Best service from fatema on 2nd November that was my first to have something from febo and the experience was great . Very helpful lady and wonderful service from her .

all the bad reviews are correct, staff should be exchanged here. all the lockers where empty and you had to order to get anything. very sad

Ball tent is not open at all at 4am

I wanted to order a small soft serve ice cream, but they were out of small cones. He still had some paper cups, so I asked if he could put the amount of ice cream in them. He said that wasn't possible... It's happened before that they try to push a large ice cream on me because they don't have cones. It's three times more expensive and way more ice cream than I'm craving. Not having your own things in order and then not thinking about how to solve it. A case of trying to think along with the customer, sigh...

This place is open late night, so we went there at night. We had some of their best stuff, like the Fire’s, Milk Shake, Burger, and more. The Fire’s with sauce is seriously delicious. You have to try it! The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Good food, excellent service. Staff behaviour impressed me the most. Nice comfortable place.

The opening hours are wrong. Was here at 22:30 and was already closed when it seemed that 23:00 was the closing time. Even though there was still someone behind the counter.

Am here at the moment, shop appears to be closed…

Very different Febo from others. What's happening with this brand?

I don't understand, the establishment closes 1.5 hours before the indicated time. I'm hungry, what should I do?

What a disgusting place!! Old fries are on the counter, there's trash from the street all over the floor, and the display case is absolutely disgusting! And if you say anything, they don't understand Dutch anyway, and someone will be there to clean it all up. Ugh! I didn't order anything after all...

I was here on a Thursday at 3:00. They were already closed!!!! And Google Maps says they're open until 5:00... What a disappointment.

We went looking to buy croketten from the vending machines, but since we were a little late, they were out of stock, so we ordered them directly from the guy there. They were delicious. I highly recommend trying them.

This is one of the worst under FEBOS. Dirty fryer is what makes the fries taste.

Normally, I'm a big fan of FEBO. I don't think this place is FEBO. The fries were especially disgusting; they were clearly fried in a dirty fryer. There were also no chairs to sit on. Again, I normally really like FEBO. This was nothing like the usual FEBO quality.

Try the local fast food meat sticks + cheesecakes

How bad and dangerous!!!! Chicken was raw raw and the saleswoman said that this is still perfectly edible! Wanted to sell us the chicken again as compensation, but we had already eaten and drunk.

What a shameless display. The employee did not speak Dutch or very good English. The fries were okay. The peanut sauce was old and the chicken was raw. When we confronted the employee about this, she did not think it was her problem but ours. The chicken was supposed to look that raw. When we indicated that this was unacceptable, she offered chicken wings, but they had been cremated in the display case for a while. We wanted our money back, which she would not do. Only when we threatened to call the NVWA and the police did we get our money back. At first, it was too little. With great reluctance, we got the entire amount back for the chicken we paid for.

I really enjoyed the croquettes. And at a reasonable price! The restaurant isn't exactly a design highlight, but I still find the vending machine atmosphere appealing. I'd happily go back. I'd advise against visiting if you're uncomfortable with the impersonal process of getting your snack from a vending machine.

It all started with people saying in broken English that the croquettes and milkshakes were sold out. Anyway... I had a small fries war, cheeseburger, piece of chicken and fuzetea (was supposed to be fristi, but she didn't understand me and didn't have the strength for difficult things) Everything was thrown loose into a small bag, where only the fries normally go. This was also handed to me vertically, which caused a mess in the bag. The fries were fine, but the chicken was just raw on the inside - too rancid for words. As icing on the cake, the fuzetea was also out of date. I used to come here occasionally - but not anymore. I can't help but wonder how bad this Febo is: both the food and the service.

Overall, everything is just like in every Febo, but that chicken breast is amazing 👏

Doesn't look like FEBO quality at all

Really disappointed, chicken was juicy but not overcooked. Hamburger sandwich with a thin hamburger.

I liked the croquettes but the atmosphere is not simple

I've already come home with the wrong things twice. Yesterday I ordered a Vitaaltje (vegetarian croquette) and it turned out to be a meat croquette. During my order, a call came through an earpiece, uninterested service.

