KFC in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

My husband ordered us two menus, they forgot his burger. Seems to be a recurring issue since basically all reviews talk about how their orders were incomplete. However the other thing that made me so disgusted was that there were about 3 pigeons just flying and walking around in the location. That's a public health hazard for sure because they were hanging out on the beams and pooping as well. I'll never come here ever again because it's dirty. I can't imagine what the kitchen might look like. There's another KFC close by that's cleaner, we go there now.

Simply RIDICULOUS. I've never seen anyone work so slowly as they did today. You just see your menu sitting there for fifteen minutes because that chick's body barely moves. It's cringe-inducing to watch from a distance, and then everything on the menu is still cold and tough. Ridiculous!

Food below par around closing time

We visited hoping for a quick bite while shopping, but had a wait of over 10 minutes. Ordering wasn't easy, either, as it involved adding drinks to the menu. We asked to eat on the spot and everything was served in a bag. There was even a hair in my food.

They constantly leave something out, either nuggets or potatoes, and this happens very often.

The portions are too big to finish. You wait 20 minutes for your food, which comes in paper bags even if you choose to eat there. If you need to use the restroom, you have to pay 50 cents, even though you've paid for your food. You can't exchange it at the cash register because the staff is too busy talking to each other.

They close the sitting places at 21:00, but they are open until 23:00. 2 hours before i will never come here again. This is blasphemy!!!!!!

The food was quite cold, and there were disrespectful youths inside who made quite a mess of it, even throwing food on the floor when I was there.

What a super unfriendly employee works here. A small, tanned, older man, ugh... the way he spoke to us was just awful.

Hi everybody, it is very bizarre and sickening to see people who can work and eat at the same time behind the counter and hygiene is really worthless I find it really great to eat somewhere where people do not wash their hands and scratch their heads all the time.

I've always been a customer of yours, but today at 10:30 PM I ordered my usual meal. When I got home, I discovered, to my great disappointment, that the burger was extremely salty—literally inedible. One of your employees treated me very unprofessionally and rudely, presumably because I ordered "late," even though your store is officially open until 11:00 PM. My order was placed at 10:30 PM, well within opening hours. The burger was so bad that even my dog ​​wouldn't eat it. I wasted €14 on a meal I couldn't eat, and I'm rightly angry about that. I expect this to be taken seriously, because such experiences are absolutely unacceptable for a regular customer. If this happens again, I will be forced to take further action, including filing a public complaint.

My chicken was colder than my drink I really think this is unacceptable I will never come here again.

It was a good service and a fast service

I went here for dinner with my mother and sister, but the experience was anything but good. You pay for your food first, and then you have to pay again. Fine, I'll pay. My mother had dutifully found 50 cents and put it in, but the door wouldn't open. When I pointed this out at the cash register, they were completely uncooperative. They refused and refused to open the door. Very poor service and absolutely no customer service. You wouldn't expect this from a large chain like KFC. The employees acted like a bunch of toddlers! It looks nice from the outside, but the food isn't at the right temperature and they're very sparse on the sauce. Or the pictures are misleading. The toilets, which have a coin lock, don't work properly. After waiting in line for help for two minutes, someone finally came to assist you. You don't need to speak to the cleaner here because she doesn't speak the language and will simply wave you away. Worst #KFC

If you're abroad and have certain food sensitivities, corporate restaurants can be a good fit. So, I was pleased with the food at the KFC branch I visited. I also noticed that their drinks were higher quality than those in my country. I think our restaurants add extra water and sugar to their drinks.

Ordered the new Dubai chocolate ice cream, taste was awful do not recommend it, just go for late night fried chicken cravings

This KFC is 10 times worse than the one at Tafelbergweg 2B. The toilet is super smelly. There’s lot of hair (I don’t know if it’s hair or beard) directly in the basin.

They closed at 9:00, and you couldn't eat dinner. The specials weren't available. The fried food was as tough as jerky.

Worst place ever! The KFC closed an hour and a half (9:30 pm) before the due hour. No numbers to pick up at the order desk to avoid to serve you at your table. No reusable goblets either (I suppose that they didn't want to clean them). The personnel was very aggressive. Avoid the place at all cost!

I still don't understand how they still charging for using the toilet if you are a customer.

If you need food, they have it. That's about it.

Unfortunately, the dish was disappointing. The chicken was soft and mushy, the sauce had an unpleasant taste, and considering the quality, I found the price unjustified.

Been to many kfcs globally but this one would be the worst.. there are few nice and friendly staffs, but few staffs are there who doesn’t want to do anything at all.. the only place where they gave 2 burgers while the order was for 4 and while I pointed it out that 2 missing , the way she was surprised is unexplainable.. like that’s the only thing you had to do.. just put the order on the tray.. literally how could someone miss this straight forward thing is beyond my understanding.

Relatively quick one. The classic quality of kfc with cool square yo hung out or eat or check out the stores around. Close to bijlmer arena also.

The staff is nice and the food is decent for its price, its just odd that you have to pay to use the toilet ss a customer but understandable concidering its location.

Visited KFC Bijlmer today, but unfortunately it was a very bad experience. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order, which was not even complete - no straw, no napkin. Meanwhile, other customers who came in later received their food earlier. Hygiene leaves much to be desired: birds flew in and pooped in the shop, and the kitchen looked anything but clean. The staff barely made any contact with customers, and when there was a glitch later, we were not informed, but simply sent away. What was perhaps most disturbing: management watched but did nothing. They did not intervene, help the staff or communicate with the waiting or angry customers. In short: unprofessional, unhygienic and customer unfriendly. Definitely not recommended.

