The worst KFC I ever had the chicken seemed undercooked

I got KFC again today for the first time because it is halal again. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was very greasy, and a lot of oil came out when I bit into it. The crust was not a nice golden brown and crispy, but rather pale/beige and limp. This was absolutely not the quality I am used to from KFC. Additionally, several items were missing from our order. For example, we had ordered 3 items, but only received 2. This is, of course, very annoying, especially when you pay for everything. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Always the worst service around town. Where people need to wait 40+minutes for an easy simple box meal order. If you value your time, money and patience do not come to this restaurant. Plus food comes cold after waiting for so long and employees are arrogant and dismissive when the costumer asks for some proper respect. Really the worst KFC in the city.

It was busy but I got my food very quickly.

The Food took very long to arrive, but it tasted good. We waited for 40 minutes which was obviously because of a pressured staff with a lot to handle. A big group of people hanged in the restaurant even though they all had gotten their orders. It was noisy and slightly uncomfortable in there. I was thinking you could ask customers to leave after they received their orders. Quite chaotic evening, with a lot of stress and locked doors. But good food.

It was inedible. The filet bites have gone limp and the fries were spat out by the pool. It took so long that I might as well have been standing in the rat kitchen myself. The service was very grumpy.

Get your chicken and get out. This KFC is clean and caters to drive-by and food pickups services. The meals are timely and the staff professional.

Food okay. Service is a disaster. 20/25 minutes at the drive-through with only 3 cars in front of me.

What a load of crap. We ordered food only to have to wait AN HOUR. And this is supposed to be fast food... when we asked how much longer it would take, they said (in English) they didn't know. To make matters worse, half of the order was missing. Definitely never again for us at this KFC.

Tried again. This time it was fresh and the order was basically correct, but the Zinger burgers were only half-topped. Other KFCs just put normal chicken on them, but here you only get half on your bun (both) and for the other half you're just eating bread with sauce. I don't understand why there's always something wrong here. It's really much better at the A2. === Received corn on the cob instead of coleslaw. The Zinger burger buns were really stale. Dry junk. Such a shame because KFC can be so tasty.

The order was meant for pickup, but when I got home, it turned out not to match what I had ordered.

The opening wasn't exactly at 11:00, it was at 11:10. Please take action. I left my break to get something to eat and was late for work.

Pick up at the swimming pool literally closed without warning while we were waiting in line, so had to leave the pool to order inside (which was still possible, so why close?). We didn’t expect much, but food was not even average, many pieces are old and soggy. The price then is surprisingly high for what you get. But it didn’t stop there: we ordered corn, which was available to order throughout at the kiosk but upon pickup we were told that there is no corn. Instead of checking in with us, they replaced it with fries, which was literally useless because we already had fries and didn’t want another portion. But we were told “this is just to inform you, fries are the standard replacement for corn, no other solution possible.” Ridiculous service experience and bad food, just don’t go there.

The parking lot looks like a rally course with all those potholes, and despite grabbing a table number, we had to go get the food ourselves because he couldn't find us... we were practically the only ones there.

Nice KFC branch and always clean. Food is always well prepared. Ordering from this branch is also fine, very fast service.

Slow service and not in order number. Had my food and ice cream go soggy because it took 30 minutes just to pack fries even though the rest of the food was complete

It seems like no one is here! I'm literally not getting any help and have been standing at the kiosk in the drive-thru for 25 minutes! Everyone is honking and it doesn't look like it's getting any better. What a load of nonsense this KFC is!

I waited for my order for about 25 minutes in a half-empty establishment. The funniest thing is, once I saw my order on the food stand, I had to wait another 15 minutes for the staff (there were about six people there at the time) to bag it.

Just went and picked up my order through the window, and Rebeca with her wonderful customer service was just impeccable. With a beautiful smile, her aura and articulation to perfection. Keep with the amazing work Rebeca. 🫂

Such a shame again. I ordered KFC here for Christmas. Something always goes wrong with the orders when you have them delivered, and when we call to discuss it, there's no answer. No matter how many times we call. This isn't the first time it's gone wrong. This time, a milkshake was missing, and we received the wrong bucket. We were really looking forward to the hot wings bucket, as we have it every year for our movie night. But this bucket wasn't included. Such a shame. Apparently, you have to pick it up yourself anyway, so you can at least check right away whether you're getting the right one and whether the order is complete.

