What disgusting food, the tenders tasted completely dry and old, a whole filthy mess with sauce, waffle fries fried in old oil. It really wasn't tasty. I hope they come up with a solution or compensation.

I ordered for the first time a few days ago and was very happy with it, so I wanted to order again today. But what a disappointment… It took more than 60 minutes (Thuisbezorgd states it takes between 35-50 minutes), the extra sauce I ordered was not included, and neither the fries nor the hamburger were warm. It's a shame, because I thought the hamburgers were quite good, but if you occasionally make the financial effort to get food delivered or eat out to treat yourself, you expect at the very least that the food arrives warm and that the order is complete.

The delivery person was very unfriendly and rude.

Sandwiches were always good, staff friendly, but the previous employees have left and now there is a group of young, uninterested, incomprehensible figures who are making weird noises and just sitting there laughing stupidly. They are playing games on their phones while standing there making your sandwich in sleeveless shirts and flip-flops. The same mobile they probably used to play games on in the toilet, really disgusting! You have lost a regular customer.

They have proven multiple times that they cannot handle the workload. Last time I had to wait 2 hours via Thuisbezorgd, and now I've already been waiting for more than 2 hours again. Very bad; the burgers are okay, but I will never order from here again.

The burgers were tough and dry and not like in the picture. Later in the evening, my partner and I got terrible stomach upset and became quite nauseous from the food... so never again this rubbish for us; in hindsight, it wasn't worth the 40 euros.

Listen, never order here. It's terrible and a disgrace. Yesterday I came from work, ordered food, and it never arrived. You're going to waste your money.

Waited 2.5 hours for my order, and every time I was told that my order had just left the door. The food is dirty, dry, and cold.

Today I was really in the mood for a good burger, so I decided to order a smashburger. When the food arrived, it smelled delicious right away. The bun was warm and soft, and the meat looked perfectly cooked. With the first bite, I immediately noticed how juicy the meat was. Bad service, don't answer the phone and don't give you change!

One time, never again... First of all, the burgers were inedible. We got them on a dry white bun. This had absolutely nothing to do with a good burger. Then, a phone call with one of the employees, who didn't even seem capable of holding a decent or polite phone conversation. In other words, the burger was meaningless, but the employee responded very nicely.

What a terrible store! The burgers were inedible, and the staff and delivery driver were incredibly rude.

A terrible store where the staff is incredibly unfriendly and antisocial. I waited an hour and a half and ended up with 3 soggy burgers. When I called, they were too indecisive to apologize or speak to me properly in proper Dutch.

After just two hours, the order still hadn't arrived.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! Very disappointed waited for our order for 1:30min ,called twice and he said the first time the delivery man will be there in 5 min called back after 20 and he said the dilevery man got lost . Horrible service and the food was ice cold .

Order did not arrived in 2 hours!

Just ordered a burger menu. The food arrived after an hour and a half, and it was inedible. The burger wasn't even on hamburger buns, just a plain white bun from the supermarket with loads of chili sauce on top 🤢. The fries were also very cold. Not worth the money.

Had the double cheese burger last night and I was throwing up all night. Gave me food poisoning. Avoid at all costs

I had to wait two hours for two burgers. When I called, I was told the delivery driver was on his way, but I still had to wait almost an hour. The food was already cold and not even that tasty; I had to reheat it myself.

The chicken burgers are just delicious and it is a must-try.

Food is nice but delivery is very very bad. Have to call them in order to get your order even if you order ahead of time.

After more than an hour of waiting for the order, which was confirmed on the app, I received a text message that it was canceled

Order 1 and a half hour late. Called and they said it will still take half an hour more. Cancelled the order and the money wont be refunded until 3 days. Absolutely horrible, really not worth ordering.

What horrible staff work here. We called this place to order (deliberately not delivered via home delivery so that all costs would go to them) and was answered by a very rude boy, not enthusiastic at all and ordering was difficult because the gentleman on the phone did not listen well. But after we ordered by telephone, he said it would be ready in 10 minutes, we are not even from Hilversum ourselves, so we drove a bit. When we arrive to "pick it up", the boy says: oh yes, that order and starts laughing. In the end it still had to be fixed and we left. And we didn't even get an apology!!!! We will never come here again!

Very disappointed, I have been a customer for over 1 year, and the quality has been lower. The burger bun has changed, the fries have lost all their taste for normal fries... Coca Cola most of the time comes at room temperature instead of fresh... and the waiting time is getting longer and longer. I think this is the last time I place an order.

I rode for 15 minutes to come here i arrived 4:30 and they were still not open while theyre supposed to open at 4:00 . Waisted a lot of time . I waited 5 minutes then somebody arrived a young man . I could see in his face that he just woke up .

