If you respect yourself, don't come here. This place is a disgrace to the KFC brand. Used and unused toilet paper litters the restroom floor—with the accompanying smell. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order—this isn't fast food, this is slow food at its worst. Instead of calling out our order number, the employee simply shouted, "Hey, man, come pick it up." Why do you even use a number system if it's not followed? The staff seems unmotivated and disrespectful to customers. If you can't hire decent staff, close this location. That way, you'll at least spare the brand further reputational damage.

If you are in a hurry never go here even if there is hardly anyone there you can still wait for 20 minutes

This is definitely the worst KFC in the Netherlands, order what you want and they will screw up the food for you

It took them 2hours to deliver the most basic of meals and still got it wrong. I ordered a children meal with toy. Didn't receive the toy. They packed the milkshake next to warm food. Food is cold...milkshake is melted. I was supposed to have 8 hot wings. Got 6.

Pfft never eat here again. Every time the same old bullshit with sat the food is cold or it takes too long, the tables are dirty, the floor is dirty and you know they don't do anything about it! I had already filed a complaint but of course nothing is done about it. Really rude staff too. I want to order something. "The Korean fried chick.." I couldn't even finish my sentence before the guy behind the counter asked if that was all. The guy who was there barely took orders from people and there was quite a line. Even when you gave your order he spoke really softly I think I said huh 80 times. In any case I will NEVER eat here again.

We ordered through Uber eats and when we opened the package the sight was honestly just disappointing. We ordered a meal which should've come with fries but instead of fries we got two pieces of corn. The veggie tenders and chicken tenders were laced with pepper and on top of that we only got 3 tenders out of the 4 we ordered. I wish I had checked the reviews over here before placing an order and seen the warnings from others since this place is definitely not worth the cost. Not even close.

This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. We had to wait 26 minutes for 2 small menus!! The fries were cold, the milkshake tasted like it was out of date, there was no tomato on the burgers while there should be and they forgot our sauce. I don't complain about this when it's busy, but there were maybe 6 people in the restaurant. Really a mess, I find it strange that the restaurant is still open at this branch. Don't eat here. I wonder if I will get sick from this.

This lady who works there really doesn't feel like it! She looks at me and a lady who had paid for the toilet couldn't get in because there was a coin in it. She says: then you have to go to the men's toilet. Talks in her own language and I don't get my drink that I ordered with it: Fernandes. This one is gone so I get other juice. I want to redeem my code for the 3 hot wings, but she is very difficult and asks for the voucher (but I have a code) says I have to go to Hoofddorp? but I haven't been there, and says she can't give it because of franchise establishment She says go there! What a nasty person! I won't come here anymore.

The staff were absolutely unfriendly. I got a drink I didn't want and was told, "It's just the way it is." The toilets were dirty and clogged. The tables weren't cleaned. This is my first and last time here. Absolutely not recommended. The food was cold, one burger had no sauce, and we were charged a deposit for paper cups. 🤦‍♀️

There is no speaking here, the toilets are downright dirty, you have to pay 50 cents, you don't dare go and the staff doesn't say anything. Restaurant itself also dirty. Drinks and papers everywhere. This is not just once, but always. The board hasn't worked for ages. The last time there were young people inside and in front of the door, but we were turned away, it was already closed, well before closing time. I understand that good staff is difficult to find, but they really need to train hard here. Take away but definitely don't eat there.

All tables dirty and dirt around the floor. Long wait for cold food. Table service indicated and still had to get your food. Staff shortage? No problem, just give it at the beginning. No napkins with your food. Ask for napkins and the napkins are pointed out to you like a small child. Been here a few times and always substandard. Ordered food here on King's Day. I had to wait more than an hour. Food was cold, the burger was soggy and there was a lot of ketchup. Looked more like a ketchup burger instead of a chicken burger. Never again.

This KFC location left a lot to be desired — honestly, it’s surprising it’s still open. They should just close it 1. Although we ordered to eat in, we were called up to collect our food without even being given a tray or napkins — just a takeaway box. 2. The dining area was dirty, with only a small section of one table even remotely clean. 3. The chicken was soggy, the coating poorly done, and the flavor was terrible — cannot stress enough - very bitter and greasy, with an unpleasant aftertaste. It seemed like it had been refried or cooked in 2 year-old oil. We couldn’t eat it and ended up leaving most of it behind. 4. The trash bins were overflowing, making it difficult to even dispose of our waste. Definitely one of the worst KFC experiences we had.

