Ma Baker Snackbar in Jordaan

I've been here five times already because a friend and I are intrigued by the shawarma spaghetti dish. Unfortunately, it's always sold out due to so many orders. We're very curious who orders it and when it will be available. Please let us know, and we'll come right over!

Overprice and Overcharge without warning The food was okay, but the pricing was unreasonable. We ordered a mixed grilled shoarma listed at €15.50 on the menu. The owner mentioned some items were sold out and asked if he could make substitutions-we agreed. We were then charged €19.75!! When I asked about the price difference, he claimed it was because he gave us more food (which we didn’t request). The pricing feels unfair and would not recommend.

Under normal and sober circumstances this is an oke place, but when wasted at 5 am when everything is closed this place is a godsend

Fantastic spaghetti shawarma dish, even better music.

Placed a large order and had to pay a lot for what we got. Also asked for a Turkish pizza without meat and first got it with meat. Afterwards a new one was made but unfortunately burned. I would have given it a second chance but unfortunately I won't be coming back here again :(

Dont go! Absolute criminal price for the kapsalon at 12.50 euros!!! Insane when you can find it normally for 8€, so more than 50% increase lol ridiculous

Chef was friendly chips were 6/10 but the broodje doner was definitely not doner!! Idk what meat they served with it tasted and looked more like minced crocodile… go here only if everywhere else is closed:) if eethuis de jordaan is open it’s just up the street and much better

Extremely bad service. Paid 17 euros for 2 Turkish pizzas. Even though I said nothing, they still put meat on the pizza. I would like to receive a refund.

They throw sambal on your sandwich like it is nothing and act as if you asked for it. If you ask, you're just a stupid customer. They work extremely slowly, expect to wait 45 minutes for a durum doner.

Life saver! When everything is closed and you're somehow craving a nice frikandel speciaal at 05:55 in the morning, Ma Baker got your back.

Good atmosphere, average sito stick without sauce. But all in all I give it a more than satisfactory score

Fantastische horeca-onderneming, vooral in de vroege uurtjes. Het terras is heerlijk in de ochtend zon. Eigenaren geven het gevoel van thuis komen. Heerlijke tent, een echte aanrader.

The falafel I had here at 2:30am was awesome! Great flavor and a good group of Dutch locals were eating there which is always a good sign.

Nice old-fashioned snackbar. Open till late in the morning. Tasty snacks, cheap meals.
