Delicious and cheap. A pizza that was great for staving off hunger. A very friendly employee.

Let's try ordering something from Roos! But it was a disappointment. We ordered shawarma sandwiches, fries, and pizza. The sandwiches were soaked with meat. The meat was tender but lacked flavor. The pizza was too salty, and the fries were incredibly salty! Nope... not a success!

I was treated rudely and wasn't allowed to finish my conversation or given instructions on the correct entrance to the grounds. Furthermore, the pizza was lukewarm, dry, and greasy. And the shawarma was so-so, with a soggy bun and no lettuce. And immediately afterward, a strangely rumbling stomach.

Simply inedible, worst Turkish pizza ever!

The pizza I ordered was terrible. They left a Fernandez with my order, and when I called, they didn't answer. The meat on the pizza was old; I felt sick for an hour.

Nice to refuel after a full day of walking 😝 Reminiscing with the guys.

Always cozy and a good atmosphere, the food is of course also delicious.

Bad services late delivery and they forget stuff

Ordered food, stated no sauce. Entire order with sauce. Reported this and do nothing with it, are never allowed to order again, because you also reported it to Thuisbezorgd.nl, of course because they are ordered from the UK through that.... Think, call on behalf of my daughter... can I speak to the boss, that's me, but he wasn't. We don't do anything with it and you're out of luck... you may never order from us again. How this business has deteriorated, antisocial staff who do not deliver products as ordered. Do you really think we would ever want to order from this store again??!! I'll take a look inside this week....I'll speak to the real owner himself.

Good thing always eaten on site never ordered

Very bad, food was lukewarm and delivery took about 2 hours, called twice to ask how long it would take, they said 15 minutes after 15 minutes it was still not delivered, so I called a second time and was immediately hung up, very bad thing. .

I ordered via home delivery at 4:50 PM and indicated that I wanted to receive the food around 5:45 PM (was one of the times to be chosen). At 5:55 PM nothing had arrived yet and I called to ask if they had an idea how long it would take. Fifteen minutes they said. Nothing in yet at 6:20 PM. I called again, since I had to leave at 6:30 PM: "sir, please don't be so impatient". I then indicated to the man that I no longer needed it, as I had to leave soon, and the money was then reluctantly refunded to me. Extremely poor service for a company where customer friendliness is important and there are plenty of other options to eat. I will therefore not recommend ordering food here.

The special shawarma pizza that I ordered tasted OK, but after a few hours I felt quite nauseous and it was soon "returned". I didn't eat or drink anything special, so it must have been the pizza, of course I can't prove it, but I won't be coming here anymore...

BAD PIZZA, NO TASTE, NOTHING... After a long time I tried Roos again. Was a big mistake because it was dramatically bad! Hadn't been in the oven long enough (still soft and not crusty) and there was almost nothing on it; you could look for the Peppers and Mushrooms (see photo). And it had no taste either. Called to complain but couldn't even get an excuse. Never again!

After a day of walking we wanted something tasty to eat. Walking through Maarse we came to Roos, a Shawarma grill restaurant. We both ordered a Dunner dish. After a short wait we got our plates. It was certainly not little, also plenty of meat, fries and salad. Add sauces and eat, it was delicious. The plate was empty and the bomb was full. The atmosphere is a bit less, but a lot of takeaway dishes are made so the focus is more on that. Nevertheless, a delicious meal 👌🏻

Kapsalon was fine, probably because I had a juice on. There was no sauce in the hair salon, but the hair salon was large. Fries were crispy, but the taste of the kapsalon itself was missing. There was no atmosphere in the shop, I had the feeling that they would rather have me outside than inside. Conclusion, if you are drunk and hungry, go there. If you fancy a better pizza or hair salon, skip it

Large shawarmas didn't make any sense, they looked like a children's sandwich, pieces of fat in them were really big, while the meat was quite thin, not a fresh experience, I've been there before years ago, but I certainly won't do it again now.

It was bizarrely bad, I got fries at 2:00 am, treated poorly and also ridiculed by the people in the restaurant. Fries bizarrely bad, got garlic sauce instead of mayo DO NOT GET HERE!

Never, really never again. I understand that there was no one in the tent. Pizza was hard and not tasty. Unfriendly staff.

Nice hair salon but less rabbit food

Ordered food by phone and it didn't seem very representative. Short and snappy. When the food arrived after a long time, the fries were cold and the meat lukewarm and not tasty. When we called about the cold food, we were told that it could only be heated up in the oven. I will never get food here again.

