Stale bread, waited 15 mins for (fast) food, they forgot one of my burgers, plus the burgers were crap.

I was unable to place the order on the electronic boards twice. The staff was unable to enter the order using the boards. Too bad, went to another KFC the next day.

Food quality is bad. This is not even fast food, I had to wait a lot and was not even busy, I have the impression the employees are poorly train and they look confused about what they were doing so not their fault probably. Worst part was when I finally had my meal and went home I was missing items in my order. This place is a disaster.

Ordered a burger, fries and a lipton at 6:43pm got everything at 7:10pm. Everything was cold, the burger was flipped, lipton was sparkling and tasted like 50% lipton 50% water. Gross.

Very bad experience – disrespectful treatment and hygiene raise questions What an incredibly bad experience at this KFC. I just wanted to order and pay in cash, but the employee refused to help me and indicated that she was “busy.” Her attitude and manner of communicating were downright rude and unfriendly. What made it completely unbelievable: shortly afterward, a man came in who wanted his money back. For that, the same employee *did* have to be at the cash register and was able to simply refund him in cash. I then asked her why she helped him but refused to help me order. Her response was simply that she didn't want to help me, after which she turned around and mumbled something I couldn't understand. Additionally, while waiting, I saw something that seriously surprised me: an employee was busy cleaning trash cans and subsequently came near the bins/area where the chicken is prepared. That gave me serious doubts about the hygiene and food safety, at the very least. I have never been treated this way at a fast food restaurant. I find both the way customers are treated and what I saw regarding hygiene there absolutely unacceptable. I am going to file an official complaint about this with the head office. This absolutely deserves the attention of management.

The kiosk wasn't working well and had an error, upon friendly request to add cheese to my cheeseburger (the kiosk said "no cheese" even though I added that I did want it.) I went to the counter, waited 5 minutes to clarify that I did want cheese on it. They said "it's already made." and forced me to take the incorrect order, even though I went to the counter right away to clarify this error.

It is 34 celcius and that compagny doesnt even have airco for their employees it was soo insane hot inside. What a horrible compagny

We are from Spain, and the service was very poor. The staff were quite rude, as if they didn’t want us there and had no interest in serving us. The food was good, but the customer service was very disappointing. The bathrooms were also very dirty, and we had to pay €1 to use them, something that has never happened to us at other KFC restaurants in other countries. Because of the service, we would not come back.

I was here around 20:30 on Sunday. The place was quiet so I got served my foods quite fast, and there was plenty of seats available. The chicken wings were delicious.

Always some issue: you almost always wait around 20mins here for fast food; they often don't have their signature items like the original; they close earlier than stated. Too much chaos for some simple grab and go.

If it was possible to give a -0 review I would. Last night I actually got sick after eating their chicken, nausea and vomiting. We (me and my family), gave them 3 chances in the time span of a year since normally if we want to eat chicken we go to the KFC near Dam Square. But here every time it seemed to be worse, the staff is beyond rude, the place is very dirty and don’t get me started on the food… 3 out 3 times we didn’t receive our complete order (both delivery, takeout and eating at the “restaurant”) and then I don’t mean they forget to put the sauces in the bag but rather burgers, portions of fries and -/ or portion of chicken missing. They just dump all types of chicken in your tenders order not caring if you ordered boneless, on the bone, spicy or not spicy… this time my husband took takeaway from there (didn’t receive his corn) my tenders were rubbery and obviously old! Other pieces were half raw! Every time we’ve ordered a Colonel burger there including last night it was mega spicy, I can’t eat spicy! hence why I chose the Colonel if you politely confront the staff about this they roll their eyes, sigh and basically just waving you away saying it’s not their problem and they aren’t going to do anything about it cause “you got what you ordered”… and the waiting time of an hour in a place that’s mostly empty is astounding. So yeah I’m surprised this location is still open because aside from the incompetent rude staff the place is DIRTY, sells OLD & RAW chicken, it’s a HEALTH HAZARD ⚠️ 3 times a charm and they won’t see me or my family at this location ever again 🤮 they are a disgrace for the franchise.

I thought this was a good KFC because it looks nice on the outside, the chicken is tasty, and the staff are very friendly.

If you want water with a meal, forget about it. 3.10€ a bottle of water. And if you ask for a cup of water, they tell you it’s not allowed to give you one. Furthermore, if you try and drink from the sink in the bathroom, you have to pay 1€, even though you just payed for a whole meal. Service isn’t great either, nor is the food

Just ordered food and didn't receive my whole order, literally only 1 item out of 5? If you try to call them, they don't answer... but what the heck, how do you make such a mistake? You guys are a chicken place, so you'd expect them to at least send the chicken whahahahah I only got the burger... but anyway, luckily Uber Eats sent my money back and by the way, the burger was really way too hard. I was just hungry, ate it reluctantly!

Worst kfc ever. Waited 45 mins for a very simple order, 2 wraps and 4 tenders. Isn’t this supposed to be a FAST food?? And no interest to explain why when we were visibly without words at the counter. People paid to sleep…

It was very cozy and the delicious warm food was well-seasoned, definitely recommended.

KFC in Amsterdam is a great option for a quick bite. The food was fresh, the chicken was crispy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, good value and a dependable choice for fast food.

As fast food joints go, I can only talk about my experience here. Main thing is that the staff is really nice, the food is expected of KFC, same consistent taste. My highest ratings for fast food places are always 3, and I think this deserves a solid 3.

Really a bad business. Don't trust them anymore. Just ordered from them and it wasn't even complete. It took me an hour and a half too!!!!!

