The guys to prepare the food at 20:30 on 24 of September 2026 were well done. We like the sandwiches fries and Pepsi, all perfect.

Well, if you can't even read out and announce the correct number on the order...

Even though it was not so calm and coming in "rush" hour, I would expect the food would be more fresh. But the chicken was not so hot, quite dry and the crust around the chicken was also dry and tough to eat. Women who was giving out the orders and calling the order numbers was chewing on bubblegum, which is in my opinion a no go.

Not so clean, very crouy, we miss some things from order, but is too crowdy to be in line and wait for missing staff.

It was not like regular KFC. Nothing was crispy, and it was obvious that the chicken had been sitting there for a while.

The place is centrally located but unfortunately incredibly dirty. The trash cans are overflowing, and since there's nowhere else to put the garbage, people leave it on the tables. There are napkins and food scraps all over the floor. There's no hygiene supervision whatsoever. It's truly unpleasant to sit and eat in such a filthy place. They should at least change the seat covers every few hours when they see so many people eating there. It should be more frequent.

We arrived yesterday for the annual Kirkiversary (R.I.P.). We just ordered a normal bucket for 3 people and suddenly we got this sludge??? The whole dinner was ruined immediately. I will definitely never come back here again.

Of all the countries I've visited in Europe, KFC Damrak is the best, everything is fresh and the staff are friendly.

We ate there properly and still had to pay 1€ to use the toilet afterwards.

What a mess! All the tables were filthy, the food took forever and was truly inedible. The staff were neither polite nor talkative, just bad.

The food is like any KFC, but the portions seem even smaller. You have to pay to use the bathroom, even if you're a customer, and it's disgusting; it's clear they don't clean it or care about maintenance.

Even if you are customer, you have to pay for the toilet. But they don't even offer a sink or wet towels to clean hands, which is basic for any food place.

Nice location and very spacious inside. 3 floors. You do have to pay €1 to get to the toilet inside. You also get free tenders if you write a 5-star review. I must say, though, that at every KFC the sauce bottles are super difficult to open, which can be very annoying.

This has to be by far the WORST KFC I've ever eaten in. Soggy chicken, reeks of oil (at least 3 different times across 4 years), No crisp at all, dry and leathery meat, fries have been refried multiple times and are crisped to nothing. Such a shame.

It's not the first time I've been to that KFC. Luckily, I'm not there to eat, just to pick up orders, and the atmosphere is a disaster. There's no order in the kitchen, it's very noisy, and the people at the counter are rather unpleasant. And I want to emphasize again, it's not just a bad day; it's been like 8 or 9 times already, and it's the same atmosphere and service.

Unfortunately, we ate very bad chicken. Both the coating was awful and it was greasy. The only reason it was so bad was because they were constantly trying to provide super-fast service for hours. I gave positive ratings out of respect for the effort and hard work of the staff, otherwise the food itself was very, very bad.

The reason i gave less is that delivery is not good as original. It's not the same taste and not crunchy. Plus we paid for 4 sauces which they didn't provide. Coke tasted with bad after taste

The food was tasty, but they got our orders wrong. It took an incredibly long time, and the tables and floor were filthy. You pay €1 for disgusting toilets; the toilet paper was locked away and the toilets were clogged.

I got 2 chicken nuggets instead of 4 and had to pay 6 euros, really sad, and the staff was grumpy too.

That was absolutely horrifying! The chicken was fried a week ago! Greasy and tastes bad! We ordered drumsticks and we got thighs! I feel shameful after it and i made myself throw up! It’s run by a punch of teenagers who are there not for work or quality! I don’t recommend it

The toilet doesn't have any soap, and to enter you have to pay 1 euro even if you bought food here. Not coming again.

It's a very hot place. Didn't it occur to them to install air conditioning? I don't understand how people eat here. And it's very expensive.

The worst restaurant ever. I got very sick and poisoned after eating in KFC in Damrak. I through up all the night because of bacteria’s of the food. Also the food was very cold and very old. I do not recommend this food and restaurant to any people.

Came in here for the first time and tried the Fire Zinger Burger Meal which was very tasty though not as zingy as I thought it might be. From ordering to receiving my meal I waited less than 10 minutes. Very clean location, fast and efficient staff, additional seating upstairs. Very nice for a fast food restaurant.

Just terrible,.food is bad,chicken not fresh,.and portion for that price,not worth it. 1.50eur for toilet and the toilet is very nasty,unclean and smelling.

They charge you to use the bathroom, the Barcelona fans are disgusting, it's one euro whether you're a customer or not. Everything is filthy in general.

Staff very Rude. When we sat down after collecting our order, noticed that our hot wings were missing. Went back to counter to indian guy that handed us the food and he completely ignored me. I told him i wasn't going to go away from the counter until I got the rest of my order. He got the box and threw it across the counter at me. Be prepared for the Rudness if you do visit.....
