Ate delicious food here and it was well filled. Highly recommended. I will order food here more often. I was helped by a friendly employee named Soufiane.

A rude person on the Phone, shouted several times after I asked for an order. Last time I ordered from there, I don't recommend it.

We ate a buffet from Kashmir Kitchen at a wedding. Was delicious, everything fresh and well prepared. Cheerful chef and pleasant service. Absolutely recommended!

Have delicious food delivered from this restaurant, despite the prices/costs. The promised delivery time on the website was 1 hour. Called after 1.5 hours and finally delivered after 1.45 hours. Once at the table. No sauces or dessert delivered, which is part of the menu. Call again, the sauce will be delivered later...(mustard after meal)! Finally spoke to the manager and he added something extra. More than extra sauces with lots of extras arrived. Grateful for this recognition.

Ordered butter chicken with some naan it arrived under 20 minutes the butter chicken smells great and they gave me extra chicken very kind of them, the rice is also enough for a growing teen very generous. Just arrived still, the food is smoking hot. Definetely reccomend

Ordered via home delivery. 2 hours late and the food was completely tasteless as if the sauce had been diluted with water. Gave 2 stars because it was okay with a previous order. The amount of korma/saag etc you get in relation to the rice is also very little. Whole bowl of rice left. Too bad there is no excuse or anything if you have to wait 2 hours.

Ordered chicken biryani, was the worst biryani I had in my life. Who the hell make Biryani with boneless chicken, if u wish to then at lest mention in menu. and it was not biryani rather was chicken/veg rice, and was way more dry (as if boiled chicken was mixed with masala rice) . And the veg biryani was having off smell. You guys should really check on what biryani is. Very disappointing. Spoiled my evening. I just dumped both biryanis ohh sorry the veg/chicken rice.

Food was good but no atmosphere and cold in the restaurant. We made a reservation at 6:00 PM, but the service didn't arrive until 6:30 PM. Received our first dish at 7:15 PM. then 1:15 is a long time in an unpleasant and cold restaurant. Not recommended for a meal. Collection or delivery is fine.

Gereserveerd met Groupon om 18:00 en bij aankomst was er geen bediening aanwezig, die kwam pas om 18:30 binnen. Het was ijskoud in de zaak en de ander gasten had ook hun jas nog aan tijdens het eten. Om 19:15 kregen we het eerste gerecht en om 19:30 het hoofdgerecht. Van all you can eet was geen sprake. Volgend de Groupon wel. Om 20:00 het restaurant zonder dessert verlaten en de kachel in de auto maar extra hoog gezet. Op het eten was niets aan te merken.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They have poor contact and constant excuses. Eating is not recommended.

Six of us had a delicious meal here with a Groupon deal. Friendly staff. Wide choice of menu. Crispy papadums and naan. Perfect seekh kebab, butter chicken, king prawn curry and chicken tikka masala. Well prepared, large portions. The restaurant was almost empty, but the kitchen still seemed to be operating at peak activity due to the many delivered meals. That was probably why it took quite a while for the food to arrive. Toilet was out of order, which is inconvenient for a restaurant.

Kashmir Kitchen is missing... A few things. Upon entering, people are surprised to see that customers are actually coming in. Now the time was probably a bit early for an Indian Pakistani cuisine +- 6:30 PM. In the restaurant you are singled out by a colony of mosquitoes. Which actually end up on your food when you're not paying attention. The view of the square in Maarsen was seriously hindered by the extremely many grease stains on the windows that have not been touched by a window cleaner for quite some time. Asking whether the guests would like something to drink was a difficult task and I did not hear whether the food was satisfactory. We were allowed to set the table ourselves. And the prices were suddenly €0.50 more expensive than on the menu. And then I almost forgot the employee who is standing in the kitchen with a cold. (Let me stay positive and say (hope) that he was there loading the freezer or the administration. Conclusion: when you are on the A2 and you get the spontaneous idea to eat Indian food. Then it is wiser to continue driving.

Food was delicious and friendly staff. The food was ready within 10 minutes.

I ordered food and a mango Lassi (take out). The food took long to arrive (90 minutes) at my adress, but it was tasty. The mango Lassi on the other hand was rotten/spoiled (bedorven). I called to ask about this and they said they would try to deliver a new one or that I get one free on the next order. I told them that I wanted it now. They would try to deliver a new one but that it is busy so they hope they would be able to deliver a new one... Food is good, but the service is bad!

