They were fast but I don't like this point kfc. The seating is bad but not that bad. 3 stars deserved.

It was freezing cold inside. Despite the fact that it was quiet, it took 20 minutes before we got our order. The floors were sticky, both downstairs and upstairs. Very uninviting.

Ordered on the uber eats app didn't receive our food for 2 hours until uber canceled it me and my freind cycled to the restaurant and when we arrived we explained the issue and they gave us 6 meals for free as compensation very annoying at the start but very pleased with how the staff solved the issue

Had ordered food from uber eats and waited 2 hours only for it to be cancelled, we cycled down to KFC to get it ourself for it to be cancelled. However an AMAZING lady helped us out and gave enough food for all of us(She deserves one hell of a raise). The food was amazing , best KFC I’ve been too. If you’re going to go to a KFC, you go to this one!!!

Not receiving food delivered to your home can of course happen. But I do find it absurd that the manager laughs and says I'm going to call home delivery. Even though I had already indicated that they could not be reached, and I am only standing here because KFC did not answer the phone either. The employee behind the cash register was great! He wanted to help think of solutions but was held back by his leadership. It's a shame that such a great player has to be held back by poor management...

Yesterday I had to wait 45 (!) minutes for a not too difficult order. Uninterested, unmotivated staff. It all takes way too long. Plus point: it was warm (not hot).

Food was as expected, but the only thing that shocked us was the drink. Instead of sisi, they should call it water with a taste of urine. Fortunately we came back from the Ajax match so we had a nice atmosphere. 1 problem, the employees always seem to say the order numbers in English which is a bit strange.

This was without a doubt the very, VERY WORST experience ever. My receipt was posted as “already made” without any explanation, while I stood there like a clown waiting for HALF AN HOUR for my food. HALF AN HOUR, while the staff was literally doing NOTHING except talking to each other and looking around as if they had just woken up. No excuses, no explanations, just nothing. It was like I was invisible. How difficult is it to make a simple order? It seemed like they were working slowly on purpose to spite people. Really, if this is KFC's standard, this branch should close immediately. This isn't fast food, this is torture. If you are hungry, prefer to eat grass from the park in front of your door. That's faster, more efficient and probably tastier than what you get here. OUTRAGEOUS.

This afternoon I went to get a chicken bucket at KFC in Tafelbergweg in Amsterdam for the second time. Very friendly help the first time, paid in cash, very pleasant. The second time, as an older man, I could only withdraw from the machine. I'm not very handy with ordering, but no problem. The cashier came forward and I was given an explanation of how I could enter my order. KFC toppy the bucket now tasted even better.

I just got several burgers and wings and I don't know how long the burgers had been there but the bread was harder than the crunch of the chicken. This is really not good, a real waste of my money. Even the iceberg lettuce no longer tastes good at all and has become completely soft and can no longer be eaten

The order was completely wrong! They mistakenly gave us two orders wrong. Always double check your bags. Honestly this is the worst service of KFC I have ever had. Don’t come here, don’t even think on ordering uber eats, they are gonna have it wrong. You guys are sad @this kfc

Delicious, tasty, best KFC 🍗 in Amsterdam. With space for packing. The service there is a bite slow when is busy. Friday, Saturday and Sunday from midday 13:00 - 17:00. These are the busy hours.

Ridiculous! The staff is rude and very rude. The food was cold and my order was not complete. Are you really hungry? Would I advise you to fast because this is three times nothing.

Had to wait a ridiculously long time. The manager of the branch was publicly conducting a kind of performance review during rush hour while there was a lot of drama downstairs. Sad thing to happen.

Hygiene leaves much to be desired. Dirty stairs (slippery, dirty, risk of slipping), ditto toilets.

Very nice food in general, but I can definitely say that the food, service and atmosphere are significantly reduced by the employees. I can say that it is sometimes not too bad and that it is a 10/10 experience.

Been to this branch several times now over the past year, and I'm sorry to say there has been absolutely no positive change. It is the most accessible branch for me, and this is the only reason to come back. I can't remember a really good hot meal, the food is lukewarm and if you're unlucky it's tough too. Orders are 9/10 incorrect, which is even more annoying when we collect them at home. Had to drive back several times because so much was missing that it could not be condoned. Even when you eat in the restaurant, complete orders are rarely prepared. And when you regularly have to go back to the counter because something is missing from the order, the staff looks right through you, as if every customer is waiting in a car at the drive. No, I have not yet experienced decent customer service in this branch. The staff acts slowly, can't help but smile, and they all radiate the feeling as if they are being forced to work by the colonel. It seems to me that if you choose a job, you will do something that you enjoy. I give this as advice to the staff who work there, do something you enjoy. Do you like the work? Then radiate this to your customers and colleagues, this is very contagious and will improve the atmosphere. 2/5 So, I hope KFC head office wakes up and puts a little time and love into the branch.

Waited half an hour for two menus. Fries were cold and the staff didn't seem to want them. If you stand at the counter to ask for something you are ignored. Go to another restaurant!

Actually, something always goes wrong here. From products that are missing to super slow and disinterested service. The quality also often leaves much to be desired (e.g. dry corn). Very unfortunate! Also strange that you get no response at all from this establishment. So weak.

Been waiting for an hour for some chicken tenders.

When we ordered, it took less than 5 minutes and we immediately had our order. Nothing was missing and the food was super delicious. Well, when I went to the toilet it wasn't that clean, that's why only 4 stars. For the rest it was great! (Tip: if you want to be served quickly, come on the day when Ajax plays against super Feyenoord.)

