Almost not good at all! I ordered corn, and then suddenly fries came out? The burgers taste pretty average (KFC, of course), and the restrooms looked dirty, and KFC was always overcrowded. I waited 20 minutes or more for my food. The people were actually nice, as were the employees, and the drinks were the best. And it's a capital city with lots of people, so you can easily confuse fries and corn. But even so, the food gets 3 stars, the service gets 2 stars, and the vendors get another 3, so 2 stars.

I had the squid game burger set but it was so salty that I couldn't finish it the regular chicken burger was salty too, but it was better overall, it was very salty

The branch is on one of the busiest streets. It's a touristy area, so it's quite crowded. Orders can be delayed due to the crowds. Vegetarian options are available. Prices are quite reasonable.

I ordered a large menu and got small fries and a small milkshake. I pointed this out, and they said those were large portions. Sorry, but I don't believe a word of it. They were just children's portions. Plus, the fries were cold and tough. A waste of money. Unfortunately, they're too stingy to compensate you in any way.

Way below average KFC standard. The fried chicken was dry and nowhere near juicy. The counter staff lacked a sense of service — they often missed items in the order, and I was given a dirty, uncleaned tray. Very disappointing overall.

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to in terms of service and product quality. Extremely slow, they deliver the food wrong, and the place is dirty. The woman in charge is rude and gets upset when asked or told anything. Amsterdam is a wonderful dream place, but fast food is not satisfactory for my taste.

The food tasted good, however, we ordered the 16-piece combo and were given ten. While I was waiting, I also noticed that several orders had something left out, whether it was water or soda, so the customer had to ask for it.

We got the wrong size milkshakes, the toilets were a bit shabby and there were a lot of people walking around begging for food and money and rummaging through trash cans. It just felt awkward sitting in there when several people came up to the table and asked for money.

Waited 36 minutes for my order, which they then simply forgot. I finally get my burger, it goes back to the back because something was missing. Finally got food: cold fries, burger half cold half piping hot, bun soggy as if it had been sitting somewhere for half an hour. Really bad. Not worth your money and not professional at all.

When you pay to go to the toilet, the minimum is that they're clean, which isn't really the case. What's more, the price is ridiculous, with €1 written on the machine, but you actually pay €1.50! You French people might be surprised; their iced tea isn't peach, but a sparkling lemon, which isn't bad, but it's surprising at first sip. Likewise, the fries are covered in salt.

Don’t order from here through Uber Eats. Multiple they got my order wrong. And today again. I ordered fries and corn, I got double fries. I also ordered a coconut milkshake, and I got a chocolate milkshake. Well, ‘milkshake’, it was chocolate fluff, not really a creamy but still very much liquid milkshake. One time can happen, but after multiple time it gets annoying. Very incompetent staff.

Kfc now they think they become luxury with their prices o or an XL meal but the amount of fríes it was extremelly small burger very small. Very disapointed . Better to go to other places to support small business

Imagine this: charging €1 for bathroom use - even for costumers it's completely unacceptable. Chicken quality has noticeably declined and the staff was rude and unhelpful. McDonald's is nearby and clearly a much better option

I went to KFC Tuesday 20 may 2025 for dinner 22:30 o’clock and there’s was not even one table clean and was not even busy.

A bit stuffy place. The employees were polite. Classic KFC chicken. Being on the street has the advantage.

Service OK. But unfortunately, the toilets cost €1.50, for dirty toilets. The deposit system for paper cups is not practical. It's difficult to get the deposit back at the counter.

The attention that the cashier gave us was simply spectacular, very patient since we did not speak the language, she advised us and accompanied us throughout the purchase. Thank you.

Fries were cold when dining in. Also did not receive large size. The guy in front of me was given a bad bag so his food fell through the bottom. Overall this location needs improvement.

What a shit place! It was our turn quickly, but this turned out to be because we were served mystery meat. The meat was very soggy and the taste was not what I am used to from KFC. The meat was so fatty that I have Meat sweats every night. Instead of chicken nuggets we also got chicken frisbees. All in all, I am not happy with this settlement. A shame for KFC and the whole of the Netherlands

Classic restaurant of the well-known chain, the staff was kind and quick in receiving and producing the order. The quality of the food was not high, in fact it was even cold. The prices are slightly high compared to other fast food restaurants, the chicken becomes smaller and smaller while the breading increases, making the product taste less and less meaty.
