Listen, a kkr mogul there says my number I'm in a hurry so I grab my order and leave there after I grab my bike and he just grabs me without what they say and he says “steal from me hey” I say what's wrong and he he says, are you crazy about me, after that he continued to steal for a burger for a long time (I eat here very often and this has never happened before)

Dirty cold food service was worthless they forgot half of it the atmosphere was downright horrible...in short I will never go here again.

Of course, these kinds of places never have atmosphere, but this one is very depressing, the background music constantly stutters and it is stone cold on the top floor. Soda is 50% ice. Ladies behind the counter were nice and neat.

The best chocolate milkshake in the Netherlands. Really tastes like chocolate. Not like the MC. D or even worse at FEBO to nothing.

The food was completely bland and dry. I couldn’t taste any herbs or spices. The bathroom looked like someone threw a grenade and the staff messed up my order.

The food is always amazing, but the TV often says "preparing" when it's already done... Why even have a TV then?

I don't understand how it is so difficult to process an order properly. Yesterday I spent almost 70 euros on KFC, the first time my order was canceled. The second time, half of my food was missing. There was a muslim black women on the counter, who couldn’t speak proper english, as I couldn’t speak Dutch, I was repeating the order three times, finally she got it right. While I came to the window, she behaved arrogant and asked me where are you from? and mocking me with her colleague that i couldn’t speak dutch! Such kind of employees should never be in the customer facing jobs!

Nice service. Wrong coconut milkshake instead of chocolate when picked up.

Unlike KFC in Osdorp, this is a branch with good and fast service.

I almost didn't have to wait for my food! Also very tasty. One star off because the toilets, tables and seating areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days.

It doesn't matter whether you eat on location or order, they ALWAYS forget something. Just ordered €60 worth of food, half of it was not included, and the outside of the chicken pieces, hot wings, and strips were rock hard. I couldn't call the milkshakes milkshakes because it was super thin so it was more milk than shake. When I try to call them the phone rings once and then I'm pushed away, this is really scandalous. Last time I order or come here.

Very poor service - for the number of times I forgot to add things to my order. Had 3x snack box with 2 tenders and 1x snack box original piece, 1x soft ice cream deal, 1x burger duo combo. I got everything except the burgers and sauce from the burger duo combo even though I paid the most for that. Do not go to this location as the employees here are very bad at completing orders and reading a simple order slip.

Yesterday I had problems with my order post, I paid for my order, but they did not receive my order because I did not receive a receipt from the post. My money would be refunded within half an hour. Do you buy from this branch through the drive thru? Ask for the receipt immediately after checkout! For the umpteenth time, orders are incomplete! Check your order BEFORE you make room for another car! As if the employees there cannot read an order. Bro, what can I say... I ended up at KaFeCe in Amsterdam and I thought it was the perfect place for some crispy chicken, but I was so wrong. The staff were so pissed off that instead of a menu they served me a portion of disappointment. The chick was stickier than the boy who tried to sell me a stolen bike on the street. Be sure that if you want to eat, bring something from home, because here you will find nothing but bad luck and unpleasant memories. I'm never going back!

Beware of parking, 30 minutes for free. But the barrier doesn't open, you go to the staff to check it, which takes 10 minutes and you have to pay extra. Unsympathetic

bestelling kwam niet, was ook mijn schuld leek het. het was er vies, smerige tafels, vieze vloer. eten was OK. wilde extra saus bestellen moest weer via een terminal, daarna kwam de extra saus natuurlijk niet. moest ik bewijzen dat ik het had betaald. weer naar boven om bonnetje te halen. nou echt helemaal niet OK. daarbij ook nog eens 3,50 betalen om je auto te parkeren.

It was my first time in KFC in Netherlands! It was sooo tasty and cheap! Also I was so surprised by CORN IN MENU AND IT BUYS ME FOR 1000% !!! 🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽i love it... About bad stuff: in that cafe the person who bring me an order wasn't polite a bit i think? They ignored my thanks and have a good day but I think its okay, maybe they had a bad day... But food 10/10 I will visit this cafe again!!!

Ordered on ubereats. They missed all the main meal items and only sent the fries. I was only refunded for half the order by Uber so I paid €14 for two “large” fries. The tiniest bags of fries you’ve ever seen

What a cancerous mess, I order Coke Zero, it comes, Coke Max, wrong cookie and it's so quiet, they can't keep everything under control, all the illies who work, the manager himself is angry all day, don't come! (I have to fill in everything I recommend, but everything was dry)

The worse KFC in the history of of KFC the staff are sooooooo slow I had to laugh how slow they are, there was a family walk in and I felt sorry for them I ordered a variety bucket no prep needed it took 20 minutes and everyone else was sitting around bored and use to the slow service. The staff were rude no please of thank yous and after my long wait o got raw pink chicken I took back and waited a further 5 minutes for. Worse food spot in Amsterdam I would never go back. I said I’m dining in she gave me take out bag so we made do. Fries were ok chicken was dead 💀 no flavour and dry.

Tried to order for pick-up (because the delivery at thuisbezorgd gets a nice 1.5 stars..) via the KFC app at home. Selected all the items we wanted to order, click on order, click on pay, nothing. Great.. So we went there to get the food. Order everything again at the digital register and wait. And wait some more. After 20 minutes we hear our number being called out, someone who muttered something that didn't sound like the order went right, and seeing them flee to the back of the kitchen to avoid us. The other personnel was standing around doing nothing, claiming they could not help us because it wasn't their order. About 4 staff members kept trying to dodge us by heading into the kitchen or just staring and say nothing. Eventually someone found a bag with three of our 12 ordered items an then some action slowly started going on. One person slowly tried to gather the rest of the missing items, starting off with the milkshakes (why someone would choose the one thing that can melt over time still puzzles me). After about 30 minutes we got all of our cold and soggy food. Suffice to say, next time we'll be going to the BK at Sloterdijk..

