KFC in Dapperbuurt

Today I went to the KFC on the first van Swindenstraat around 7:30 PM. The employee made an older woman wait more than 20 minutes to place an order. After my order came the fries were cold and limp but my chicken was hot, when I asked for another one the employee ignored me. My aunt also placed an order and received the same cold fries about 10 minutes later. We asked again for fresh fries and if that was not possible, we got our money back, she responded with "I told him (the employee at the back of the kitchen) to fry new ones! After about 5 minutes we got the same COLD FRIES again! At that moment we gave I again stated that I wanted my money back because the service and food were bad. The employee shouted at the employee in the kitchen and said "I did my job and they are not satisfied, just help me" he came forward and grabbed it. prayed orders and placed them walked to the back under the counter and filled up with freshly baked fries, came forward and put it on the counter. When we asked whose order it was, he looked a bit annoyed and opened it to check and if he had to solve this, there could be no apology. The employee also threw orders and rolled up the bags on her stomach as if she were rolling up a towel. Bad bad service never again I drive to another one or walk to the Mac Donalds across the street because this was not worth my money!

Super slow the slowest kfc ever only to get cold food they really need to address this

The food was good, like all KFCs, BUT the staff looked at us dirty as soon as we arrived, they didn't bring the food to the table, and the bathrooms were out of service!!!! To not return.

I think it is very clever of the branch manager to keep a branch running with mentally handicapped people. Unfortunately this is the closest branch to me. And now after several times I will never order KFC again unless I walk by (somewhere else). Of all the times I have ordered, never has an order been good and complete, every time I paid for extra sauces and never received sauce. Drinking is never right or is not an option 8/10 times. Side dishes such as corn and fries come Out of the fridge and also missing several times. Even complete dishes are not included in the order, in short, you pay €30 but only receive €15 worth of food.

Today I went to a KFC branch and noticed that the product I ordered was not cooked properly. When I took the product back to return it, I was very disappointed by the attitude of the employees. They responded with sighs, groans and negative facial expressions when I explained my complaint. I expected a respectful and solution-oriented approach. This experience really disappointed me. ---

Have eaten at this KFC several times and each time you wait half an hour for your food. Also very expensive for what you get.

Absolute worst experience I've had in a long time buying food here. I bought 2 original chicken pieces to go and not only were they old, noticeable by the skin being hard and tough, but also instead of getting one chicken leg and a chicken breast I got 2 small chicken legs. Avoid this place at all cost, I am not going to this food chain again.

Those employees can't read. I did not receive the ordered milkshake but a coke, the wrong sauce and the supposedly reusable cup (+€1.00) was a disposable paper cup. The food also arrived stone cold. A waste of money.

Possibly the worst place in Amsterdam East to get food. Staff looks miserable, service is bad, food is not good, restaurant is dirty and everything takes a long time.

1 star is too much. Sauce for the salad is missing. The drink is completely spilled and the food is ice cold but the main thing is that you want €8 for delivery and service. Actually you deserve more than a bad review but whatever.

Worst KFC in the Netherlands... you really deserve an award 🏆.. waiting half an hour to pick up... you really have to be patient and have all the time in the world at this KFC. If you can't run it, just close the place...

My experience at KFC was incredibly frustrating. Upon entering, I encountered staff who displayed a dismissive attitude, making it clear that customer service was not a priority for them. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened from there. When my food arrived, it was not what I had ordered. I attempted to address the issue, but rather than taking responsibility, the staff shifted the blame onto me. Their condescending demeanor was unacceptable, and to make matters worse, they even threw my food on the counter and spat in it. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this to anyone. It should be shut down immediately

Everything is cool but the chicken ain’t crispy

Reusable cup cannot be returned (machine broken or something) so you have to take it with you (they do not give any other option). It's stupid that this isn't reported or something internal is done about it. Now paid extra for a KFC cup. Fries were also cold.

Unfortunetaly i did not have the best experience here. First of all i did not have the option for a throw-away cup, so i was forced to spend an extra euro for the reusable cup. When i asked for extra cheese, which is ssid to be 60 cents, suddenly added 1 euro to my order instead of 60 cents. I also asked for 2 burgers without tomato, yet only 1 of them had no tomatoes. The service is fine, pretty fast cause it wasnt busy, but they did put a tomato on my burger. The atmosphere im not a fan of, its pretty plain and there is a 50% chance you gotta sit next to someone you dont know. The food still tasted pretty okay (except for the tomato) 4/10 experience.

This is honestly the worst KFC ever. Do not order here!! I ordered 2 milkshakes. To my great surprise I received a green Fernandez and a red bull! How on earth do you mix that up hahaha. The chicken was incredibly tough. Nasty. Normally I never write a review but I couldn't pass this up. What people say there.

I ordered via Uber eats here, yesterday the food arrived quickly enough however everything fried smelled very strongly of gasoline or paint. It was very disturbing, as a result we did not touch the food of course. Would not eat here again, better go to another KFC. I also ate here before with no issues.

The people who work there do their best. You see them working very hard. But it's a bit of a mess. And the employees don't look happy anymore. They look quite overworked.

Far too little if you take the savings menu. I can't get enough of it. Otherwise, the meat is prepared differently depending on the branch/country, but is still very tasty for my taste.

I had to wait 1 hour and there weren't even too many customers. I thought fast food means something else. Burgers were okay, but one of them was completely cold. The KFCs I know in Jamaica, Germany or USA are able to handle way more people with the same amount of employees.

THE WORST. Coming from ordering my food, which took more than an hour to arrive. I live around the corner and it took SO LONG. I ordered via Uber Eats and the order kept on getting cancelled saying some one else took it but we've still not received anything. I'm not sure who's working behind that counter or if there even is anyone working. WORST EXPERIENCE.

