I got cola without fizz twice, then a milkshake that was undrinkable and the pickles tasted like cardboard.

Cozy place right in the city center with two entrances and exits. Small but nice, clean, and tidy. It can get very busy at certain times.

It's just mc my children were not allowed to eat wick on the toilet because they wanted 50 cents from each person and my children 5 and 6 I find that very rude because you eat wick so it's an absolute cheek

Unfortunately there were no gluten-free burgers, otherwise almost everywhere in NL

The location itself is fine. But please stop delivering. I always have to wait an unusually long time. And they always forget something in my order. The last three times, I've always come home disappointed because something was missing. Do something about it. 😅

Just picked up a takeaway order. They forgot the drinks and fries. And the fries sauce. A real disappointment when you get home.

You either love McDonald's or hate it to enjoy the food. We got there quite early, so everything was still deliciously hot and fresh. That makes the taste even better, of course.

The staff are incredibly unfriendly. The food is burnt and inedible. It was also a complete mess, and the manager was completely stressed, which I can understand. It's a messy place and not well-organized. Better make sure you have friendly staff before you even open. I'll never go back to this restaurant! Not recommended.

There was an employee who wouldn't help me with my table number. The upstairs seating area was also closed off, while downstairs was overcrowded, so crowded there were barely any seats available. The staff was very young, and it was a mess. My food was cold, and I had to wait 35 minutes. It was a disgrace. I'm definitely not coming back!

Disrespectful staff, I've been coming here as a delivery person for years and it literally never ceases to amaze me how you simply don't exist as a delivery person. The food I pick up is literally ready to be packed for more than 15 minutes, but no one wants to spare 20 seconds for you to pack your order. They look you in the eye and then ignore you. If you ask someone to pack, you can hope that you are not immediately attacked.

wonderful, kind and helpful staff!! really enjoyed my veggie nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. interior was very tidy and clean with a relaxed atmosphere. calm and tranquil energy accompanied by delicious food. can be a bit slow when busy but definitely worth it because of the high quality of food. great place to meet with friends and family. satisfied customer.

Not even worth a star, the chicken nuggets are pink on the inside, with mold sticking to the inside of the burger. And the fries are wet and soggy. Nothing was clean and there was food all over the floor. Not recommended and it is even better to eat straight from the sewer!

Hard workers are generally appreciated on New Year's Eve, but you have to deliver good results. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today for me. Firstly, I didn't receive part of my order. This involved a smoothie. When I asked, after showing the receipt, I was told that they currently have no smoothies in their range. It sets the tone for the rest of the review. If you offer goods and service you must adhere to this, but if, stoned-looking, staff prepares your food, perhaps you as a customer should not expect it. I'm talking about the service that allows you to customize your burger for various reasons. Came home with a burger that had onions (allergy) on it but had been ordered removed. Furthermore, I live very close by and the order was still cold, but anyway, I also saw burgers 1 and 2 go into the bag, there was a gap of almost 10 minutes between them. Toilets at the 1st floor. No access for disabled. On top, you have to pay for it, even if you eat there. Atmosphere very hot ans stuffy.

If you have the app, there is an offer that you want to use, the system in the store does not work. And so you don't get the offer. Not flexible, just pay a lower amount at the cash register or something.

The umpteenth time when ordering via UberEats, several items from our order are missing, the burgers are burnt, not topped, there is at most a little bit of sauce on them, and cannot be reached by telephone. But the staff at this location probably sucks in a milkshake through the ..., because I have a straw missing EVERY time. And if you have fries, you always forget the sauce. It's really a drama. Was in The Hague today, came to order food from this Mac Donalds, I ordered my food at 6:15 PM. I literally waited 45 minutes for my food which ended up being cold.

I waited 30 minutes for my food, I was there with a friend, she had ordered before me and she had to wait 45 minutes, they had forgotten her order or something, it was no longer there. They were very difficult at first because she had ordered McFlurry Oreo without chocolate sauce and she got it with sauce, which they made very difficult about. And the food was lukewarm almost cold.

Food was good, like in every McDonalds. There is no toilet fee at all.