My experience at Kashmir Kitchen was nothing short of disappointing. The staff seemed completely disinterested in serving customers. They were more concerned with making phone calls and sleeping in the backseat than providing customer service. When we called them, they simply didn't show up. The table had also not been cleaned properly before we arrived. Despite our reservation for outside, they had given away our spot, forcing us to sit inside in a dark restaurant. The food was far from tasty and this experience was definitely my first and last time at Kashmir Kitchen. A big disappointment.

This is simply the worst delivery ever - mind you, I do not even complain easily but I decided to give them a call 30 min after the delivery status kept stating the food was going to be here shortly. “We are on our way, it will take a maximum of 20 minutes.” I asked if the food will still be warm after coming here, since they were on their way for so long. He couldn’t answer that. He said they do 3/4 deliveries at the same time, how the hell are you securing the temperature of your dishes? Do you simply just want to take people their money and disappoint them with your service afterwards? Indian food is one of my favorite foods, but service like this makes me not want to order from this restaurant anymore! Please do not order from this restaurant.

Last weekend, I gave this restaurant another chance. Last time, our order arrived after 1.5 hours, but this time…after more than 2 hours! After contacting us by telephone, we were told we are on our way. This was 1.5 hours after ordering. When about 2 hours had passed, I called again. We were then told, we are on our way and the good man simply hung up the phone. Finally received our order, it was no longer warm and the quality of the food was mediocre. We often dine with friends of Indian descent and again last weekend. The prawn biryani was more like rice with spices and pepper. The shrimps were not fresh and there were very few of them in them. The butter chicken sauce was watery and too spicy, for a butter chicken. The chicken pieces, in the curry dishes, were small square cubes. Not really tasteful. The naan bread was ok. All in all, in my opinion, there are much better dining experiences than this restaurant.

'Kashmiri' Kitchen with 'Pakistani' cuisine aroused our curiosity. Would this be different from the Indian food you get elsewhere? We therefore ordered Kashmiri chicken and this is indeed a delicious dish with a surprising sweet coconut flavor. Top. Karahi chicken is also special and delicious, but it is not recognizable that it was prepared in a special wok, it did not resemble a stir-fry dish at all. Starters and naan breads are okay, but normal Indian. 4 stars for the food. However, eating at Kashmiri Kitchen is anything but fun. It is very cold inside because the back door is permanently open and the heating is off. The tablecloths are dirty, the table itself is not clean, there are broken lamps, there are all kinds of storage boxes on the bar and in plain sight. Mega-unfun! We don't want to judge the service too harshly because there may be a language problem, but maybe a little smile could be done?

I don't like it but everyone has these tastes

We had a delicious meal there, the quality of the food is good. If you know in advance that you will not have good service and still want to eat well, this is highly recommended.

Ordered delicious food from them a few times. Service is a bit clumsy. If you ask how long it will take, "yes, about 30 to 40 minutes", you will be told after calling 4 times and then being told that he is now in the area, only 1.5 hours later. The last two times the food was less tasty and an item was missing, but they still brought it... 3 weeks later I'm still waiting.

I call: do you have Thali? Yes sir! Get there, no Thali, no beer, no fanta, no cassis, actually no service for the first 15 minutes. You get a card that sticks and has experienced the Pakistani-Indian revolution. Sorry, but I'll go to India for a Delhi belly.

Decided to try the restaurant while sitting in the terrace with my friends, and I was gladly surprised! I had a tastefull chicken tikka masala combined with rice, and would definetly recommend it!

Very tasty, spicy food! Recommended are the Rogan Josh with lamb and the Chicken Butter curry!

Food taste is good.. service very bad! You do not receive exactly what you ordered and after telephone contact, the forgotten products are not delivered again!

The food itself was good, but the service was less so, twice we did not get what we ordered, tables were not cleared, so the empty starter plates were left standing. In between, I also walked to the kitchen to ask if I could get something to drink. Staff remains very friendly. However, the surprise came when paying, the menu apparently shows old prices, so the bill was 25% higher, which was only reported afterwards. We did not agree, and we paid the prices of the "old" menu.

This restaurant was really bad. First of all, we had to wait an hour for the food, the people there were not customer friendly, and they wanted to make us wait even longer, but my mother is on a diet so she couldn't wait that long to eat. This was also not taken into account. We should have indicated. The food came and the chicken was raw on the inside, so I paid the full price of €70.00. Wasn't worth the money

May 20, 2023 had dinner here with 5 people. The food was fine, just a little too spicy for some. Service was reasonable and the price wasn't too bad. To our surprise, we each received a glass of mojito from the company. A little more attention could be paid to the furnishings, more dressing and (exotic) music in the background is fine. The children (of the owner?) should not be allowed to play in the restaurant, that is not appropriate and is disruptive. Furthermore, a great restaurant, delicious food.

