We ordered breakfast right at opening time, so you would expect the order to be ready reasonably quickly. Unfortunately, it took about 30 minutes before the breakfast was served. An employee had already prepared the coffee and smoothies almost immediately, causing them to sit waiting for a long time. When we finally pointed out that the coffee had gotten cold, we were fortunately given a fresh cup, but the employee's response was rather indifferent. Additionally, there was no knife available to spread butter on my croissants. I was offered a fork. All in all, a very bad experience, especially so early in the morning and right at opening time, when it wasn't busy yet. It's a shame, because you expect fast service at McDonald's.

I visited this location at 21:20 on a hot summer night, a full 40 minutes before closing time, looking to grab some food. To my shock, the boy taking orders at the counter bluntly informed us that he would only help the people in front of us and then stop serving altogether. There was absolutely no valid reason given, despite them being open for another 40 minutes.When I suggested that they should lock the doors if they are refusing service, he became incredibly rude and disrespectful. Unacceptable and unprofessional staff behavior. Why on earth would you close shop so early on a busy, warm summer evening? Utterly disappointed.

I ordered a cheeseburger sprite and fries. I got a cheeseburger without onions and pickles and with meat that was like rubber, the sprite was not carbonated it tasted like water mixed with acid water and a few drops of lemon, the fries were stale. The woman at the cash register did not speak English and did not know what was on offer, all the ice cream machines were not working. When the food was ready, the screen did not even say that the order was being made, let alone that it was ready, and they charged me extra for a sauce that I did not want and did not get, as well as a plastic bag that I also did not ask for and did not get. The service is slow and disastrous, as is the food

Poor quality Big Mac menu. Dissatisfied with the quality of the food; paid almost 15 euros, the Big Mac was a complete failure.

I really feel sorry for the staff at this McDonald's. Only tourists come here, and they are dirty and ill-mannered. Brits barefoot and in swimwear... screaming people... people complaining that there is no toilet; the toilet is a 10-step walk away from this Mac. It is 'just' a McDonald's, and that is why people apparently think they can do whatever they want there. Since when can people no longer throw their own trash in the bin?!! The food is just like at any other McDonald's. The service is good; I got a larger milkshake because the flavor I ordered was sold out. We will come back in the autumn, once those tourists have left.

Service was quite poor; you choose your food on the spot at the kiosk, and your food is simply packed to go, essentially giving you the feeling that you are not welcome. As a result, an unnecessary amount of waste is produced since it all gets left behind in the branch, including bags, etc. Additionally, the staff were quite rude and uninterested. I understand that you are busy, and that being under a lot of pressure sucks, but you chose to do that job at that place yourself; at the very least, make sure you are friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service! They don't seem to care about customers because they get sales any way. Only boycotting such place might alert the management of such a dirty and rude place.

Filthy restaurant with dirty tables and overflowing trash cans. On one of the hottest days of the year, the ice cream was sold out. The staff are enjoying their break on the overcrowded terrace, preventing paying guests from finding a seat, and are also smoking (on a so-called smoke-free terrace). We left quickly because we did not want to sit in the carcinogenic fumes from the staff. Not recommended!

The blonde employee with the tattoos in the white blouse is the rudest employee I've ever encountered in a McDonald's. I wouldn't eat there again just because of that person!

The food was good, my children enjoyed their chicken nuggets and my wife enjoyed her McChicken burger. Finding somewhere to sit with 5 people was a job in itself. Atmosphere was decent but there was definitely stress on a hot day from people doing mental gymnastics, all just to be able to fit through and find a seat. Service was slow and toilets were non existent.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my last visit to your restaurant. Firstly, the fries were partially green, which can be unhealthy and is unacceptable to serve to customers. Additionally, the buns on my burgers were burnt, making the quality of the food very disappointing. I also had to wait about 30 minutes for my order. While waiting, my order number disappeared from the screen, even though I had not yet received my order. This caused a lot of confusion. Moreover, the restaurant was very dirty. The hygiene clearly left much to be desired, which did not leave a pleasant impression. In addition, I noticed that employees were working without hairnets or gloves while preparing and serving the food. This also gave me little confidence in the hygiene.

Food was okay, and it came quickly. But! The tables weren't clean, and there was no toilet! The staff didn't seem to care about the tables; they weren't helpful at all.