1 star is still too many orders placed and after waiting 2 hours for delivery, nothing is delivered and nothing is contacted that delivery will not take place

ordered via home delivery, the food was cold and we received the wrong menus that we had not ordered at all, there were also 3 adult Pepsi drinking cups missing that cost one euro each, I paid 82 euros for my entire family and we got a bad smell. The restaurant is very dirty. Tables are sticky, Floor is sticky, there is trash everywhere. Restaurant is completely empty, except for the noisy youths who only charge their phones and do not order anything. Chicken was also not tasty, it tastes like it came straight from the microwave.

You feel like you are in a different continent… You pay for your food and you are not allowed to use the toilet. Even after I told I am okay to pay for it with card i was refused to use it. Really rude employee, it is not service nor hospitality. Ice smells and tastes moldy in the drink.

My visit to KFC Amsterdam Noord was downright unpleasant. The tables were filthy and clearly not cleaned properly, giving the whole restaurant an unkempt impression. As if that wasn't enough, there was an unpleasant atmosphere: lots of people just hanging around without ordering anything, which gave the feeling of being in a waiting room instead of a fast food restaurant. The staff didn't seem to care about anything and the hygiene left a lot to be desired. Definitely not a nice place to eat quietly. I won't be coming back here again!

Arrived around half past 9 in the evening, you are no longer allowed to eat in the restaurant because it is already clean even though they only close at 11 pm. What bad service!

When we picked up our meal, I asked if they knew everything was there and if someone could clean it. And that I understood that they may have few staff. Lady said very slowly and disinterestedly, someone is coming to clean. Didn't see a dog, he didn't even dare to come. I had a kids meal, not much appetite. And I paid for a gift, so I would like to have one too (my neighbor was very happy with it by the way:) After dinner (which is good for KFC food) So we tell the employee that we still owe the gift. And show the receipt to the employee. He looks at us, at the receipt, grabs it from our hand with an expression of "what have I got for you there" and slams the gift down on the counter. Kindness doesn't exist there either. If I had been the owner or manager of this business. I would be crying my eyes out! And that the food and consumer authorities approve this? Because what happened before will be the same afterward, I think. Too bad about this!

We wanted to eat there, so we also had to wash hands in the toilet, but then we had to put 50 cents in, so I asked at the cash register if I could pay by card because I don't carry cash and no, this was not possible. I ask for wet napkins but they didn't have those either. Wasn't a good start. Had ordered fam bucket menu and zinger menu. Bucket bone chicken was red on the inside and not yet cooked properly. Have shown the employee that it is not just one but several. Chicken is chicken, he says and turns around. Well, I got angry so I avoid talking further because the discussion becomes not only about the food but also about his attitude with his dirty beard. So I left and just left the food except zinger. Waste of money and done with it. The attitudes of those employees are just aso and it is not a people-friendly place.

Compared to the reviews before, everything was fine. It wasn't perfectly clean, but it was perfectly fine.

We ordered from Thuisbezorgd and it was a horrible experience. It arrived on time, but we were missing a burger, the other burger didnt have bacon like we paid for. Multiple chicken wings had hairs in it, gross. The fries were small even though we payed for a large. I called customer service an hour before closing time, they didnt pick up. I ate in the restaurant before and it was fine, but im never ever ordering from them again. Feel disgusting because I probably ate some hairs. So yeah, 1 star.

Recently, all KFC restaurants offered table service; you just need to pay, get a number, and sit down. But that's not what happens; the staff apparently dislike this type of service. I would understand if they were short-staffed, but this has been going on for months. The question is, why offer it if you don't want to provide it? Simply remove the sign. I questioned a staff member, and she said there wasn't enough staff, which isn't entirely true. This has been happening for a year, always the same way. Please stop offering table service if you don't intend to provide it.

The customer service was disappointing, the food was overly salty, and there were no facilities available for changing diapers for babies. This was a very unsatisfactory experience, unlike any I've had at other KFC locations.

I ordered €88 worth of food. Received half and only got €7 back. Very poor service with uber eats and KFC just pointing at each other.

Went by around 5pm for something to eat. There was only 1 working ordering column and you could pay in cash at the cash register. Chosen to pay in cash, but that would not have been a smart choice. We just weren't helped. After 10 minutes we asked if an employee could help us. In the end it took 45 minutes until we were helped...

food is cold after ordering a personalized chicken burger (without sauce etc) very dry chicken. after eating it felt nauseous when ordering through a tablet and asked to bring food to the table, they dont! have to come to the till to get the food. personnel are impolite and act as if they don't want to be there.

