Recently, all KFC restaurants offered table service; you just need to pay, get a number, and sit down. But that's not what happens; the staff apparently dislike this type of service. I would understand if they were short-staffed, but this has been going on for months. The question is, why offer it if you don't want to provide it? Simply remove the sign. I questioned a staff member, and she said there wasn't enough staff, which isn't entirely true. This has been happening for a year, always the same way. Please stop offering table service if you don't intend to provide it.

I have ordered from you once and it is not that good and I also have two Duble Black, a single and a duble and the order takes two hours, do you know what is better to do ALREADY 🤮🤮🤮

The customer service was disappointing, the food was overly salty, and there were no facilities available for changing diapers for babies. This was a very unsatisfactory experience, unlike any I've had at other KFC locations.

I ordered €88 worth of food. Received half and only got €7 back. Very poor service with uber eats and KFC just pointing at each other.

Went by around 5pm for something to eat. There was only 1 working ordering column and you could pay in cash at the cash register. Chosen to pay in cash, but that would not have been a smart choice. We just weren't helped. After 10 minutes we asked if an employee could help us. In the end it took 45 minutes until we were helped...

food is cold after ordering a personalized chicken burger (without sauce etc) very dry chicken. after eating it felt nauseous when ordering through a tablet and asked to bring food to the table, they dont! have to come to the till to get the food. personnel are impolite and act as if they don't want to be there.

There are no digital boards and no receipt for customers. I have been there for over one hour to take my order and you can only pay with card and no other option.

If you crave chicken, go to KFC. Well, I haven't seen you since, there was an improvement, but now I had to wait almost 40 minutes again while there were only 4 orders. Besides that, I just found out that I received the wrong chicken which, together with the fries, was also cold, dry and old. The employees are not at all concerned with preparing food and just do whatever. It's a shame that KFC has a good name that is being brought down by employees.

I always have to wait more than 20 minutes as a home delivery person (sometimes up to 40 minutes in outlier cases). I'm really dreading picking up an order here because it just takes super long... Hire more employees or something, man

Meest vreselijkste kfc ooit! Na de 1e x besteld te hebben ontbrak de saus en friet. 2e keer besteld te hebben klopte de bestelling ook al niet. We kregen een schrale smaakloze lauw warme kip bucket waar totaal geen smaak en zout in zat! EN de 2x friet ontbrak ook in de zak! Die gasten die daar werken kijken blijkbaar niet op de bon/bestelling! Maar wel 25 euro bijna afschrijven voor alles. Dit kan echt niet vooral als je honger heb en moet wachten op je eten. Wat een schrijnende tent. Moet gesloten worden! want het personeel neemt de telefoon ook njet op als je in de avond uren belt. Er komt een voicemail tevoorschijn. Nooit meer bestellen hier!

Crappy visit to KFC Visited KFC yesterday, but what a disappointment. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and when it finally came, it was still a disaster. The chicken was incredibly tough and not fresh at all, and the fries were half-fried and limp. All this for 50 euros for three people – definitely not worth the money. There were 20 people waiting for their order for at least 40 minutes. We had 2 menus but half the order was missing; when I pointed it out we received an indifferent response. Lady behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. Food was cold, brown lettuce, wrong and missing sauce and the drinks were lukewarm and half full. Dramatic. We should actually get a refund!

I recently started working in Amsterdam. During shopping evenings we always order food via Uber Eats. We ordered here on the first working day and a number of things were not delivered. After successful orders from other fast food chains in recent weeks, which always went well, today I was craving chicken. Once again part of the order was not received. The reviews on Uber Eats are undeservedly better than I can see on Google. Fortunately, Uber Eats has refunded part of the amount, so the service is good. However, this branch unfortunately disappoints.