A real KFC restaurant. But no Coke Zero. And...the chicken was dry. Never experienced this before and I love KFC and chicken. The crispy layer was also different. Still, it was edible.

The food was fine, the atmosphere was also good, but the use of language still needs some work and the staff paid more attention to each other than to the customers. If they did a little more about it, it would also yield more in the tip pot, so in the end that was the case. more in their wallets

A few hours ago we had a nice meal at KFC and the service was good, but I was still missing something from my order.

Antisocial staff. Order placed via the app. I will be present when the order is ready. There is a number above the order code on the screen. I am asked for my number three times and I give it out. Don't eat for 15 minutes. After fifteen minutes an employee says that it is my fault and I should have said pickup and that they will only then prepare the food. He keeps arguing with me that it's my fault, I have to listen to him. Apparently the point is that it is otherwise cold. Then you at least ask whether the person from the pickup is present and in any case do not mention a time, it seems to me that it is the customer's responsibility that he or she is on time. After he hands over my order he makes a number of comments my way that I don't even listen to anymore. Disgusting.

The workers are very kind and helpful. My food comes within a time span of 3 minutes of ordering. The restaurant is clean and it really has a welcoming atmosphere.

I bought some meals for take away. When I opened the package, the burgers were missed. I have been there again after 1 week and I informed the attendant and he gave directly 2 additional burgers. Thanks for quick action!!

Just didn't go to the chain with the yellow arches to get a cup of tea and something tasty, followed by an XL Sunday. The ice at the yellow arches is fluffy. Too bad about the coffee/tea, because the machine was broken. In a way that's a good thing, because the coffee doesn't come from a Barista machine. No tea for me and therefore no treats either. The Sunday was also not a success, because as depicted on the ordering touchscreen, I did not receive the XL Sunday KitKat. Mine was served in a reusable soda cup with a dollop of KitKat grit on top. The whole thing had to be eaten with a wooden spoon that was much too short. Not very tasty and certainly not appetizing to the eye. Afterwards, washing my hands was not an unnecessary luxury...

The problem with takeout is that you have to be lucky that it is freshly prepared right away. Unfortunately my meal was already cooling down as it had probably been there for a while. The mayonnaise is ridiculously expensive. 85 euro cents for 3 drops. Chicken was tasty.

We will NEVER go to this exact KFC anymore. We waited our food abour 1 hour 30 minutes, when this is a fast food restaurant. There are standard limits and the employees not even try to do work as the standard asks. Maybe a "secret manager" can visit them and test them to see what are their attitude. And after we waiter 1:30 hours, they asked me what did we order, then they pick up the order again, but when we get that order we saw there are a few things what missed from the menu.....So it was totally awful. We tried to tell them please just ask our money back we don't wait the menu more longer, but they just ignored my request.

I think this will be my first negative review. I admit it was busy, but I first had to wait 15 minutes before I could order, I really hate the ordering process, and then had to wait 50 minutes before my simple order of a budget with 28 hot wings and 1 corn on the cob was finally ready. Just scandalous. Next time I will drive to Hoofddorp.

One original bucket and 1 variety pieces. No breast of chicken piece in the 12 pieces of chicken. Total rip off. KFC asked me did we check them before we left…the drive through! Eh no!!

Had to wait more than 40 minutes for our order. 1 person was always preparing the orders at a very slow pace. Chicken and sandwich were also lukewarm and fries were cold. First and last time here.

On Sunday evening a huge queue of about 70 orders and only 1 person at a snail stand preparing orders 1 by 1. All orders were prepared one by one in the kitchen. At least the fries. 1 scoop each time. The result was a 55 minute wait. Didn't take 1 drink (still indignantly checked the receipt to see if it was really there and we didn't already have it in our hands, cold fries, lukewarm crispy chicken. But luckily hot veggie tenders for my daughter. The entire order was ready when it still had to be baked. That was the only advantage. Tables everywhere were still dirty and if there were any questions, it was impossible to communicate with staff in normal Dutch or even English. No manager in sight. Next time I'll drive a little further for a KFC..😪😪😪

The food can be tasty and hot, but then you are in luck. The queue is very long. Work pace very slow. When we finally got our food, the fries were old and the burgers were cold. And with 1 pathetic little slice of bacon on the burger and a chicken, it has to be a chicken cheese burger. Or something. We were not helped very kindly either, but we did receive a replacement citizen. Also almost cold. It's a shame that something that seemed to be fun ends in disappointment.

In other words, avoid it, you wait for your food in a crowd of people for over an hour, your food is cold, and the woman who was making the order left the tray three times because she had to go to the back. I don't recommend it, and I recommend changing the employees to people who would like to work and not have to deal with their braids. Tragedy

Written 2023: This KFC has deteriorated in recent times. The last few times I waited between 45 and 20 minutes for a bucket of hot wings (which are no longer hot). Staff generally do not seem to be motivated, with the exception of 1 young man who was also training a new colleague and trying to keep an overview. It's better to go through the drive, it's much faster. Too bad, because in the beginning of this KFC there was a cheerful gentleman at the drive who was always a party. Update 11/09: for the evening/night drive crew, what fun the drive is. Happy people, as usual.

Food is ok, but service is just terrible. Personnel are mixing orders, whispering customer numbers, you constantly have to double-check if your order is complete before leaving as incomplete orders are a practice here. My husband just came home after having paid a big amount of money and a boneless meal for 2 looked like you can see on the picture: there were supposed to be 2 boxes with total 16 different chicken pieces, yet 1 the package contained one boneless piece and the other one was simply not there.