If you crave chicken, go to KFC. Well, I haven't seen you since, there was an improvement, but now I had to wait almost 40 minutes again while there were only 4 orders. Besides that, I just found out that I received the wrong chicken which, together with the fries, was also cold, dry and old. The employees are not at all concerned with preparing food and just do whatever. It's a shame that KFC has a good name that is being brought down by employees.

Meest vreselijkste kfc ooit! Na de 1e x besteld te hebben ontbrak de saus en friet. 2e keer besteld te hebben klopte de bestelling ook al niet. We kregen een schrale smaakloze lauw warme kip bucket waar totaal geen smaak en zout in zat! EN de 2x friet ontbrak ook in de zak! Die gasten die daar werken kijken blijkbaar niet op de bon/bestelling! Maar wel 25 euro bijna afschrijven voor alles. Dit kan echt niet vooral als je honger heb en moet wachten op je eten. Wat een schrijnende tent. Moet gesloten worden! want het personeel neemt de telefoon ook njet op als je in de avond uren belt. Er komt een voicemail tevoorschijn. Nooit meer bestellen hier!

Crappy visit to KFC Visited KFC yesterday, but what a disappointment. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and when it finally came, it was still a disaster. There were 20 people waiting for their order for at least 40 minutes. We had 2 menus but half the order was missing; when I pointed it out we received an indifferent response. Lady behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. Food was cold, brown lettuce, wrong and missing sauce and the drinks were lukewarm and half full. Dramatic. We should actually get a refund!

I recently started working in Amsterdam. During shopping evenings we always order food via Uber Eats. We ordered here on the first working day and a number of things were not delivered. After successful orders from other fast food chains in recent weeks, which always went well, today I was craving chicken. Once again part of the order was not received. The reviews on Uber Eats are undeservedly better than I can see on Google. Fortunately, Uber Eats has refunded part of the amount, so the service is good. However, this branch unfortunately disappoints.

I have never bought kfc so many times and then not wanted to eat it after. I don’t know what you fry the chicken in (12 month old oil I assume) but you need to change the oil because their is no kfc taste just greasy chicken with a stale oil taste I don’t know why I come here (this is the last time) it’s disgusting everything you touch inside is greasy you have never cleaned this place ever. I am Pretty sure you guys have made me sick a bunch of times as well you’re lucky I don’t sue you. This is not a kfc brand it’s actually embarrassing you should be shut down and I guarantee you have rats. We were unable to order at the post so the nice employee came to help us. We could pick up the food at the counter. The zinger burger with fries and a coke was delicious.

The worst KFC I have ever been to. They didn't have milkshakes which we paid for an replaced it with water. We missed a drink but after waiting 25 minutes after ordering I have left it. Not enough sause which we did pay for. We didn't get napkins, asked for them and got two for a party of 6 people. Terrible atmosphere, staff hate their job, food is below average.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to... First of all, it takes a very long time before your order is ready. Then it turns out that the product you ordered has run out. Extremely disappointed. The toilet with chips was not working. Portions below the exaggerated limit and serving in a paper bag. No trays. No napkins. I don't think it's original KFC. It seems like a franchise far below standards!

Greasy and slippery floor. Chicken pieces not well cooked and greasy. The fries where made 1 hour ago - cold, chewy, nasty. The machine to return the 1.5 eur of deposit for the glass doesn’t work so they just keep that money. There is nothing good about this place. The regional manager needs to take action.

This KFC is very bad compared to KFC in Osdorp or Zaandam. Too few staff and poorly trained when it comes to communicating with your guests (customers). It's messy. There are only two self-service kiosks, which are also stupidly placed almost in front of the exit. You're practically blocking the entrance and exit. Often only 1 of them works. Plus at the counter you can only pay in cash, even though this is NOT stated ANYWHERE! Ordered chicken tender meal. The chicken was dry, almost rubbery. Ordered a medium menu with a milkshake, but it comes in a Small cup. And a small bag of fries. While you pay an extra surcharge for a medium! Plus the employee doesn't check whether the sauce is included for the menu. So back to the counter, but the employee looks at you with a look like: what do you want?! Instead of: can I help you or do you have a question?