The employee at the counter starts with: yes? not the nicest welcome, I then note that the 7up is sugar free, so ask the employee if you can change that to a normal Pepsi, she says, you have to wait a little longer and you have to let my colleague know, while she standing alone behind the counter, I then ask how I know when my order is almost ready, she points to a screen that is turned off and walks away, the gentlemen who ordered after me get their food earlier, and my fries were lukewarm, and the chicken not crispy at all, I thought to myself, I'll try KFC again, but after today it's clearly the last time at this branch

Large chicken burger, nice portion

The service takes way too long, this is just slow food instead of fast food. The staff doesn't want to talk to you about the speed. I feel like there should be many more people working and all the delivery people go first, which means it takes even longer. I've been here for 30 minutes now before there's any food. Don't go here!

Staff are not educated, they treat the customers very bad, they always open late at 12:00 when they should open at 11:00

I had the worst experience of my life at this KFC. One of the employees argued with a delivery person for 10 minutes, shouting, and no manager intervened. Then the delivery man started harassing all the customers with his motorbike and NO ONE did anything, there were children and families present and we had a terrible time. It's the slowest fast food restaurant I've seen since the employees weren't willing to serve you in a good way, I waited 25 minutes for just one ice cream cone!!!!! and we had a terrible time

You litetally forgot half my order, came cold and dry. What is wrong with you? I am paying good money for this and your service is disgusting.

18.08.2024 I ordered a "Variety bucket meal for 4" the order is 28 pieces 4 sodas and 4 Fries. When they gave me my order I only had 21 pieces 😡 when I went to complain they gave me a small box with the remaining pieces without objection. It is clear that in this KFC they constantly steal from their customers by giving them less pieces than what they are.

Service here can be nice and friendly or directly rude, depends who is on the counter. Classic fast food fried chicken in a very busy corner. Not the place to go if you are in a rush as usually they seem understaffed and the orders can take a bit of time.

The entire order was messed up by you and when you go back to say that you are missing a burger (while it is still on your receipt) we are asked if we don't want to come back and hand in the receipt. Like we're going to steal from them.

I came for lunch and there is no place to wash my hands or I have to pay 50 cents to wash my hands. Horror in the 21st century! The service is terrible, the employees are not friendly. Bad, bad, very bad!

Disaster( Chicken was with hair

They need to shut down this KFC PERIOD. It’s the slowest KFC or any kind of restaurant I’ve been too. The temperature is unbearable too, there is no way the food is safe to eat. Very rude service as well. Please do not come here for your own sake and waste your hard earned money.

The food was way too salty, and the price for fries was too high. As far as I'm concerned, this is due to an unclear menu structure. Service from the counter is ok, but paying for the toilet is out of the question as a customer. Bring your liver and coin. Toilet is very dirty anyway. Really not possible. Atmosphere is mediocre, partly due to very poor acoustics. And there is a permanent arguing atmosphere. Tables also dirty. What is also not possible: paying €1 unannounced for a plastic cup. In short, enough of KFC for now

The lobby and seats were dusty and filty.

Incredibly dirty branch with incredibly dirty toilets (for which you have to pay 50 cents but do not get any toilet paper or soap). Not a nice atmosphere. Don't eat here. I have reported unsanitary conditions to the NVWA.

Got a sandwich and this was clearly not a good decision. Floor was very dirty and tables dirty. The employees behind the counter were very rude. Really a shame!

We ordered the kipsalon duo deal (regular + veggie) on thuisbezorgd four times- first time was good, second and third time they cancelled with no explanation, and fourth time they sent only one meal and not two. If you can’t handle it then take the deal off the menu.

Walked out because the staff was more concerned with clapping each other on the back than taking orders. Stood in line for 10 minutes for nothing. Not the first time I experience this situation at this KFC. You would expect a manager to do something about this.

It’s literally just a KFC; I only come here for the hot wing Wednesday deal. NO bathroom which is not cool but it looks like the owner added pictures of his own family in the interior decoration which I think is kind of cute.

I gave this KFC several chances, so ordered several times. Not one order out of all times was complete or correct. When I try to call the restaurant from the number listed on the internet, it says this number is not in service. They urgently need new staff and a working number, because this is not possible.

Ever heard of a bad one, to put it mildly, worst dirtiest KFC ever. THIS IS HIM!!!!!! If you want to go to the toilet it will cost you 0.50 cents, which is too much, and you will find a toilet that has not been cleaned for days. Let alone the rest of the restaurant rather a garbage dump!!! And the staff is unfriendly and slow, I had to wait half an hour for 2 menus to top it all off. And it wasn't that busy. Slower than slow and dirtier than dirty. I'd rather drive 20 km to get me dinner.

The quality of the food is poor. The cleanliness is zero. I saw one of the waiters scratch his butt before picking up the potatoes to give them to a customer filling the place. Just don't go there. The Food Health Organization should visit the restaurant to shut it down.

Visited this venue today on 20.04.24. Ordered via the ordering column. It's unclear if the bill went through or not, as we weren't given a receipt. Also, they forgot to include 12 chicken wings and 3 pieces of nuggets. I strongly advise against visiting this KFC.

I go to KFC with great enthusiasm for the coconut milkshake and my whole day is immediately ruined. The people who work here are rude and the coconut milkshake is half full even though you pay top price. The milkshakes aren't "it" either

The environment was not clean, the TV that showed the numbers was half burnt, and the cashier was looking at our receipt numbers and reading the orders.They will deduct one euro from you for a glass of automatic soda and will not return it. I was not satisfied

The worst KFC i have visited, the restaurant was very dirty. I hardly couldn't find a tabel where I could sit and eat my food because of the dirty tables. I don't know if the service was bad because there was no service.
