The staff are terrible at dealing with customers. I ordered a meal and they didn't even bother to help me. They acted like I wasn't even in the restaurant.

I didn't get my fries, I'm very angry, I want my money back for the fries

Milkshake did not have flavor. Burger is bland and is 90% bun. The burger patty is so small you can’t even tell it’s there. I also watched them touch and prepare all the food with their bare unwashed hands.

The gentleman asked if I really needed a JJs because it was raining, very thoughtful!

The absolute worst Febo in town. They removed three fries from the container because they thought it was too much. This was done right in front of me, the customer. I've never experienced anything so amateurish.

The door was kept open so it was cold, one of the burgers was so hot (temperature wise) that I burned my palace eating it... Bad atmosphere, bad environment.

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. One of the two women literally yelled at us for trying to translate the menu on our phones! Of course, we tried to explain to her that we were French and that we just wanted to translate, but we didn't understand what she said. She raised her voice and her eyebrows as if we'd done something wrong... I recommend going to the fast food restaurant "Chiken" right across the street; it's much better!

Both burger and fries were, overpriced, tasteless and undercooked.

Worst Febo in town. No respect for the customer. Two weeks ago I bought medium fries, when I got home you could count the fries. I'm going back, she claims very rudely that I ate the fries. And with pain and effort new fries. Train your people well and teach them customer friendliness. So I will never go there again.

I come there and tell the lady expressly to order more fries because the person in front of me was also ordering fries, I think she listened to me and did it, but still give me the fries cold that have been there for a while and still dropped my chicken burger in from of my eyes, not nice 😭 the lady was really not happy with that 😡

Very disappointing experience at FEBO Ordered from FEBO and my food was delivered with a fallen milkshake on top everything was soaked. The delivery person refused to take the food back and told me to call FEBO myself. After calling at least 20 times without an answer, I drove there myself with the ruined food. Once I arrived, I was treated rudely and told that it was "very annoying" that they kept calling. No excuses, no solutions, and no new food. Very antisocial and customer unfriendly. Fortunately, Thuisbezorgd eventually resolved it nicely and I got my money back through them. But I will never order from this FEBO again.

Ordered 5x soft ice cream, there was hardly any ice cream in it. If you can't make ice cream, maybe just say so. Next time back to Zaandam!

Pay 1 euro for the toilet, which you have to push into a slot near the handle. Can't get any crazier than 1 euro and it's also dirty. Snack starting price 3 euros and I'll keep my mouth shut about the rest

Worst FEBO I've ever been to, the food was lukewarm. There was a hair in my fries. The milkshake barely had any taste. And don't even get me started on how rude the old lady who worked there was, if someone like that worked for me I would fire her immediately.

Dirty fries, bad service and way too expensive

I ordered fries without sauce + chicken drumstick, neither of which needed to be prepared, they were ready. Still had to wait 25 minutes because the orders were only made in order and could not deviate from that. Sorry, but that's really strange...

12 euros for 3 burgers. Scandalous

The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There is nothing more to say about a Febo because the products are the same everywhere. But there are plenty of seats and a large terrace.

Febo is the shortcut from Ferdinand Bolstraat ments like Febo, first Febo they opened in Amsterdam South, after it was a succes now you see Febo everywhere in Netherlands☺️ My favourite is there fries with satesaus and definitely the grillburger🙏

Haven't had fries in a long time, but Febo has become so expensive. For 2 small bowls of fries. €7.50 And that was without mayo, which was €1.20. so a total of €8.70. I got a jar of mayo from the supermarket across the street, just on principle. This is also the last time I will pay that much for fries. Febo is not a 5 star restaurant. 2 stars for Febo. The quality was as it should be. Unnecessarily milking the consumer is bad news. Especially from such a large group that can buy entire batches of fries cheaply.

Febo is altijd prima, waar ook in Nederland. Verbaasd mij nog steeds dat heel veel mensen het speciaaltje niet kennen. De lekkerste snack.

Patat en hamburger thuis bezorgd. Bezorger vertelde dat hij te laat was omdat er zat geen patat bij de bestelling. Bezorg kosten was ongeveer de helft van het eten en de hamburger was steen koud.😡😡