I made a mistake by order at terminal and I wanted to change but the guy at counter told me that I can‘t change and correct the mistake because of something about franchise and company regulation 😂 He did like this was a flight to the moon or somthing like that… even the price was exact the same. All he had to do was just to change 2 wings to 2 crispy strips. Someone should teach this guy that this is absolutely against any regulation for costumer service.

Terrible KFC location. Customer service is truly severely substandard. The staff is very arrogant and unfriendly. There is always too little staff, meaning you have to wait an eternity for your food. To make matters worse, you can't even use the restroom here as a guest paying a considerable amount for some chicken.

Fresh items and workers are polite and swift.

KFC at this branch is one of the best, sweet awesome staff, very calm and composed, excellent work environment and overall tasty delicious meals to enjoy. If you're ever in Amsterdam Oost, look nowhere else than Dapperstraat

Not clean and workers working in slo mo

I wasn't happy. I ordered a Kentucky chicken wings meal, but they gave us a chicken breast instead. We paid 26 euros, and we weren't allowed to use the restroom without paying again.

I work with Uber and regularly pick up orders from your location, but I need to report the extremely rude and discriminatory behavior of two employees there. They never respond respectfully, they keep yelling, and they shut the window in workers’ faces. I also noticed that their treatment of customers inside the store is very bad as well. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a very negative experience for both drivers and customers.I also felt there was noticeable discrimination and different treatment toward white-skinned people from the two female employees behind the cashier. I am specifically referring to both of them.

I wanted to go to the restroom and then order something, so I went and paid with a 1 euro coin to open the door (which is actually quite expensive just to go to the restroom, but anyway), and the door did NOT open. I went to the counter and was told that "there is nothing wrong with the door." Well, otherwise I wouldn't have gone back to the counter, right? So I tried again, put another 1 euro coin in, and the door STILL wouldn't open. So I went back to the counter again and the employee genuinely didn't want to help me; there was sighing and eye-rolling. I was treated very disrespectfully. I wanted to order something else, but if the employees treat customers disrespectfully over a simple little problem like this, then I don't need to eat here... These employees are unfriendly and they despise helping customers. There are much better KFC branches. The worst part? I had already been waiting 30 minutes to order. Glad I didn't.

Everything was terrible, the worst KFC in the world. The taste was awful, the chicken pieces were tiny. They even charge 1 euro to use the bathroom. I hope they lose their franchise.

With a fast-food joint, it's hard to go wrong—just throw pre-cooked chicken into a deep fryer and make sure the place is reasonably tidy. It's nice to see that there are still places where the tables are littered with trash, the fries still taste like raw potato, and your order becomes more of a mystery box, so your boneless bucket suddenly contains some hot wings. In a way, that adds to the excitement. After all, you never know what you're going to get; that's also a form of service. The extra star is entirely due to the milkshake, which was filled to the brim. Possibly a form of compensatory behavior for the wait, because "fast" is more of an aspiration than a description here.

Delicious chicken and good atmosphere

I came in 2019 and the waitress had the biggest joint I've ever seen in my life. I still remember it. The chicken was good.

The quality of the staff fluctuates; they're almost never actually friendly. And now they're even making those poor delivery drivers wait outside. Why? We're definitely not getting in each other's way.

I actually love KFC. I'm only giving it two stars because of the personal touch. I desperately needed the restroom and didn't realize you need a coin if you're ordering food. So I went to the counter and asked for change, and they gave me a strange look. Instead of quickly giving me change, I felt like I had to wait another half minute, even though I really needed to go. And when ordering food, the service was incredibly rude. We were shocked because we'd never experienced anything like it.

i was a KFC lover until i have been here. Worst food ever got from KFC (visiten many KFC in many country ) 1 euro for toilet acces, but you can do it under table, is so dirty that nobody will notice. I dont blame the people working there, the problem is the owner. But as they closed all KFC in Danmark, will not be a surprise to close also this one. Never KFC again!

Because I was especially craving spicy wings, and now I had way too many fries, orange juice, cola, and strange chicken nuggets!! And I didn't leave without checking my order number!!!! It's incredibly crowded there. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Apparently, making the food hot is too much to ask. Just avoid it and get a chicken at the Febo store down the road.

Worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. The fries are always soggy and the chicken cold and rubbery. They get the sauces wrong 7 times out of 10. Recently, they even gave me a sauce that had expired in 2024. When I went back to exchange it, the staff member acted annoyed.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy! Besides, it's truly bizarre that, in a restaurant where you primarily eat with your hands, there's no way to clean your hands. No wet wipes, no sink, and the restroom is only accessible with a euro coin, even for guests.

Huge holes in the sofa. During dinner, there was a loud bang, and a tabletop nearly fell on a child. The staff had made the wrong order, which meant the wait was quite long. In short, not a pleasant place to sit down and relax.

The staff at the counter were unwelcoming/friendly. The food was even worse, unfortunately. My order was incomplete; my daughter walked back to report it. The restaurant itself is in need of renovation; it's very outdated, smells unsanitary, and is dirty (sticky floor, broken benches, no one cleans up). The food wasn't fresh or tasty. I'd rather go to Zuidoost or Osdorp, where they know how things are done, the food is fresh and delicious, and the restaurant looks neat. In any case, I won't be coming back!

I don't even know where to begin! Grumpy staff, no salt packets because they hadn't been ordered, the reusable cups were gone, you couldn't pay by card at the counter due to a prolonged outage, the floor was extremely dirty and messy, the floor manager was shouting loudly and aggressively, and when I complained about a drumstick smaller than a wing, I was given a rude mouth. The place also looked like it was undergoing a lengthy renovation. Absolutely the worst KFC restaurant I've ever experienced.

I didn’t expect anything better than czech KFC but this one was pretty very tasty. Go and visit.
