Excellent delivery of delicious fries and snacks.

Hi had just ordered food, it arrived cold, tasteless and the fries looked like they had been there for a while, completely tough, I'm annoyed about this, especially for 33.00 euros.

Clean, delicious, and friendly staff. In short: you can eat here without feeling guilty... except maybe for the extra bread.

I ordered home delivery. The fries were ice cold. They also came with the wrong soft drink. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I won't be going there again.

Good chip shop. If you order at home, usually within 5-10 minutes you can pick it up. If it's busy, count on 15 minutes. But that's at home, just call and pick it up.

As a regular customer, I have been sadly disappointed in my last three visits. The portions of fries, both large and small, have become very small, and the quality has noticeably deteriorated. You have lost a regular customer, sorry!!!

Called at 4.50pm and was told that delivery was from 5pm, okay. Placed order at 5:02 PM. 5 minutes later I get a call that the order didn't go through, they didn't have a delivery person??? And they didn't know that 10 minutes earlier ???What a bunch of amateurs. Used to be a nice place but I will never order from there again.

Just ordered fries for 4 people. This would take 20 minutes, which I think is already a long time, after half an hour still no fries... it turned out that my fries had been sitting somewhere for 10 minutes... they had forgotten and wanted to give me the cold fries, I didn't feel like it in the meantime...the basin had literally thrown away my cold fries...then I was told...without any excuse....that I would have to wait another fifteen minutes for hot fries...I asked for my money back and I'll never come here again. I have worked in a very busy cafeteria myself and I don't understand why you have to be 7 or 8 people to help a few customers...you get in each other's way. And another tip...the fries cook themselves...you don't have to watch them overcook with 2 people...in the meantime you could basically do something else. How can this cafeteria make money?...that is worth a compliment.

I have been experiencing it for months in a row that if you want to order something quickly around 8:15 PM because of a late day, you can no longer order anything and they simply close the business. This is almost a thorn in the side for an autistic person and the person who has to deal with the stress that results from it. And in these times you quickly wonder whether the Snack Bar actually wants to make money by closing their doors so quickly for whatever reason. If you look at Stratum you will see that most French fries take orders until 9:00 PM and are often open until 10:00 PM. I order from many online restaurants and only at Jordy do I experience this time and time again. And when you call them to ask why, they say it's only today. No, that's just called lying to your customers because this happens almost every day and depends on how busy they are and then they usually decide to close the door earlier. I am now completely done with it and I say completely Tabee said Jordy's Plaza and can only give them advice to stop online home delivery because then people expect to be able to order until 8:55 PM since your opening times are also clearly stated. that you are open until 9:00 PM. In other words, you provide very poor customer service and should almost clearly state that you order online and have it delivered to your home and close at the stroke of 8:00 PM THE END!!!

Mooie grote cafetaria met veel zitgelegenheid binnen en buiten ook. Het eten is wel aan de dure kant een frietje stoofvlees €6,- met een frikandel shoarmarol en blikje sprite €15,- totaal dat vind ik aan de dure kant de friet stoofvlees was aan de kleine kant de stoofvlees zelf was wel lekker de frietjes zelf ging wel maar zeker niet lekker

Really rude woman, usually during the week there is a sweet woman, but today during the weekends really not, I made soft ice cream with blue chocolate 4 times, but we got pure, the woman deepened the ice cream in the dark chocolate when she said no, I want blue chocolate. then deepened it again in dark chocolate, I want my money back

We had 4 fries and snacks. The fries were fried way too hard, I threw away more than half. Really not nice.

I was just at Jordy's Plaza and I have to say, it was pretty okay. When I walked in, I was struck by how quiet it was and everything looked neat. They were especially busy with orders. I ordered two fries, but unfortunately I couldn't pay with my credit card. Personnel? Not super friendly or anything, just normal. Had to wait 15 minutes for my order, which is quite long for just two fries. The service gets a six out of 10 from me, but the food itself was great. The fries were nice and crunchy, not soggy, and the containers were sturdy. At home they were still warm and the sauce was more than enough. All in all, certainly better than some other chip shops around here.

A snack bar that does what a snack bar should do: quickly provide you with a good portion of fries. Nice plus: an order screen. Ideally, you don't have to stand at the counter and accidentally order 3 croquettes and 2 frikandels under social pressure. A good development!

De frietjes zijn oké, maar niet erg lekker. Ze zijn wat aan de droge kant. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De friet en snacks zijn heerlijk en altijd op tijd geleverd. Wij zijn nog altijd heel tevreden en vaste klant. Dankjewel voor jullie altijd goede service en vooral lekker eten.

Droge frites (farm frites) snacks zijn ook niet lekker. Nee ik ga wel naar van Hooff in nuenen vers gesneden en in ossenwit gebakken heeeeeeeerlijk

Friet gortdroog, weet niet hoe ze het voor elkaar krijgen. Wellicht opnieuw gebakken.

Yep, goeie 🍟 bakken ze daar. Gehakstaaf smaakte ook als vanouds. Werd snel geholpen, als was ik niet eens aan de beurt. Maar vóór mij hadden ze hun keus niet gemaakt, en ik viel zowat om van de honger, dus dat vond ik wel erg aardig.

Ik bestel hier wel vaker en vind normaal super maar vanmiddag sorry mensen maar gadverdamme. Me bami was kei donker en hard gebakken, friet was vies volgens mij oud vet ofzo en me baconburger zat geen bacon op ma een plakje ham. 3 kleine stukjes gebakken ui en vond hem gewoon echt echt niet lekker. Jammer deze keer, heb z'n beetje alles weggegooid. Sonde van me geld deze keer.

Eerste keer besteld en was blug bezorgd. Had ik niet verwacht. We hadden hamburgers besteld deze waren lekker. Ook twee milkshakes deze waren ook goed.

Slechte bediening en chagrijnig personeel. Resultaat frites zeer slecht gebakken.

Gewoon goede friet en snacks. Voor 2,50 extra bezorgen ze het thuis, pas geleden gedaan en snelle service en pluspunt de friet en snacks waren nog warm.
