KFC in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

A very mediocre experience at the KFC on the Bijlmerplein. Ordered chicken strips. It took 20 minutes before it was ready. And when the screen said that I could pick it up, it took almost 10 minutes before I had my order. And to my disappointment, the comics were also cold. It's a shame to spend a lot of money on that. At many other restaurants you will have your food on the table much faster than here. And it is also impossible to determine from the receipt whether I received a disposable cup or a reusable cup.

Poor quality food. Cold dark fries and the chicken is tough, probably fried twice and also cold

We sometimes order here and usually the food is quite nice. But this time there were tons of hairlike strands in our chicken, and the soda was only half-filled. Update: They gave me a refund for the hairy chicken, but for the small amount of soda we got when we ordered an L size. Unless KFC started handing out 0.5L cups with 250ml soda as a “large”, we received way too little. They blamed it on us stating that we ordered the wrong item! Absolutely ridiculous.

Even though it was busy they were very friendly and still fast

20 minutes waiting for one sandwich and french fries, i asked for ketchup they asked me 85 cents cash the chicken was not even crispy

Customer friendliness is not a concept here, unfriendly and uninterested staff. Actually less than 1 star. KFC Netherlands, please do something about it!!

One of the slowest and unorganized KFC I have been ever. 1 burger 25 minutes!! Lot of people left without waiting for their order. Check your scheduling as this is inhumane for your employees as well.... also dust everywhere..

Not the tastiest chicken I've eaten.

Very small chicken in burgers compare to other stores. The table for 2 is too small, it's for 1, not 2 There is no screen to see if your order number is ready at 2nd floor It's the year 2024, and most people don't carry cash/coins, and this store still uses the old version of payment with coins for the toilet, also even when you pay for a toilet, it is not clean. (The only reason we pay for the toilet is that you use a clean toilet but when it is not clean, why do we have to pay ?)

Was waiting over half hour, after got no saus and now I see my order missing mais and second frites. No way am coming back ever again. Just get more people to work. Such a terrible experience.

Ordered online, my order failed.. I send email about the refund, 2 weeks passed and still no refund nor any other compensation. Disappointed in such service.

They could sometimes take a course in working efficiently. All issues are completed one by one, regardless of the order. This results in unnecessary waiting and nothing being done. In total I waited 30 minutes for 2 Sundae Deluxe ice creams...

Too lazy staff. Cannot ask for cola without ice as there's no one to hear you out. Order via the touch terminal, KFC is really bad at that. There's a moment when a user/customer is fed up because literally after every screen, you get asked about unnecessary upgrades which is annoying. All of it adds to not visit this place or KFC where over the counter service is not available. Better go to mcD where there's always lesser hassle (check it out for yourself).

I’ve made dozens of takeout order from this KFC for almost a year. They often forget to put some small items I ordered in my bag, which is tolerable as I could get my refund from Uber eats soon. However this time it is really a bit too much - I ordered a menu with two burgers + one box of hot wings and when I received the food both burgers went missing??? Not to mention in my last order they also left one burger behind from the same menu! The management needs to check what is going on with their staff as these mistakes are becoming more and more annoying.

Keep in mind that here is really busy. Need to wait quite long time sometimes

The hot wings were heavenly as always. Unfortunately the fries were a bit less so: a bit thicker than normal, which was not appreciated by everyone in the group. The toilets also need to be modernized: you can no longer expect people to carry cash, let alone 50 cent coins.

Server didn’t put my drink in the cup holder in my bag, so the drink fell over and got all my food soaked. Horrible service, my order took way longer than supposed to

The order was 'almost ready' for about 1 hour. About 45 minutes after expecting it, the order finally came my way. The food was cold and we got a coke instead of a milkshake? When we tried to call there was no answer. Very bad, next time I will order McDonalds ;)

We ordered there multiple times and every time the employees were very nice handing out the order. It wasn't that fast (7min avrg. ) but that's okay. One employee in particular was very friendly showing us where the power outlets are located. he followed us there and made sure it worked. would love to go there again ♡

To use WC you have to put a coin. It is very inconvenient because nobody uses coins nowadays.

Sandwich a bit cold, fries were limp, only the corn on the cob was okay. It's that we were in a hurry, otherwise I would certainly have said something about it and possibly they would have resolved it. It was really substandard.

Order went smoothly, taking and processing, in other words placing the order, is no problem. The fact that we had to wait an hour and a half with 3 hungry children, including a 3 year old, was downright scandalous! Terrible service, after checking it turned out that things were missing, had to go back, I will never go to that place again, thanks to this experience I have given up on fast food. They should have compensated us because it was absolutely not busy, no idea what was going on, no explanation, nothing. Fries just thrown in the container without packaging, no idea what kind of people worked there, it was not good! Food was unappetizing, cold and limp fries, tasteless, as if you were eating something chemical. You ate your fill with food that had no added value to what your body needs. We ate but it was like everything was unsafe. A truly unpleasant experience and at the same time an eye opener of what kind of junk we buy, pay for and put in our bodies. The kids, pff, we have to do better.

