Well that was one time and one time only experience. Aside from the company only having 2 employees staffed, I ordered a loaded fries, 5 fillet bites and sugar free Pepsi. After 15 minutes and the lady at the counter asking for loaded fries 6 times. The fries did not come, the cook didn't care and instead focused on the online prepping. There was literally only one person ahead of me and when I asked to cancel my order, THEN all of a sudden my order was ready in less than 2 minutes but the lady serving me tried to give me regular cola, which I had to point out. So yeah, I can understand why this place has such low reviews. I thought it looked quiet and desolate because it's on the north. But now I understand it's empty because people avoid it for the service. Don't go here.

The food quality was quite disappointing! The Zinger Burger didn’t really stand out with any particular flavor, just a subtle heat. It was definitely one of the less enjoyable KFC experiences I’ve had, and it also took a while to arrive.

They took too long and they don't have air conditioning. 40+ degrees feels like a sauna! even though it was 26 degrees.

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty from the moment we walked in. Trash bins were overflowing, tables were not cleaned properly, and the toilet was in terrible condition — spider webs, dirt, stains, and generally poor hygiene standards. On top of that, my order was messed up twice. First, they packed it as takeaway even though I clearly said I wanted to eat in. Then they forgot 2 pieces of chicken, and after that they also forgot to add the Twister. The staff seemed disorganized and not attentive at all. Mistakes can happen once, but this many issues during one visit together with the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this place in its current condition.

Very bad food.... We waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken burgers while there were no other customers!!! Then you get chicken burgers that are inedible. 2 mini chicken burgers for €10 is ridiculous. This was a one-time thing, never eating here again. It is not just the food, but also the service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would have done so - 5 stars for us.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, delivered reasonably quickly.. Still, the food was cold, fries, burger, hot wings all cold, The hot wings were also dark in color, old, tough and tasted burnt, I could have thrown it straight into the trash, it was inedible ..what a shitty place.

I ordered a variety bucket but two pieces of classic chicken were missing. This isn't the first time I've had missing items or received ridiculously small pieces. Please look into this.

Thuisbezorgd, the fries are for a toddler, for which you just casually shell out 4.50 euros!!!!! Hot wings, delicious (for a Thuisbezorgd). Delivery guy was great! You have to eat there, you don't even want to! I don't know how they manage it, but you get cold food! The atmosphere is awful! Sorry.... 4.50 euros for a "handful" of fries makes me pissed off! That was also the very last time at this KFC.

Ordered food; after the notification that the delivery person was on the way, it took a while before they arrived. They arrived on foot, though wearing a bicycle helmet, so the bike must have been parked somewhere. The food was cold. What a shame; this is already the second time I've ordered here and it arrived cold. Not even lukewarm, no, just cold.

It took 30 minutes to get the takeaway bucket. Something is not working in “fast food” section. There was no list of what number is getting prepared and what is ready. So you have to wait… the smell of cooking oil in the evening is maddening.

A truly unpleasant place. It's true that they have mice; we saw them and ran out of there. I think they're practically part of the restaurant now, because I've seen other reviews. Despite arriving an hour before closing time and the restaurant being almost empty, the girl who served us told us we had to eat quickly because they were about to close. Or maybe she just didn't want us to see their pets. Too bad we saw them too late. It's a place I don't recommend and I wouldn't go back. We were left with a bad taste in our mouths. I don't know if I want to go back to KFC.

Placed an order for pickup. This was because it would otherwise take forever to get your food. The food was ready quickly, under a heat lamp, in the bag. The final result: when you get in the car, the food is lukewarm, and by the time you get home (a 5-minute drive), it's simply cold. You could also smell everything made in old fat... a sickly aftertaste. I'm never going back here. Ugh. And all that for a total of €37. A real waste of money!

The dirtiest KFC and one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Everywhere is dirty and messy. Asked if they have wet napkins so at least I clean my own table I sit at, and they said no. Toilets are utterly disgusting - stinks very bad, very dirty too. I read that KFC responds to the messages and apologies with a promise to fix for a year now, but at this point, I am even doubting if they really care. Seems not - how can you keep a restaurant so dirty and in anti-hygienic conditions? How come relevant regulators don’t shut the whole place down? Just avoid this place. There is a nice McDonald’s nearby, which is very nice and clean.

