Everything is scrambled together. Quality is low and price to high. Overall takeout sushi is bad. But sushi point is one of the worst.

I hate trowing away food and I love sushi... long story short, don't order here. I don't care if the food has been shaken up a bit during transport, like a reviewer before me said. But I do mind if the quality of sushi is so bad I just can't eat it. The quality of fish is horrible, the rice is tough and tastes like it's old. The avocado they used isn't ripe... the only thing I kindof liked was the fried chicken, but I'm ordering from a sushi place, not a fried chicken place. I took 2 bites of the sashimi, one bite from the tuna and one from the salmon... both were very watery and definitely not sashimi grade fish. I can't believe I payed more than 50 for what I recieved. It's horrible. Again, don't order here unless you want your money in the trash. :'(

Ordered from them for delivery. They promised 45 minutes and it took 90 mins delivery and it missed 3 of the items. It was so late that I had no alternative food delivery options. They missed the food meant for the kids and they were really hungry (waiting) and pissed (when they missed their items). Will never order again.

Ordered a pokebowl, clearly placed with no sauce, everything was mixed together. Bah and also the worst soft fried shrimp, really the worst I have ever eaten. Really the nastiest sauce ever put in it and thrown away. Ordered a small sushi roll that was thrown out of the box and just really dirty and thrown away. Never for me, this case and that for more than 30 euros. And paid later too

After waiting 2 hours, our food was finally delivered, 1 hour later than the maximum time they indicated. When we opened the box we saw that all the sushis were completely mixed up. Called again and she requested that the sushi be delivered as soon as possible. This also took 45 minutes. Fortunately, this time it was neatly presented. Bad service! I just had contact with the owner of SushiPoint Eindhoven, and I am very disappointed in the unprofessional and rude attitude I received. I order here regularly and clearly indicate with each order that I would like to receive delivery by car. Unfortunately, deliveries are often made by scooter, which means the food is mixed up. This is unacceptable, especially for the prices they charge for the food and delivery - then you can expect care and quality. Today it went wrong again. The owner, a certain "Shun", gave the excuse that they only have two cars. But why do you ask for comments on the order if nothing is done with it? In addition, I was called to ask if the order could be delivered an hour earlier, but this was adjusted with the scooter. This while I have repeatedly asked to deliver by car. If there are no cars available, please call me in advance and give me a choice: do I accept the scooter delivery or do I want my money back? The conversation with the owner left me with a very bad feeling. He seemed completely indifferent and literally had “paint on.” It is clear to me: I will never order from here again.

Ordered sushi here for the first time with my son. It was really delicious, we enjoyed it jam jam! I think it's expensive, but that's sushi everywhere, it arrived fifteen minutes late, but they called me politely that that would be the case, so no problem. Later I picked up sushi there again, helped by a very friendly boy, and this time the food was delicious! Top!

Received an incomplete order for the 2nd time in a row (!). Last time a salad was missing, now a whole crispy box with 18 pieces of sushi! Called immediately. The box would be delivered afterwards, together with a make-up. After 45 minutes I received the missing box, but the saving grace was nowhere to be found. Could they have forgotten that too? In addition, the crispy sushi was no longer crispy, but soggy and cold. It seemed as if they had now delivered the box that they had made over an hour ago but forgot to pack. Very disappointed....

Easily the worse sushi I've ever had, probably at the same level or worse than the one you can get prepacked at a supermarket. Lesson learned the hard way, I should have read Google reviews, but since I ordered via UberEats, their reviews indicated 4.4 stars. I wonder who wrote those. Be warned, the rice was a big heavy lump. No taste, just heavy on the stomach. The nigiri tasted like a thin layer of semi-dry paper, no one could have guessed it was salmon or tuna if not for the colour. The Double Crisp menu did not look even remotely to the picture on their site; not only did it arrived completely mangled and mixed, as it would be if shaken by a child or carried upside down while hicking on a mountain, but it tasted terrible. It's supposed fried bits were more like months-old dried onions flakes, tasting moldy, and everything else was dry and tasting like nothing, but tasting all the same. In the end, it was basically lumps of rice with soja sauce to give some flavour and something remotely fleshy decorating them. At 60 euros for 2 persons, it's an experience never ever ever to repeat.

