Food never arrived, no updates , no nothing. Terrible place do not order.

Food is good, delivery is terrible. Since I liked the food, I had decided to order again regardless of the long waiting time of the first order (2.5 hrs). For the second order, I had to wait 3 hours. It’s clearly a pattern. Never ordering this again.

Took a terribly long time, more than 2.5 hours waiting for my order, even though it was only 2 burgers and 1 tub of ice cream, which in the end was no longer ice cream but a milkshake, the burgers were also unbearable. The delivery person was fine, but otherwise I've never had such bad service. just truly a ballet tent.

Food is good, delivery also. But be aware the bucket menu is spicy and it doesn't say about it when ordering.

Never got my order. They don’t pick up the phone, but are able to tel Uber eats that they delivered something 10 seconds after my 7th call 😡😡😡

I placed an order at 00:11 however received no updates from the take away so decided to call them at 01:17 - apparently their driver was in an accident BUT was told that my order would arrive within 30 minutes…. Called again at 02:00 for no one to pick up….. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

They call a few fries a portion. Half a tender strip in the burger and call it a chicken burger.

Ordered via Uber, did not arrive on time when I called, the gentleman on the phone said it would take another fifteen minutes, but after half an hour it was still not there. When I called back to ask how things were going, they again told me I had to wait 15 minutes and then I hung up without mercy.

The driver wanted to fight and didnt want to give me my order??? He wanted me to go downstairs otherwise he would have continued and i wouldn't have my food. He clearly did the driving licence test with someone who he knew because this man cannot even drive as well

I don’t want to jump to conclusions but the reviews are a bit suspicious to me, either very bad or very good… either way I decided to ignore the reviews and test it out for myself. I ordered on a Tuesday at 16:30 (I thought it wouldn’t be busy), and the order arrived 19:10. Uber doesn’t show were the driver is cause it’s delivered by the staff. Tried to call multiple times but didn’t answer for hours until I just spam called. They told me the driver was on his way. I wasn’t in a rush but 2 hours 40 minutes for burgers and chicken is very long. Now the food: Kipcorn burger was fine, fries were a bit soggy and the chicken was very very good. Also the food was warm so I had a nice meal. If you have time to wait, it’s a nice chicken place I guess but I wouldn’t trust them to deliver in 1 hour in the middle of the night. I hope TFC can fix the delivery time and communication. In that case I will definitely be coming back.

Probably a scam, called after 1h30m of tardiness, got told that it was busy and that they would deliver in 25 minutes but never did. Mondays is one of the least busy days...Still waiting for the food.

I don’t normally do reviews but if you re about to order from this store DONT DO IT! I was waiting 56 minutes plus when I tried to call them from though the number that Uber gave me they didn’t pick up I called them more than 5 times. Awful!
