Bad KFC location. Even as a customer, you have to pay for the toilet. You can't pay by card with cash. On top of that, there's apparently a pet pigeon flying around... really fresh.

They don't bother cleaning the place after customers leave. I found it dirty and couldn't find a clean table to sit on, and there was a lot of trash.

8000 years to be served and the crew are incredibly slow

I had ordered loaded fries without onions, without anything, I go downstairs and tell the staff about it and suddenly she starts yelling at me about “what do you want me to do now”

Slow personel, food is cold when getting served and people were fighting due to waiting to long for their food

They are tampering with the expiration date stickers. When the chicken has gone past its expiration date, the clock on the machine is turned back and new stickers with a new date are printed. KFC headquarters is aware of this but ignores everything. And then we haven't even mentioned the mouse urine in the water bottles.

Seriously, what lazy people there are 7 of them! 3 orders, they forgot mine, and that tall dark lady is just sitting there texting. Never again dirty junk.

Overall it's not a bad place but the toilets are chargeable. The service was extremely slow. It took literally 35 mins for my small little order.

I just realised write today reviews after getting this poor service.. Waited 30 minte for order..order by cash on kissable.. menu for 2 person..working person didn't gave any saouse with it..I ask and she said I didn't order..I told them you didn't ask me to choos for soouse or if I want it or not....crap...

Our family had a backpack stolen during our time there, the bag stored my wallet, my apartment key, and my and my daughter's passports, but they the staffs were super unresponsive to my requests for help. And this was so close to our flight! I was super frustrated!

I got two things I hadn't ordered: the wrong chicken instead of fries and food poisoning. I had a concert afterwards, which was completely ruined. And the chairs were dirty. I wouldn't come here if you still want to enjoy your evening.

I went to KFC with friends today for a quick bite to eat. It started off badly at the checkout. We had ordered via the screens and wanted to pay with cash, so we went to the cashier. We didn't get a receipt from the screen, but it said the order had been forwarded. However, at the cashier, it turned out that the order hadn't been forwarded to the kitchen and our order had to be re-entered. This was done by an employee, but we weren't asked if we wanted sauce with our meals or if we preferred mayo instead of fries. When we finished ordering at the cashier, we looked at the receipt, which stated that we had both corn and fries. It also stated that we had the same sauce with everything, even though we had specified three different sauces at the cashier. When we went back to the cashier, our order was aggressively snatched from my friend's hands, only to eventually get the sauces we requested after quite a bit of arguing. After everything, we sat down to eat. Once we were already halfway through all the menus, we discovered that one of the burgers was still raw and pink inside. We took it back to ask for a refund, as it was no longer safe for one person to eat. When we stood at the cashier and explained our situation, we were told that it was just our opinion that the chicken was raw and that they didn't really want to argue with us. Nevertheless, they entered into an argument themselves. It was then stated that everything was cooked at the same temperature and that it shouldn't be possible for it to be raw. There was a discussion for a while, and eventually, there was an option to exchange it for something else, but we said that we didn't want chicken and preferred something like ice cream. This was rejected, and only then did they look into the possibility of getting our money back. Nothing was said about whether it was possible, and then suddenly, money lay on the counter. Overall, this dining experience was not good; we felt unheard as customers and our concerns were not listened to properly.

The slowest kfc ever. Food cold. They always forget something and they are never in a hurry. Takes 40 min before u get your food and its still cold and old

The location is a bit problematic, it's a less than pleasant feeling to get to this area of ​​the Amsterdam Arena, even though I asked for a tray to sit on, they brought me the food in a disposable bag.

I have to say that the food is good even if some menus are expensive but I'm not complaining!! At least once a month I go there to eat with my mother or with my friend 🙂🙂

That's a shame; you assume your menu is complete, then you see your fries are missing. You're already paying so much.

Ten staff members were preparing fast food at a snail's pace? We waited over half an hour to receive the wrong order. Several customers waited longer, only to be told their order hadn't gone through. A disgrace.