Wait 35 minutes for your food which is then cold. The staff is mainly concerned with themselves and discussing holiday plans.

You first wait 40 minutes for your food, then you are served a cold, chewy bucket of sludge. Next time, Tafelbergweg again

The waiting time is insane, with 6 people behind the register, you still have to shout that you are in the line, and would like to order. The burgers are in the silde at least the waiting time ago which is 20 mins so you can be sure you will get them cold. Everyone slow and looks high. You can ask for "Here", but you wil get for take away anyway. If this is a KFC please at least try to match with other frechises. 🥺

This place is quite small and always full of people. Apparently many people love KFC.

Bad service, Forgot my son's burger, My Son returns to indicate that they have forgotten his burger. They indicate that they cannot give it to him because he does not have a receipt. Waiting time a little longer. Branch quite clean and enough seats.

There was an overweight lady working there with a pink hair clip. She is rude and she is very unsanitary. She kept sneezing on her hand and then with the same hand proceeded to touch people's foods directly. She kept touching her nose, sneezing on her hand and preparing food with this hand. When a man who ordered dine in asked for a plate she said no and when he asked nicely again she rudely said "No we don't give out plates or cutlery after 8PM" which is not KFC's policy but something they are doing themselves just to not deal with its cleaning after. They are also extremely slow and unorganized and too busy arguing between themselves and with the customers to actually prepare orders.

BAD! no one spoke dutch, took 1 hour for a small order, 1 polish guy saved the day by helping us

dumb staff that yells at you when you ask them why your small order has been taking 30 mins when everyone else after you has been served already. rude lady snatched the ticket from me so I told her no need for the attitude. other worker had no idea what he was doing either and just said 'i dont know' when i asked about my order. useless kfc with useless staff

I ordered a lot of food and they gave me the wrong order. I went back and they gave me the wrong order again. I ordered veggie food because I’m a vegetarian but they only gave me chicken. I didn’t get any forks, straws or spoons either :( lost a lot of money and was starving the rest of the night

grumpy employees, speaking English...the main language in the Netherlands is DUTCH. Ordered 3 Crunchy cheeseburgers, dried out buns, not a drop of sauce in between them. 1 photo that KFC uses to show what it looks like in a perfect world and the other photo is the sad reality...

You aren't here for the service or the atmosphere. But all that doesn't matter. You are here for amazing fried chicken and that's exactly what you get here. If you visit on Wednesday they have an amazing offer of a bucket of chicken wings on offer. Great!

I had eaten a bucket yesterday and the next day I had a food infection, diarrhea and vomiting!!!, they don't use gloves or a hair net!!!!!

Food is okay. Service is very slow and the prices are $$$, So much expensive compared to McDonald's. Toilets are very dirty, Tables and seats are some times dirty. I don't recommend u going here.

The surrounding areas are polluted by garbage that this place produces. It has no hygiene control.

I would leave the entire review on negative number of stars if I could, but I had to show how bad this place is with one star. The food is soggy and gets cold until the staff figures out their orders and how to do their job. The employees are so rude and look like they don’t want to be there. There was a blonde young girl that almost threw the order on the floor and she was extremely rude, looking at us with an offensive attitude. KFC better work on the customer service trainings with their employees.

Very bad KFC. It was good for a while after renovation but now it's down again. Soggy fries with taste of old oil. Burgers often come with stale buns because they are under the heat lamp too long. Corn cob is a mushy mess because they steam for too long. It seems they cook as much as possible in advance so they literally just put your food in the bag as you order it. Nothing is fresh or tasting good. Everything old and stale or soggy. I go to Tafelbergweg from now on...it is much better quality there.

Previously I had not had such a good experience with KFC, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately disappointed again. First of all, I think it's absurd that you have to pay for the toilet, but that's up to now. You can only pay in cash, but otherwise there is no possibility to withdraw 50 cents at the cash register. So if you don't have any cash, you're just out of luck. I don't think this is such good service. I also ordered vegetarian chicken tenders. These came in a red container and it tasted very clearly like real chicken. I went back to the counter and it was claimed that it was vegetarian, but I dare to say with certainty that it was not as vegetarian chicken is normally in a green container. I don't think this is very neat either, and that's putting it mildly. All in all, the food was tasty, but I don't think the service was anything to write home about. The food was ready very quickly, which was a plus.

Very bad service. Staff speaks little or no Dutch. And is certainly not prepared to answer questions or solve problems. Then they just look at you questioningly. Give "answer" in English. Toilet, for which you have to pay 0.50 euro cents, was super dirty. We will never come here again!!

Went here on a Thursday and it was a mess with the pick up order. Much of the food was placed on the counter without numbers being called out. If a number was called, it was in poor English. So most of them were incomprehensible. Furthermore, it took a long time for 1 cup of coffee, they had to wait 30 minutes, they had forgotten the order.

Not hygienic, you pay for the toilet but there is no hanger to hang your coat. Waste of money
