What a pathetic experience, the food quality was so bad that I could not have imagined. I had fried chicken and it seemed like the food has just cooked a long time before it was served. Soft soggy coating, ugggh! Waste of money, don't think I will go there again for a long time. Also there was small bits of food on the floor, I guess they clean the floor only once whole day.

Manager here was rude. I asked for an empty paper cup with the bottle of water I'd purchased to be *shouted at "NO!" Also no sides available and he doubled up with chips , no apology, no alternative offered. This was the worst visit

Look, it's located in the center of Amsterdam, so yes, it's busy. Long queues unless you have cash with you. The food is fine, but every now and then you have to look at tables full of trash because the tourists don't clean it up. Big tip, sit upstairs. It is much quieter there than on the ground floor.

It was terrible, I ordered and got the wrong food and drinks, I suddenly had a tea that tasted like fish and very hot chicken with 3 chickens that also had hair, everything was thrown away immediately, they don't even check your order and just give everything away.

Took my girlfriend to KFC for the first time. Alkmaar was a great experience, delicious fries too. It was very bad around Amsterdam. Limp, lukewarm fries and no sauce with the chicken tenders.

Good morning, Dark and dazzling shit following only 3 tenders which seemed delicious to me at the time. 2 hours later the toilet can't say the same. I emptied myself all night. I don't recommend. To avoid tenders. I recommend the Thai chili sauce though.

Ordered two 10 inch ones after 15 minutes of waiting I complain and the shop assistant (with protruding teeth) sends me away saying that she wouldn't have given me any order even though I had paid. A rude, dishonest and racist woman. I think that in 2024 a company like KFC should verify its employees and should not allow racist people to work in its restaurants in a multi-ethnic city like Amsterdam. Worst wings i have ever had. It was hot zinger but not hot let alone not even salted. I literally craved salt while eating it. And it was super slow. I watched my wings got cold for 40 minutes just for plain basic burger to be added.

My first low review, but well deserved. Upon arrival, a line at the counter while 3 of the self-service devices are not working. Then paid almost 20 euros on food that could almost be seen as a 'snack'. This delivery also took quite a long time. Went to the toilet before eating, to do this you have to do a course stunt. This is because the device you use to pay to use the toilet is broken. So you can only enter through the exit. Then the urinals are also placed next to each other in an open space WITHOUT WALLS BETWEEN THEM. So anyone who walks in can immediately inspect your height 👍. The allowances are not properly maintained and the button to withdraw is loose from the wall. The food itself was tasty, but simply not enough for the price. After eating, I and a number of other people wanted to return our reusable cup. And the machine wouldn't accept any of our cups. So now I have paid a deposit for absolutely nothing. Only come here if you can't do anything else!

Worst experience ever. Two employees told us to wait at the casa to make the order, we waited for 20 minutes and still they didn’t take our order. I have paid 1e for the recyclable cup, which is supposed to be refundable but there was no QR code on it to be refunded. So I paid 1 more euro to have something recyclable that in the end finished in the garbage ... Otherwise it was good

In the "boneless meal" (I had set Dutch on the screen) you cannot skip the drink. I didn't want to have a deposit glass left over, but it was not clear which individual chicken dish was in it. Then I ordered 6 chicken pieces, fries and fries sauce. After paying, no receipt came out of the device, but I did see the number. With my phone I could show that I had paid. It was a mouse portion of fries and the fries sauce was impossible to open with freshly cut nails. So I had to go back for that. I didn't get a napkin and couldn't find it either. Everything was half lukewarm, and it was only 3 pieces of chicken. After complaining I got 3 more. They were nice and warm!

Economical option with well-known food, service was not slow, sticky environments, stairs not suitable for people with reduced mobility if there is no space on the ground floor. They charge you to use the bathroom even if you buy their products, it seems terrible to me, why don't they put a door with a code for customers like in other KFCs.

You force people to pay 1 extra euro for a plastic cup they don’t even use and you refuse to refund after. Not everyone how steps foot there is a local so is not normal to refuse refunding people in cash since you force them to pay extra and now I have too wait 72h for 2 damn euros you could have refunded in cash! Most of the electronic order system is not working. Ordering is not smooth. Even order display system was not functional. Food is different it seemed as we find in other countries.

KFC it's my favorite fastfood place to eat. But unfortunately in this country and in special in this place everything is going to be more bad and badly. Today I got absolutely dried pieces of chicken 🍗, looks like they was prepared yesterday and only today was served.

There is also chicken thigh here. Usually, they don't have it in France and Spain.

Came here with friends for a quick bite to eat. I just got a milkshake. I never thought this would be such a drama. Not only is the deposit ridiculously expensive, you can also count on it that you will get it back. The device to return the cup was broken, so we were forced to stand in line. Once we got to the cash register, we were told that we would only get a deposit if we still have the receipts (I had already thrown them away after receiving the milkshake). Very bizarre, the cup simply has a QR code for the deposit, but you just don't get it. Total waste of time. So heads up for people who want to hand in a deposit: keep your receipt and have a lot of patience to stand in the long queue. Even though I expect that you will not get it back with the voucher. Where do I even start off. First of all, none of the screen-ordering devices work. You spend 20 minutes waiting in line to try out every one to conclude that none work and then you must once again wait in line to manually order. Then, you get to the counter to order and find out that their menus on the screens are out of sync with what they're currently offering. You also have no idea where your order is as they turned off the screen that shows you the status of your order. EXTREMELY overpriced. For the experience being offered, even charging half the price would raise some eyebrows. And cherry on top, expect around 2 - 3 items to be missing in your orders (orders of normal size for 2 people). This has happened countless times.

Attractive place, the crust of the chicken was hayek tough, and the inside was really dry. It's like biting a sponge without water. Just go to the salad bar or something because there is certainly moisture in it
