Do not order here! You first have to wait two hours and then receive a call that your order is free if you indicate that it will take a long time. In the end they don't show up

Really not edible. Double cheeseburger, hard to find cheese, hardly any sauce, 1 slice of tomato and 3 strings of limp lettuce, the meat dry, tasteless and tough. Never again!

I ordered food, now waiting more than 2 hours for my food. Been on the phone for 15 minutes, apparently there is a central telephone number that is very inconvenient. Incredibly bad Placed an order for approximately 40 euros. Cold drinks are on top of the hot fries in the same packaging. Once, of course, everything is delivered cold. As compensation, I am told that I will receive a can of drink for free with my next order. Being able to throw away the entire order, but yes, I do get a free drink if I spend money with them again. Incredibly scandalous. I get the excuse "yes, I have that sometimes, sir, that's normal". Very normal to throw away 40 euros worth of food. I won't order here again

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Placed an order at 5:30 PM. Took already 2 hours to be delivered. And when it is delivered, the food is completely wet from the cold drinks that were on top of the food.. I called the store to see if they could make a new order... no, they said, all they could do was give a few drinks for free. our next order. With an order of 40 EURO, 2 drinks for free and food that we were able to eat in no time. What bad service

I have been waiting for over two hours for wigs and waffle. It’s so crazy the way this restaurant works. NEVER ordering here again it’s a waste of time and money!!! These people don’t know how to run a restaurant. Buch of losers.

Really terrible service, ordered there twice now and both times something was forgotten, now I try to call back several times, I get no response via the app, my app is read but ignored and then blocked, bizarre!!!! Waste of money, now for the 2nd delivery also takes a very long time even though I live around the corner. Definitely don't deliver here!!!!

I do not recommend! I waited for over an hour for the burger, and the seller asked 3 times what I had ordered (time management game that something was happening) and 2 cutlets in the pan with 10-15 orders at that time. The burger (Mexican) was average, 10 euros and I was still hungry...

Food doesn't come until after an hour. We missed fries and a burger and another burger missed the cheese and bacon. The subsequent delivery had not arrived after an hour because the delivery was to the wrong address. They have never heard of compensation. And then it later turns out that the cans of drinks are expired. Even 1 star is still too much.

Scammers, ordered my food and it never arrived, spent 2 hours on hold claiming “I was the first in line” and nobody ever picked up. Save your money and order from somewhere else cause these people are useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered food that was supposed to come in 25 minutes. More than 1h 30 later it hadn’t arrived. I called multiple times and they didn’t really pick up. I had to cancel after 2 hours waiting and they didn’t even apologise, and 2.20h later a very angry delivery guy was calling me telling me he was outside. I wouldn’t waste my money in this place. Not worth it, 0/10

we ordered for delivery at 6:45pm, waited 1 hour 20min, then called. They said the order was ready in one minute and that we will get it in 10min. We waited 20 minutes then called again to cancel because they told us to wait 10 more minutes. We went to McDonald's at 8:35pm and the delivery guy finally called us to give us the order but we canceled it... Almost 2hours to deliver simple food : two menus and some chicken pieces

I ordered from Johnny's Burger several times before and was satisfied but recently they really disappointed me. Last time, they forgot my drink; this time, they didn't include the €1 mayonnaise. Many reviews mention same issue with regular incomplete orders, making me think it is either intentional to steal from customers or they are very careless. I also had to throw away the Chick' & Bites because the chicken wasn't fresh, tasted and smelled terrible. It completely ruined my appetite and it still disgusts me when I think about it. I won't be ordering from them again.

Never buy this! It’s really expensive and kinda cheap food inside. They do not deserve even to being able for orders. I’m so upset after this order.

Very slow delivery took almost two hours to arrive, i called the staff 1.5 hours after placing the order and they still haven’t started to deliver my order. The food was all soggy and cold.

We had to pay two euros more per citizen than stated on the website and in the brochure. The man behind the counter spoke no Dutch and limited English, so he couldn't explain why. First he tried to get us to pay the menu prices for individual burgers. When we explained that they are obliged to charge the prices they communicate through the various channels, he shrugged his shoulders and blamed Johnny's head office. That Boef burger mainly refers to the man behind the counter, because he turned out to be quite a crook.

The delivery take so long time. And no any information about delivery. Call shop nobody answer. it should be removed from the uber eats. I suggest dont order anything from this shop. The worst one i ever ordered.

Don't order food from them! Delivery takes too long, the man lies all the time on the phone that the supplier is on its way. After 2 hours we got incomplete food! This isn't the first time but I thought it was a coincidence. They rob people for the food they ordered. Drama!

What a worthless tent this is! Come get the food. They forget half of your order... you call someone on the phone who does not speak Dutch or English... there is simply no story to it, he says within 10 minutes that it has arrived, "I understood it." Ordered a burger, it did not arrive. Man on the phone lied that it was on the way. After two hours, no burger, shop shut and all other delivery places shut.

After about 2 hours my food arrived and even though I had asked if it was hot, the delivery person said it had been made 10 minutes earlier, the fries were cold, the burger lukewarm and the bun soggy! They are also not available by telephone. I've had it before, but I thought this was an exception, because previously I was always very satisfied. Eten is niet warm bij levering, burger broodje was waterig en niet heel smaakvol, 2u moeten wachten. En ik kreeg het verkeerde drankje. Bezorger was vriendelijk.

I don’t know what this place or their food is supposed to be but it’s… not very good. Overpriced for the portion and quality of food that you receive and the delivery menu is lacking in any nutritional value.

Goed service soms door drukte laat geleverd maar goed we kiezen zelf voor bezorgen. O Tacos was geweldig alleen mag er meer saus in.

Afhalen hier is het beste, vers! Al meerdere keren terug gekomen voor de vegetarische burger en goede service. De buitenlandse chef staat keihard te werken in zijn eentje en wordt bijgestaan door zijn bezorgers. Altijd vriendelijk, meestal snel en altijd lekker. Ik kom terug.

We ordered for pickup on a Sunday night through Thuisbezorgd. The food was ready on time, friendly service, and the quality was good. I would order here again.

Snelle bezorging, lekkere burgers.. Er bleek iets te missen in onze bestelling en toen kregen we ter compensatie veel extra's en een bakje Ben & Jerry's als cadeautje..goede service 👍
