McDonald's in Wijk 02 Belgisch Park

A nice place by the sea with beautiful views. Inside, there is a nice interior. Alk has one big minus for me, there is no place to wash your hands. After all, this is a place where people eat with their hands. There are also no toilets there, but this is not as important as clean hands before eating.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Almost everything sat under a heat lamp for fifteen minutes before being served. The Big Arch was burnt and looked absolutely awful, and you pay eight euros for it. The happy meal with the cheeseburger turned into a happy meal with chicken nuggets... We had to go back to the counter three times because the order was wrong. The McDonald's shake was very watery; it also sat there for fifteen minutes before they wiped it off. Really not satisfied. 🤬 😡😕👿

It doesn't have a bathroom (is that even legal in the Netherlands?) and it's tiny. To make matters worse, there are people who finish their meal and linger afterward. We thank the manager, who was very kind and allowed us to cancel our order. Avoid it.

This McDonald's is very inconvenient. It's cramped, there's no restroom, and nowhere to wash your hands. I don't recommend it.

Then, as a large fast-food chain, you have a restaurant in a prime location, and you neglect it like that. How so? Trash cans overflowing, all the tables dirty and covered in trash, and employees who look at it but leave it at that... The food was otherwise just what you'd expect from McDonald's, but it didn't really make you want to eat there.

They close at 19:00, and at 18:15, you get all your food in a bag "because they're closing so soon." Here I am, eating from a bag with a small child. You can't just order at the counter either. There's a weird idiot behind the counter who pretends not to speak Dutch. Everyone's incredibly grumpy, the food is cold—a real disgrace to McDonald's.

The worst Mc, me and my friends went here to eat something because we were walking on the beach, when we ordered the service was slow there were only 3 employees and when our orders arrived they gave one of us a spilled drink on the plate, another a completely different burger and the third one two burgers with nothing in them, and there are no toilets.

The tables are sticky when asked to wipe the table, the service lady made a face like a shitting cat and graciously came after 10 minutes, died, threw the remains of the salad on the table on the ground, sprayed some liquid and went to make sandwiches, leaving the rest of the tables as they were, i.e. sticky and with food remains.

Worst McDonald's ever. No overview of whether your order is being made. The place smells of wet dog or wet well. Dirty tables. Staff doesn't communicate. Cold food. Unfriendly atmosphere. Trash on the floor.

The staff smokes cigarettes among customers and while they eat. They talk loudly and occupy tables. They have no manners!

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's today was very disappointing. I ordered a Spacey McChicken and received a burnt, dried-out piece of chicken that looked like it had been reheated multiple times. The fries were limp and not crispy at all—not what you'd normally expect from McDonald's. The tables were dirty, and worst of all, there was no restroom! How can you run a restaurant without a restroom for customers? Sadly, I won't be returning.

The machine doesn't give a ticket. Unfriendly staff doesn't help. Long wait times despite not being busy. Dirty! Overflowing trash cans! You don't want to eat like that.

The food is fine. It's just too crowded in my opinion, and that makes the atmosphere not always pleasant.

The food was ready quickly, but the portions were very frugal. The McFlurry cup was only half full, and the Sprite was clearly diluted with water. There isn't even a toilet.

Terrible! The chairs are dirty from the birds that, among other things, wander undisturbed between the tables, annoying everyone! Everything is incredibly dirty! (Photos attached) Very expensive for tiny sandwiches! The displays show numbers like 'served!' but they were still being prepared, causing confusion among customers! They don't give napkins and there are no restrooms! I think it's one of the worst McDonald's in the world.

Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I've been to a few here in the Netherlands. They completely blank out the status screens, giving the customer no overview at all. Then they're overflowing with orders because no one seems to want to work. When you finally get your order (a very small one, I must add), it's missing three items, and you have to wait another 20+ minutes. 1/10, would not recommend.

I had to wait 50 minutes for my order, during which 1 employee ignored most of the customers while they just waited nicely and forgot my order twice. And the food was incredibly lukewarm with hot drinks. PS: in a hot weather of 35 degrees it is quite stupid to prepare drinks immediately and leave them for 10 minutes. Apart from all this, fortunately another employee was able to help me calmly despite the crowds

A really nice McDonald's. Ordering was quick, the staff were nice and friendly, and the food was prepared very quickly as well. We were able to get a great meal to fuel us up for our subsequent visit to the beach. We'd love to go back!

The tables outside could do with a wipe down. It was very quiet and they should have asked staff to wipe down outside. The young man, around 18, was at the checkout the whole time on his private cell phone and was constantly answering our WhatsApp messages. Our orders were not given on a tray but simply pressed onto our hands with no napkin, very disappointing for McDonald's. At the checkout they only spoke their native language, Arabic, which is very rude. Management should have a detailed discussion with the employees about the service and how they should treat customers. The quality at McDonald's is no longer what it used to be, very disappointing.

Our experience at this McDonald's was disastrous; it's a miracle it didn't end in a fight. An employee who just walked around the entrance area like counterfeit money kept staring at my wife like she was a piece of meat. And not just once, but almost the entire long 20-minute wait for a simple meal. Simply disgusting and absolutely not recommended. Stay away from this McDonald's.

Despite the crowds you often get your food pretty quickly. The restaurant is kept clean as well. The fact that they don't have a toilet is a downside, but understandable because otherwise it would be a big chaos.