Very disappointing with restuarant management. Ordered through uber eats. When the order did not arrive at expected time i.e. after 1 hour of placing the order the person on call said we are very busy your order will be delivered within 15-20 min. After waiting for another 30 min when we called again and the new person told thing "sorry we are busy and we will surely deliver in 15 min". At this time we asked to cancel the order but person assured that it will be delivered within 15 min. We agreed with the condition that we won't accept the order if not delivered within 15 min. As expected the order did not arrive and got delayed by another 30 min. After so much disappointment we finally ate our home made food.

Customer service is not very good. I don’t understand when it is a Pakistani restaurant then why they also advertise as Indian. Two are different things.

Ordered here via Uber Eats and took advantage of the 1+1 free promotion. In that case you will not get 1 portion for free, but 1 portion divided over 2 small containers. I also called the restaurant about this, but they did not want to admit that they were cheating. I think this is a very lame way of scamming. My advice: never order here!

Kidzcity with 15 people! With kids of course... then google to see if there was anything tasty to eat. Saw Kashmir rest. Pakistani and Indian.. Immediately decided to drive there. Wasn't busy... so we got all the attention... super nice of course... and the service was very good. Adults and kids had a delicious meal. We ordered everything. Curry . Biryani.. Tandoori. And Vegi. And of course Pakistani Chaye.. We came from The Hague. Highly recommended!

First impression: not a cozy atmosphere inside, something more could be done with decoration. Staff only spoke English, no Dutch. We got a starter to share, a kind of rice crackers with 3 dips (chutney and two white dips). I asked if it was vegan. The waiter was a bit vague, so I repeated my question in a different way. He just said yes, so I asked what kind of white dips they were. “Yogurt” he said. I said "So that's not vegan". He just refused to talk to me anymore and walked away. Rude! Another waiter came to take the order, I had asked whether the dishes I pointed to under the heading "vegetarian" were also vegan. He thought for a moment and said yes. He did seem credible. If you can't handle spicy food, you shouldn't eat here because it was way too spicy for me and my uncle. The taste was good (as far as I could taste it). You get a lot of rice with every dish (too much for me). They don't have coffee. If you want it, they will get it from the neighbors (Splendido, Italian). They offered us a doggy bag, which I thought was good. When paying, the prices turned out to be higher, because they had given us the old card. Ultimately we were allowed to pay the old prices. I wouldn't eat here again. And if you are considering eating here, I recommend taking away.

A year ago I ordered from this restaurant on Thuisbezorgd.nl but I really didn't like it, dry, not much taste, etc. I decided to give this restaurant another chance and it has really improved, the curries are rich in flavor and everything was really tasty! Keep it up

More than 2 hours late last time. Then an apology and hot food. Now "only" 45 minutes late, without apologies and all the food was lukewarm and cold. They had a second chance, but this was really the last time I spent my money on Kashmir Kitchen. If you want to have your dinner without any irritation, I would order here.

Have a delicious meal delivered via home delivery. Highly recommended!! They arrive at your door within the announced time with a package that is still steaming. Small tip for couples: order for 1 person with rice as a side dish, and then a naan bread. More than enough, unless you want to eat for 2 days. In that respect, the price/quality ratio is really good. And my compliments to the delivery person. I can't get a milkshake home from the snack bar without spilling it. But this man doesn't spill a drop :D

Superb food. The the rice was fluffy and nice and the curry was finger licking good.

Recently had dinner with 4 people in the restaurant on Harmonieplein. In terms of decoration, it is not (yet) cozy, but there is still a lot of room for improvement (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). Personally, I thought it was a shame that the restaurant does not have a liquor license: a beer with dinner would be nice... However, as for the food: delicious. We opted for chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, chicken jalfrezi and a chicken tikka shashlik. In short: highly recommended, but make sure you have fun...

We had a delicious meal. Everything was perfect. Samosas (chicken) nicely filled. Garlic naan also very good. Tarka dal very tasty. Chicken curry & lamb Rogan Josh, they used spiciness and it was just right (nice and spicy). Quality ingredients, and not too salty or too oily, just perfect.

Delicious somosa, main courses are also great, taste good and you can taste that fresh products are used. Today the rice was not included in our order, so we called and it was delivered within 5 minutes! We have ordered here many times and will certainly continue to do so in the future.