Food was terrible, the way this place is set up is giving the poor staff more work than it needs to be... Easy to find if you have a chicken craving. But much better places around there to eat good food. Like little China town😉

The food was good, but nothing special. The display is awkward, especially for older people. The staff is less burdened, but the customer takes longer. I thought the staff were there to serve and provide service because they can find things faster. But unfortunately, that's not the case. The staff were nice, but difficult to understand. Try standing on the other side of the counter for a day or a few hours.

As a paying customer you would expect to be able to top up your card for a 50 cent coin to use the toilet. Instead, an employee solved the problem by buying a 0.85 cent fries sauce and then giving me a "pee coin", but I have some reservations about this.

The tables were all dirty and sticky. The food was cold, bland, and just plain tasteless. The milkshakes were good, though. I wouldn't let my worst enemy use the restroom here.

I ordered a burger and a bucket through Thuisbezorgd. Unfortunately, the burger was old. The lettuce was brown, the tomato slice was old, the bun was hard, and the chicken burger had gone soft. The chicken pieces in the bucket also tasted old and reheated. I reported this through Thuisbezorgd. They referred me to contact KFC in Bijlmerplein. So I tried calling their number, but it was unavailable at 5:25 PM on a Monday afternoon. Such a shame... I paid €19.25 in total, which is a complete waste of money. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a 10 piece bucket with fries for around 40 euros. I recieved 10 chicken tenders instead. I reported it over a week ago and no one has responded even though I sent picture evidence immediately upon delivery. Why would I pay 40€ for chicken 10 chicken tenders? Do better and respond to your customer queries.

They cooked my hamburger together with my daughter-in-law's, which had pepper in it, and I had an allergic reaction. I had to go to the doctor. Also, I paid €0.50 for the bathroom, and it was absolutely disgustingly dirty, and there was only one stall.

My husband ordered us two menus, they forgot his burger. Seems to be a recurring issue since basically all reviews talk about how their orders were incomplete. However the other thing that made me so disgusted was that there were about 3 pigeons just flying and walking around in the location. That's a public health hazard for sure because they were hanging out on the beams and pooping as well. I'll never come here ever again because it's dirty. I can't imagine what the kitchen might look like. There's another KFC close by that's cleaner, we go there now.

Simply RIDICULOUS. I've never seen anyone work so slowly as they did today. You just see your menu sitting there for fifteen minutes because that chick's body barely moves. It's cringe-inducing to watch from a distance, and then everything on the menu is still cold and tough. Ridiculous!

Food below par around closing time

We visited hoping for a quick bite while shopping, but had a wait of over 10 minutes. Ordering wasn't easy, either, as it involved adding drinks to the menu. We asked to eat on the spot and everything was served in a bag. There was even a hair in my food.

They constantly leave something out, either nuggets or potatoes, and this happens very often.

The portions are too big to finish. You wait 20 minutes for your food, which comes in paper bags even if you choose to eat there. If you need to use the restroom, you have to pay 50 cents, even though you've paid for your food. You can't exchange it at the cash register because the staff is too busy talking to each other.

Hi everybody, it is very bizarre and sickening to see people who can work and eat at the same time behind the counter and hygiene is really worthless I find it really great to eat somewhere where people do not wash their hands and scratch their heads all the time.

I've always been a customer of yours, but today at 10:30 PM I ordered my usual meal. When I got home, I discovered, to my great disappointment, that the burger was extremely salty—literally inedible. One of your employees treated me very unprofessionally and rudely, presumably because I ordered "late," even though your store is officially open until 11:00 PM. My order was placed at 10:30 PM, well within opening hours. The burger was so bad that even my dog ​​wouldn't eat it. I wasted €14 on a meal I couldn't eat, and I'm rightly angry about that. I expect this to be taken seriously, because such experiences are absolutely unacceptable for a regular customer. If this happens again, I will be forced to take further action, including filing a public complaint.

I went here for dinner with my mother and sister, but the experience was anything but good. You pay for your food first, and then you have to pay again. Fine, I'll pay.
