He’s gone now, for reasons I’ll never fully understand. But every time I smell fries or hear the rustle of a paper bag, I’m back at that table with him. McDonald’s isn’t just a place to eat anymore—it’s a place where I still feel him, where those memories live on.

It's dirty there, the toilet is locked and you can only use it if you pay 50 cents. The empty toilet rolls are in the dining area. It needs to be done for some time And there was a lot of salt on the fries I'll never eat here again.

A really dirty restaurant, there are napkins and papers all over the floor, Trash bins are overflowing! Staff is visibly frustrated and stressed, not customer friendly, tables = dirty.... long waiting times,

So bad, order was clicked through but not given to us. If you then want to ask about this, your radius will be ignored (even by the manager). Staff clearly doesn't feel like it, so rude. Rarely such a bad experience in McDonalds.

The food what not to eat. The fries were bland and had no taste. There was no salt added to those fries. When you asked the gentleman if you could have salt, he didn't want to open a new box for salt. There are a lot of people in the store! You also have to pay 50 cents to go to the toilet! I very seldom go to Mc Donald - if I really need fast food I rather opt for 5 Guys or Burger King, but I must say that last time I was there I wasn't too disappointed.

There are rubbish not take out/cleaned, make the store look dirty. My order somehow missing from the screen, although it served later. In terms of service time, I think it relatively slow. For note, I comment this way based on my experiences visiting many McD store in various countries.

The wait for service was extremely long, which significantly reduced the shopping experience. The cashiers, who seem to be very young, probably around 17 years old, show a lack of experience in working with customers and are unaware of basic rules of personal culture. The fries where so crispy way better than the one at hofvijver and they were so fast

Extremely slow. Hands down the longest I’ve ever waited for McDonalds food. Given that McDonalds prides themselves on speed and customer service, I was unimpressed. Extremely long wait times, minimal staff working, many customers waiting.

Nobody wants to be approached if you ask why your tracking number is no longer visible on the signs but you have not yet received the order :-(

Quite disappointing even for a Macdonald's. They decided to put a fee on the toilet usage (which is not legal in the NL) and the food was quite slow to arrive (20 minutes, for two regular menus), also the fries were undercooked. Would not recommend.

The sofas and chairs were covered in paint and other substances, parts of the wall were torn off and there were many wet spots on the floor. Something you wouldn't expect from a McDonalds

Ok so we're Americans, we had to go to atleast one McDonald's while abroad. The food was good. The fry sauce is big mac sauce so I loved that, and they have little cheese bites that are kind of like a fast food bitterballen.

I recently had lunch at this McDonald's. The food was tasty as always. However, my experience was really ruined by the toilet policy. To use the toilet, I had to pay 50 cents. I found this absurd for several reasons: 1. As a paying customer, I believe I should have access to the facilities, including the toilet. It is understandable if a small contribution is asked from people who just want to use the toilet, but not from customers who have just paid for their lunch. 2. In these modern times, I rarely carry cash anymore. It would be much more convenient if there was an option to pay by card or telephone, for example via a scanning device. 3. I wanted to go to the toilet to wash my hands because the iced coffee I ordered had leaked. Even that was not allowed without paying 50 cents first. Washing hands is a basic need, especially after eating or drinking. In my opinion, a toilet visit should be a basic facility for paying customers. The fact that this was not the case is really unacceptable to me and it really ruined my lunch experience at McDonald's. I hope they reconsider this policy so that customers feel welcome (and cared for).

terrible. I came from Amsterdam for a meeting and stopped after for a quick burger.I had to use thr toilet but it was not allowed only for 50cent.i didn't have cash so I was sent away. Just like everyone else, she said,I must pay!I think it's illegal to do especially if u eat there. I had to go to the station,there I could use my card to pay for toilet before taking the train back to Amsterdam. Where are human rights?

Avoid at all costs, worst McDonalds available in the Netherlands. Worst point is just not very clean Mcdonalds and as a paying customer, eating in the restaurant, you need to pay 50 cent (cash only) to use the toilet to wash your hands. Really bad and slow service. Staff cheating regarding system process time, they mark your order as completed when it's not. You need to tell them that you want it....

Food as usual staff really supper nice and polite but the toilet lady what a horror toilet not really clean but reflected by the appearance I think and she also charges money if you just want to see if your child is doing well so parents take off the diaper pants the cupboard, but because of this experience I will no longer visit this branch, even though the food was just good and the MC staff were very helpful and fun with children, so that's a shame

Was here last Saturday. There's nothing wrong with the food itself. Except that after my first order I ordered an ice cream via the table number and I didn't get it. Someone I had with me had told the story for me and the ice cream was delivered straight away. The employee in question who came by also left the ice cream I ordered at the counter first. Service could therefore be better and I think it would be useful that they understand if something has been ordered via the table that they will also bring it and not leave it at the counter.

Ordered an ice cream cone and sundae. The ice machine was empty and needed to be refilled and reset. This took a very long time. The manager said from the kitchen that the people waiting should be offered a drink, but the employee did not do so. When our ice cream arrived: no paper wrapped around the ice cream cone and ice cream cone damaged. Sundae only had caramel because the nuts were gone (the employee said casually). While waiting we saw error after error with other orders. Not recommended in our opinion.

If I want to get a story, I have to speak English. Even when I recently ordered via home delivery, I received a different menu than I had ordered for the 3rd time.
