KFC in Amstel III/Bullewijk

Sometimes via the drive-thru they are a bit too stupid when taking your order so you get something else, but otherwise super service and food.

It was really bad service a person called mayawendi was very disrespectful and the service forgot our order we were really hungry and when I asked where our order was she was being very disrespectful and the food was dry

I really think this KFC is the best in Amsterdam.

The restaurant is clean and tidy.

Worthless place, 4 guys standing around doing absolutely nothing while we have to wait 30 minutes for a couple of fries.

I came to this KFC on a very hot day with my child and our dog. While I was placing the order, I sent my daughter to ask the staff for a small cup of water for the dog, who was clearly suffering from the heat. She received a rather rude refusal. We immediately left and went to the Burger King across the lot, where nobody hesitated for even a second. They gave us water for the dog straight away. To the management of this branch: please teach your employees to show at least a basic level of empathy and behave like human beings. Treating customers this way damages both your reputation and your business.

Good food, tastes good, beautiful place

I paid in cash and I don’t have the receipt. I paid for my order, but when I opened it, I realized that some items were missing and I received less than what I paid for. I can’t go back to the restaurant because it’s far away and it’s already closed. Can you please help me? Is there anything you can do? I can tell you approximately what time I visited and what I ordered.

To be perfectly honest, the job market is really good at the moment. The staff working here are genuinely uninterested, moving at such a snail's pace that it makes you want to climb behind the counter yourself and prepare/pack your order yourself. It's a shame about the location; it's always very busy there. But the last few times, you always see angry customers, who either wait too long or receive incomplete orders.

It is terrible there. The food is unappetizing, there is no place to wash your hands, not even tissues. Even the staff is unfriendly.

We went to the drive thru and ordered a BONELESS BUCKET. The guy there just took wrong our order and gave us whatever…. Do you actually check if they can speak English or Dutch before hiring people?

The drive-in microphone works very poorly, or that employee is deaf. Half the order was wrong, but the food was good.

The Hot Wings Bucket remains a favorite. However, the corn on the cob is relatively expensive.

We had to wait almost an hour for 2 Zinger menus and 2 children's menus. When we got home, 1 portion of fries and 1 Zinger were missing. It was very hot inside, many customers were angry, and it wasn't even very busy with new orders.

Ridiculously filthy location near the parking spaces. Everything is covered in food on the ground. You could literally see rats running right in front of the car. We were helped reasonably quickly, though, despite the crowds.

Dining inside was not possible due to renovations. Takeaway only.

10:18 I'm standing at the door and it's locked. Some woman inside is staring at me and there's no reaction. The internet says it's open from 10. The staff ignores customers every time. These "engineers" stand there as if they're being punished. What kind of mess and pathology is this? 🤦🏻

It seems that there is recurrent missing items when ordering on line with this shop. It is not the courriers fault because it happens almost every time whoever delivers. I made several complaints and it is impossible to have an answer from the phone number given by delivery service. Also the customer support on line did everything to end the conversation asap. At the moment I am totally handicapped by a huge back hernia and I cannot do very limited things and I am alone with my child. I have requested a refund but I realised I paid almost 20€ fee of deliver services, which is unacceptable. Of course I had to reorder the missing item….. AVOID ORDERING THERE or at least keep the courier with you to check the order and if something is missing send him back with the full order.

It's ready quickly, the staff is always friendly and the chicken is really crispy.

I went an hour ago, got two new boxes, came home and saw that one wasn't Burger, I called them but they don't answer, very sorry with them😡

What a mess! Order a burger without cheese and you get a soggy bun with just a tiny piece of chicken and a whole lot of breading. Luckily, I still had a little sauce left over from the soggy fries.

Food: The chicken was old and dry. I won't be going to this branch again.

Making orders from the computer is not working properly. They need an other software. The food is good.

I wasn’t satisfied with my meal here during a visit some months ago, but I appreciated that KFC responded and took my feedback seriously. Since then, I’ve given this branch another try, and I’m happy to say the quality has improved. The chicken now meets the standard you’d expect from KFC, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking available.

The chicken was lukewarm. We did get a free (small) milkshake, which was nice.

A KFC with a slimmed-down menu, as the Dutch are extremely refraining from using plastic. Therefore, the only side dishes available are fries or corn 🥴 Otherwise, it was okay...