Tuesday morning, 10:00 AM. I want to order one coffee. Employee 1 peeks around the corner of the kitchen and walks away again. I wait a moment; employee two walks past and doesn't see me, or perhaps she doesn't want to see me. So I just ordered one coffee via the kiosk. I was the only customer; I wait at the coffee counter. Employee 1 comes to look again and walks back. Employee two walks past me again, then employee three comes with a mop and starts instructing employee two about a lemonade machine. To which I ask, "Good morning, I ordered a coffee," to which the employee with the mop says, "Yes, ma'am, that takes a moment." Whereupon I ask him why they didn't just communicate that to me, ma'am, your coffee will be here shortly, instead of embarrassing me. Customer instruction is certainly in order here. This is downright rude.

Don't go here with small children; you can't change them during meals and they can't use the toilet. If your child is just being potty trained, this isn't convenient and you have to go a long way to the toilet.

Horrible experience, instead of the oreo + chocolate sauce mcflurry that we ordered, we received one with popcorn and caramel sauce and instead of our 9 chicken nuggets that we paid extra for, we received only 6. Additionally exceptionally overpriced compared to other countries mcdonalds. The staff also occasionally said wrong order numbers. Do not suggest!!!! however the beach is ok

A restaurant without a toilet is, fortunately, not even allowed in the Netherlands. Apparently, the McDonald's in Scheveningen considers this hospitality....

I'm joining the chorus of negative reviews (and frankly, if I'd read them before ordering, we wouldn't have eaten there): after ordering at the kiosk, I wanted to wash my hands, but there are no restrooms in this McDonald's! The furniture is worn out, and the cleanliness of the tables leaves much to be desired. In short, avoid this place!

Good location, but restaurant was very dirty. Floor was littered with thrash and food, greasy tables. Toilets were closed and unavailable. Food was ok.

A great selection that we don't have back home, and some items were even cheaper. Everything was fresh and clean – highly recommended for a quick stop in the Netherlands!

McDonalds which doesn’t have a toilet. Not sure if this is even legal.

We arrived, and that's where it started: the kiosk was broken. You think to yourself, "That's what happens," but then it got even worse. First of all, the staff was incredibly unfriendly. The food was cold; we didn't get a tomato on our burger, and the other one had to go without onion, which was then put on it. The burger and bacon weren't cooked properly, which I've never experienced at a McDonald's before. My bun was completely brown, almost burnt. Not a single table was cleaned; when I walked in, it looked like a pigsty; hygiene was a big fat ZERO.

The burgers were a huge mess of sauce. The fries container was barely full. The drinks were more like ice cubes than soda. The restaurant was filthy and there were no restrooms. They were understaffed and half the menu was sold out.

A nice place by the sea with beautiful views. Inside, there is a nice interior. Alk has one big minus for me, there is no place to wash your hands. After all, this is a place where people eat with their hands. There are also no toilets there, but this is not as important as clean hands before eating.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Almost everything sat under a heat lamp for fifteen minutes before being served. The Big Arch was burnt and looked absolutely awful, and you pay eight euros for it. The happy meal with the cheeseburger turned into a happy meal with chicken nuggets... We had to go back to the counter three times because the order was wrong. The McDonald's shake was very watery; it also sat there for fifteen minutes before they wiped it off. It doesn't have a bathroom (is that even legal in the Netherlands?) and it's tiny. To make matters worse, there are people who finish their meal and linger afterward. We thank the manager, who was very kind and allowed us to cancel our order. Avoid it.

This McDonald's is very inconvenient. It's cramped, there's no restroom, and nowhere to wash your hands. I don't recommend it.

Then, as a large fast-food chain, you have a restaurant in a prime location, and you neglect it like that. How so? Trash cans overflowing, all the tables dirty and covered in trash, and employees who look at it but leave it at that... The food was otherwise just what you'd expect from McDonald's, but it didn't really make you want to eat there.

They close at 19:00, and at 18:15, you get all your food in a bag "because they're closing so soon." Here I am, eating from a bag with a small child. You can't just order at the counter either. There's a weird idiot behind the counter who pretends not to speak Dutch. Everyone's incredibly grumpy, the food is cold—a real disgrace to McDonald's.

11 a.m., no traffic and the waiting time for a regular order is over 20 minutes.

The worst Mc, me and my friends went here to eat something because we were walking on the beach, when we ordered the service was slow there were only 3 employees and when our orders arrived they gave one of us a spilled drink on the plate, another a completely different burger and the third one two burgers with nothing in them, and there are no toilets.

The tables are sticky when asked to wipe the table, the service lady made a face like a shitting cat and graciously came after 10 minutes, died, threw the remains of the salad on the table on the ground, sprayed some liquid and went to make sandwiches, leaving the rest of the tables as they were, i.e. sticky and with food remains.

Worst McDonald's ever. No overview of whether your order is being made. The place smells of wet dog or wet well. Dirty tables. Staff doesn't communicate. Cold food. Unfriendly atmosphere. Trash on the floor.

