Keuken & Bar in Uilenstede, Kronenburg

Disaster! There's far too little staff, and what little there is isn't trained. The food is snack bar quality, like bitterballen, fries, or a very basic salad. Although it's very simple, it takes forever. You have to be quite persistent to order. Tables aren't cleared. As is so often the case with large hotel chains, it lacks a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Terrible service not worthy of a 4-star hotel restaurant (Radisson Hotel and Suites). Shame because the lady during bar hours was lovely, but the lunch lady waitress was absolutely snooty and unhelpful. She mentioned she had only been there 3 days but that is not an excuse for poor training and en even poorer attitude. I had to call her over to take my order, which she then proceeded to forget to place until 20 minutes after I came in (according to her the kitchen did not hear it, still not an excuse). She apologized but didn't seem to mean it at all after wasting my time. Special thanks to the lovely man at the hotel reception who listened to my complaints. Hope this hotel/restaurant provides servers who actually want to serve their customers.

Breakfast was typical for a large hotel. During my stay, there were too many teenagers. I found dinner to be too limited in choice and overpriced.

I can't recommend it at all. The food was good, but I found a hair in my meal and they didn't really fix it. The portion size is also ridiculous for the price; you hardly get full.

Food is just ok and overpriced. If you arrive early and are waiting for your room or you have to eat later around 9PM (they are strict about closing at 10) take an uber somewhere to eat. Don’t bother with this place. Some servers seem so bothered to help. The night manager is rude and just doesn’t seem like she wants to be there.

As a bar, maybe OK, but expensive. The restaurant was more than mediocre, which isn't a good thing. Some parts were OK, with a big BUT: the frozen rolls with the burger were lukewarm, thawed, and cold in the middle. Even after a complaint, they weren't able to serve the two burger dishes at a proper temperature. At least they took the complaint into account. I can't say anything negative about the service. They were always friendly.

This was the hotel’s restaurant. I arrived in the evening and there weren’t many other places open nearby, so I decided to eat here. The food was reasonably good — nothing special, but it was satisfying. When they cleared my main dish, they told me the last order had already passed, so I couldn’t get dessert. I wasn’t necessarily planning to order any, but no one had mentioned the last call earlier. Interestingly, I noticed they did give a heads-up to a table a few seats over.

Overall a good experience. The food wasn't too crazy, but pretty tasty. Faire prices.

The price-performance ratio is disproportionate. Average, poorly presented food with a taste of being frozen and reheated, or even chilled. My cucumber slices (salad would be an exaggeration) were warmer than the club sandwich. There was no rice with the chicken, so I served them fries that were over-fried. Literally over-fried; even the thickest fries were as crispy as potato chips—something you can't do without. The fresh bread with various dips turned out to be reheated frozen rolls, confirming the overall impression of the food. It's better to spend your money at the excellent pizzeria about 600 meters away; Keuken&Bar is not recommended.

We were in the radisson hotel for 2 nights, we decided to eat on that restaurant. The global of the restaurant was more or less ok. But, the service was simply a disaster. "Happy hour on friday and saturday from 6 to 7" I waited probably around 30 minutes for 1 beer. At the end to pay I notice none of the drinks i ordered during the happy hour were discounted. 2 out of the 3 waiters were absolutly away, they were not understanding simple english and forget every simple request. Everything took soooo long to be served. But ! I want to thanks the last waitress Kanisah, she was running everywhere to correct the mistakes of their colleagues. Super friendly, and really friendly. Big up to her for her amazing job. The food was decent, starter and main course were fine. For desert we ordered, a lava cake, wich was closer to an iceberg cake. But at least was good. To conclude, run away from that place. 1 amazing waitress don't compensate the bad quality of the others. Try to find alternatives if you can. And again big up for kanisah !!!

Keuken & Bar, el restaurante Inhouse de Radisson South, tenía un ambiente agradable y tranquilo. El restaurante tenía suficientes provisiones para sentarse. Durante la estancia, tenía desayuno buffet, que tenía una extensión razonable de opciones vegetarianas y no vegetarianas, incluyendo mostrador en vivo, que era una vista rara durante la gira por Europa. En general, buena opción para cenar tranquilamente.

