It’s good just sometimes service is delayed

I never understand why floor of every KFC is oily.

The food wasn't warm. The garbage bins were full of rubbish everywhere.

Here’s a natural English translation: "I ordered a meal set for two at the drive-thru, but when I got home, I found items different from what I ordered, and the food was in terrible condition. It looked like someone had eaten from it—the breading on the chicken was peeling off in several places, and it seemed like it had been cooked a long time ago. I’m never going back there again."

I went an hour ago, got two new boxes, came home and saw that one wasn't Burger, I called them but they don't answer, very sorry with them😡

It's ready quickly, the staff is always friendly and the chicken is really crispy.

What a mess! Order a burger without cheese and you get a soggy bun with just a tiny piece of chicken and a whole lot of breading. Luckily, I still had a little sauce left over from the soggy fries.

Food: The chicken was old and dry. I won't be going to this branch again.

Making orders from the computer is not working properly. They need an other software. The food is good.

I wasn’t satisfied with my meal here during a visit some months ago, but I appreciated that KFC responded and took my feedback seriously. Since then, I’ve given this branch another try, and I’m happy to say the quality has improved. The chicken now meets the standard you’d expect from KFC, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking available.

The chicken was lukewarm. We did get a free (small) milkshake, which was nice.

A KFC with a slimmed-down menu, as the Dutch are extremely refraining from using plastic. Therefore, the only side dishes available are fries or corn 🥴 Otherwise, it was okay...

Food: The chicken tenders were old and dry. Service: The restroom smelled and the floor was filthy... If only they had the same cleaning policy as the kitchen... Everything had to be in English and through a kiosk, which was annoying. The number wasn't on the sign. Atmosphere: It's okay, but the chairs outside are fixed, so you almost break your neck trying to squeeze through. And those garbage bin rummagers looking for bottles and cans don't improve the atmosphere either. It was one of the lesser KFCs.

There were two people in the kitchen, and it was moving at a snail's pace. Had to wait half an hour for a little chicken that they didn't even cook fresh 💀💀💀💀 tf

This KFC is a disaster, I swore. The burger was smashed, really not great. We ordered Lipton and the guy served us Pepsi: does it take a PhD to read an order? Why is one drink M and the other L when they're supposed to be the same size? What about the ice cream, seriously? It's just vanilla ice cream with a flavorless topping. The Dubai flavor is absolutely awful: 0/10. The service was terrible, and the atmosphere—well, don't expect anything special. It's a fast food restaurant, so it's awful. Bye, bye.

I arrived at 00:47 which was 13 minutes away from the stated closing time and I was told that “everything is finished, we only have snack boxes”. I mean if that’s the case, we don’t you put 00:45 as the closing time? Very disappointing

Everything went wrong. I didn't get the food I was supposed to get. You walk up to the counter with your burger in hand and the receipt. Everyone looks at you and no one helps you... You stand there for five minutes, no response... I finally walked back and ate it, which turned out to be fine. Of course, there was no sauce with it. A complete mess. And the only good thing was that the door opened and the lights were on. At least they managed that.

You've been calling for over 15 minutes, and no one answers. I'm missing part of my order. When I was there, it was quiet, and it wasn't even busy. Then you call, and no one answers.

Everything, absolutely everything, was dirty. Floor, tables, toilet... absolutely everything. The kitchen didn't look good either, and the food was mediocre. It seems the owner or manager doesn't care, because this isn't the first bad review.

The food is fine, but it's absolutely filthy here. Everything, like napkins or anything else, is dirty and sticky, and every table is dirty. The toilet smells like it's never been cleaned.

Never order here, you'll never get your food and waste an entire night waiting. They'll say the order will arrive in 50 minutes and then proceed to lengthen the delivery time for the next 2 hours. Kfc is a joke of an establishment

The wait for food was long, even though it wasn't very busy. The order number on the screen remained practically unchanged for most of the wait. It was clear that the staff was constantly making mistakes with orders, many people had problems with their orders, and the staff themselves were clearly getting lost. If this is a system glitch, I apologize in advance for the comment. But if there was no glitch, I recommend retraining the staff or changing the staff. The food itself was very tasty, so the chefs and sandwich makers are doing a good job :)

The last 4 times I've been here I haven't gotten a complete order. They always forget something.