Ordered from Sushipoint for the first time. Waited 2 hours on a Wednesday evening. Terrible. Then called, hung on the phone for another fifteen minutes to see “where the courier is”. Food was okay. Tasted very strange. Hope I don't get sick. Paid €60 for a pair of sushis (1 person). Never again for me. Much better, faster and cheaper elsewhere.

Great, my daughter loves sushi, the kids box is really cool, an ice cream, drink, toy, box and 3 different contents to choose from. A real solution for kids. And price-quality ratio more than worth it for 9.99. Delivery took a little longer, I was politely called that it would take longer. The bag contained a nice discount voucher and a booklet containing everything they have, useful for your next order. We are fans!

I used to love their sushi. But today the quality is not the same. The rice was dry and tasted blunt. Sushi rice is prepared with sugar and japanese vinegar. There was nothing of these ingredients in it. The salmon tasted strange,too. Not to mention that delivery came late. I ordered online at 14:00 to be delivered at 18:00. I have a feeling that they prepared my order as soon as they opened shop, left my order aside and delivered it a couple of hours later. Raw fish left out for a couple of hours will taste stale and maybe harmful for one's health. I hope they improve their service or they might end up with customers getting sick.

Laatste keer dat ik hier heb besteld was ik erg teleurgesteld. Rijst wat niet goed en viel uit elkaar en de kip sushi was te droog. Maar na een lange tijd niet meer besteld te hebben, wilde ik vandaag nog eens proberen. Eten kwam redelijk, ietsjes later dan aangegeven. Maar oke, dat vond ik niet zo erg. Ik had de crispy menu besteld, maar hij was alles behalve crispy. De fried ebi op de nigiri was gewoon een halve garnaal en de nigiri rijst was veel te groot. Ook vielen de sushi rollen uit elkaar. En er zat helaas ook niet veel smaak aan. Erg teleurgesteld weer..

Na jaren geleden een zéér slechte ervaring gehad te hebben in Den Haag nu een poging gewaagd te Eindhoven en WOW, goede lekkere sushi, vers, smaak en voor het eerst met sushi zat ik met het Temaki menu al vol, nood gedwongen magic menu ook moeten opeten. Normaal erg tevreden al is bezorgtijd altijd al wel een dingetje. We hebben vandaag om 6 uur besteld en het is nog niet bezorgd (8 uur) op een woensdag. Dit vind ik wel echt te lang en dan had je toch wel verwacht dat er vanuit sushipoint contact wordt opgenomen. Snap dat het druk is, maar de mooi weer verwachting was er al eerder. Kun je op inspelen natuurlijk. Gelukkig wel netjes opgelost toen we belden.

Prima sushi voor een mooie prijs. Één keer was het iets minder. Maar om te zeggen dat ik daar dan niet meer kom, vind ik een overdreven reactie. Moet je de beste sushi van Eindhoven verwachten? Dan moet je misschien ergens anders je sushi halen. Voor gewoon een avondje sushi is het gewoon lekker.

Normaliter ben ik zeer tevreden over sushipoint eindhoven. Vandaag echter merkte ik dat de sushi box niet in zijn volledigheid vers was.. Enkele waren iets harder geworden qua rijst terwijl een paar andere juist wel vers waren. Omdat ik vandaag nogal teleurgesteld was, maar normaliter heel tevreden geef ik 3 sterren.. ik twijfel wel of ik de volgende keer zal bestellen bij sushipoint.. meerdere tenten zullen moeite hebben alles vers te houden tijdens de covid 19 misschien.. Update: Na reactie van sushipoint heb ik gebeld naar het filiaal. Ze waren vriendelijk en wilden mij graag tegemoet komen met een bon van sushipoint. Ik heb echter helaas nooit iets ontvangen...

Erg lekkere sushi! Vlak na sluitingstijd nog binnengelopen. De medewerker gaf aan dat de sushi daarom niet meer vers gerold kon worden, maar bood direct vijf euro korting op de mixed sushi aan die eerder die avond vers was bereid. Attent meegedacht en netjes opgelost dus.

Delicious food, Desserts unfortunately not always fresh. The service is terrible; they don't know what they're doing. And they've never heard of cleaning. It's an incredibly dirty, sticky place. Absolutely everything is filthy. Only the sushi is excellent!
