The kibbutz's heyday is over, it's all old junk. But the food is excellent.

The food is great. The service is very friendly.

The pizzas here are really good. My favorite is the pizza kibbutz. The pizza is huge, and I couldn't finish it by myself.

I ordered a kapsalon and a pizza with a drink. The food arrived hot and thankfully the drinks were chilled, which was really great. I ordered over the phone, and they were very friendly. The kapsalon was nicely stocked, and so was the pizza; they truly made it with love. I definitely recommend ordering from here!

Cafe/Snack bar. We had a delicious shawarma sandwich. The spare ribs are also highly recommended. They also have a variety of pasta dishes on the menu. Friendly service.

I placed an order at 4:30 PM for 6:00 PM. I clearly specified no vegetables or sauce on the kapsalon. They delivered my order at 6:30 PM, and the kapsalon was full of vegetables and sauce. When I called, the man on the phone was anything but helpful. I did eventually receive the correct kapsalon an hour and a half later, but there was no compensation whatsoever. I will never order from them again!

The food is disgusting and the fryer turns off an hour before closing time, 10x nothing

Food was tasteless. Kapsalon lamb shawarma. You couldn't even taste the shawarma, it was like minced meat, so small. Too bad, I've had better. Ordered 3 portions!

We ordered six different pizzas and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the delivery times. The delivery was perfectly on time, and the delivery driver was very friendly. The pizzas were still delicious and warm. I think these were the best pizzas we've ever received, and they're right. Highly recommended and a keeper for us! Thanks :)

You're frying in old fat. My husband had bought a croquette and I immediately smelled that the croquette smelled of old fat, then I already knew that it was not good... Tried 1 bite, but it already tastes exactly as it smells. Mega bad, please change your fat. I threw the croquette away, I'm really not going to eat it. Never again for us

Placed an order for pickup, first of all whatever you order they would make what they want, and argue that it's one and same thing, if so why the price difference. Coming to food quality, they didn't pay attention and meat got overcooked, burnt and hard. Let's not even go to hygiene, EXTREMELY UNHYGENIC! These used bare hands to put sla, and salade. Good food for ok price for Amstelveen. This place has pretty much only that going for it. Service is lower than average and the atmosphere is certainly not cozy. So best is to take away their food, for which this place is quite a solid option if you're craving Turkish snack food.

Some people are going to give a bad review because they temporarily had no pizzas. The reason was because the pizza maker's child was seriously ill. Those people who complain when there was a very sad reason for it should be ashamed of themselves!

I had ordered food via home delivery from kibbutz, it would be delivered between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, eventually it was 6:45 PM and I called the kibbutz, it was said that the food was on its way, at 7:15 PM the food came out and was delivered. it was said that it had fallen on the bus so all the food was mixed up we opened the bag and several things were missing and everything was wet and cold we then called again and it was said that they would quickly bring the rest ok 19 :15 they delivered again, this time they didn't have everything and the food had fallen into the bus again. Conclusion: never ordered from kibbutz again.

I visit every week to get pizza as well other items. My favorite is chicken pizza. They know my taste and will add the spicy hot sauce for my pizza. I tasted other items and all are tasty. They are very friendly.

Tasty shawarma and garlic sauce

We ordered food for three people last Ascension Day. It was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 PM. Called at 7:00 PM, you were told they were on their way. Called again at 7:30 PM and you are told that they still have to start preparing your food, we will immediately prepare it and you will have your food between 7:45 PM and 8:00 PM. They lied 3 times So it didn't arrive until 8:15 PM. We have been trying to get the money back for 4 days. I have spoken to the boss who has promised to give me the entire amount back in vouchers, but she has not heard from her anymore.

They charge prices more than prices in their own menu.

Even 1 star is too much. Wrong order and rude and unfriendly staff. Disgusting. I have been treated unfairly here before, but this is definitely the last time I order here. Rather pay a euro more and get the right treatment. Ultimately, these guys didn't eat anything yesterday.

If it was possible, I’d give a 0 star rating. Stated that it would arrive between 20-40 minutes, then preceded to say it would be 10 minutes later. Only arrived 2 hours later and when it did arrive, not only was it cold, it was undercooked and had missing components. Late delivery can happen sometimes, but the food itself was tasteless and I couldn’t even finish it even though I was starving waiting for 2 hours. Regardless of the late delivery, I would still never order from here again. I recommend any other place for a kapsalon and fries.

Just ordered fries war and doner sandwich via Thuisbezorgd. Specifically requested extra well done fries because the last two times were very disappointing. I was going to try it again because the time before was really great: crispy fries and good doner with great bread. So now I tried it again and it was very disappointing again. This was really the last time. The fries were limp and cold, the doner bread was wet and soggy. And this while I live less than 100 meters from the business; How is it possible that it looks like it has been rotting away for an hour? Besides, every time I come here people are in a grumpy mood and feel like you should just stay away and fuck off. Piss stains. This store could fall down on me. Last night a party for 30 young people. They came with 30 bags of fries, with a special sauce and they bought bitterballen especially for us. Great service. And we were given extra drinks. Great service!!!

The kibbutz is no longer what it used to be. I've had soggy fries twice now. Seemed like cooked rather than fried fries. I won't be ordering here again. It's a shame that things have deteriorated so much.

I apparently ran out of what I ordered and was told that I would get the money back within 3 working days. 30 days later I still haven't received anything back. I called and was told that someone would call back. I never called back. I lost 20 euros.

Best place in Amstelveen if you are a Mediterranean fan. Excellent food, sauces are just too good. Good collection of beer too. My go to place when i dont feel like eating my own food :)

My husband ordered shawarma tonight. 1.5 hours later still nothing. So call. Order did not go through, this can happen. As a compensation he would get a can of drink. 20 minutes later his food arrives. But no drinking! Shame .

I must honestly say that I have mixed experiences with Kibbutz Amstelveen. it is a busy place and customer friendliness sometimes seems absent. Coincidentally, I came in tonight to get a shawarma sandwich and I received a very warm welcome from a familiar face, namely someone who previously delivered my food when I ordered from kibbutz earlier this month. Anyway, I start talking to this employee and after a friendly and open conversation I finally dare to bring up a previous negative experience. I will keep the story as short as possible and spare the details, but in the end, with some help, I came to the conclusion that I have not always been respectful to the kibbutz employees. Forgiveness is the best thing a person can receive, so I order my shawarma with good courage. it then turns out that they opened the door for me two hours after the official closing time and that they served me out of the goodness of their hearts. I was actually perplexed that I dared to doubt the customer friendliness of these people. Before I walk out the door, I am kindly asked if I would like something to drink on the house and grateful as I am I walk home with a delicious shawarma and a can of fanta that I appreciate. viva la kibbutz, I will get food here more often ;)

Once but never again. Kapsalon is unedible. fries limp and cold. meat large pieces and way too much lettuce. yuck, I still feel nauseous about it. the garbage bin is happy with it.

Unfortunately it was closed upon arrival. Too bad 😔 next time. So I can't rate the food.