Because we weren't allowed to use the restroom, despite our request to pay 50 cents by card and explaining our clear need for one, we had to walk through the city center to find one. When we were finally allowed to use a restroom elsewhere and returned to order, the chicken was half raw/limp. That's why I couldn't eat the burger. I did meet two adorable mice who live in the restaurant. I hope they enjoy my burger. It's a shame about the €30.

The chicken is extremely dry and the pieces are the same. The girls talk as if the store is empty, and then they turn their backs on customers, speak in foreign languages, and throw food around laughing. No, sorry, but this isn't normal.

It took way too long; I waited 20 minutes for my food, and I'll be honest, the fries were cold and had no salt in them. But the most important thing is that I did receive my food. And it was still edible. Points for improvement: - Hire more experienced staff - Be more customer-friendly - And keep the building well-maintained, such as repairing the scanning device and having cleaning services available. This is the first time I've ever left a 1-star review. You'd have to be incredibly generous (repeatedly) to get me to do that. Sometimes you just don't feel like McDonald's and want KFC. I've lived in Noord for years, and despite my regular disappointments at KFC in Noord, I really craved chicken and couldn't resist. I knew there was a good chance something would be missing, but I usually fix it right away because I'm there in person. Even then, it's a huge gamble whether the food is properly prepared. Last week, I took a bigger gamble: having it delivered through Thuisbezorgd. I ordered a Zinger menu with a few side dishes. My order arrived way too late, and my drinks were placed next to my sides, making them very cold. One side dish was missing, and worst of all: my Zinger burger wasn't included...!! So I tried calling KFC, but guess what, the phone number doesn't work. I think I've bought food here at least 20 times (on-site), and at least 15 of those times it went wrong. This isn't rocket science, is it? Extremely incompetent staff and management. It's also partly my own fault with my last experience; I should have known better. NEVER AGAIN. Next time I'm really craving KFC, I'll take the car and drive the 20 minutes to a nearby KFC, because then I'm almost certain it'll be okay.

If you respect yourself, don't come here. This place is a disgrace to the KFC brand. Used and unused toilet paper litters the restroom floor—with the accompanying smell. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order—this isn't fast food, this is slow food at its worst. Instead of calling out our order number, the employee simply shouted, "Hey, man, come pick it up." Why do you even use a number system if it's not followed? The staff seems unmotivated and disrespectful to customers. If you can't hire decent staff, close this location. That way, you'll at least spare the brand further reputational damage.

It took them 2hours to deliver the most basic of meals and still got it wrong. I ordered a children meal with toy. Didn't receive the toy. They packed the milkshake next to warm food. Food is cold...milkshake is melted. I was supposed to have 8 hot wings. Got 6.

We ordered through Uber eats and when we opened the package the sight was honestly just disappointing. We ordered a meal which should've come with fries but instead of fries we got two pieces of corn. The veggie tenders and chicken tenders were laced with pepper and on top of that we only got 3 tenders out of the 4 we ordered. I wish I had checked the reviews over here before placing an order and seen the warnings from others since this place is definitely not worth the cost. Not even close.

This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. We had to wait 26 minutes for 2 small menus!! The fries were cold, the milkshake tasted like it was out of date, there was no tomato on the burgers while there should be and they forgot our sauce. I don't complain about this when it's busy, but there were maybe 6 people in the restaurant. Really a mess, I find it strange that the restaurant is still open at this branch. Don't eat here. I wonder if I will get sick from this.

The staff were absolutely unfriendly. I got a drink I didn't want and was told, "It's just the way it is." The toilets were dirty and clogged. The tables weren't cleaned. This is my first and last time here. Absolutely not recommended. The food was cold, one burger had no sauce, and we were charged a deposit for paper cups. 🤦‍♀️

There is no speaking here, the toilets are downright dirty, you have to pay 50 cents, you don't dare go and the staff doesn't say anything. Restaurant itself also dirty. Drinks and papers everywhere. This is not just once, but always. The board hasn't worked for ages. The last time there were young people inside and in front of the door, but we were turned away, it was already closed, well before closing time. I understand that good staff is difficult to find, but they really need to train hard here. Take away but definitely don't eat there.

