Absolutely not a cozy place to sit and eat, the staff doesn't know what you're asking or saying and the food is really not tasty, soggy fries and very hard chicken pieces. Yuck...

They ask for coins to enter the bathroom, there's a long wait for the food, they charge you for each packet of sauce even if it's on the menu that corresponds to 1. Cleanliness is average to low.

It's taking an incredibly long time, it's not normal

The service here is an absolute disaster; the staff behave as if they work here as punishment. They are incredibly unfriendly, disrespectful, and outright insult the customers. Additionally, hygiene is abysmal. The tables are dirty, sticky, and simply not cleaned. As if that weren't enough, friends of the staff constantly gather in the establishment. They make a tremendous amount of noise, making it impossible to sit quietly, talk, or eat normally. This is without a doubt the worst place in Amsterdam. The entire staff and management must be replaced immediately. Deeply sad and absolutely not recommended!

Fair is fair. This KFC has made huge strides in terms of hospitality and food quality. Compared to before, this is genuinely such a big difference. The staff are attentive, offer you deals, and process your order as soon as possible. The food is now also hot and crispy, compared to a year ago when it was still dry and cold. I don't know what you are doing, but if you keep this up and continue to improve yourselves, there is a lot of potential in this branch.

I have been to the KFC at Buikslotermeerplein a few times recently and I have to say that I am really impressed! It is clear that a lot of attention has been paid to the store, because the atmosphere is really nice and inviting. What struck me most is how clean everything is. The dining area is super clean, which is always pleasant when you go out to eat. And an absolute surprise: the toilets are super clean! Unfortunately, you don't see that everywhere, so kudos for that.

I had a delicious meal today at KFC Amsterdam Noord. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted excellent. What really sets this branch apart for me is the amazing service provided by the staff. The employees are friendly, helpful, and genuinely think along with the customer. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in. It is nice to see that customer focus is a top priority here. Compliments to the entire team for their dedication and hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Well that was one time and one time only experience. Aside from the company only having 2 employees staffed, I ordered a loaded fries, 5 fillet bites and sugar free Pepsi. After 15 minutes and the lady at the counter asking for loaded fries 6 times. The fries did not come, the cook didn't care and instead focused on the online prepping. There was literally only one person ahead of me and when I asked to cancel my order, THEN all of a sudden my order was ready in less than 2 minutes but the lady serving me tried to give me regular cola, which I had to point out. So yeah, I can understand why this place has such low reviews. I thought it looked quiet and desolate because it's on the north. But now I understand it's empty because people avoid it for the service. Don't go here.

The food quality was quite disappointing! The Zinger Burger didn’t really stand out with any particular flavor, just a subtle heat. It was definitely one of the less enjoyable KFC experiences I’ve had, and it also took a while to arrive.

They took too long and they don't have air conditioning. 40+ degrees feels like a sauna! even though it was 26 degrees.

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty from the moment we walked in. Trash bins were overflowing, tables were not cleaned properly, and the toilet was in terrible condition — spider webs, dirt, stains, and generally poor hygiene standards. On top of that, my order was messed up twice. First, they packed it as takeaway even though I clearly said I wanted to eat in. Then they forgot 2 pieces of chicken, and after that they also forgot to add the Twister. The staff seemed disorganized and not attentive at all. Mistakes can happen once, but this many issues during one visit together with the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this place in its current condition.

Very bad food.... We waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken burgers while there were no other customers!!! Then you get chicken burgers that are inedible. 2 mini chicken burgers for €10 is ridiculous. This was a one-time thing, never eating here again. It is not just the food, but also the service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would have done so - 5 stars for us.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, delivered reasonably quickly.. Still, the food was cold, fries, burger, hot wings all cold, The hot wings were also dark in color, old, tough and tasted burnt, I could have thrown it straight into the trash, it was inedible ..what a shitty place.

I ordered a variety bucket but two pieces of classic chicken were missing. This isn't the first time I've had missing items or received ridiculously small pieces. Please look into this.

Thuisbezorgd, the fries are for a toddler, for which you just casually shell out 4.50 euros!!!!! Hot wings, delicious (for a Thuisbezorgd). Delivery guy was great! You have to eat there, you don't even want to! I don't know how they manage it, but you get cold food! The atmosphere is awful! Sorry.... 4.50 euros for a "handful" of fries makes me pissed off! That was also the very last time at this KFC.

Ordered food; after the notification that the delivery person was on the way, it took a while before they arrived. They arrived on foot, though wearing a bicycle helmet, so the bike must have been parked somewhere. The food was cold. What a shame; this is already the second time I've ordered here and it arrived cold. Not even lukewarm, no, just cold.
