Snackbar De Banne in Banne Buiksloot

I've been there twice, and the staff's attitude was very bad and cold. The customer came to order with a clear intention, but the waiter was obviously free but still went to do other things and made the customer wait. It felt very rude and unkind. She should learn how to respect people first.

There was no tomato in my burger even though they have it on photos. And souces are most expensive in Amsterdam. Nothing had taste.

I didn’t understand why you have such a low rate. I paid 9 euro for a big meal. This is the only place in Amsterdam that values my money. And the people at the balcony are kind, especially the young lady, pacient and sweet!

This place doesn’t deserve such a low rate here. I had a delicious meal for 9 euro, which is actually impossible to find in Amsterdam. The dish was very well served, it was tasty and hot. I ordered a chicken Kapsalon that came with cheese, fries and salad. We were very well treated by a kind and patient young lady. Greetings from Brazil :)

We used to come here all the time, but since the new/different staff, the quality has really deteriorated. We had to wait almost half an hour, and when we got home, our order was incomplete. It was very messy and not customer-friendly. We miss the young men who were always so friendly and quick!

More than an hour and a half for a 5-minute ride. Never again! And just don't answer the phone.

Good food, had it delivered once and picked it up once. Delivery was within the stated timeframe, too bad they don't deliver during the week. The food was good both times. I received fries and hamburgers (5x) with one kapsalon; everything was nice and hot, and the fries were even crispy. I picked up three large kapsalon and durum. Also very good, large and tasty portions.

Rude, a friendly "good evening" upon arrival is met only with an irritated and bored "yes?" So, forget it then.

food cheap but there is a reason for that it doesn't look edible and the food came cold, late and without sauce, never again here

Bad food, unfriendly staff and ordering food takes a very long time.

I missed half of the order, but I would give more than 1 star if that pushy tone and nonsense about how they are the most busy on the phone were omitted because I called for a follow-up check. Then I will go to another tent that can communicate normally and friendly. The delivery person was nice tho, bless him.

Got a shawarma sandwich, but more bread and lettuce than shawarma and you pay 9 euros for that. not worth repeating

I wouldn’t order from here, they give you the last food cooked which means the least fresh and also customer service is shocking. I rang in and complained and was basically told it is what it is. For 30€ it was not worth even the crumbs. Not ideal for munchies if you are thinking about it

Delicious food, highly recommended! Order here more often and always delivered on time. Of course there are sometimes delays, but come on, they are people too... That happens to everyone sometimes. If I have to believe some of the reactions, I understand why half of the Netherlands is depressed 😅. Food is great and so are the employees!

Bought 2 donner sandwiches, staff does not greet you, does not look at you and the tone is unfriendly. When we got home we saw that there was hardly any meat in the sandwiches and that they were mainly filled with lettuce and onions. Very unfortunate for €6 each. Not worth repeating.

Don't get ice cream here. Sundae for 3.75 in a small paper cup. Also poor quality.

Do you consider this a hamburger? This is disgusting and expensive. It is not made in the restaurant. It is frozen and not hot. It's not beef. It's just dough. It is purchased in many stores. This is a scam. I don't recommend it. Very very bad food.

Vorige keer eten voor afhalen besteld eten was keurig optijd de mensen daar waren zoals altijd vriendelijk en vrolijk en eten was daarnaast ontzettend lekker!!

Turkse pizza met kip gekocht voor 5 euro. Niet goedkoop. Een half uur later zat ik op de pot. In totaal 5 keer. Dat is dus 1 euro per keer. Maar het was niet grappig hoor. Raar, ik ben hier eerder geweest en toen was het prima. Zijn er nieuwe eigenaren of zo? Toch nog een keer geprobeerd. Prima patat, prima kroket. Ik denk dat het beginnersfouten waren.

Kapsalon was best lekker op hier en daar een nat frietje na en een gratis blikje cola gekregen vanwege vertraging, maar bezorging duurde 3 uur! Werd na 1 uur gebeld dat het eten nog een half uur zou duren. Na 2 uur zelf gebeld en toen zou het nog een kwartier duren voordat de bezorger weer beschikbaar zou zijn. Veel excuses, maar dit is niet de moeite waard.