This is a 3rd visit when we order sustainable reusable cups but get regular single use ones. Please investigate why this is happening so that we can reduce waste!

I was at KFC today and ordered a zinger burger. I'm not a crazy customer who just comes up with weird things, and believe me, the chicken was genuinely RAW. It was pink inside, and you could feel the texture as you took a bite. It was incredibly disgusting, and you could immediately tell it wasn't cooked through. We're all human, and everyone works hard, so I wasn't angry. I politely went to the cashier to show it and politely asked if I could get a new one or if I could get a refund. The woman showed it to her male colleague. The man immediately got defensive and, in a strange tone, told me it was cooked properly and that I shouldn't complain if I'd already eaten half the bread (I literally only took one bite...). I thought that was a real shame because I wanted to share what I'd experienced and treat it with respect, but this man acted like I was some annoying woman complaining about needing to see the manager or something, because that's not who I am. Finally, a kind woman helped me out and offered me a new chicken burger! It's such a shame that people make it so obvious to others that they don't feel like working. I also noticed he was complaining to his colleagues about everything. Poor colleagues of his.

Waited almost 20 minutes even though it wasn't busy. The chicken pieces were anything but tender, and the bread was old and dry. This place is truly a mess.

An extremely bad experience! I tried to order two meal deals, with chicken tenders instead of hot wings. For reasons I don't understand, that wasn't possible. I then ordered the meal deals separately, and the chicken tenders were allowed. However, that order wasn't correct either, because the second meal deal was given to the wrong customer. So I had to wait a while again for the second portion of food. All in all, I was inside for over half an hour and couldn't find any sign of customer service. Upon arrival, a chicken tender was also missing. Apparently, they can't even count to four! The food was otherwise quite manageable, but I won't be returning anytime soon.🤬

Had a lovely three-course dinner, just what you need when you have a hangover but still managed to exercise to get some carbs and protein in.

The food was delicious! It did take a while for the food to be ready. We had to pay 8 euros for a two-hour visit. Next time, I'll look for a KFC with free parking.

Long wait, poor quality food. While we were eating, a girl vomited in the trash can for 10 minutes, and none of the employees had the courage to take her to the bathroom and change the bag immediately. We left our food and drinks and went to McDonald's.

The chicken was soft and not cooked properly. The food had been sitting on the counter for a while while I was waiting and it was already ready. And then you get the wrong food when you get home.

We ordered two sandwiches and two portions of chicken tenders through Just Eat. We received two sandwiches as requested and only one portion of chicken wings. Since wings and chicken tenders are the same price, not only did we receive less food than we ordered, but we also spent more. The food was generally good, but the service was unacceptable.

I recently visited the KFC branch at Jan van Galenstraat and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. Despite paying over 150 euros, the food was served cold, which is unacceptable for a fresh meal. The wait time for the order was longer than expected, and when I finally received my food, it lacked the warmth and quality I anticipated. In addition, the behavior of the staff was very poor and unprofessional. Even the interaction between the manager and the employees seemed tense and disrespectful, which reflected in how the staff treated customers. I did not feel welcomed or properly attended to during my visit. Overall, the service and food quality fell well below what one would expect. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the staff's professionalism, customer care, and the temperature and quality of the food. This location has potential but needs significant improvements to meet basic standards of quality and hospitality.

The food was served cold, which was quite surprising and unacceptable for a freshly prepared meal. The order took an unusually long time to be ready, and when I finally received it, it was cold and not enjoyable at all. Moreover, the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional in their behavior. I did not feel welcomed or well attended to as a customer. There was little sense of urgency or care in handling the orders. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not at all satisfying. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to improve the service, food temperature, and customer interaction. It was very good. The potatoes were just the right amount of salt. The chicken was good.

We didn't get our three portions of fries for half an hour after complaining. They said they had already been delivered, which isn't true. I can't recommend this place under any circumstances.

I’ve visited KFC Jan van Galenstraat several times, and each time the experience has been disappointing. Whether the place is busy or completely empty, the staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. The service is slow, and the attitude of the manager sets a very negative tone for the whole team. Their behavior towards customers is unacceptable, and it's clear that proper training and management are lacking. I would not recommend this location based on repeated bad experiences.