I've been through a lot but this beats everything. Order food at 00:00, it would arrive at 00:45. At 1:30 am still nothing received and called. Called again at 2am, again nothing. Then I called at 2:30 am and it finally arrived. A sandwich that makes you think, this comes straight from the child abuse district. A round and raw kapsalon without the extra cheese I paid????? 6 extra sauces for god knows who? I'm no Gordon Ramsey, but this was unacceptable. Sad business, sad delivery, sad food. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's! :)

had ordered calzone was still raw in some places. pizza was as dry as a desert there was no taste and the box was completely crushed so it was touching pizza. 1st and last time I order here

Tried to pick up food here, there is no interest, you can only pay in cash while there is a pin on the counter. Owner walks around fused. I canceled the order and went elsewhere. Just be silly and ignore this tent.

This is absurd, we order at 12 o'clock, we don't receive our order until 2 o'clock, and it's still ice cold. I call them to ask if this can be resolved. I get the answer: no, it's not possible, we are now closed, I feel very ripped off and the way it is done. man spoke was really very antisocial DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Lasagna was delicious, but unfortunately cold inside. Can happen of course. 5 stars, because the owner solved and handled it perfectly. Here they understand what putting customer interests first means. Kudos! Keep it up.

Never eating here again, just ordered 2 kapsalons. Fries were half raw and wet and I think the meat had been there too long. Added to the comments: 1 without cheese and called specifically for this. And yes, both with cheese. This seriously gave me food poisoning!!

Already ordered several times, had to wait a long time, you didn't get an extra topping (4 slices of salami), despite a good tip! Actually, something always goes wrong with your order! This was my last time here!

Bad shawarma, not cut from the spit. Is actually seasoned strips of meat from the butcher. You put a large sandwich in your hollow molar. Not recommended.

Waited more than 75 minutes for the food, it would be there within 30 minutes. Food was cold and the pita bread was completely soft from the fat from the shawarma that had already been put in it. Next time just order somewhere else.

Waited an hour and a half for a Turkish pizza with meat which then arrived cold. But that is not the worst because my wife had ordered a Turkish pizza without meat. You have to look to see what meat is on it. When checking there are literally 5 pieces." meat" on !!! (See photo) Then I try to call to handle it properly, but it is no longer answered at all, hence this review, very very poor, really not recommended, extremely disappointing

Ordered at 8:45 PM arrived 10:45 PM Waited 2 hours for a weak Turkish pizza with way too much lettuce. I did get 2 cans for free, which makes it another star.

Very friendly delivery person and really super fast. The food was great, a four seasons pizza with great toppings and deliciously warm. And a large lamb shawarma sandwich with garlic sauce. Definitely worth repeating, the portions are more than sufficient. Until next time 👍👍👍

Ordered at 1630 ... confirmed that it would be delivered around 1720 ... in the end it was not until 6 p.m. (maybe call us because it will be much later?) Then also ... pizza cold, half baked, never had this here before ... very bad

Picked up from the hair salon tonight and had a delicious meal! Friendly staff and delicious food, I'm glad you're open again! It has been nicely renovated again.

Ordered a doner sandwich, kapsalon, Turkish pizza and fries. The fries were dripping in the oil, the bag wet and broken from the oil. The doner was slightly burnt and dripping in the oil, the bun.... Dripping in the oil. The kapsalon was dripping in oil and the fries were half-baked. All this rounded off with garlic sauce with the fluidity of a week old beer. Called, explained my complaint, received the order again an hour later without garlic sauce, while I had returned the previous order in full as requested. The next order had exactly the same defects with the addition that the sandwich had no vegetables as described on home delivery. Fortunately, there are several tents in Breukelen that sell the same products.

As a customer, I ordered the wrong pizzas, but it was resolved quickly by new pizzas being delivered. Thanks for the effort.

I ordered döner and it was disgusting. I got 10 x 10 pieces of shawarma. The kitchen is in ruins, my food was fried in a pan with some kind of oil under a hot hood. And the food was cold. I would like cashback. But yes, that's not possible. The staff was bad. But the person I knew from the restaurant wasn't there and I quite like him! Please take this advice. The only things that are good are the pizzas and shawarma

Nice little shop in the picturesque center of Maarssendorp. Shawarma is very good. Friendly staff. The sanitary facilities really need to be renovated.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, I got peppers. Ball tent

Placed an order here, but absolutely not a positive experience. Eating took 1.25 hours, fries were burnt and fried in old dirty oil, meat was burnt, döner didn't even look like döner, the wrong meals were delivered & to top it all off, there was also a hair in the food. When we contacted us by telephone, we were criticized and our complaint was dismissed as untrue, after which we eventually just hung up. Wasted 52 euros and had to order new food from the competitor. In a word, dramatic.

Pizza delivery person was very rude and looked at us with a death stare. He called the wrong number even though we had entered the correct number and acted as if it was our fault. We also ordered fries twice and only got one. And that bag of fries contained about twenty fries (and that for €4!). And those fries were quite cold and soft. The pizza didn't taste like anything either. The hair salons were still edible, but not for the price you pay. It's that we were hungry.

Always delicious food. Mr. Roos even makes little pillows for me from leftover pizza dough. always delicious!!! a big 10 for this place!