I have never bought kfc so many times and then not wanted to eat it after. I don’t know what you fry the chicken in (12 month old oil I assume) but you need to change the oil because their is no kfc taste just greasy chicken with a stale oil taste I don’t know why I come here (this is the last time) it’s disgusting everything you touch inside is greasy you have never cleaned this place ever. I am Pretty sure you guys have made me sick a bunch of times as well you’re lucky I don’t sue you. This is not a kfc brand it’s actually embarrassing you should be shut down and I guarantee you have rats. We were unable to order at the post so the nice employee came to help us. We could pick up the food at the counter. The zinger burger with fries and a coke was delicious.

The worst KFC I have ever been to. They didn't have milkshakes which we paid for an replaced it with water. We missed a drink but after waiting 25 minutes after ordering I have left it. Not enough sause which we did pay for. We didn't get napkins, asked for them and got two for a party of 6 people. Terrible atmosphere, staff hate their job, food is below average.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to... First of all, it takes a very long time before your order is ready. Then it turns out that the product you ordered has run out. Extremely disappointed. The toilet with chips was not working. Portions below the exaggerated limit and serving in a paper bag. No trays. No napkins. I don't think it's original KFC. It seems like a franchise far below standards!

Greasy and slippery floor. Chicken pieces not well cooked and greasy. The fries where made 1 hour ago - cold, chewy, nasty. The machine to return the 1.5 eur of deposit for the glass doesn’t work so they just keep that money. There is nothing good about this place. The regional manager needs to take action.

This KFC is very bad compared to KFC in Osdorp or Zaandam. Too few staff and poorly trained when it comes to communicating with your guests (customers). It's messy. There are only two self-service kiosks, which are also stupidly placed almost in front of the exit. You're practically blocking the entrance and exit. Often only 1 of them works. Yesterday because the paper roll for the printer had to be replaced. The staff doesn't do anything about it if you come to the cash register and report it. Plus at the counter you can only pay in cash, even though this is NOT stated ANYWHERE! Ordered chicken tender meal. The chicken was dry, almost rubbery. Ordered a medium menu with a milkshake, but it comes in a Small cup. And a small bag of fries. While you pay an extra surcharge for a medium! Plus the employee doesn't check whether the sauce is included for the menu. So back to the counter, but the employee looks at you with a look like: what do you want?! Instead of: can I help you or do you have a question?

Went to KFC Buikslotermeerplein Amsterdam Noord on Friday September 6, the ladies did not understand me and were terribly grumpy and the food was cold, old and hard.

Restaurant has been a disaster for months. As an Uber delivery person, 9 times out of 10 it is better not to accept an order, since you have to wait more than half an hour for orders. It's a mystery to me that they still have customers, I would never order food here

I ordered 2x vanilla milkshakes and received 2x coconut even though the receipt clearly states vanilla. And we don't even get a straw! This feels racially motivated, just because I'm dark I definitely get that coconut, don't I? I think they match the scent of my hair products. I don't understand how you can confuse vanilla with coconut because the color is the same but it smells very different. The person who made my order should be fired immediately! give me coconut what are you thinking, you racist🫵😠. By the way, I don't like coconut to the point that it makes me very nauseous, I'm not allergic at all, but this did give me a minor cardiac arrest. I ordered a vanilla milkshake, first of all I didn't get a straw and coconut instead of vanilla, I had a severe reaction to it and was almost in the hospital, I threw it at a child outside! This is unacceptable🙄

We ordered food via Uber eats at 5:45 PM, the order totaled €82.83. I paid extra money to have it delivered as a priority. Finally it was delivered after 2 hours! There is no contact at all with KFC and the service via Uber eats is also quite poor. The food was completely wrong and entire menus were missing! It was also cold, which is ridiculous for the amount of food you ordered. However, the delivery person was friendly and already indicated that things were going completely wrong in the restaurant.

I have never seen a bigger bunch of morons working something with such lack of success. We stood for 30minutes waiting for our food meanwhile there were at least 10 other people waiting and nobody got their food. It was almost tragic looking at them struggle completing a handful of orders like they were trying to assemble a nuclear reactor. Just speechless, if you want to eat and are starving dont come here because you will have to wait an insane amount of time.