The Fried Egg Burger has no taste at all because it is not really meat And samurai chicken was very nice and full of flavor and delicious chicken and the twister fries were tasty and I am still missing a napkin

Prima burgers met krul frietjes of potato wedges. Jammer dat ze geen zoete aardappel frietjes meer serveren want die waren echt lekker! Het was snel klaar en ik werd vriendelijk geholpen.

Schandalig! Ik heb om 18;15 een bestelling gemaakt. Dat zou 20 tot 40 minuten duren, maar vervolgens ben ik al 2 uur aan het wachten. Ik kan de bestelling niet annuleren op de app, en telefonisch onbereikbaar. Ik heb ze 7 keer proberen te bellen. Ik ga er nu maar van uit dat het niet meer komt. Update: iets voor 21 kwam het alsnog, ze hadden er ijs bij gedaan als sorry. Ondertussen had ik al ergens anders besteld, en gekregen. Dus liever m’n geld terug. Maar ik waardeer het wel dat ze het goed probeerde te maken met ijs.

Om half zeven besteld om om 8 uur te bezorgen, moeten bellen om te vragen hoe het zat om half 9. Moest nog gemaakt worden...

Koude burgers gekregen. Waren niet te eten daardoor.

Heerlijke burgers en twisterfries gegeten. Mijn dochter had een kidsmenu was ook top en helemaal blij met het kadootje wat erbij zat. Wij hadden de bestelling opgehaald en stond al netjes klaar op afgesproken tijdstip. Wij gaan zeker weer bestellen.

1 uur en 45 minuten op onze bestelling moeten wachten om deze vervolgens koud te ontvangen. Tussendoor werden we zelf gebeld dat ze alleen friet hadden ipv sweet potatoes. Uiteindelijk kwam het dus, wel weer met sweet potatoes maar wel koud. Jammer. Update; 2 dagen later contact gehad met de eigenaar. Heeft uitgelegd hoe eea fout is gegaan. Heeft ons de optie gegeven om geld terug of zelfde maaltijd nog een keer te krijgen. We hebben voor de maaltijd gekozen. Zojuist heerlijk en zoals wij gewend waren gesmikkeld van een heerlijke maaltijd. Mooi opgelost zo!

In 1 woord: Geweldig! Burgers waren super. Sides waren top en mooie hoeveelheden. Echt leuk, ook open op maandag!!

Eten besteld, zou 45 min duren, geen probleem. Na 1uur en 15 min maar eens gebeld, werd nu klaar gemaakt werd gezegd ( heel toevallig). Blijkbaar geeft de website standaard 45 min aan en dat was gemeld bij het hoofdkantoor. Dus doe er wat aan, dit kost klanten. Het eten is lekker, maar anderhalf uur wachten op je eten ga ik niet nog een keer doen.

Heerlijke burgers en perfecte service. Ik had een keer een dubbele burger besteld, maar kreeg toen per ongeluk een enkele burger. Dit had ik zelf niet eens door maar werd toen door een super vriendelijk personeelslid gebeld die zelf aangaf aan dat ze de bestelling niet helemaal goed hadden bezorgd. Ook al zei ik toen dat het niet erg was en ik het niet eens gemerkt had, stonden ze erop dat ze gratis een extra burger zouden bezorgen! Hartstikke eerlijk en charismatisch. Ook complimenten aan de bezorgers, het zijn altijd heel vriendelijke en beleefde jongens.

Ik had per ongeluk afhalen gekozen in plaats van bezorgen. Bij bellen waren ze er in 10minuten en het eten was nog lekker warm ook! Top dit! Ook krijgen ze een volgende keer een compensatie voor deze actie. Dank daarvoor!! Wel zijn jullie hamburgers beter dan de kipburgers maar het was lekker genoeg om het op te eten. Vaste klant erbij :)

Top kwaliteit soms iets langer wachten maar top

Johnny’s Burger zit hier om de hoek dus moest het maar eens proberen! Zeker nier teleurgesteld, Lekkere burger (the Johnny’s classic) snel met bereiden en de prijs is ook goed!

Het eten is lekker en daarom hebben we ook meerdere malen besteld. Maar dit is wel de laatste keer. Alle keren bijna anderhalf uur moeten wachten op je eten is wat overdreven. Zelfs op doordeweekse dag. Wel jammer.

Classic cheese burger was super vers. Geen vette hap, maar goeie kwaliteit burger. Het broodje was luchtig en de groenten waren vers. Ook onion rings en jalepenos pops besteld. Beide lekker crunchy en porties waren ook groot! Eigenaar was zeer attent. Top zaak!

Heeelijk eten alles was lekker goed krokant en de burgers zo smakelijk met de twister friet echt een aanrader en de bezorger was er snel en de personeel heel netjes en vriendelijk vaker hier eten!!!!

Echt de meest geweldige Johnny Burger’s waar ik ooit ben geweest! Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het eten wordt op een hygiënische manier voorbereid. Zeker een aanrader om langs te gaan!