Qué experiencia decepcionante. Mientras estábamos alojados en el hotel habíamos recibido un mensaje de empuje que la terraza estaba ahora abierta. Decidimos ir a tomar una copa y cenar abajo, para empezar con una copa en la terraza. El gerente del restaurante nos dijo que esto era posible solo cuando tomábamos nuestras bebidas nosotros mismos... No es el mejor comienzo. Pedimos bebidas y un aperitivo, seguido de cena, pollo satay con patatas. Al ser holandesa, la combinación de satay y papas sonaba extraña pero bueno, un riesgo al día. Mi consejo es que no corras este riesgo. Nos sirvieron un plato con muchas patatas, un pequeño trozo de pollo y un poco de salsa satay. Todos carentes de gusto y de atención personal. Realmente creo que no estaba recién preparado, estaba recién calentado en el microondas. Como estábamos decepcionados, no nos gustaba nada la comida y aún con hambre decidimos pedir unas patatas fritas para llenar nuestra barriga. ‘Algunos’ es exactamente lo que recibimos, 10 papas fritas. Eso fue todo. ¡Por favor, nunca visites este lugar! Gasta tu dinero en otra parte.

A great restaurant attached to the Radisson Hotel & Suites. The staff were great and very friendly. I ate there several times and the food is very good. I highly recommend the charcuterie board.

Le plat était très bon et sa présentation soignée. Le cheesecake du dessert était également réussi, je recommande ce restaurant aux personnes de passage à l'hôtel. 👍

Rude manager and awful food. The pizza was a sad imitation of one and the starters were barely recognisable

Nice restaurant, but the service was again very mediocre, no smiles on the faces, except for the friendly bartender, I once again encountered staff who were unsuitable for the catering industry, The food was mediocre, I really expected better in such a restaurant. Furthermore, everything took a very long time and after serving we didn't see anyone anymore, very bad(!) I just went and asked for the bill myself. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have been here with the same experience. My advice; Find another restaurant if you really want to eat out!

Very good restaurant, only downside is no children's menu but the dishes are excellent and the staff very helpful!

Zero value for money if you have to pay full price. Fortunately The Fork let's you book with a 50% discount on the menu (except drinks). Still it's not worth it. I ordered something that looked like a plate full leftovers and a tiny piece of chicken. The waiter doesn't hide he's not enjoying his work and didn't bother to enquiry if we were satisfied. And 4 Euro for an espresso?!!!

Extremely rude waiter, with no respect to people and no respect to allergies. I was served cheese which I'm severely allergic to. When I got mad I was told I'm rude and mistakes can happen... Besides, the atmosphere is very bad. Old and unpleasant.

Leuke lay-out en sfeer. Manager Sasha was zeer vriendelijk ook Kenisha was uiterst vriendelijk en gaf ons top service! Snacks en ontbijt heel goed, dinner minder maar smaken verschillen. Jammer dat de vis niet vers was (diepvries) alles samen toch nog een positive ervaring.

저녁식사로 치킨 롤, 그리고 후식으로 초코무스, 사과 크럼 벨을 먹었어요. 호텔 내 식당이라 가격은 당근 착하지 않지만 질적으로 매우 훌륭했던 음식과 후식이었습니다. 만약 호텔을 방문할 거라면 한 번은 먹어보길 추천합니다.

Excellent Place too eat, so cool and calm

Prima gegeten. Heerlijke makreel salade en kip rolletjes. Mooi opgemaakt en goede kwaliteit. Was erg rustig op een vrijdagavond. Jammer dat het meeste personeel alleen Engels spreekt.

Fantastic food and service! Wait staff and manager was extremely friendly and the food was spectacular. Arctic Char was savory, moist, and the skin was perfectly cooked to a crisp. Highly suggest getting the 3 course meal if still applicable.

My husband I are staying at the Radison and we decided to stop by this wonderful restaurant one evening. The food is absolutely delicious! The truffle risotto was so tasty and the fresh veggies made it even better. The staff was very kind and we had some nice conversations with the manager. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area 👍
