Because we weren't allowed to use the restroom, despite our request to pay 50 cents by card and explaining our clear need for one, we had to walk through the city center to find one. When we were finally allowed to use a restroom elsewhere and returned to order, the chicken was half raw/limp. That's why I couldn't eat the burger. I did meet two adorable mice who live in the restaurant. I hope they enjoy my burger. It's a shame about the €30.

It took way too long; I waited 20 minutes for my food, and I'll be honest, the fries were cold and had no salt in them. But the most important thing is that I did receive my food. And it was still edible. Points for improvement: - Hire more experienced staff - Be more customer-friendly - And keep the building well-maintained, such as repairing the scanning device and having cleaning services available. This is the first time I've ever left a 1-star review. You'd have to be incredibly generous (repeatedly) to get me to do that. Sometimes you just don't feel like McDonald's and want KFC. I've lived in Noord for years, and despite my regular disappointments at KFC in Noord, I really craved chicken and couldn't resist. I knew there was a good chance something would be missing, but I usually fix it right away because I'm there in person. Even then, it's a huge gamble whether the food is properly prepared. Last week, I took a bigger gamble: having it delivered through Thuisbezorgd. I ordered a Zinger menu with a few side dishes. My order arrived way too late, and my drinks were placed next to my sides, making them very cold. One side dish was missing, and worst of all: my Zinger burger wasn't included...!! So I tried calling KFC, but guess what, the phone number doesn't work. I think I've bought food here at least 20 times (on-site), and at least 15 of those times it went wrong. This isn't rocket science, is it? Extremely incompetent staff and management. It's also partly my own fault with my last experience; I should have known better. NEVER AGAIN. Next time I'm really craving KFC, I'll take the car and drive the 20 minutes to a nearby KFC, because then I'm almost certain it'll be okay.

If you respect yourself, don't come here. This place is a disgrace to the KFC brand. Used and unused toilet paper litters the restroom floor—with the accompanying smell. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order—this isn't fast food, this is slow food at its worst. Instead of calling out our order number, the employee simply shouted, "Hey, man, come pick it up." Why do you even use a number system if it's not followed? The staff seems unmotivated and disrespectful to customers. If you can't hire decent staff, close this location. That way, you'll at least spare the brand further reputational damage.

We ordered a meal which should've come with fries but instead of fries we got two pieces of corn. The veggie tenders and chicken tenders were laced with pepper and on top of that we only got 3 tenders out of the 4 we ordered. This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. We had to wait 26 minutes for 2 small menus!! The fries were cold, the milkshake tasted like it was out of date, there was no tomato on the burgers while there should be and they forgot our sauce. I don't complain about this when it's busy, but there were maybe 6 people in the restaurant. Really a mess, I find it strange that the restaurant is still open at this branch. Don't eat here. There is no speaking here, the toilets are downright dirty, you have to pay 50 cents, you don't dare go and the staff doesn't say anything. Restaurant itself also dirty. Drinks and papers everywhere. This KFC location left a lot to be desired — honestly, it’s surprising it’s still open. They should just close it 1. Although we ordered to eat in, we were called up to collect our food without even being given a tray or napkins — just a takeaway box. 2. The dining area was dirty, with only a small section of one table even remotely clean. 3. The chicken was soggy, the coating poorly done, and the flavor was terrible — cannot stress enough - very bitter and greasy, with an unpleasant aftertaste. It seemed like it had been refried or cooked in 2 year-old oil. We couldn’t eat it and ended up leaving most of it behind. 4. The trash bins were overflowing, making it difficult to even dispose of our waste. Definitely one of the worst KFC experiences we had.

My visit to KFC Amsterdam Noord was downright unpleasant. The tables were filthy and clearly not cleaned properly, giving the whole restaurant an unkempt impression. As if that wasn't enough, there was an unpleasant atmosphere: lots of people just hanging around without ordering anything, which gave the feeling of being in a waiting room instead of a fast food restaurant. And I paid for a gift, so I would like to have one too (my neighbor was very happy with it by the way:) After dinner (which is good for KFC food) So we tell the employee that we still owe the gift. And show the receipt to the employee. He looks at us, at the receipt, grabs it from our hand with an expression of "what have I got for you there" and slams the gift down on the counter. Kindness doesn't exist there either. If I had been the owner or manager of this business. I would be crying my eyes out! And that the food and consumer authorities approve this? Because what happened before will be the same afterward, I think. Too bad about this!

