Nice play and friendly atmosphere

We ordered an Adana kebab sandwich. The taste was good, but the meat was very rich in spices. However, the bread used was delicious, and the ayran was also delicious.

In the past I came here often because of the price and quality ratio. But they have increased their prices ridiculously. A year ago 2 Adana skewers was €19, now it’s almost €27. €8 price increase in a year! What a shame because the food is good.

Not tasty food, not good service, they can't even take down the correct order even though I ask in Turkish, they are more expensive than Antep kebab from Plein 40/45

We ordered 2 skewers today, and when paying, I was told that I had to pay for 2 separate skewers. This was because the skewers were placed on 2 separate platters on the table. This is stated on the menu: 1 skewer is €19.75 2 skewers are €26.75 They made me pay 2x €19.75 because of that separate sign, even though the menu clearly states that 2 sets of skewers are €26.75. It doesn't make sense, and the owner thought it did😓 Unfortunately, I feel a lack of honest service, and I won't be coming back, which is a shame. Fortunately, I ended up paying €26.75.

Best barbecue meat in Amsterdam. Delicious fresh bread. Tasty salad with pomegranate syrup, and the tzatziki is delicious too. Highly recommended for every meat lover.

We all had a delicious meal. We were a diverse group consisting of Dutch, Surinamese, Turks, and Russians, and everyone enjoyed their meal. My personal favorite was the lamb ribs. From now on, if I don't know what to eat in Amsterdam, this is one of the first three things I think of.

We came from Spain. We didn't understand the menu, but the employee, Onur, was very kind. He kindly explained all the types of meat and gave us a recommendation. Very attentive and friendly!

When I went for iftar on March 17th, the food was good, the küşleme (lamb skewers) tasted very authentic to Gaziantep, but I couldn't get the table I reserved 10 days in advance; I had requested a window seat. It was a crowded place, but the food compensated for this. A little more attention to detail in the organization might be beneficial. I wasn't satisfied, sorry 😢

Holy crap! This restaurant is amazing! This was the best meal I had during my two-week trip to Europe. I finished everything on the table, and we were practically just missing the soup! The meat roll inside the tortilla was especially delicious (it would be even better if the meat was cut into smaller pieces for easier rolling), perfect for a Chinese palate! The Google rating is only 4.3, which I think is too low; it should be at least 4.5. If you're dining alone, you can order a small set meal; if you're unsure what to do, the AI ​​will automatically select your ingredients from the menu.

Last Sunday, I thought I'd have a nice dinner with my girlfriend. We hadn't made a reservation in advance; it was around 5:00 PM. A friendly welcome? No, far from it. We stood in front of a closed door and opened it, asking the large man if there was still room. He told us it was unfortunately full, then laughed and said he was joking and there was room. Well, I don't think that's a nice welcome. You don't treat customers like that; we're not toddlers, and you don't let us wait outside while it's still snowing. Besides, he only did this to us, probably because we were two women. He was quite intimidating, too, with his staring. This wasn't done to men. They were politely welcomed inside, as it should be. Again, we were very surprised, as we'd never experienced this before. Anyway, we were hungry and thought, "Give it a try." We were seated, and the food arrived quickly. We did enjoy the food. Only, gosh, the service... No one came by to check if everything was okay. I had to call someone over every time for drinks, etc. I understand it's busy, but the table wasn't cleared either. When we'd finished eating and still wanted tea, That took a long time too, fifteen minutes later, and it was stale. That's why we didn't want dessert anymore. Again, it could be a positive review, but gosh, the atmosphere was really ruined. And judging by other comments, we're not the only ones who experienced it this way. It's a shame it turned out this way; I normally always give 4/5 stars and have a positive attitude. Oh well, you can't always roll a six.

Super delicious food!! 😊 But... Now that the price has doubled, I come here less often!! The meat/minced meat has literally gotten thinner and smaller. So, you can't often eat here with a family of four because you pay €26.95 per person for two skewers, and drinks are €3.95. And you have to share four pieces of kifte (a starter) between the four of you. The chairs and tables are too close together. There's hardly any room to walk or stand. The staff are very friendly though! They deserve a 5 star.

What a surprise this is! Deliciously tender grilled meat, with a very flavorful salad and slightly spicy çigköfte as a starter. It is truly a treat to eat here; you can feel in everything that it is authentic. Friendly staff, good service, and the Turkish tea flows freely 👌🏽 My next visit won't be long in coming; highly recommended 👍🏽

Always delicious food at Kebapci! The meat is super tender, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. The çiğköfte is also incredibly fresh, just as it should be. It's a standard starter! You can taste that everything is prepared with care. The hospitality is also fantastic. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel welcome right away. The service is fast and courteous, even when it's busy. We even got a delicious Turkish tea after our meal! I come here regularly and will definitely continue to do so. Next time, I want to try the çiğer; I'm already looking forward to it!

We went around 9 pm, asked for liver, they said they didn't have it, asked for chicken, they said they didn't have it either. We chose two of each, but the staff were Syrian and didn't understand. What we chose from the menu was different from what we received. We asked which was which, the chef pointed and left. When we paid the bill, I noticed the menu had 25 different items, but there were only 3 types of meat on display. It's a matter of luck what's available. Plus, the place is very cramped; you sit back-to-back. I wouldn't recommend it, and it's expensive. In central Amsterdam, a steak costs 18 euros, but here it's 32 euros per person. I don't recommend it.

The meats were generally delicious. However, for reasons we couldn't understand, the gentleman served us by simply throwing the plates at us. They served four wraps on one tray. At these prices, a salad or appetizer should be included. Or at least, they should serve their customers with more respect and proper service.

We ate a kebab that was exactly like the one in Gaziantep.

This place uses pressure tactics and dishonest billing. We were told we must order two skewers per person — a rule that clearly did not apply to Turkish customers sitting nearby. To avoid conflict, we ordered more. Then, on the bill, they quietly converted single skewers into double ones, charging us for food we never ordered or ate. This is not a mistake. This is manipulation and discrimination. Acceptable food does not excuse bullying customers and inflating bills. We will never come back, and others should watch their bill very carefully — especially if you are not one of their “preferred” guests.

The food was very expensive. We ordered for 2 adults and 1 child. We ordered a mixed platter for the adults and chicken wings for the child, and they charged 158 euros. It's one of the most expensive places in Amsterdam.

We recently dined at Kepabici and ordered a mixed grill. The food was delicious, and the flavor of the meat was truly outstanding. This is undoubtedly one of the best mixed grills in the Netherlands. One minor caveat is that the portions have become smaller in recent years, while the prices have gone up.

This is the best kebab I've had in the Netherlands in 2.5 years. As someone from Adana who lived there until I was 30, I can say this. The cook knows his stuff. I only have two criticisms. 1. They should definitely offer a complimentary "tablaci salad" (a type of salad). 2. Instead of lots of tomatoes in the Adana wrap, they should definitely include plenty of onions, parsley, sumac, and a tomato-based "tablaci salad." Other than that, the meats were excellent. The küşleme (lamb skewers) was fantastic. The bread was authentic Adana style. If you take my criticism into account, you will be serving a truly authentic Adana wrap. Everything was delicious.