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's today was very disappointing. I ordered a Spacey McChicken and received a burnt, dried-out piece of chicken that looked like it had been reheated multiple times. The fries were limp and not crispy at all—not what you'd normally expect from McDonald's. The tables were dirty, and worst of all, there was no restroom! How can you run a restaurant without a restroom for customers? Sadly, I won't be returning.

The machine doesn't give a ticket. Unfriendly staff doesn't help. Long wait times despite not being busy. Dirty! Overflowing trash cans! You don't want to eat like that.

Terrible! The chairs are dirty from the birds that, among other things, wander undisturbed between the tables, annoying everyone! Everything is incredibly dirty! Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I've been to a few here in the Netherlands. They completely blank out the status screens, giving the customer no overview at all. Then they're overflowing with orders because no one seems to want to work. When you finally get your order (a very small one, I must add), it's missing three items, and you have to wait another 20+ minutes. 1/10, would not recommend.

I had to wait 50 minutes for my order, during which 1 employee ignored most of the customers while they just waited nicely and forgot my order twice. And the food was incredibly lukewarm with hot drinks. PS: in a hot weather of 35 degrees it is quite stupid to prepare drinks immediately and leave them for 10 minutes. Apart from all this, fortunately another employee was able to help me calmly despite the crowds

A really nice McDonald's. Ordering was quick, the staff were nice and friendly, and the food was prepared very quickly as well. We were able to get a great meal to fuel us up for our subsequent visit to the beach. We'd love to go back!

The tables outside could do with a wipe down. It was very quiet and they should have asked staff to wipe down outside. The young man, around 18, was at the checkout the whole time on his private cell phone and was constantly answering our WhatsApp messages. Our orders were not given on a tray but simply pressed onto our hands with no napkin, very disappointing for McDonald's. At the checkout they only spoke their native language, Arabic, which is very rude. Management should have a detailed discussion with the employees about the service and how they should treat customers. The quality at McDonald's is no longer what it used to be, very disappointing.

Our experience at this McDonald's was disastrous; it's a miracle it didn't end in a fight. An employee who just walked around the entrance area like counterfeit money kept staring at my wife like she was a piece of meat. And not just once, but almost the entire long 20-minute wait for a simple meal. Simply disgusting and absolutely not recommended. Stay away from this McDonald's.

Despite the crowds you often get your food pretty quickly. The restaurant is kept clean as well. The fact that they don't have a toilet is a downside, but understandable because otherwise it would be a big chaos.

The absolute worst McDonald’s we have been. The drinks were incorrect, part of order was missing, everything was incredibly slow and unprofessional. We even left without part of our order to don’t spend more of our time in that horrible place.

The food was standard, but the restaurant was really unhygienic with dirty tables and chairs, and what looked like bird poop on the floor. Probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to.

It’s completely unacceptable how workers mark orders as ready 5-10 minites before they’re remotely ready to just keep their statistics better. It creates a massive amount of confusion amongst customers trying to pick up orders that are not ready and then forced to pick up orders only by listening to the order numbers being screamed by the workers. Orders realistically take 5-10 minutes instead of the 2-3 minutes indicates by their system thanks to the fake ready markings. Additionally, workers shout the wrong numbers (e.g 3127 iso 3128) as well as kust forget the sauce and when asked give out tho wrong one thus creating more chaos and waiting times. Order receipt is included for reference and proof of purchase.

No gloves and takes a really long time while it is quiet.

Order a milkshake with whipped cream and get it with caramel. When this is indicated you will receive a new one without whipped cream and "you just have to sort it out" I don't understand who would let someone work so unprofessionally! Shame!

If you want to have an expensive McDonald's without having to worry about cold food, this is the place for you. It's better not to do that.

It was a winey place and was very busy, I had to wait half an hour for drinks and the food was ready quickly so it was already cold when we could start eating it.

It's a MCDONALD'S like so many others, but the manager and the staff really make this MC very good, every restaurant should have these people.

Bad service, fries almost cold, burgers with lettuce, sauce, etc. just fell in between. Dirty tables, staff don't pay attention to customers. The message said it was being prepared, but no order was ready. Was announced late. No excuses and no new fries either. Nice day out (not so), went to McDonald's for the kids. In any case, never here again! There is also no toilet available, so people literally change their children on the table! Enjoy your meal!

They don't have toilets here!! Further on in the shopping center it did, but several customers noticed this. Tables everywhere dirty and staff all very young. The food itself was nice and warm, but the rest was cold cheese souffles, etc. Also put in some more experienced staff. Friendly people in the service and at the counter.