I order a mega large menu, I am missing 3 chicken wings and they are terrible at bringing them, very poor service and they don't want to do anything about it, just call home delivery, this is simply not possible.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, only to get cold/old food. The staff couldn't even say good evening and I couldn't get a smile. My order was also incomplete. The bucket the chicken was in was torn and I think it's antisocial and if you wanted to file your complaint right away you could go back to the back of the drive line, it's just a shame and a waste of money

I was in the drive to get milkshakes and had to pay 11.20, I pay with a €50 note, now I get €38 back, so there is €0.80 change missing, I politely indicate this, I am stared at by the girl at the distribution window and no help is given. the window closed as quickly as possible now I shout hello but no answer so I honk the horn she comes back and asks what is wrong so again I indicate that not enough change has been given the only thing she does is give me the receipt which I did not to close the window early and again, now I'm slowly starting to get irritated and knock on the window and honk because this is not at all how you treat your guests. I eventually got my change, but I certainly won't be returning to this branch again.

Super bad experience. I placed an order at the machines, the machine hung up and did not issue the order. At 7:52 p.m. the payment was issued. On Thursday, June 13. I told the employee, and she called the “manager” Catarina, she said that the machine used to do that, and that in a few days the money would return, to “trust.” I placed another order at the main checkout, paid in cash. After two days the money is still not in the account, I went again, I spoke with the other "manager" of the day, and the solution is to supposedly give me the money in 2 weeks, what guarantee does it give me that in two weeks I will receive my money? If I live in Spain and the transaction is €10.88? Will they make an international transfer for €10.88? Is that the great solution? Can't such a big company solve something like this? There are no guarantees that they will. Most likely, yes. Disastrous attention, disastrous resolution. How can it be that a company as large as KFC does not provide an immediate solution.

You take a sign with a number, sit down and they don't bring it and think it's strange if you think it's strange.

When you arrive at the drive-in around 11:00 PM yesterday and it is your turn, instead of saying good evening, I can take your order, an antisocial dog says: just tell me!!! And when you come to the window, you pay and he simply throws your order into your hand. I don't understand how they put a dog like that to work there.

Food took over an hour to arrive and the bag ripped because the drinks leaked everywhere. Also the fries were cold

Very bad .. I ordered kids menu for my son and we got the fries that was from yesterday. Very bad taste. Normally my friends used to tell me that from this KFC place gets the food which is not at all fresh. But I ignored them and now I regrets. So it is my humble request to all the workers their to please try to serve fresh foods to the customers. Put yourself in their shoe first then you will know it.

Great KFC, but parking is sometimes difficult if you want to go inside to eat, except on Sundays.

It has a great drive through with friendly staff taking the order. The chicken is always great. I recommend the 14-piece hot wings bucket to take home, and I recommend the wrap if you want to eat mess-free in the car. Love the zinger fire stacker burger. They have great milkshakes too. Don't forget the sauces: I recommend the sweet & chili and the firestarter. Check out their app too for good deals from time to time.

The order had missing items, and we just learned after we got the order. Also, you can count 10 original pieces, but some of them were as small as wings. Please stop serving food.

The food was tasty and the chicken was tender. It wasn't really filling, but €53.90 for 3 people is more than enough. Strange that you can't get coffee with every menu and that it all has to be bought with it. The service was good. Could have been delivered with a smile, but they were otherwise friendly. Even when we asked for a deposit twice for the coffee cups, even though it was served in disposable paper cups, we got the 2 euros back. The atmosphere was bare and somewhat unpleasant. The room was a bit dirty, but luckily they were busy cleaning the tables and chairs. Not my favorite place to sit, but worth repeating. Provided you're not very hungry.

Just had KFC delivered. Received soggy fries and burger and the wrong drink twice. Ordered a can of Fernandes red and a bottle of Sourcy sparkling and received a cup of Fanta and a Sourcy flat instead.

These employees can’t even make your order right, i ordered 8 items and received a mere 3 of them. I ordered for almost 50 euros of food and received like 20 euros worth of menu items of which 1 i didn’t even order…… the receipt did have all my items on it.

The business is more full of home deliverers. This means you wait a long time for your order. After eating for half an hour, the food was still lukewarm

I'm dead if i eat KFC because it's so good. Kind of a waste of money if you would eat it everyday, but if you don't go often it's perfect. It was a bit dirty and I didn't like the location, so that's one star down. However that doesn't really matter because to me it's what goes in my mouth.

Worst kkk kfc in the whole of the Netherlands, ridiculously embarrassing.

To be sincere, this is the worst KFC outlet I have ever been to; their tables where dirty, the floor had food on it, even the counter where the waiter would take your order had food on it. My wife used the ladies room and she said it was dirty, and that the sink was not working. And all these I mentioned above is just to say the least.

Eten lekker en medewerkers top (vooral intissar) en heel snel, lekker snel gegeten en weer door gegaan Sfeer was heerlijk. En het eten was top. Hier kom ik vanaf nu elke dag 5 keer!!!!!!!
