Staff very Rude. When we sat down after collecting our order, noticed that our hot wings were missing. Went back to counter to indian guy that handed us the food and he completely ignored me. I told him i wasn't going to go away from the counter until I got the rest of my order. He got the box and threw it across the counter at me. Be prepared for the Rudness if you do visit.....

I ordered online and the staffs were friendly. On the third floor i managed to find a charging spot which was working excellent but the for the toilets, they charhe 1.5 euros , felt like thats a little bit expensive even after getting some food from there as well.

The cashier wearing a headscarf provided terrible service. I asked twice to provide the food as pictured, but they were missing a hamburger, and they changed the corn to fries without my permission and didn't include a ketchup packet.

It's a bit of a mess but you can find your way around more or less, there are ordering kiosks that are accessible and the kitchen is classic, but that's what you expect from KFC.

Just got out of it, I'd give it zero stars if i could. The bathroom is disgusting. Whats worse is that you have to pay for it. When i pay for a bathroom i expect a min of cleanliness and higiene, not a bloody pigs farm. I payed 1.50 euros for that this is highway robbery

We have waited our order for more than 40 minutes and the attendant told us “it wasn’t her problem” that we didn’t get our food. A terrible and unprofessional service.

The first and last time at KFC. My buddy said I absolutely had to go in. Said and done. I've already experienced a lot, but this was really in the top 10 (of bad experiences). I ordered the platter that contains a bit of everything. It took a while until it was ready, and I assumed it was fresh. Well, it wasn't. The meat was lukewarm, soggy, and had probably been sitting for a while. The fries were unsalted?? And also a bit old, and the iced tea tasted more of sugar than peach. According to my buddy, his chicken burger had also been sitting in the warmer for a while. We were sitting on the top floor, the tables were dirty, and the trash cans were full. The guests also simply left their things on the tables. Shortly before we left, an employee luckily came and emptied the trash can, or rather, "compressed" the contents. Once and never again. €15 poorer and dissatisfied.

For the first time 8 year I went to kfc because last time I was there I got food poisoning and it was my birthday so I want to go just for a change and I ended getting food poisoning again for the second time in a row I really don’t rate the food it’s never cooked and this was on the 22 of October 2025

It's simply unacceptable to pay for food and not be able to use the restroom. Eating fried chicken and not washing your hands is unacceptable. And paying €1.50 to be able to do that is an abuse.

Centrally located, right at the Hbf, when you don't understand what to eat, go for KFC, it's globally standardized in terms of food menu, so easy to make a decision.

You can go and eat. We don't have KFC in our country, we miss it. But there is no spicy mayonnaise, which is a bit sad.

KFC really played me with this so-called “5-piece combo.” Three out of five pieces were wings THREE. That’s not a combo, that’s daylight robbery with a side of grease. Who approved this scam? And don’t get me started on the quality the chicken was soggier than wet cardboard and had the crunch factor of a damp paper towel. Honestly, I’ve had gas station chicken that put this to shame. For the price I paid, I expected a meal, not a box of disappointment. KFC, if you’re going to serve scraps, at least have the decency to call it what it is: a wing sampler for fools

The food is good and for the prices you see in Amsterdam it's not bad, but what I do think is really bad is that they want to charge you for using the bathroom.

The food was half cold, the rest was delicious, like the sandwich. Fast service, delivery, and the way you order from the kiosks. The place was very dirty, you have to pay extra for the bathroom, and all the trash cans were overflowing with filth.

Even though it was very busy, I still wanted to post this review. Our food sat waiting so long at the counter to be cooked that the loaded fries and burgers were completely soft and cold. This was truly subpar.

The ordering screens don't have easy combos to get.

The black female employee (with all respect) is a terrible employee. She treats customers VERY poorly, and I just witnessed VERY poor treatment of an elderly person, speaking to her in a very loud voice with no respect whatsoever. She also spoke to me terribly for waiting three minutes for my food two days ago. Her service is absolutely terrible.

It really depends on who's working at the time. Sometimes it's fine, other times you'll be waiting half an hour for your food and something's missing from your order or it's incorrect.

i have never had such a bad experience with kfc before. at first everything went smoothly. i ordered my meal with my family without any problems. everything suddenly changed, when i noticed that i have been waiting for my order for 30 minutes and it wasnt crowded. i went to the lady behind the counter and asked how much longer i will have to wait. she told one minute, so i thought they would start making my order in that moment, but i was wrong. i waited another 10 minutes and she told basically the same thing when i came to her. finally i got my meal after 50 MINUTES. the meal wasnt worth the wait btw. if you want to eat fast cheap and good i do not recomend eating here.

We ordered a 10 piece bucket. The pieces were small in comparison to other countries we visited. Also, we only received dark meat (legs, thighs and wings). No side breast nor center breast. Taste however was great! Also, KFC should reconsider charging for standard sauces such as ketchup.

My experience with this KFC wasn't good. I had to pay €1.50 for a toilet while ordering food. The toilet is filthy, and the smell made it impossible to enter. They should be more careful, as 200 customers use the toilet there a day. So, the €200 x €1.50 is €300, so they could easily hire someone to clean the toilet in between. And with food, you also have to wait about 20 minutes for cold food!

The food and atmosphere were good. The gentleman working upstairs in the dining room was very friendly and polite. We were there on August 1st around 3 p.m.

I love KFC and their speed in ordering and delicious meals. The restaurant can get a bit crowded due to its prime location. I recommend visiting and trying it.

Entering, consuming, and finding turnstiles where you have to pay to use the bathroom is a sign of absurd incivility. You can easily put the door with the code shown on the receipt like other chains do!!! A place frequented mostly by mothers with children!!!

First time at KFC and I have to say everything was good and easy to order. I enjoyed the food, which was definitely well cooked and made.

Friendly staff, good service. The wait time was short, even though it was very busy. The kitchen seems well-organized, so orders are ready quickly. At other KFC locations, we often have to wait long, but that wasn't the case here.

I ordered 28 hot wings, it was something 👍, it surprised me because the price was lower than in Germany but the wings were tough not like in Germany, but it was still delicious, I would advise asking about the manufacturing technology in Germany and then cooking in Amsterdam. And please add more sauces 🙈

I think it's the fastest KFC I've ever seen. I was surprised 😯. I placed my order and in 5 minutes my food was ready for delivery. They forgot the sauces, but I mentioned it to the guy at the counter and he gave them to me without a problem. They have an upper floor with a dining room and a pay toilet. The only downside is that the man (a KFC employee) in charge of the dining room couldn't keep up with removing the trays and trash. They should put an extra employee on that floor. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Violently crowded, poorly ventilated and extremely hot inside. The smell of sweat mixes with the smell of fried chicken in a way i have never had to endure before. The food itself was standard for a kfc branch. The service was terrible, nevermind slow but also negligent. You cannot get service at the counter and you will be actively dismissed by staff. I do not blame them however as the amount of people makes this place feel overwhelming.

Thank you for your answer. Looking for better experience with you, we won't stop to go to kfc in Italy when we need. Children go crazy for you. See ya
