KFC in Van Galenbuurt

This is a 3rd visit when we order sustainable reusable cups but get regular single use ones. Please investigate why this is happening so that we can reduce waste!

I was at KFC today and ordered a zinger burger. I'm not a crazy customer who just comes up with weird things, and believe me, the chicken was genuinely RAW. It was pink inside, and you could feel the texture as you took a bite. It was incredibly disgusting, and you could immediately tell it wasn't cooked through. We're all human, and everyone works hard, so I wasn't angry. I politely went to the cashier to show it and politely asked if I could get a new one or if I could get a refund. The woman showed it to her male colleague. The man immediately got defensive and, in a strange tone, told me it was cooked properly and that I shouldn't complain if I'd already eaten half the bread (I literally only took one bite...). I thought that was a real shame because I wanted to share what I'd experienced and treat it with respect, but this man acted like I was some annoying woman complaining about needing to see the manager or something, because that's not who I am. Finally, a kind woman helped me out and offered me a new chicken burger! It's such a shame that people so clearly show others they don't feel like working. I noticed he was also complaining to his colleagues about everything. Poor colleagues of his.

Waited almost 20 minutes even though it wasn't busy. The chicken pieces were anything but tender, and the bread was old and dry. This place is truly a mess.

An extremely bad experience! I tried to order two meal deals, with chicken tenders instead of hot wings. For reasons I don't understand, that wasn't possible. I then ordered the meal deals separately, and the chicken tenders were allowed. However, that order wasn't correct either, because the second meal deal was given to the wrong customer. So I had to wait a while again for the second portion of food. All in all, I was inside for over half an hour and couldn't find any sign of customer service. Upon arrival, a chicken tender was also missing. Apparently, they can't even count to four! The food was otherwise quite manageable, but I won't be returning anytime soon.🤬

Had a lovely three-course dinner, just what you need when you have a hangover but still managed to exercise to get some carbs and protein in.

The food was delicious! It did take a while for the food to be ready. We had to pay 8 euros for a two-hour visit. Next time, I'll look for a KFC with free parking.

Long wait, poor quality food. While we were eating, a girl vomited in the trash can for 10 minutes, and none of the employees had the courage to take her to the bathroom and change the bag immediately. We left our food and drinks and went to McDonald's.

The chicken was soft and not cooked properly. The food had been sitting on the counter for a while while I was waiting and it was already ready. And then you get the wrong food when you get home.

We ordered two sandwiches and two portions of chicken tenders through Just Eat. We received two sandwiches as requested and only one portion of chicken wings. Since wings and chicken tenders are the same price, not only did we receive less food than we ordered, but we also spent more. The food was generally good, but the service was unacceptable.

If you really want a solution, tell your employees not to be rude to anyone, including delivery people.

It's absolutely ridiculous here, they throw the food on your table without a hello or goodbye, the whole order was made wrong and was inedible, definitely not recommended, antisocial people.

ordered via uber eats with the promotion 1+1 of whoopers. instead of 8burgers we got 4 (so no 1+1) and uber eats returned 10e instead of delivering 4more.. very poorly handled i wont be back to order here

I recently visited the KFC branch at Jan van Galenstraat and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. Despite paying over 150 euros, the food was served cold, which is unacceptable for a fresh meal. The wait time for the order was longer than expected, and when I finally received my food, it lacked the warmth and quality I anticipated. In addition, the behavior of the staff was very poor and unprofessional. Even the interaction between the manager and the employees seemed tense and disrespectful, which reflected in how the staff treated customers. I did not feel welcomed or properly attended to during my visit. Overall, the service and food quality fell well below what one would expect. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the staff's professionalism, customer care, and the temperature and quality of the food. This location has potential but needs significant improvements to meet basic standards of quality and hospitality.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the KFC on Jan van Galenstraat. Despite spending over €130, the quality of the food and service was far below expectations. The food was served cold, which was quite surprising and unacceptable for a freshly prepared meal. The order took an unusually long time to be ready, and when I finally received it, it was cold and not enjoyable at all. Moreover, the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional in their behavior. I did not feel welcomed or well attended to as a customer. There was little sense of urgency or care in handling the orders. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not at all satisfying. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to improve the service, food temperature, and customer interaction. This location has potential, but it needs serious attention to meet even basic standards of quality and hospitality.

It was very good. The potatoes were just the right amount of salt. The chicken was good.

We didn't get our three portions of fries for half an hour after complaining. They said they had already been delivered, which isn't true. I can't recommend this place under any circumstances.

I was there waiting for a whole hour. When I came in, I told her, ‘Look, I have two orders,’ and she didn’t come to check my order. I was there waiting for a whole hour. Others came and picked up their orders while I was still waiting there.” She was disrespectful with me :(

I’ve visited KFC Jan van Galenstraat several times, and each time the experience has been disappointing. Whether the place is busy or completely empty, the staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. The service is slow, and the attitude of the manager sets a very negative tone for the whole team. Their behavior towards customers is unacceptable, and it's clear that proper training and management are lacking. I would not recommend this location based on repeated bad experiences.

Service is slow, even if there's only 2 of you in the entire building. Had to go to counter as they didn't give me my chicken pieces (which I believe is the entire premise of this franchise) they have a problem with flies too.

Just went to get food via the drive. You really stand still for a long time. As if there is only 1 person working. I have a code for a review, the manager then wants to have a whole discussion. Too bad! He doesn't believe the code and claims that it must be a review of the same restaurant. Very stingy! The colonel burger was soft and cold! Definitely a disappointment

KFC near Dam Square is usually full. Since there is a large concentration of customers, it is reflected in the quality of food preparation. You always need to check your orders if you take them with you because they sometimes forget something. I recommend fast food outside the main center

Ew my girlfriend and I went there yesterday and the fries smelled and tasted like diarrhea, my burger had a moldy smell and taste and was super hard. My girlfriend threw up three times because of the bread and fries and I have had a bad stomach ache since yesterday. I told the staff and they were rude.

Order wrong, wait too long, do you eventually want to leave the parking lot, the barrier only opens after paying €60. Ask if they open it. Yes, it is good to wait. Go back inside, yes, wrong, you have to pay €4. So because they are slow, I had to pay €4. KFC never ready again.

I place an order at the drive-thru and then I drive home and see that they forgot my burgers. I then drive all the way back to get two cold burgers without any excuses that they did not fully deliver my order. the rest of the food is also cold by now. brother it is so qq difficult to give the right things.

Worthless. Placed an order at 12:15 and only received the order almost an hour later. Which wasn't even complete yet. You pay 80 euros for this and in compensation you receive two chicken tenders. Last time KFC Amsterdam for us.

My gosh this is awful. They're are right beside mercator sports plaza after kids had a swim diploma test. There's 3 or 4 staff members when there should be 10. I'm still waiting in line.
