SMULLERS guys are seriously insane

The burger I pulled from the vending machine was different from what was advertised. The employee couldn't exchange it for reasons unclear. Very unfriendly and the food was terrible.

Inedible! I ordered fries with peanut sauce, but I got more sauce than fries even though I asked for the sauce separately; it was just served on the side. Nobody speaks Dutch! Really awful!

They don't even know what goes on their fries, and when you explain, you get a completely messed-up portion, floating in sauce and covered in onions, served by staff who barely speak or understand Dutch. Sad.

Unfortunately, I had to wait at the counter for a while and had already made eye contact, but the 'acquaintance' who pushed in front was simply helped first, I'll get my snacks elsewhere

Waiting for Eurostar train and wanted a hot snack in the cold. Fries were fried on order. So a short wait. So crispy and fragrant.

I asked for fries with double mayonnaise, got truffle mayonnaise. While I had said it twice because he didn't understand me. While he walked to the other side I was looking at what is that, I didn't order that. Then I said that and he said that you ordered it. I immediately said no that's not right. I've never had the word truffle in my mouth, I don't even like it. He said that I heard it and I said that's not right. Then I got a new one, and had to pay for the extra mayonnaise. While he wanted to put mayonnaise on it he asked again, so you want double mayonnaise, I said yes again. Then he says, I have good ears. Finally I got my fries with mayonnaise. This is really not right, friendliness is hard to find. The fries had clearly already been fried once. So mediocre

Great service but I threw away half of the fries because they were completely drowned, yuck

Burger pulled from the wall. It was different from what was listed above. Can't be exchanged. Fucking scammers, €4.50 wasted.

The burger is really terrible. The fries are okay.

You just have to try it out. Greasy food from the vending machine... Original Dutch 👍payment is made with EC / Maestro card. Enjoy

Smuller is nice, but Smullers is almost always closed.