Stay away from here! It's a shame to see how badly this location has deteriorated. Everything is really dirty, no one clears or cleans anything. There are no trays, you get a cardboard bag and you have to sort it out, you see them but are told that they are not going to give them 🤷‍♀️ The food is cold, limp and the chicken pieces are super small. No high chairs, also refuse to warm up baby food/bottle. Not recommended, not worthy of KFC

1 star is still too much for this KFC. Food cold and weak. You are treated rudely. Your receipt is confiscated and they refuse to give it back when you ask for it. They refuse to heat up baby food. In terms of hygiene, they have never heard of it either. Everything dirty, even dried up spots from drinks and dead flies everywhere

I ordered today via Uber ears and my order was incomplete, I tried to call the relevant krc and was told that that number is out of service.

Never been a flop chicken before

The potatoes were terrible, dry and not fresh. The interior is not at all hygienic and there are birds. The toilets were not clean, there was no cleaning product. But the chicken was good.

Little and moderate food for a lot of money. Service was functional. Atmosphere, it's a fast food chain.

As the other reviews say, DISAPPOINTING!!! I don't come to this KFC often, but when I go it's always the same song. Wrong order or forgot something. Food is just cold standard. Nothing is fresh. Rock hard bun, brown lettuce burgers are old and hard. Do not put ice cubes in your drink. Quality is hard to find, so go to another KFC from now on. A waste of my money, really worthless! Only plus point, restaurant and tables were clean. So compliments to that lady who walks around and cleans everything.

Took 30+ minutes to get 2 twister, 2 medium fries and a coke. Absolute joke for a "fastfood" place. Now that ive been waiting for another 15 minutes i might add that you have to pay 50 cents for a dirty bathroom. Someone else found hair in their chicken and everyone looks completely unbothered in the kitchen by 40+ people waiting for their order. Legit feels like they started working slower

EN: disgusting, there were pigeons inside the KFC, and no one was even trying to get them out. One of them literally flew right above us, and feathers fell into our food. So we gave up on the chicken and left. EN: Deguelasse had pigeons in the kfc and no one took them out, one flew right above us and feathers fell into our dishes, and so we abandoned the chicken and we left

It is a lovely place to visit with children. There is a little indoor playground. The waiters bring orders to the table if you have to wait for it.

Wanted to check the 5 euro deal, but it's not in the menu, I opened the deals section and it wasn't there, not even as a greyed out option like "we offer it, but we ran out of ingredients", as usual kfc proves that it's not worth your money

I've been to a few KFCs, the best in Poland and the worst so far in Amsterdam. You could practically throw away the fries straight away, the menu seems to be quite limited compared to other KFCs. Despite the extra charge for large drinks, my wife was only given a small tea. I mean hey it's just hot water and a tea bag. I beg you. When I said goodbye, I wanted to take a latte with me and decided on the reusable cup, but I received the paper cup without comment and when asked only the answer: "We don't have it." There was rubbish lying around almost everywhere on the tables, and as a customer you also have to pay money for the toilet. Staff seem to be either overwhelmed or not interested, I'm not so sure. Disappointing.

Excellent service. Somehow we managed to order milkshakes at the kiosk even though the milkshake machine was broken. The manager was very polite and came up with a good solution (30/12/2024 8:30pm)

A very mediocre experience at the KFC on the Bijlmerplein. Ordered chicken strips. It took 20 minutes before it was ready. And when the screen said that I could pick it up, it took almost 10 minutes before I had my order. And to my disappointment, the comics were also cold. It's a shame to spend a lot of money on that. We sometimes order here and usually the food is quite nice. But this time there were tons of hairlike strands in our chicken, and the soda was only half-filled. Update: They gave me a refund for the hairy chicken, but for the small amount of soda we got when we ordered an L size. Unless KFC started handing out 0.5L cups with 250ml soda as a “large”, we received way too little. They blamed it on us stating that we ordered the wrong item! Absolutely ridiculous.

Very small chicken in burgers compare to other stores. The table for 2 is too small, it's for 1, not 2 There is no screen to see if your order number is ready at 2nd floor It's the year 2024, and most people don't carry cash/coins, and this store still uses the old version of payment with coins for the toilet, also even when you pay for a toilet, it is not clean. (The only reason we pay for the toilet is that you use a clean toilet but when it is not clean, why do we have to pay ?)

Was waiting over half hour, after got no saus and now I see my order missing mais and second frites. No way am coming back ever again. Just get more people to work. Such a terrible experience.

Ordered online, my order failed.. I send email about the refund, 2 weeks passed and still no refund nor any other compensation. Disappointed in such service.

They could sometimes take a course in working efficiently. All issues are completed one by one, regardless of the order. This results in unnecessary waiting and nothing being done. In total I waited 30 minutes for 2 Sundae Deluxe ice creams...

Too lazy staff. Cannot ask for cola without ice as there's no one to hear you out. Order via the touch terminal, KFC is really bad at that. There's a moment when a user/customer is fed up because literally after every screen, you get asked about unnecessary upgrades which is annoying. All of it adds to not visit this place or KFC where over the counter service is not available. Better go to mcD where there's always lesser hassle (check it out for yourself).

I’ve made dozens of takeout order from this KFC for almost a year. They often forget to put some small items I ordered in my bag, which is tolerable as I could get my refund from Uber eats soon. However this time it is really a bit too much - I ordered a menu with two burgers + one box of hot wings and when I received the food both burgers went missing??? Not to mention in my last order they also left one burger behind from the same menu! The management needs to check what is going on with their staff as these mistakes are becoming more and more annoying.