We wanted to eat there, so we also had to wash hands in the toilet, but then we had to put 50 cents in, so I asked at the cash register if I could pay by card because I don't carry cash and no, this was not possible. I ask for wet napkins but they didn't have those either. Wasn't a good start. Had ordered fam bucket menu and zinger menu. Bucket bone chicken was red on the inside and not yet cooked properly. Have shown the employee that it is not just one but several. Chicken is chicken, he says and turns around. Well, I got angry so I avoid talking further because the discussion becomes not only about the food but also about his attitude with his dirty beard. So I left and just left the food except zinger. Multiple chicken wings had hairs in it, gross. The fries were small even though we payed for a large. I called customer service an hour before closing time, they didnt pick up. Recently, all KFC restaurants offered table service; you just need to pay, get a number, and sit down. But that's not what happens; the staff apparently dislike this type of service. I would understand if they were short-staffed, but this has been going on for months. The question is, why offer it if you don't want to provide it? Simply remove the sign. I questioned a staff member, and she said there wasn't enough staff, which isn't entirely true. This has been happening for a year, always the same way. food is cold after ordering a personalized chicken burger (without sauce etc) very dry chicken. after eating it felt nauseous when ordering through a tablet and asked to bring food to the table, they dont! have to come to the till to get the food. personnel are impolite and act as if they don't want to be there.

If you crave chicken, go to KFC. Well, I haven't seen you since, there was an improvement, but now I had to wait almost 40 minutes again while there were only 4 orders. Besides that, I just found out that I received the wrong chicken which, together with the fries, was also cold, dry and old. The employees are not at all concerned with preparing food and just do whatever. It's a shame that KFC has a good name that is being brought down by employees.

I always have to wait more than 20 minutes as a home delivery person (sometimes up to 40 minutes in outlier cases). I'm really dreading picking up an order here because it just takes super long... Hire more employees or something, man

Meest vreselijkste kfc ooit! Na de 1e x besteld te hebben ontbrak de saus en friet. 2e keer besteld te hebben klopte de bestelling ook al niet. We kregen een schrale smaakloze lauw warme kip bucket waar totaal geen smaak en zout in zat! EN de 2x friet ontbrak ook in de zak! Die gasten die daar werken kijken blijkbaar niet op de bon/bestelling! Maar wel 25 euro bijna afschrijven voor alles. Dit kan echt niet vooral als je honger heb en moet wachten op je eten. Wat een schrijnende tent. Moet gesloten worden! want het personeel neemt de telefoon ook njet op als je in de avond uren belt. Er komt een voicemail tevoorschijn. Nooit meer bestellen hier!

Crappy visit to KFC Visited KFC yesterday, but what a disappointment. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and when it finally came, it was still a disaster. The chicken was incredibly tough and not fresh at all, and the fries were half-fried and limp. All this for 50 euros for three people – definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately, KFC is no longer what it used to be. Too bad, because we really expected something better. This was the last for us

There were 20 people waiting for their order for at least 40 minutes. We had 2 menus but half the order was missing; when I pointed it out we received an indifferent response. Lady behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. Food was cold, brown lettuce, wrong and missing sauce and the drinks were lukewarm and half full. Dramatic. We should actually get a refund!

I recently started working in Amsterdam. During shopping evenings we always order food via Uber Eats. We ordered here on the first working day and a number of things were not delivered. After successful orders from other fast food chains in recent weeks, which always went well, today I was craving chicken. Once again part of the order was not received. The reviews on Uber Eats are undeservedly better than I can see on Google. Fortunately, Uber Eats has refunded part of the amount, so the service is good. However, this branch unfortunately disappoints.

I have never bought kfc so many times and then not wanted to eat it after. I don’t know what you fry the chicken in (12 month old oil I assume) but you need to change the oil because their is no kfc taste just greasy chicken with a stale oil taste I don’t know why I come here (this is the last time) it’s disgusting everything you touch inside is greasy you have never cleaned this place ever. I am Pretty sure you guys have made me sick a bunch of times as well you’re lucky I don’t sue you. This is not a kfc brand it’s actually embarrassing you should be shut down and I guarantee you have rats. IF I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD, I PAYED 25 EUROS FOR DISGUSTING INEDIBLE MEAL AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER SO DON’T ACT LIKE ITS A ONE OFF YOU ABSOLUTE TRAMPS !!!!

The worst KFC I have ever been to. They didn't have milkshakes which we paid for an replaced it with water. We missed a drink but after waiting 25 minutes after ordering I have left it. Not enough sause which we did pay for. We didn't get napkins, asked for them and got two for a party of 6 people. Terrible atmosphere, staff hate their job, food is below average.

I got something here once a few years ago: fries and a Hamburger. I got a huge portion of fries, which I hadn't asked for. When I asked why I got such a large portion, the person said, "We always order everyone a large portion, and the Halburger was dry."