Guy working here on 15 September kept in the back playing with his phone for around 20 minutes

Veal croquette and bami disc with satay sauce. Worst croquette ever, and I went to the FEBO to avoid that. Bami disc also has a special taste, nothing of the old familiar. These products really do not come from the standard febo supplier. There is no atmosphere either, neither containers nor mustard packets

The tall asian guy with glass, he is so humble and fast. I love his service. He is the best so far I've seen someone working in this restaurant

The concept is funny. The cook was very nice! The kibble made us stall quite quickly so don't order too many. The taste isn't incredible, but after all it's still fast food. To do once to test :)

Perfect way to end an Amsterdam night out!

As a mega Febo fan, I have the slippers, underpants, etc. I often go to Febo and have been to this branch a few times and will never do so again... This is really the worst Febo ever... wall always empty or cold lukewarm croquettes... I'm done with them! Now I went again later... cold croquettes from the wall... unfortunately FEBO sucks...

Food over the top. What you need when you don't know you need it. As an Italian "il cibo più che abbia mai mangiato"

Sometimes open, but also often closed. Opening times are completely incorrect. The food is often the wrong food and of very poor quality. Not recommended at all.

Food Usually I love Febo, but we got dry, cold, salty and old fries… It tasted like it had been there for a while. Same for the snacks from the wall. Service Man that helped us was nice. But did get a bit annoying after a while, trying to get attention by whistling at us. Vibe Just a quick grab and go Febo. There was a bar where you could out your food and eat. However, no bar stools. Would be nice

Bezoging. Heeft langer dan 2 uur in beslag genomen. En bij aankomst pizza's waker koud. Kon gelijk de prullenbak in. Heb 2x gebeld. Waar is mijn bestelling. Kon 1e keer het net vinden. 2e kkeer kwam de manager aan de lijn .. die had opeens geen tijd meer . Gaf hey aan een medewerker. Die lon ook niks vinden over mijn bestelling. Zei tegen mij. Kan niks meer voor u doen. Bel maar naar thuis bezorg. Ik zei bedankt. 1 min later gaat mijnn deur bel. Mijn bestelling. Vanuit de zelfde plek . Hij vond het vreemd. Pizza's nomaals koud. Kon er niks mee.. wil mijn geld terug.

Waanzinnige establisment, fijn personeel en heel schoon. Helaas werd mn frikandel speciaal na 1 hapje genadeloos gestolen. Gelukkig wist ik na dit 1e hapje wel dat dit de beste frikandel speciaal was die ik ooit gegeten had.

Manager is so sweet. He was respectful and friendly. Other staff was also nice. There are lots of Febo but this one is the best.

Great service. Quick and friendly staff. Respectful as well. Their veg bami amd mini kaas soufflé is yummy. Food remained warm because they used special packages.

Staff is not rude but not nice or helpful either. Also they under salt the fries and they are a little underfried. Also the portions are small. Just go to the Hugo deGroot plein. Fries are crispier and saltier and staff is MUCH nicer !

Amazing food at Febo. Service was top notch as manager was very sweet and polite.

El pollo frito es delicioso. A los venezolanos nos va a recordar el sabor de pollos Arturos. La porción de papas fritas es super abundante y son enormes. Lo recomiendo para almorzar con bajo presupuesto.

Relatively expensive for the small food items but I guess typical what you pay in ams? They were quite good though. Just the vending machines didn't take my cart.

it's nice to be able to get a meatball as well as collect the mail, that is top! then the products always hot and delicious at all hours, good! the only thing that day lacked natural water, I was a bit sorry to have to drink sparkling lemon water but you adapt and everything is fine in the end :) excellent

Es un buen lugar para una gran pizza vegana, y es algo que se recomienda probar ya que desarrollaron una buena manera de hacerlo.

Esto es como cualquier otro dominó. Buenas pizzas y servicio rápido. Puede fumar afuera mientras espera la orden; )
