Bad service, fries almost cold, burgers with lettuce, sauce, etc. just fell in between. Dirty tables, staff don't pay attention to customers. The message said it was being prepared, but no order was ready. Was announced late. No excuses and no new fries either. Nice day out (not so), went to McDonald's for the kids. In any case, never here again! There is also no toilet available, so people literally change their children on the table! Enjoy your meal!

They don't have toilets here!! Further on in the shopping center it did, but several customers noticed this. Tables everywhere dirty and staff all very young. The food itself was nice and warm, but the rest was cold cheese souffles, etc. Also put in some more experienced staff. Friendly people in the service and at the counter.

Worst McDonald's. No toilet, dirty tables. We got green fries, where solanine is poisonous. Half a cup of ice in a cola. Burgers without onions and with little sauce.

It was very dirty messy and sticky inside. Trash cans were full. It wasn't that busy on Monday afternoon.

Wir haben etwas bestellt, Wartezeit viel zu lange. Ganzes Menu vergessen 11 Euro, kann man nicht empfehlen. Preise auch überteuert.

Beautiful location, poorly managed staff. Hamburgers are ready in sight. Nobody cares about the citizens, see photo. Cold fries and order numbers are handed out randomly while items are ready. Order board is defective.

No toilet?!?!? You're going to eat here with small children and then there's no toilet?!?

Katastrophal, kaum Leute da, aber es dauerte ewig bis wir unsere (5 Personen) Bestellung bekommen haben. Alle freie Tische waren dreckig, ein halber +, die Mitarbeiterin nach meine Frage, ob sie mir Bitte einen Lappen geben kann, hat es sauber gemacht mit sehr nassen Lappen, somit durften wir selber abtrocknen. Und noch sehr großes“ -„ Toilette ist nicht vorhanden, somit keine Möglichkeit vor dem Essen und nach dem Essen Hände zu waschen. Im Nebengebäude ist Toiletten, kosten:1 Euro pro Person. Für uns hat es noch mal zum den Essen 10 Euro dazu gekostet Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!! Traurig, das es so erlaubt ist.

I don't even know where to start. Firstly the food was different than what was ordered. I've never experienced such icy stuff before. Then you look forward to a burger and what's next, I've never seen such a dry burger. When I asked if it was normal not to have any sauce on it, the answer was yes, that's common practice there. I immediately threw the burger away. That's one thing, but I haven't seen such a dirty MC Donals in 30 years. Unfriendly staff on top of that. I've never experienced the employees talking on the phone during preparation. Tables with the previous person's food still stuck to the table and had to clean them when asked. Nobody just came. Everything dirty like anything!!!! We never again!!!

Wat een vreselijk personeel, wij kwamen iets voor sluitingstijd, dit werd bij de bali pas gemeld, daarna werden de bestellingen afgeraffeld bestelling incompleet, verkeerde saus etc, het personeel was lomp, chagrijnig en zeker niet klantvriendelijk, ga hier nooit meer heen

It’s kind of terrible, we waited for half an hour, there were an incredible number of people, but the employees weren’t in much of a hurry, as I understand it, something wasn’t working in the system, because the orders were collected in a completely incomprehensible order. I have never seen such filth in any establishment. The food is completely cold, the cheeseburger is completely dry, and the potatoes are not salted at all. I have no plans to visit this place again

We ordered everything and I wanted to try the new Big Mac with Bacon (without pickle), since they advertised it as new. Unfortunately I got a regular Big Mac and WITH pickles!!!

I have no idea what is going wrong here, but the burgers taste completely different than at other locations, there was a very strange buttery taste to them that I have not encountered at any other McDonalds, so not recommended.

We had to wait more than half an hour until our number disappeared from the 'being prepared' column on the board. But it did not appear at 'ready' and was not announced. Then just ask where it was. So it was just on the counter. Finally, after 45 minutes (!), the order was received, but the food was now lukewarm. Absolutely not recommended!

When I go to the beach at the seaside, I always eat McDonald's. It is always busy, this time the weather was warm and it was extremely busy. The menus are always delicious and the staff does their best. The atmosphere is less pleasant due to the crowds of visitors and tourists, it is very difficult to sit down and eat somewhere. Far too little space on the terrace. Buuuut the only place where we just got food and drinks without needing a jar of Vaseline. Didn't understand what a mac has a chance with nice catering establishments. But if they don't want to serve you anything at those places, we don't serve you, then the mac is really the best.

The order he take a lot of time like 1 hours , after that a lot of missing things form order,I must come back to received my things missing olso waiting to make it ,the juice was worm not cold, also other people have the same problem ,I think for my opinion wasn't enough personal for make others ,was only 3 in that time after that is coming one more is don't have faith to move faster ,the personal take whit force to move faster because was full of others ,I don't see in my life In McDonald's that chaos :))!

Cold, tough fries. Cold, chewy chicken nuggets.. as if it had been sitting for hours. Service was good, because they offered to make new ones, but after the nasty taste of these nuggets my appetite was gone. Tables were dirty, staff sees it, but would rather scroll on their phone in the middle of the store than do anything. Toilet is not available. Staff was friendly so the one star for that.