Ordered food here on King's Day. I had to wait more than an hour. Food was cold, the burger was soggy and there was a lot of ketchup. Looked more like a ketchup burger instead of a chicken burger. Never again.

This KFC location left a lot to be desired — honestly, it’s surprising it’s still open. They should just close it 1. Although we ordered to eat in, we were called up to collect our food without even being given a tray or napkins — just a takeaway box. 2. The dining area was dirty, with only a small section of one table even remotely clean. 3. The chicken was soggy, the coating poorly done, and the flavor was terrible — cannot stress enough - very bitter and greasy, with an unpleasant aftertaste. It seemed like it had been refried or cooked in 2 year-old oil. We couldn’t eat it and ended up leaving most of it behind. 4. The trash bins were overflowing, making it difficult to even dispose of our waste. Definitely one of the worst KFC experiences we had.

ordered via home delivery, the food was cold and we received the wrong menus that we had not ordered at all, there were also 3 adult Pepsi drinking cups missing that cost one euro each, I paid 82 euros for my entire family and we got a bad smell. The restaurant is very dirty. Tables are sticky, Floor is sticky, there is trash everywhere. Restaurant is completely empty, except for the noisy youths who only charge their phones and do not order anything. Chicken was also not tasty, it tastes like it came straight from the microwave.

My visit to KFC Amsterdam Noord was downright unpleasant. The tables were filthy and clearly not cleaned properly, giving the whole restaurant an unkempt impression. As if that wasn't enough, there was an unpleasant atmosphere: lots of people just hanging around without ordering anything, which gave the feeling of being in a waiting room instead of a fast food restaurant. The staff didn't seem to care about anything and the hygiene left a lot to be desired. Definitely not a nice place to eat quietly. I won't be coming back here again!

When we picked up our meal, I asked if they knew everything was there and if someone could clean it. And that I understood that they may have few staff. Lady said very slowly and disinterestedly, someone is coming to clean. Didn't see a dog, he didn't even dare to come. I had a kids meal, not much appetite. And I paid for a gift, so I would like to have one too (my neighbor was very happy with it by the way:) After dinner (which is good for KFC food) So we tell the employee that we still owe the gift. And show the receipt to the employee. He looks at us, at the receipt, grabs it from our hand with an expression of "what have I got for you there" and slams the gift down on the counter. Kindness doesn't exist there either. If I had been the owner or manager of this business. I would be crying my eyes out! And that the food and consumer authorities approve this? Because what happened before will be the same afterward, I think. Too bad about this!

We wanted to eat there, so we also had to wash hands in the toilet, but then we had to put 50 cents in, so I asked at the cash register if I could pay by card because I don't carry cash and no, this was not possible. I ask for wet napkins but they didn't have those either. Wasn't a good start. Had ordered fam bucket menu and zinger menu. Bucket bone chicken was red on the inside and not yet cooked properly. Have shown the employee that it is not just one but several. Chicken is chicken, he says and turns around. Well, I got angry so I avoid talking further because the discussion becomes not only about the food but also about his attitude with his dirty beard. So I left and just left the food except zinger. Waste of money and done with it. The attitudes of those employees are just aso and it is not a people-friendly place.

We ordered from Thuisbezorgd and it was a horrible experience. It arrived on time, but we were missing a burger, the other burger didnt have bacon like we paid for. Multiple chicken wings had hairs in it, gross. The fries were small even though we payed for a large. I called customer service an hour before closing time, they didnt pick up. I ate in the restaurant before and it was fine, but im never ever ordering from them again. Feel disgusting because I probably ate some hairs. So yeah, 1 star.

Recently, all KFC restaurants offered table service; you just need to pay, get a number, and sit down. But that's not what happens; the staff apparently dislike this type of service. I would understand if they were short-staffed, but this has been going on for months. The question is, why offer it if you don't want to provide it? Simply remove the sign. I questioned a staff member, and she said there wasn't enough staff, which isn't entirely true. This has been happening for a year, always the same way. Please stop offering table service if you don't intend to provide it.