The meal in the offer is not what it is in reality. I ordered the Free Zinger Steak Double, but I was delivered a regular meal, not a double. I am not completely satisfied with that.

We come home and there is hair in one of the meals. I love KFC but this branch needs some management. And hair nets would be a good start and free toilets for customers would also be a good idea

Skip this KFC. Just go to another restaurant/fast food place. It's incredibly nasty. There are even bones on the floor. You need to wait for an eternity, only to find your crust and fries became completely soggy from the wait. The cup return machine is broken, as well as half of the order terminals. Staff is incredibly unfriendly. You can't go to the toilet without having to pay.

We came for takeaway and ate at home. Service is ok, takes a bit long. The quality of the chicken and fries is really very poor. I have the feeling that people are frying in old oil or fat. The Hot Wings are not hot. The Original Chicken is weird because it's kind of crispy short that shouldn't be crispy. The coke was not cold and had no spark anymore. Disappointment.

Waited 30 minutes and the order was still not done. When we went to check, they did not even know about our order for some reason. It was not busy, but they prioritize the delivery orders. The employees don't seem to care much either, one of them seems extremely unsatisfied with their job too. Customer service is not something they are familiar with, even at a basic level.

KFC is not a small player, so invest in your staff and hygiene. It's really scandalous that a toilet can be so terribly dirty (blood, poop, no toilet paper) and that you still have to pay 50 cents for it!! Rancid, the kitchen will probably be just as disgusting.

Ordered 3 Zinger burger menus today. Upon arrival it was quite busy, but there was only one working order column and it was not possible to order at the cash register. This meant I could only place an order after 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the order was ready, but when we got home we were very disappointed. The burgers were on bare hamburger buns and had hardly any fillings, and the buns also had little taste. I paid €35.22 for the 3 menus and expect to get the Zinger burgers I paid for. The service and quality of the food has deteriorated in the Noord branch for some time, but even though I live in Noord, I will no longer order from here. The reviews show that I am not the only dissatisfied customer. If the branch still wants to retain its existing customers, it may be wise to do something with the feedback.

The woman (the manager) is certainly not happy where she works, not happy at all. Reusable cup does not scan, we take the receipt to the cash register, yes we can't do anything about it. If you will not receive a refund, please send a letter to the head office. So not super helpful. So click on take away and don't click eat there, otherwise you will just waste euros on reusable cups

I paid 8.95 for a pathetic chicken parlor that was missing tomatoes and cheese. Restaurant was dirty, literally every table was greasy and gross. Why is table service offered if the employees don't feel like bringing it and will still shout out your number so you have to pick it up yourself??

Worst experience ever. First time in the restaurant: had to wait for my order for 25 minutes. It was an order for one person, the restaurant was not full at all. Second time: delivery via uber eats. The delivery was fast but HALF of my order was missing. The burger was messy and the lettuce was old and brownish.

We ordered at half past eight, we didn't get our food until a quarter to ten. I find this unacceptably ridiculous! We also didn't get half of our food. Delivery person was great. We called KFC 5 times but didn't answer. I have eaten at KFC for 20 years but it has never been this bad, there was even a piece of metal in it that was ridiculous. An employee probably also ate my food. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly.

Bad service, very rude staff and we were sent out of the restaurant at 10:00 PM (saying they had too few staff even though several customers still came in to order) while the restaurant was open until 11:00 PM. Never come back here again.

I ordered two simple menus with sides. It took +30 minutes for it to be ready. I had to ask the personnel after 20 minutes and they had not even started preparing it. The sides of chicken tenders were stone cold and the new kipsalon was not worth it.

There are really brainless people working there who don't even have the capacity to follow a pre-determined system. Because of this franchisee, KFC has ruined what I loved for over 20 years.