There were too few staff. Numbers that were being prepared suddenly disappeared from the board. products were no longer warm. No, very disappointing. Expected more from MD.

Food was cold! Tables were dirty so we asked an employee if the tables could be wiped clean. Instead of the employee cleaning the tables, we were given a cleaning product and a cloth and we were able to clean the tables ourselves. This is not the service of a "restaurant".

It is here as most others have already described. We were there around 1:30 p.m. Ordered food for around €60 from the machine and waited 25 - 35 minutes until I could pick it up. I think the store is just too small for the daily mass of people. Our food was warm and delicious. Unfortunately there are no toilets. With four small children it's really bad when you find out that there aren't any.

You would say that everyone can fry, but with this mac it tastes like they only have microwaves in the kitchen. Forgotten sauce with your snack or salt on the fries and serve your cold nuggets. When we asked for salt we got the following (fortunately it wasn't eaten because I could then go straight to the operating room). Fortunately, DH has its own hospital

Waited half an hour for my order. Apparently, the order didn't go through, the money had already left my account though. Eventually asked the manager, he helped us within 5 minutes. Poor system, poor service, great manager.

Few tables to sit at, slow preparation, so long wait. It seemed like they were understaffed. Instead of We were given everything on a tray in a bag even though we had indicated that we wanted to eat here. Unlike most other McDonalds locations, the food here was hot. But that's all.

Very dirty, tables have not been cleaned. We had to clean our table ourselves. Toalet is not available. And no gluten free options! So for people with gluten intolerance it is better to drive to Westfield Mall.

We were there for the first and last time, no delivery, ate on a dirty table, we tore the pack and put it under the food. It's just awful, there is no sauce in the burgers at all, they didn't give us napkins, they don't bring food.

Sometimes very crowded and loud. There are no toilets and there are not many German citizens here. You have to wait a really long time to be able to pick up your order. Conclusion I wouldn't go here again.

Two years ago and today the same picture. The tables were very dirty and there was leftover food and packaging waste all over the floor. 4 items were on our order and two were wrong.

Tables were dirty, some staff were very unfriendly, plates were not served properly and numbers were called by someone who could not speak English or Dutch well. The windows were dirty. The fries were inedible. Never again. Better to stay somewhere a little more expensive, but better than that.

I ordered food at the machine and got no receipt so I had to memorize my order number, I additionally could only order take out, even though there was enough seating to dine in, my order took very long in terms of fast food, and was missing an item. When I pointed this out my item was just tossed in the bag by the staff without a single word said. To add to all of this, this location has no bathroom. Strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant

Waste everywhere, outdoor seating areas covered in bird droppings, indoor areas dirty and the garbage bins overflowing. Cheeseburger looked like a day old, completely dried out. They don't have a toilet, I thought it was mandatory for catering establishments with seating? Horror and never again.

This milkshake wasn't good, I'm guessing there is a colony growing in the milkshake machine

Attente très longue pourtant peu de monde !!! J’ai vérifié le nombre de burger pour éviter le manque d’un burger ou autre mais malheureusement je me suis pas attardée aux boissons et il en manquait deux et deu x grandes tant qu’à faire ! Sans compter qu’on paye un surplus au niveau des frite cheddar bacon pour au final avoir très peu de frites et le cheddar et le bacon étaient quasi inexistants dans le plat !!! Vu le prix merci !!! Et pour couronner le tout nous essayons de les joindres numéro indisponible !!!! Super encore une fois nous payons même pour avoir du surplus alors mettez la !!! C’est honteux et encore plus quand je vois le prix d’un croque mc do 😲😲😲

I had to wait over 10 minutes for 1 McFlurry. It doesn't sound like much, but you have to remember that there was only 1 more number on the display being prepared (so there wasn't much going on) and 4 employees were just standing there at the food pick-up terminal and doing nothing. As a thank you for waiting in line, I only got half a cup of McFlurry. I find €4.35 very, very expensive.

Worthless! Are you waiting for how long for a McFlurry, no one who just speaks Dutch. Finally after 20 minutes we left without an ice cream. What a grave company that McDonalds has become. Every 'restaurant' is so bad these days. Just give that ice cream money back, you'll never see me again

The service was notably slow, and the staff appeared tired and lacking motivation. We ordered three coffees and endured a wait of at least 10 minutes, which seemed excessive given the simplicity of our order. Preparation took a very long time, "finished numbers" were pushed away (to meet deadlines?), meat tasted rancid, tables inside were mostly dirty. Beach location shouldn't mean a rip-off.

A basic McDonald's but where the service is quite slow

Staff prepares orders immediately, 3 items from the order were missing, part was cold and 1 custom burger was normal. It's not surprising when you see that the staff doesn't care.

It is always very busy, especially when it's warm weather and more people come to the beach. Our order got lost in the system and we had to wait for almost twenty minutes to get our food.
