone for the rest of the review. If you offer goods and service you must adhere to this, but if, stoned-looking, staff prepares your food, perhaps you as a customer should not expect it. I'm talking about the service that allows you to customize your burger for various reasons. Came home with a burger that had onions (allergy) on it but had been ordered removed. Furthermore, I live very close by and the order was still cold, but anyway, I also saw burgers 1 and 2 go into the bag, there was a gap of almost 10 minutes between them. Let it be said that it is not always such a drama with you, and New Year's Day is not the day for top reviews. But this was a drama, fix it. Finally, a small photo of the dry piece of shoe sole where the cheese has almost not risen. Take an example from your colleagues at the drain.

McFlurry was slightly acidic. Tried to report this to the staff who responded with disinterest. Luckily the machine was being cleaned just then, so hopefully no one gets sick!

Hard workers are generally appreciated on New Year's Eve, but you have to deliver good results. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today for me. Firstly, I didn't receive part of my order. This involved a smoothie. When I asked, after showing the receipt, I was told that they currently have no smoothies in their range. Fortunately we were offered another drink with the difference paid for by the restaurant. What might seem useful to me is to remove the option from the order post if you do not have it in your range. Secondly, I obviously don't pay for a cup of ice cream and a little lemonade. I find it very disappointing time and time again that McDonald's extorts its customers by serving customers a cup full of ice and only a little bit of juice (see video). It's downright scandalous to do that at the price you pay as a customer for it. ..

The McFlurry tasted sour, this was brought up to the staff and long story short they didn't care! Definitely won't be coming back here.