The absolute worst McDonald’s we have been. The drinks were incorrect, part of order was missing, everything was incredibly slow and unprofessional. We even left without part of our order to don’t spend more of our time in that horrible place.

Our Take-away order was missing 2 items; a quarter pounder and a double cheeseburger. Shame on you! We paid for it!

The food was standard, but the restaurant was really unhygienic with dirty tables and chairs, and what looked like bird poop on the floor. Probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to.

It’s completely unacceptable how workers mark orders as ready 5-10 minites before they’re remotely ready to just keep their statistics better. It creates a massive amount of confusion amongst customers trying to pick up orders that are not ready and then forced to pick up orders only by listening to the order numbers being screamed by the workers. Orders realistically take 5-10 minutes instead of the 2-3 minutes indicates by their system thanks to the fake ready markings. Additionally, workers shout the wrong numbers (e.g 3127 iso 3128) as well as kust forget the sauce and when asked give out tho wrong one thus creating more chaos and waiting times. Order receipt is included for reference and proof of purchase.

No gloves and takes a really long time while it is quiet.

Order a milkshake with whipped cream and get it with caramel. When this is indicated you will receive a new one without whipped cream and "you just have to sort it out" I don't understand who would let someone work so unprofessionally! Shame!

If you want to have an expensive McDonald's without having to worry about cold food, this is the place for you. It's better not to do that.

It was a winey place and was very busy, I had to wait half an hour for drinks and the food was ready quickly so it was already cold when we could start eating it.

It's a MCDONALD'S like so many others, but the manager and the staff really make this MC very good, every restaurant should have these people.

Standard food, doors open only when your nose already hit them. Probably issue with animals since i saw a pigeon enter one time. And lots of stupid obnoxious tourists, kids, teenagers being loud and leaving trash on the tables. Big empty area for waiting... Standing on your feet. Put some damn seats. No toilets either, can't wash your hands, gotta pay nearby for another toilet. Waiting time for food is meh, 5+ minutes when almost no people are ordering. Also 5+ minutes when there's tons of people. I don't get it. 6 euro for a burger, or more

Bad service, fries almost cold, burgers with lettuce, sauce, etc. just fell in between. Dirty tables, staff don't pay attention to customers. The message said it was being prepared, but no order was ready. Was announced late. No excuses and no new fries either. Nice day out (not so), went to McDonald's for the kids. In any case, never here again! There is also no toilet available, so people literally change their children on the table! Enjoy your meal!

They don't have toilets here!! Further on in the shopping center it did, but several customers noticed this. Tables everywhere dirty and staff all very young. The food itself was nice and warm, but the rest was cold cheese souffles, etc. Also put in some more experienced staff. Friendly people in the service and at the counter.

Beautiful location, poorly managed staff. Hamburgers are ready in sight. Nobody cares about the citizens, see photo. Cold fries and order numbers are handed out randomly while items are ready. Order board is defective.

Katastrophal, kaum Leute da, aber es dauerte ewig bis wir unsere (5 Personen) Bestellung bekommen haben. Alle freie Tische waren dreckig, ein halber +, die Mitarbeiterin nach meine Frage, ob sie mir Bitte einen Lappen geben kann, hat es sauber gemacht mit sehr nassen Lappen, somit durften wir selber abtrocknen. Und noch sehr großes“ -„ Toilette ist nicht vorhanden, somit keine Möglichkeit vor dem Essen und nach dem Essen Hände zu waschen. Im Nebengebäude ist Toiletten, kosten:1 Euro pro Person. Für uns hat es noch mal zum den Essen 10 Euro dazu gekostet Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!! Traurig, das es so erlaubt ist.

I don't even know where to start. Firstly the food was different than what was ordered. I've never experienced such icy stuff before. Then you look forward to a burger and what's next, I've never seen such a dry burger. When I asked if it was normal not to have any sauce on it, the answer was yes, that's common practice there. I immediately threw the burger away. That's one thing, but I haven't seen such a dirty MC Donals in 30 years. Unfriendly staff on top of that. I've never experienced the employees talking on the phone during preparation. Tables with the previous person's food still stuck to the table and had to clean them when asked. Nobody just came. Everything dirty like anything!!!! We never again!!!

I have no idea what is going wrong here, but the burgers taste completely different than at other locations, there was a very strange buttery taste to them that I have not encountered at any other McDonalds, so not recommended.

We had to wait more than half an hour until our number disappeared from the 'being prepared' column on the board. But it did not appear at 'ready' and was not announced. Then just ask where it was. So it was just on the counter. Finally, after 45 minutes (!), the order was received, but the food was now lukewarm. Absolutely not recommended!

When I go to the beach at the seaside, I always eat McDonald's. It is always busy, this time the weather was warm and it was extremely busy. The menus are always delicious and the staff does their best. The atmosphere is less pleasant due to the crowds of visitors and tourists, it is very difficult to sit down and eat somewhere. Far too little space on the terrace. Buuuut the only place where we just got food and drinks without needing a jar of Vaseline. Didn't understand what a mac has a chance with nice catering establishments. But if they don't want to serve you anything at those places, we don't serve you, then the mac is really the best.

Cold, tough fries. Cold, chewy chicken nuggets.. as if it had been sitting for hours. Service was good, because they offered to make new ones, but after the nasty taste of these nuggets my appetite was gone. Tables were dirty, staff sees it, but would rather scroll on their phone in the middle of the store than do anything. Toilet is not available. Staff was friendly so the one star for that.
